THE EXPERIENCE...

"Beautiful home, lovely amenities, great location! This place is a gem! The home is spectacularly maintained with new furnishings, bedding and appliances. Best coffee I've had in ages (bought the same unit for myself when I got home!). Full kitchen...we were in want of nothing. Everything was beautifully appointed and comfortable. Wonderful front porch for hanging out and people watching. There's a pool and grill out back, too. Great proximity to the beach, restaurants, local attractions, the wharf, Duval Street...we walked everywhere. Fantastic vacation spot with plenty to see and do...great fishing as well! If you get tired, a taxi is 5 minutes away. The property manager was helpful, attentive and welcomed us upon arrival. It was a wonderful experience and we'd highly recommend it!" -Kim I. 07/16

THE CONDO...

"Keys to Happiness" is located right in the center of Old Town Key West, just steps from both the treasures of the Seaport shopping area and the famous sites of Duval St. This cozy two-bedroom hideaway has a shady front porch ideal for people watching, access to a shared pool and all of the comforts of a luxury vacation rental including a full sized washer and dryer. Anyone who dreams of their own clean and comfortable space in the center of Old Town Key West will find "Keys to Happiness" to be the perfect home base for a month (or more) in paradise. The home is stocked with thoughtful amenities for an active family or group of friends. Take advantage of the 2 sets of golf clubs, tennis rackets (for use at the nearby courts) and video gaming console with games and assorted DVDs.

THE PORCH & SHARED POOL...

From Truman Avenue, "Keys to Happiness" blends in as a classic Old Town Key West residence. The wide front porch on the front first floor is actually the entrance to this private two-bedroom condo. Enjoy people watching on your front porch from the comfortable patio seating options or the outdoor dining set. There is space inside the front fence for parking bicycles or mopeds perfect for riding around town. Around the back of the home is a shared pool and plush seating area with lots of shade.

THE LIVING AREA & KITCHEN...

Through the front entry is a comfortable living area adorned in tranquil blues and tropical greens. You and your guests can relax upon the large sofa (also a queen sized sleeper), love seat or plush rocking chair while watching movies in front of a large flat screen SMART TV. The entertainment center is complete with several amenities, including a game system and a collection of DVDs. Beside the living area is a dining set for 4, which separates the living area from the updated kitchen. The kitchen is quaint yet fully equipped with modern stainless steel appliances and all of the tools you'll need to prepare a great Key West meal, or heat up delicious leftovers from one of the many nearby restaurants.

THE ACCOMMODATIONS...

This home has two bedrooms which share the full bathroom. The first bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, overhead fan and full closet with mirrored doors. The second bedroom has two twin beds that convert to one king bed upon request, a flat screen TV, overhead fan and full closet with mirrored doors. The bathroom is updated with a glass and tile combination shower and bathtub.

Full Sized Washer & Dryer, Central Heat and A/C, Ceiling Fans, Gated & Landscaped Outdoor Area, Shared Pool & BBQ Grill, Outdoor Seating, Flat Screen Cable TVs, Fully Appointed Kitchen, Linens and Towels provided. Interim housekeeping provided upon request. Wireless high-speed Internet access is included. This property will accommodate 4-6 adults.

Awesome stay in paradise

When we arrived, Elizabeth was waiting for us to show us around and answer any questions we may have. I also liked that the staff recommended restaurants for us. The place was quiet, and well stocked with everything we could possibly need. There was an issue with the pool service, but Elizabeth was rectifying that as much as possible. We really didn't use the shared pool due to the other guests who had turned the temperature too hot for us. We liked it so much, we stayed an extra week to soak in the Key West atmosphere. I would certainly reserve this home again. Close to all activities, but away from the crowds of Duval when you want to relax. Pat F. Independence, Ky.

Stunning place with everything you need!

Enjoyed this amazing place our most recent visit to Key West in July. It is clean, comfortable and had the feel of freshly renovated condo with high end touches for everything. The location provides easy access to the great dinning locations, beaches, Duval street entertainment, and Mallory Square. Everything else we needed was very close (groceries, pharmacy, bike & scooter rentals) which made us not even need a car for our entire stay. Although it was just the two of us, the two bedrooms could comfortably fit 4 adults with plenty of living space inside. Outside there is a great pool with space to lounge or grill out. The front porch is great for coffee in the mornings, afternoon beverages or just people watching. All the amenities you could want to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

We will definitely be back to enjoy this one again!

Awesome property and location

Property location was perfect, within short walking distance to everything in Key West. My wife and I enjoyed the front patio and porch for morning and evening beverages while we people watched. The backyard had a great pool with new sectional furniture. We were impressed that the inside had all new beds and furniture as well, great kitchen and living room area. Bath area was new as well with plenty of linens and towels. I would highly recommend this property to any one looks for a well managed, clean and newly outfitted place to stay in Key West.

Title: Beautifully appointed condo

Very clean, well maintained and beautifully appointed! Our stay was fantastic and we could not have asked for more while visiting Key West. The condo and it’s furnishings are elegant yet comfortable and welcoming which really gave us that “at home” relaxing feel that one would hope for when choosing a location for an extended stay. The master bedroom and second bedroom (which could accommodate (2) children or (2) adults) were both spacious and comfortable. The main living space which included the living room, dining area, kitchen and bath is nice and open and great for relaxing or entertaining. Great front porch area complete with Adirondacks and outdoor dining table for drinking coffee in the morning, people-watching or dining outside. The pool was a great surprise complete with a brand new sectional, although we did not get a chance to use either. The unit is close to everything and just a short walk to shopping, galleries, nightlife and dining (both fine and fast). Some of our favorites spots were Irish Kevin’s, Willie T’s and Galleon Resort Bar where you can catch the sunset while having a cocktail or two. The owners really thought of everything when furnishing this unit and we did not want or need for anything during our stay here. The property manager was absolutely great and attentive. Looking forward to future stays!

Fantastic Place in a GREAT location

Wonderful place within easy walking distance of Duval but close enough to other hidden gems off the main drag. Beautifully appointed condo with all brand new furnishings, Well maintained with a nice pool and brand new furniture in the back for relaxing at anytime during the day. The front porch allowed for great people watching as was also appointed with all new furniture for hanging out or dining. Close enough to Duval and Mallory Square that we were able to take advantage of these areas nightly but also got out to go fishing which was only 10 minutes away. Close to the required amenities such as grocery shopping and pharmacies, it meant that the car was hardly ever used. It really is the perfect place for a long vacation.
