Incredible Thanksgiving Stay

We stayed for one week during the Thanksgiving break and it was fantastic! The home was absolutely beautiful and fit our needs perfectly with 4 children. We even had Thanksgiving dinner there and it was like we were in our own home. We will definitely be returning to stay in the future.

Awesome property and location
Gorgeous house with all the high end amenities in a prime location close to Duval Street and Old Town. On-property pool is great, each bedroom has an on-suite bath. Wonderful for large families or groups traveling with multiple families. We will be back!

Fantastic Luxury Home

The home was clean and very nice. The property manager, Alice, was very communicative and responsive during the whole stay. Everything we could need and want was provided for us. The neighborhood was within walking distance to Duval Street. I highly recommend Last Key Realty for vacation rentals. They went above and beyond for us and we had a great time.

Beautiful Home in a Great Location

The Conch Casa Grande was a beautiful yet comfortable home and was large enough for our entire family. The house allowed us to spend quality time together but gave us space to have some alone time as well.  The location is wonderful.  The Truman Annex provides a calm space within the crazy little town of Key West and yet is within walking distance of anywhere you'd want to go.  We will certainly plan another trip here soon.

Wonderful House

Fantastic location, just a couple blocks from Duvall. Quiet neighborhood. The house as well appointed and well situated for large groups. The pool was unbelievably refreshing after a hot sticky day. Concierge Service from the property management company is wonderful. I would highly recommend staying here.

Right in the Heart of Key West

Wonderful, spacious, beautifully decorated home right in the heart of Key West! This home is perfect for a large family/friend gathering. The 5 large master suites with their own bedding gives everyone space and privacy. You are in walking distance of everything!

A Home Away From Home

This is the first time my wife and I have selected a home to stay in and were a little nervous jumping in. This experience convinced my wife and I this is the way to go, and she is the hard one to please. The staff was amazing, responsive and just great though we only got to meet a couple in person. Shel, you were amazing and I thank you for your hospitality and kindness. The house was amazing. I was nervous as some of the reviews raised questions... but my response to you is just get over yourself, the house was GREAT. The pool, the spaciousness, the amenities, the location, all great. It really did feel like a home away from home. A much nicer feeling then a hotel room. The little things were just character which truly did add to the charm. Highly recommend Last Key and in particular Conch Casa Grande!!

Highly Recommend!

This was a terrific week from start to finish.  We were greeted at the house by Shel from Last Key, who was extremely helpful, friendly and had great advice.  That service continued right up to our departure, where he was able to arrange the dropping off of our luggage while the office was closed. The house itself was perfect for us and worked well for our three couples, but there were two other master bedrooms that would work for two more additional couples.

 

A word about the Truman Annex area.........it is well situated and ten minute walks puts you in the heart of the action, the neighborhood itself is delightfully secluded and tasteful.  We stayed a week and never had a bad meal.  Highest recommendation!

Great Place & Great Management

Last Key was awesome to work with.  We had to postpone twice due to COVID and they were very accommodating.  Shel was our go to person during our stay and was awesome to work with.  We had 8 adults in our party and the Conch Casa Grande was great for us.  We had plenty of room, the pool was used every afternoon to cool off, and the location was just a couple blocks from Duval street and all our favorite places.

Best Place in Key West

After more trips to Key West than I can count, I finally found the pot of gold at the end of this rainbow.  This place has it all.  Not only does it have the three most important things in real estate, it also had a room and nice bath for all and a pool and a kitchen and great staff to keep us in the know and happy.  I will book this until I can afford to buy it!  This place made me feel like a king.  So, naturally I dressed the part.

Wonderful for Groups

Conch Casa Grande was a great property for a large group of people. We loved having the pool. Each couple had their own bed/bath, and the large kitchen/dining/living room served us well throughout the week.

 

Shel contacted us several times - day of arrival he called, several days later he came to property to check in, and our last day he stopped by to be sure all was well. We had been to KW before, but I have no doubt, anything we may have needed or wanted Shel would’ve been able to assist. Thank you Shel and Last Key Realty for providing a perfect place in paradise for us to share.

Better than a Hotel

Perfect Location!

A group of eight of us rented the Conch Casa Grande in the Truman Annex the first week of March 2021.  The booking was all done easily online.

 

The house was beautiful!  Everything in the house was made to welcome us "home" for the week.  We spent a restful week enjoying the sights of Key West.  The location of the house was perfect!  We could walk to most things.  We could not have asked for better weather.

 

When we opened the refrigerator, there was a key lime pie for us to enjoy, courtesy of Last Key Realty.

 

We arranged to have the pool heated, and it was so relaxing to sit beside the pool!  We even had a visitor a couple times that week!  An iguana!

 

Shel Segel, our concierge with Last Key was there to answer any questions.  We would definitely go through Last Key Realty again.

Spacious and open, bright and cheery home

We were 5 adults and 3 children (ages 5, 2 1/2, and 4 months) The house was wonderfully suited to accommodate all of us. It is spacious and open, bright and cheery. The french doors across the back open onto the heated pool, which is comfortably 4' deep throughout. The bedrooms (4 on the second floor and one on the first floor) are all en suite and were stocked with toilet paper and bars of soap. The kitchen had all the essentials.  The backyard BBQ was also nice to have. The porch was a great place to spend time outdoors. The neighborhood: This private, gated community oozes with charm! I personally wouldn't stay in any other Key West neighborhood...seriously. It is quiet and serene; yet only a couple of blocks from the hustle and bustle of Duval Street.

Break Away Vaca

We were all very impressed with the home. It is very spacious and comfortable. All the amenities we needed were provided. The pool was very refreshing after being out sight seeing all day. You do have to follow quiet hours though, which is understandable in a neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay.

There's no place like Key West!

From the moment we reserved Conch Casa Grande we had the absolute best service from Shel. He was quick to respond to all questions and made sure that we had everything we needed once we arrived- including a delicious key lime pie. The home is gorgeous and very well equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen is huge and spacious and had plenty of room for many of us to work together at the same time. The pool area was just beautiful surrounded by palms and so private! We had a great time floating in the pool and relaxing. The five master bedrooms provided all in our group plenty of room and privacy. We were there for Meeting of the Minds at the end of Oct. - early Nov. The weather was wonderful. The location is great and within walking distance to many of the local hangouts (Blue Heaven was a fav) as well as Mallory Square. It was extremely easy to get a taxi to anywhere else we needed to go such as the Casa Hotel for the festival. I would definitely stay here again and hope that Shel is still available for all the personal service he provided.

Best Trip Ever

The Last Key Reality staff made our trip to Key West one of best vacation ever. We recently rented the Conch Casa Grande for my family Annual trip to Key West. Upon arrival we were greeted by our Guest Service Coordinator Shel. Shel, helped us with boat rentals and local restaurants recommendations around Key West. The house was well kept, with 5 bedrooms and an open floor plan kitchen and living room. The swimming pool and gas grill was very nice, we used that most afternoons. The location of the house is in Truman Annex, gated community 2 blocks from Duval. This location was so centralized, 10 minutes walk to Sun Set Pier and 5 minutes walk to main Duval Street, it made night time outing to the restaurants and bars so easy. Shel our Guest Service Coordinator was there to help us unload our bags when we arrived and even came by at the end to tell us to have a safe trip home. Thank you so much Last Key Reality for making this trip our best trip ever.

Everything about our stay was phenomenal

 

Where to begin…AMAZING trip to Key West and Last Key Realty help make that happen!!! We had a large group accommodating many couples. Conch Casa was the perfect fit for us, enough bedrooms with private bathrooms for everyone. The location….WOW around the corner from Mile 0, under a mile to southern most point, half mile to Mallory Square and two blocks off Duval, you really are right in the middle but off the path where it’s quiet. Shel & the concierge service made this trip top notch from making arrangements for tours, grocery shopping, making sure we had all the amenities needed in the house, and even had some key lime pie and rum cake ready for our arrival. The house was clean when we arrived, all linens and pool towels fully stocked, and both refrigerators were stocked with everything we had on our shopping list…which was a mile long easily feeding a large group for an entire week. If you plan on cooking some of your meals, I can’t suggest enough to use their grocery delivery service, it is so worth the extra $ for the time and effort! It easily saved us 4-6 hours of shopping, hauling (with no car I might add) and putting away. The entire group enjoyed the house, all it’s amenities, location, and concierge service. We will back and hopefully our group doesn’t grow any larger cause we would love to stay at Conch Casa again!!!

We had a really great time in Key West! Loved it!

We enjoyed staying at Conch Casa Grande in the Truman Annex. The location was perfect for our group of friends. The only thing I will add is that you have to be relatively quiet at night, which was not always easy when you're with a group of friends. The house was in good condition. I would recommend early risers to sleep on the pool side because the sun wakes you up brightly in those bedrooms by 7:00 a.m. We didn't care because it got us up and moving for our day.

Another amazing Key West vacation!
This was our second time renting from Last Key and it surpassed our last. It was my husband, myself and our two teenage daughters. This house is in a perfect location...quick walk or bike ride to the action...The house is very quiet and very well appointed. We enjoyed using the pool everyday. We arranged for bikes to be delivered upon arrival and used them exclusively for getting around. Shel, our concierge, was amazing. We challenged ourselves to eat at most of the restaurants on his list and we were not disappointed..the food was outstanding! We travel extensively as a family around the world and always find ourselves coming back to Key West- it is the perfect place to unwind, relax, go listen to live music, relax by the pool, or just busy yourself with doing nothing. We cannot wait to get back and Last Key Realty will be where we go to arrange our next rental.

Key West is flat out amazing, then you add your closest friends in a very spacious house it will create memories that will never be forgotten. This is the second year we have stayed in this house during a local festival and it is just the perfect location between the amphitheater and Duval St. Living areas are plentiful and the pool deck is enjoyable, we cooked every day and the kitchen was sufficiently stocked with everything needed. Family Vacation at Truman Annex in Key West

My husband and I take our children and now our grandchildren too, down to Key West every winter to escape the upstate New York weather. This year we chose Last Key realty and stayed at Conch Casa Grande ...it was our good fortune to have Shel Segal be our contact there. He did more than anyone has ever done to make the experience a great one. From contacting us prior to our arrival to meet us there with a welcome key lime pie in the fridge, and to show us around the spacious home. We had a couple small glitches, that with one call were taken of. He also made sure we knew what the island had to offer with some local perspective on where to go and eatery’s in the area. The new kids water park was a perfect addition for our new younger vacationers who still want us to take them to the park and slides!! Our 5 star review is for the lovely accommodations and the incredible personal attention we got from Shel .. you won’t regret this choice.. we are already looking at Shels suggestions for next year.

lots of space!
We had a large group of college friends meeting in Key West. This home was large but cozy. It provided a nice place for our group to hang out between eating out and leisurely bike rides. The house was clean. The beds were really comfortable. The water pressure was great. It was wonderful to have bathrooms for each room (like a hotel but WAY BETTER.) The kitchen/ great room area was open and fairly well stocked. We suggest barware to mix drinks. Also the kitchen needs measuring cups. There are a range of spices and oils in the cabinet that I suspect were left from other renters. I think stocking basic (high quality) supplies like coffee and tea, sugar, etc would be nice at this level of property. It would be nice to provide starter shower supplies in case someone forgets something. The home is a bank property and you can see some delayed maintenance issues but overall this was a nice property. We would stay again.

It was a perfect vacation and we can't wait to come back!!!

We had the best blended family vacation in the wonderful Conch Casa Grande! A single 6 year old grandchild brought 2 families together to Key West for the Christmas holiday and it couldn't have been a better time! Last Key Realty and Shel ensured the home was perfect when we arrived so all we had to focus on was enjoying ourselves. There was plenty of space to spread out, each bedroom had it's own bathroom so everyone had privacy when wanted. At the same time, the living areas were large and accommodating for everyone to mingle together. The pool ended up being the main attraction thanks to Shel thinking ahead and having it heated for us upon arrival!!

Great house for a big family

This house was a perfect choice for our family of 8 to experience Key West. Standing in the kitchen the first morning while all still asleep felt like home. Everyone having their own in suite full bathroom made shower/getting ready time a breeze. The pool is a bit small for 6 little ones but that didn’t stop them from swimming every day and the location and safety of the private, gated community can not be beat! This house set a high bar that did not disappoint!

Beautiful house and great location!

There were eight of us, mostly retired and we had a wonderful stay at 58 Front Street. The Truman "Little White House" is across the street with easy access and Mallory Square is just down the block. Fausto's grocery store is three blocks away and you don't really need a car to go to it, but it helps. One of us rented a car and we used it a couple of times, there is a car port. Definitely visit the Little White House and Mallory Square. We also enjoyed the Jet Ski Tour around the island. I found the Dry Tortugas snorkeling trip just so-so. The Hemingway house was great! The sunsets were outstanding. We used the swimming pool at the house a lot. The house is very roomy, well taken care of, and well decorated and Last Key realty were very attentive and took care of anything we had a problem with, which wasn't much. Well worth five stars, we had a great time!

Conch Republic Paradise!

Great retreat for family or group of friends. Great house, conveniently located in Truman Annex, close to all activities. No need for car, just rent bikes! Shel was great as our property manager. He met us on arrival, provided us insights on restaurants as well as a special welcome gift. Also, he was there to see us depart. House was as described, clean and well-maintained. Great place!

We chose Conch Casa Grande for the fantastic location and great amount of space for our group of seven, and we were not disappointed! The home is huge and well equipped for a rental property. The bedrooms are large and offered plenty of privacy, the pool and outdoor space are beautiful, the open concept kitchen and living room are great for entertaining. The location is quiet, but in very easy walking or biking distance to everything. Shel and Mandy at Last Key made everything a breeze; we can't say enough good things about the service. All of our questions were answered promptly, the check-in was painless, our bikes were delivered on time and our kayaking excursion booked as promised. We all agreed this was a perfect place for a group vacation!

AN ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL VACATION RENTAL......just PERFECT! This lovely immaculate home accommodated our family of 7 very comfortably. From our 92 year old Matriach Mother to the "kids" 23 and 27......each and everyone in our party gave CONCH CASA GRANDE an A+! The location is excellent and within walking distance of all attractions and the beach.  Truman Annex is a peaceful enclave with lush gardens surrounding each home. this house was just perfect for our family of 10.  we vacation in key west every march, for the last 10 yrs.  always a different rental property.  we all had such a grand time this year.  weather was perfect, no rain, and we all think one of the major reasons the stay was sooooooo smooth is because of this home.  everyone had their own space.  we weren't on top of each other.  it wasn't noisy. (well, except for during the day & you were in the front b/r trying to nap).  we had ample space for cooking & eating.  kids loved the pool.  no ants! no iguana's, no cock roaches! a wonderful solid grey long-haired female kitty we named "snookie", who visited up every day.  we don't rent a car, just biked everywhere & truman annex is very very convenient to get to just about everywhere.  thank you!

Great for Groups

My large family stayed here through New Year's and it was awesome. The place was spotless when we arrived. There are not many homes as big as this in Old Town and everyone appreciated the fact that they had their own private full bathroom attached to each bedroom. There is a huge hang out area next to the open kitchen, which then opens to the pool. The house is only 2 blocks from Duval Street and only 3 blocks from the grocery store so it's perfect for impromptu strolls or snack runs. Rachel, our rental contact, was awesome and checked in a few times to make sure that all was well and we were enjoying ourselves.  One bonus: no bugs! We have rented in Old Town at least 4 times and every place had an issue with teeny ants...but not this place. Worth every penny you'll spend for priceless happy memories.

Crew quarters

The house was perfect! Just what we were looking for. Plenty of room for the entire crew to eat together and watch football. Quiet neighborhood, but close to town. House was well maintained, very clean and organized. No clutter and beautifully decorated. Would recommend house to friends and family and rent again next year.

Perfect House for the Perfect Week!

Through a stroke of luck, I secured this wonderful home for my family and friends. It could not have been more perfect. It is located in a beautiful safe neighborhood just a short jaunt to all the hot spots and the sunset celebration each day. With such a big group, we chose to cook in each night. The kitchen was very well equipped. Gas grill was great. We gave the coffee pot a big work out, too. The kitchen and dining/living area faces a wall of windows and the sun shining through the beautiful pink flowers over the pool each morning was to die for. I still close my eyes and think about it. Rachel, our guest services contact, was very attentive to our needs. She could not have been any better. The house was all I could have asked for, too. My family and friends said this was the most relaxed and enjoyable vacation they have had in a long time and I can say the house was a big part of that. And I will have to say, we all thought we looked so much better in this great house. You will not go wrong with this property and I so hope things work out for us to get back again next year. King beds, great bathrooms, plenty of tvs, clean, neat, and well appointed, it made Key West the perfect place to have fun, and we certainly did that. And..the internet connection was smoking fast. My future son-in-law owns an internet business and he was very impressed with the speed. Plenty of pool towels in a basket by the door, sunscreen, bug spray, flashlights, two refrigerators (for that extra beer), like I said, attention to details.

Excellent house for for large group

I rented this house for my 40th birthday, and had several friends and family pass through during my ten days there. All have said this was one of their best vacations. The house was very welcoming, and spacious enough for everyone to have some privacy and to be comfortable. The location was perfect, and the pool was great! Shel was our guest services person. He was awesome in providing direction on how to navigate the area.... restaurants that weren't too touristy, stores, etc. He was very responsive, took pleasure in walking us through the house, and just an overall great guy. His help made the experience even better!

Thanksgiving in Key West

My family and friends (the Thanksgiving gang of 14) find interesting destinations to spend the holiday week together. We come from all of the country to enjoy this holiday time together. It is difficult to find a house large enough to accommodate the group. We need a minimum of 7 bedrooms. When I found this house on HomeAway, it looked like the perfect place. And it was!! It is located near all of the action of Key West yet sheltered in the Truman Annex from street noise and the wonderfulness of Duval Street and Mallory Square activities. We rented bikes for the week and were able to explore all of the interests of the island without the traffic and parking headaches. The house has five master bedroom suites, a sixth bedroom with a bath on the 3rd floor that also has a large loft area with futons to sleep two or more. Ideal for retreating to ones own space after a full day of activities and frivolity.

The house has all of the amenities one needs for a week away from home. TVs for all and a DVD and library room for those that wanted another activity. The biggest asset of the house is the layout of the first floor.  The kitchen is open to the dining and living area providing a perfect environment for all of us to be together eating, drinking, laughing, playing guitar and singing until our sides (and bellies) hurt!! There was room to dance as well as have a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner for 16 seated at tables comfortably spaced in room. This room also has a wall of french doors and windows high to the ceiling that extend the room out to the pool and enclosed patio area. The pool was heated and the kids from the cold northeast relished the time they played in the sunshine and pool. We were greeted by our Guest Services Manager, Shel who welcomed us as if we were old friends, remembering our names at first introduction (remember there were 14 of us!). When there were a few issues needing resolution, Shel immediately took care of things ensuring that our stay would be perfect from the beginning. Not only was he efficient and professional, his warm smile and sincerity was an immediate indication to us that this week would be perfect. Shel was a definite contributor to our wonderful week. The house as advertised is accurate. It is very clean and as I mentioned at the start, a location not more perfect can be found. We are already talking about returning to this house and Key West. We will look for Shel to greet us.

The Best

Our large extended family spent the Month of December this lovely home.  Shel was, as in past visits, available, professional and efficient during the entire stay. This support makes the stay a worry free event. The home has large bedrooms with private baths so all of our guests had their privacy. The office –library was also a bonus for the few who had to do some work during their stay. Comfortably appointed with lots of open space and seating for 12 at dinner makes this best for a large group. The location is quiet but within a short walk to Old Town highlights.

Wonderful house for 4 families

We celebrated a family reunion in this house with 6 children and 8 adults, and two small dogs. It was perfect! Great neighborhood, close to everything, quiet. House was plenty big with big rooms and lots of living space for group gathering.  A separate den with a big TV on the first floor was great for the kids. With 7 large bedroom suites, there was even an extra. The pool was small but heated and cleaned regularly. The property is fenced in. Our property manager, Shel, was great and looking after our every need. You can't go wrong with this spacious, modern, and comfortable house in Old Town Key West.

Key West Truman Annex

Family reunion - 9 adults and 8 small children (ages 1/2 to 8 years old) We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was spacious and very attractive. So many nice features. Everything worked properly. Location was convenient to all the activities and attractions we were interested in, mostly within walking distance, even with the children. Area was quiet at night. Our property coordinator was helpful and very accommodating. He made the arrival and departure better experiences than we expected. He also checked in during the week to insure that all was going well. We would recommend this property and would even stay here again.

Key West Escpae

The Conch Casa description was listed accurately regarding being close to everything in old town. We utilized the laundry facilities in the house and the kitchen with the extra refrigerator was perfect for our group of 14. The pool wasn't large but it certainly met our needs. The interior of the home was beautiful. The hardwood floors and furniture was easy and comfortable. The 6 master suite bedrooms were perfect allowing each couple to have their own bathroom. The only downside to the home was the small stairway to the third floor which made taking suitcases up and down more difficult. The third floor suite has a queen bed which felt small compared to the king beds in every other bedroom. We experienced a difficulty with the third floor bathroom but it was resolved the next day. Shel provided us with friendly customer service and support. We loved being close to Fort Zachery beach and enjoyed the sunsets there. Music on the Key was terrific as was the food. Our favorites for music was The Green Parrot and for food, the incredible Brazilian restaurant, Blue Heaven, The Creparie, and Kermits for the frozen key lime pie on a stick and other goodies. The people in our group who toured the Hemingway House were disappointed in their guide but loved the Conch Train with all the information it gave. We loved renting bicycles for the week which allowed us to really get out. We did make a trip to the Community Hospital ER as one of our party fell off the bike and hit her head. We had good and friendly service and fortunately, no lasting issues.

Fantastic Family Reunion-Key West Style!

Three generations of our family just returned from a wonderful week at Conch Casa Grande in the Truman Annex. The home is extremely large with 7 bedrooms each with a private bathroom which was great for our large group. It is located close to Duval St. and is walking distance to Mallory Square and most of the "must see "areas of Key West. We rented bikes for the week, no car necessary! The living room/dining/kitchen area is huge and perfect for family gatherings and meals. It opens to the back patio and pool area which is private and a wonderful spot to spend a lazy afternoon relaxing. A large grill is provided which got a lot of use during our stay. We loved the house and never felt cramped or in each others way, even though we had a couple of very rainy days the house was so lovely no one minded just staying in! Our Customer Service Coordinator was Shel, and as earlier reviews had indicated he is a great guy. Very helpful upon our arrival and during our visit he was available to answer any questions we had, always remembering everyone's name even though there were 12 of us!  (How does he do it?) If you have a large group and are interested in an elegant, yet comfortable family home close to the action but quiet and relaxed then I highly recommend this property.

Wow... what a great house.. great service!!

We stayed at casa conch grande for two weeks in august and couldn’t have been more pleased.  Shel did such a good job and Everything about the house was great. Rented a couple scooters and zipped around key west which made parking much easier than having to rent a car. House is great for large parties

Have been renting houses for the past ten years in the keys and this was by far the best ...special thanks to shel...it was like we had known him for 10 years even though it was the first time we had all met him! We will be back.

Grand, beautiful, lovely, open, the best place EVER!

This was the best vacation EVER. when we arrived Shel was there to meet us with a smile and a hug, he showed us around this beautiful home, that was ours, for a week. He took the time to show us highlighted places to go and great places to eat, one of the favorites was The Blue Heaven. 

Most everything was in walking distance.  Our guest were so taken away by the size of the house and where it was located.  No one had a bad word to say for a week and coming from New York THAT is so unbelievable!!!! I was so sad to see this holiday end and can't wait to see other properties that Shel has because for us this is the company to go with. I’m sure all their properties are 10 star places and have no worries about where and who to go to when having holiday in Key West. I only wish I booked it for a month one week is NOT enough time for me to enjoy all that there is to do in this beautiful town. Thank you Shel for everything looking forward to seeing you again real soon. For those who are about to stay at Conch Casa Grande enjoy as much as you can time goes by toooooo fast and I hope that you love this house as much as we did, I feel like it WAS my home.

This is a wonderful property for a large family

What a wonderful property for a large group or family. Comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms and a well stocked kitchen made our stay delightful. Everyone enjoyed the heated pool. It is in a wonderful peaceful location but close to all the things Key West is famous for. We were greater by the property manager who could not have been more gracious and helpful; suggesting restaurants and good shopping. I have already recommended this property to other people. Shel Segal did a great job as the property representative. The property was clean and neat upon arrival and they made it easy to leave accommodating our family's diverse needs.

Amazing!

I couldn't have asked for a better overall experience with renting a place in Key West, starting with the very first phone call I made on this property. The folks at Last Key Realty were incredibly helpful with my last-minute request to rent the property. It was very easy to get in touch with them, and they were very understanding and accommodating to our special situation. They were in touch with me by e-mail or phone at basically every step of the process. Shel was an awesome resource once we got to the house. He knew the house and area very well, took the time to show us all the small details of the house essential to a perfect stay (A/C controls, pool heat, lights, entertainment system, etc.) and made sure he answered all of our questions before leaving. I could tell he genuinely cared about us being comfortable and enjoying our time in Key West. As for the house itself, it is second to none. Large, clean, well-decorated, comfortable, located close to restaurants, shopping, and nightlife...I really can't think of a single negative aspect about the place. Even the neighbors were very friendly and told me not to hesitate to ask them if we needed anything.

As good as it gets in KW for family lodging!!!

This was not a "planned in advance" stay at this location for us.

 

We were a family of 13 with ages ranging from 2 - 70. 

 

We were coming from a south Florida resort that failed us completely and needed a place fast. From the moment we contacted CONCH CASA GRANDE crew to moment we left it was pure pleasure. They quickly understood our situation and since the location was available made arrangements for us to come in late that night. The house is set up perfectly for relaxing, luxurious family hanging out. This house is ROOMY. Every room is big- kitchen/dining area, bedrooms, bathrooms and even a well stocked library which has a full size office desk and couch. All appliances are late models in good working order. The A/C was functioning as desired. A bedroom with a private bath on the ground floor was perfect for the elderly couple in our group.  The roomy play area on the third floor is great for the little ones and keeps them out of the living room for some adult quite time. While there is no "lawn yard" there is an amazing pool with a patio. The pool is quite large for a private KW pool. The house is in the Annex...so don't book a frat party here. This is a quite family/adult setting... a very nice one. You can walk to town but you don't "hear" town. I have been coming to KW since the 80's but this was the first time with a huge segment of my family. When you travel - the actual dwellings you stay can impact your overall trip in a negative, positive or neutral way.  This house was absolutely positive!!!!

Beautiful Experience

Each bedroom has an en-suite bath and is very large which is very unusual for Key West. Had a huge dinner catered by El Siboney the first night and then walked to sunset to see the Cat Man. Could not have been a better place to stay. Shel took care of everything we needed. Luxury in Key West

This property is simply fantastic. We had a group of 6 people and the spacious property still felt like being in a Mansion. All of the rooms are well appointed with fine furnishing. The kitchen was to die for, well equipped and large enough to accommodate all of us with more that enough room to eat, sit, and chat. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. It is well worth the price. The property manager 'Shel' took care of all of our needs efficiently and with a smile. You have parking in the rear for two cars. The neighborhood is gorgeous with lots of trees and flowers. The swimming pool is large enough for laps or plenty of room for relaxing.

Great Location, beautiful property!

The property was spectacular and even nicer than the online pictures. We had 12 family members for Thanksgiving and there was more than enough room to give everyone the space they needed. Great Place to Stay!

House was beautiful and well equipped with all we needed for a weeklong stay for a large crowd. Could have been a little cleaner; bugs in bathroom. Great location; bikes highly recommended. We may have missed this, but instructions on how to use the washer/dryer and light switches could be useful. The only other thing we needed was food storage containers (for leftovers - if cooking!).

Great location and warm inviting home

This home was perfect for our size of party. It has 6 bedrooms each having their own bathroom. There is a playroom with 2 double beds in it. The location was awesome. We rented bikes and never used our car the whole week. 

The home is a bit tired. It needs a good handyman in there for a few days to tighten up faucets, door knobs, shower heads, etc. Lots of brass fixtures which means they have been there for awhile. 

We didn't feel like the home had enough back up supplies. We ran out of paper towels, napkins and garbage bags. It would have also been nice to have more wine glasses and pool towels. For the price they charge you should never run out of anything. 

The website says it sleeps 16 but it really sleeps 12 comfortably. Like I said there are two beds in the play room and a couch in the office that folds out into a double bed. If you are looking for sun by the pool this isn't the home for you. The sun hit the pool for about 2 1/2 hours between the hours of 10:30 - 1:00. The home and all the trees blocked the sun. We should have asked this before we rented the home.   

The reservation specialist Lori and the gentleman who checked us in Shel our guest service coordinator were awesome. Very helpful and full of great information about Key West. Good for us beings we had never been there before.

We are sorry that we did not hear about these problems during this guest's stay. We pride ourselves in providing all our guests with a superior vacation experience, and if a guest calls us needing anything at all, will always respond immediately, most times within the hour. We very much take to heart the comments about tightening up faucets and other items, and have taken steps to have our handy man do a thorough checkup of the house. We have already ordered additional glasses and other supplies, and have increased back-up orders so future guests never run short. The only thing we need to correct is that the maximum number of guests allowed is actually 8, not 16. The website states "Sleeps 8 in beds", then "8 Maximum Occupancy". Those two numbers are not intended to be added together.

Pleasant stay/exceptional service room Last Key

Property was clean and the house was huge. Shel from Last Key Realty went out of his way to make sure we were all taken care of. Pool water was very warm and really nice for a February swim. Kids loved it. Great location near all the downtown Key West areas yet secluded enough to get away from it all as well. Great vacation.

Absolute Treasure with Impeccable Service

Key West is one of my favorite places in the U.S. and now that we have found this treasure, it will be hard to stay away. The house is beautiful and so convenient to everything "Key West". No matter what your reasoning for coming to Key West, this house is a can't miss. The luxury is well worth the price.

Fantastic big home in great neighborhood

Very nice home in the finest neighborhood of Key West short walking distance to Duval and easy bike ride to everything! Only issue is that the home can handle many more people than the 8 person maximum. Used it as a base camp for our dad's birthday where we easily had 20 people over for dinner and night time activities.

Perfect for us...

This was where we chose to have a quiet wedding. IT WAS PERFECT!
