Lovely Vacation

The property was spacious, has a well stocked kitchen and enjoyable pool, was in a nice condition, appears as advertised, and is in a great location (walking to the hot spots is easy but also just far enough off the beaten path to not hear Duvall St noise). Close to every attraction yet is tucked away on a very peaceful street

Enjoyed our 4 day stay at the Americana Tropicale house. 5 adults and 3 children slept very comfortably. The location is perfect!!! The pool was wonderful. Very clean house and very quiet. Would stay here again.

Wonderful Christmas Stay

We stayed at Americana Tropicale for 5 nights over Christmas 2023.  The house was plenty spacious for 8 people, the kitchen was well stocked and Last Key was really responsive and helpful in booking experiences and making sure our stay was just what we wanted.  I am sure we will be back!

A Pleasant Family Retreat

We came to Key West with our adult grandchildren. The house is spacious and spread out with plenty of room and privacy for all. We drove to Key West and were concerned about parking. It was not a problem. We were assigned a spot and chose to leave our car parked for the 3 days we were there.

 

The house is just steps away from Duval St. and midway between Mallory Square and the Southernmost Point. It was easy enough to walk to where we wanted but if we wanted to go further we called UBER and they came within minutes, no matter where we were. As close as we were to Duval we thought there might be a noise problem but not at all.

 

Our thanks to Danny for the reception when we arrived. He was there waiting and filled us in on anything we needed to know. Also, thanks to Charlie, with the concierge team to help arrange a few outings. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Great family vacation with adult children!

They provided top notch accommodations in a fantastic location and were incredibly responsive to any needs.  Their top-notce concierge team also assisted in booking great excursions with good, reliable partners and provided great suggestions on restaurants. I highly recommend!

We stayed here for our family vacation. The place was roomy enough for everyone and the location was ideal. Danny our property manager was extremely helpful- he carried our luggage in when we first arrived and brought us cookware so we could enjoy our homemade Sunday Italian dinner.

Memorable Girls Trip!

We came for a girls trip with a party of 8 people. The house was lovely. The pool is an excellent bonus! The location cannot be beat, walkable to everything on Duval street. Communication with the property management company was easy with very quick response times. We would definitely stay here again!

Colorful decor, private pool, within walking distance of pretty much everything. Plus dog friendly.

Entry door off a quiet alleyway made us feel special.  We had an RV, so parking was a challenge, once we parked we walked everywhere or took an Uber.

We would love to stay again!

We loved the location of the house and really enjoyed the pool and outdoor area. We were a group of friends away for a long weekend and it was very comfortable and spacious for us in the main living areas. Two of the bedrooms are much smaller with smaller bathrooms, so if we go again we wouldn’t split the cost equally. Having said that, we’d stay here again! Property managers were great and very communicative.

Off Duval yet still quiet

This house worked perfectly for a 50th birthday celebration with 8 guests. 3 couples and two singles. House had flexible bed setups, each room had an attached full bath plus there was a half bath in Living Room. As it was Oct and temps were 85 degrees each day, the pool was a fantastic gathering point to get together and cool off. The living room had ample seating for all 8 guests to gather. Though one block off Duval, the house was amazingly quiet inside and even while enjoying the pool.

Great place!

4 guys pushing 50, we each had our own room and bathroom. We went fishing during the day, soaked in the pool, then dinner. The location is great for Duval and the nicely equipped kitchen made it easy to cook as well.

Perfection

This very quaint home is located right off of Duval St (approx 1/2 way between both ends) so a PERFECT location. The home was clean and each bedroom had its own private bathroom. Two bedrooms have twin beds that can be converted into Kings prior to your arrival if wanted. Very large Dinning table for dinners and games. Pool, grill, patio furniture also a big plus. Would absolutely stay there again.

A Perfect Vacation

Exactly what we wanted!

We stayed at the Americana Tropicale and it was perfect for our group!  Very comfortable and clean. Being just a block off Duval, it was so convenient for anywhere we wanted to go.  Chad from Last Key was great.  He was always available by phone to answer any questions we had & they stored our luggage so we could explore Key West until check-in time.  Also had great suggestions for places to eat. We will definitely stay with Last Key again!

Perfect from start to finish!

Our stay with Last Key Realty was perfect from start to finish. Booked this spot for my boyfriend’s 30th birthday and both of our parents and siblings came along. The spot is even more beautiful and spacious than the photos appear. We all slept comfortably and each couple having their own bathroom was an added bonus.

The pool deck was the perfect size for all of us to enjoy. And the location just cannot be beat, right behind Duval with everything in walking distance but still tucked away from the craziness for some relaxation.

The property management team is friendly and accommodating (special shout out to Chad for all the extra attention to detail and help!) If you’re looking for the perfect family or friends vacation rental, book this place!!

Our Hidden Gem

We have been to KW several times. Renting this home was awesome for the 6 of us. 2 large bedrooms, 2 average size all with their own bathrooms was a huge bonus. House is hard to find if you dont know where to go, but I like that :)

Amazing from the start!

Last Key Realty was amazing from the very beginning of my initial contact with them with my many questions about renting the Americana Tropicale house for our stay in Key West. They were very nice, professional, and very responsive to my many emails. I also used Last Keys concierge and they were very helpful in setting up golf cart rentals and bike rentals, and restaurant suggestions etc. We will definitely use Last Key again and highly recommend them for rentals and trip planning! What a Wonderful Trip!

My five college friends and our three recent college graduate daughters had the best time!! :) We did have a bit of trouble finding the place as our Lyft driver didn't know how to find Dupont Lane. Make sure you have your map app up and running to assist your driver! The house was exactly as described. It is adorable, well furnished, and slept nine of us comfortably. Thanks to the sofa bed in the room upstairs with the king bed, our three girls were able to stay in the same room. Those of us in the rooms on the main floor we a tad cramped for space, but it wasn't a problem at all! The pool was the perfect size for the nine of us. We enjoyed coffee, generously provided by the house manager Danny, every morning with our feet dangling in the water. And every morning, it wasn't long before one or two of us were fully submerged in the pool. We ordered groceries online and had them delivered the afternoon we arrived, and it was awesome! We didn't have to spend time at the grocery store, but we had food for our meals for the week. The only problem was alcohol. They wouldn't let us order alcohol other than beer. Good thing the liquor store isn't far. The kitchen is fully stocked and served all of our cooking needs. The location of this little house is the best!!! It is a half block from the middle of Duvall Street!! Location, location, location! We were walking distance from everything! It was fantastic! We all agreed that if we return to Key West, we would love to stay here again!!

Highly Recommend!

Ideal Family Vacation

Three generations gathered and enjoyed the property. The location was ideal for going to the beach, shopping, restaurants and night life. It was far enough away from Duval Street that we didn’t hear the music or rowdies! 

 

The pool was perfect for little ones as well as adults. We called it our hot-tub pool. 

 

Danny, the manager, helped us by answering our many questions, fulfilling special requests and he personalized our vacation with a birthday cake and coozies!

Perfect multi-gen vacation

We spent a wonderful 7 days in the house in Key West. The location was terrific. We never needed to use our car, just rented bikes for the week. The kids were in the pool almost non- stop. There were 9 of us and only 4 beach towels, but a call to last key realty, our concierge service, remedied that speedily. Had a great time.

Vacationing in Key West

Our girls had the time of their lives! Pro: Great house for 8 peoples, each room have its own bathroom. Con: Super hot water for the downstairs bathroom, but cold water for the upstairs bathroom. House is situated back in the alleyway, it needs more lights entrance to the house. Other than that the hosts are really super nice and awesome.

Birthday Weekend

Had an amazing birthday weekend staying at the "Americana Tropicale" despite the less than stellar weather. The central location was perfect, and the amount of space ideal for our group of 9. Surprisingly pleased!

I always worry about renting a place I've never seen because pictures always make it look better. This place is hard to find (which is great once you find it!) because it's so private and quiet. It was perfect for four couples since it had 4 bedrooms and four private baths. It was in a great location - easy to walk to everything. Greg made the trip even better because he was on top of everything. I told him they were short on silverware in the house but we were fine using plastic. Within an hour, he showed up with a brand new set of silverware. He immediately responds to texts and genuinely cares about the guests!

Great Location!

Great get away

Our group of 6 enjoyed our stay. We walked most places we visited in town and occasionally used an Uber. No car needed the entire trip. The kitchen was great as well as the pool. Close to everything but noise was never an issue. Having laundry facilities was a bonus given the length of our stay. We made most of arrangements ourselves such as fishing charters and spa appointments but the management group is also available with assistance if needed. Worth a look if you need a house for a large group.

We were celebrating my daughter’s bachelorette. The house was in great shape, clean and nicely stocked with necessaries. The location was perfect; right off Duval and in the middle so a walk in one direction to the beach and to downtown in the other direction. Keith was very accommodating and available for any questions. We will definitely rent again from Last Key!

Our week on DuPont Lane

Americana Tropicale is a great home and rental we thoroughly enjoyed and highly recommend. The house is just off the center of Duval Street so everything is within walking distance, the house is very spacious and comfortable, we enjoyed the pool and patio area a lot, and our concierge Keith from Last Key Realty provided excellent service. Annual sibling trip

The house was perfect for us 4 siblings on our annual get-away. Four bedrooms, each with its own bath, was just right. The living room, dining and kitchen were all comfortable and allowed us time to relax and enjoy each other's company. And, we played in the pool and had a great time. One of the best features was being able to walk everywhere. We did a lot of sightseeing and really could have gotten by without a car. Well managed and lovely!

Smack dab in the heart of KW

Top notch accommodations. Service exceptional, as well. From the communications prior to booking, to lead up to trip, arrival and departure, this outfit was detail oriented and always in contact with us. We were met with a small gift on arrival (our favorite libation and mixer). Our concierge Keith was prompt and available at every request. Service is a dying art and it's nice to know there are people and companies with as much concern for your experience. The house was great, spacious, modernly appointed and centrally located smack dab in the heart of everything. Our group of 8 had a blast.

Bright, Spacious, and Fun Home - Perfect Location!

Staying at the Americana Tropicale was the best decision - not only is it centrally located within walking distance to Duval and all major shops/restaurants/attractions, but it's also incredibly well-maintained and welcoming. The home is exactly as it is in the photos, and the management staff is excellent - they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, always available for any questions we had and incredibly helpful with our luggage transfer situation (we had a few hours between our check out time and our next destination, and the manager made it so easy for us, volunteering to pick up our luggage and store it until we needed it). Highly recommend - if we take another group trip to Key West, this will definitely be my first pick!

4 couples for a 40th birthday bash!

We are a group of 4 couples coming from all over the US. This home fit our needs perfectly. 4 bedrooms all with their own bathrooms was KEY...as adults- sharing bathrooms isn't all that fun. The home was cool and the A/C worked perfectly which being in Key West in August is very important. We had our home pre-stocked with groceries and this made our first evening together so much more enjoyable rather than having to send a few of us to the store to buy snacks/drinks. All 8 of us loved the home and will definitely be back! Thank you so much!!

Lovely property, great location!

I was in Key West at this house for 2 weeks for my 40th birthday. The house is fantastic, but my favorite thing was Keith the concierge. He went above and beyond to make us all feel comfortable and enjoy our time there. He was also a great sport about our shennanigans. We can be a rowdy group and like to mess with people and he took it all in stride. Even going as far as to try to fix a rusty wagon so we could pull each other up and down Duval St. I really can't complain about the house, we spent lots of time out on the patio by the pool. We had plenty of space and it really felt like home in Key West. It's close proximity to Duval St while still being extremely secluded is exactly what I was looking for. I'll definitely be back!

We loved staying at Americana Tropicale and loved the quality of the property as well as being located in a perfect location. Out host was Last Key Realty. They we very professional and even helped us charter 2 sailboats and a power boat. I have used Home Away -VRBO about 6 times and this was my best experience.

Perfect In Every Way!

Fantastic home hidden away in great location! The house was immaculate and beautifully decorated. Bedrooms were very comfortable and the living area was very spacious for relaxing, watching TV, eating, reading or whatever you wanted to do. The outside area next to the pool was very peaceful and relaxing as well. As quiet as it is, it's less than a block from the center of Duval Street where you can enjoy shops, bars, restaurants, entertainment and great people watching. Keith was great and readily available if needed. Everything was perfect in every way!

Perfect House in the Perfect Location

My husband and I planned a trip to Key West for a birthday celebration and invited three other couples to join us. We needed a place that had four bedrooms and bathrooms so each couple could have their own space and Americana Tropicale gave us that option. When we arrived, we were so pleased to find that the house is even better than described and exceptionally clean. (The photos are good but the house is even nicer than what you see.) It is a gorgeous home in the best location possible for travelers who want to spend time exploring Key West but also want some peace and quiet. The secluded location was fabulous because even though it is just seconds away from Duval Street (the quieter end) you would never know it. We were able to walk with ease to great restaurants, bars, shops, Mallory Square and other attractions. There is just the right amount of sun in the afternoon for lounging on the patio or relaxing in the pool. We were also incredibly pleased with the management company and received an amazing level of attention and service from our concierge. We would absolutely rent this house again for all these reasons and more, and we can wholeheartedly recommend it for anyone considering a first or return trip to Key West.

So Comfortable, Home away from Home

This was our second year renting the house, and we were so happy to meet Keith from Last Key Realty he was the on top of every detail that we wanted or needed. Always available to answer questions or resolve any (very minor) issues. The house is decorated beautifully and has everything one would need for a comfortable stay.

Great location and wonderful service

This house has a great location to easily explore Key West, and is a perfect size for 4 couples. The service provided by the property manager was outstanding. They helped in securing bicycles, golf cart, fishing charter, etc. I would highly recommend this property for a great Key West trip!

The Most Awesome place to stay in Key West!!

We booked this house to celebrate my 50th Birthday. We could not have picked a better place. Keith was fantastic to deal with. He had everything we could wish for under control and ready for us. The house was beautiful, well appointed and very comfortable. It was a great place to stay, hang out with our friends and enjoy Key West. Close to everything on Duval, the best restaurants, bars shops were just a short walk down the street. We were able to compare our house with others in the area. Easily, we had the best house on the block and Keith's concierge service put it well over the top. We highly recommend Americana Tropicale and this property to anyone and everyone. You will not be disappointed. We come to Key West every 3 months or so and will use them for all of our stays here now. Wonderful place!

Beautiful home with lots of room

My family thoroughly enjoyed our week at the Americana Tropicale home. Lots of room, clean and loved the pool! The house was so close to Duval street, we walked everywhere! The house came equipped with everything we needed to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner. Many homes I rented you need to purchase lots of the little things, i.e. garbage bags, laundry detergent, soap. This house had it all! We had 6 adults in the house and it never felt crowded, the bedrooms where a great size too! Wold highly recommend this place for a great week in Key West! The 24 hour access to our customer service rep was a huge plus! He answered all our needs/questions.

We stayed here first!

Completely awesome house! Really nice, inside and out. We come to Key West a lot and this home has become our new favorite. Big pool! We were literally only 1/2 a block to Duval and all the downtown hoopla. This house is secluded on a small street. We had plenty of quiet time for sleeping. Very private, which we liked a lot.   Lori was great and all of us had the best time on this trip. I definitely give this house and the service a great review!

Key West Oasis

Let me start by saying this home was perfectly located and looks just like the photos represent it to be. So close to Duval and all the fun, but the home location was quiet too. We all had a great time strolling around and enjoying the weather and eclectic Key West atmosphere! The home itself is beautiful. We could not have asked for better service during our long weekend trip!

Our perfect vacation in the Keys

What a truly wonderful home this is!  The pool area was great for morning coffee and evening cocktails before strolling down to Duval for dinner and fun. This home was well equipped and we prepared many meals at home too. Plenty of space for us all. With a TV and private bath in every room, we were way more comfortable here than at any hotel. I can't think of a better vacation spot. This home is so close to Duval Street and all the fun, but still secluded on a private street, for quiet and privacy. Lori helped get us a cooler and ice for the beach and had many excellent dining recommendations. She was a great guest manager and we will certainly use her and her company again for our next Key West trip!

Great house in a great location!

Perfect home and perfect location

If you are visiting Key West, this home has it all. A fun and tropical motif inside. Very clean inside and out at the pool area. Really nice BBQ grill, which we used a lot. Great location off Duval Street and close to all of the action downtown. It is on a very secluded, private street, so noise is not a problem at all. One great feature we enjoyed, is that all of the bedrooms have a private bath, so nobody had to share a bathroom. We loved this house and Lori, the manager who helped us during our stay. We look forward to returning to Key West soon, so we can rent this house again.

Perfect house with an excellent location

We were all very impressed by this home. Everything was exactly as pictured. The house was extremely clean and obviously well taken care of. TVs in every room was a nice bonus. Not needing a car to get around was also a big perk. This house is close to everything we wanted to do downtown. The help we received from Lori when doing our reservation and while we stayed was the best! Lori knocked it out of the park, with her helpful information and superior service. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable vacation.

GREAT HOUSE!!!

Our short 4-day stay was simply not long enough to enjoy all we wanted to do in Key West. This house had everything: great location for walking downtown, excellent restaurants nearby and a large, very private pool. This place was very clean and obviously well taken care of. The house provided everything we wanted and needed in a vacation rental. The quality of service that Lori provided was great, from the day we arrived to the day we had to leave. Everything was great!

This home is on our best of Key West list now. It was so close to Duval Street.  It was large, clean and in a quiet location and had a large, fresh water pool!  Perfect for a nice swim, after a day downtown or at the beach. The extra-large BBQ was great, since we had a big group. Our guest manager was Lori and she was extremely helpful during our stay. 5+ stars for this great house and pool and for Lori!!!!!

Best home and best service ever!!!

We enjoyed every minute in this house. Perfect inside and outside. The pool is much larger than the photos show. Super private back yard. We really enjoyed the big BBQ too. So close to Duval, but you would never know it, that is how quiet in the area that this home is situated in is. We are Key West vacation regulars, so I am sure we will come back to stay in this home again.

Amazing house!!!

Peaceful and only steps from Duval

4 of us came down for a guy’s trip, to fish and relax. We could not have chosen a better home.  This house has such a great pool and patio area.  Really nice interior.  We picked this house, so that each of us had our own bedroom and private bath.  We would certainly rent this home again. Great home with excellent location and service

Being frequent Key West visitors, we know quite a bit about renting hotels, but we needed some guidance finding the perfect large home. We really enjoyed staying in this house for several reasons.  The location is great and we were able to walk everywhere downtown.  The house is extremely nice and very clean. We appreciated the privacy and security of the home as well.  Lori from Last Key helped us choose this particular home, based on what we needed and wanted in a rental.  We thank her for her advice and for the tremendous effort she put into making sure we enjoyed our stay here. Great home, perfect location

We all loved this home and the large pool!  The location was so convenient that we did not need a car to get to around.  It is tucked away at the end of a small, quiet street, so there were no problems with noise from Duval Street. First Class Realtor and Accommodations

I rented this house for a group of 4 couples and AM 100% totally satisfied (location, décor, comfort and the property manager)

I called Lori from Last Key when I arrived at the airport and met her at their office.  What a nice surprise she came out of the office to the greet us on the front porch. 

Anything I needed, she was on it.  This is a top notch company to deal with and the house is Beautifully decorated, spacious, private and so comfortable for all 8 adults. 

I have rented many vacation homes and have never been to a one that I didn't have to go buy toilet paper or paper towels, we were well stocked with what we needed including a broom and cleaning supplies (some owners hide that stuff) We WILL Be back next year.

Great in every way possible!

Our Key West trip was just perfect!  We had the best location for sightseeing on foot, up and down Duval Street.  The house was so close to everything. It is located on a private lane,  so it was completely quiet for sleeping.  We visited all of our favorite places like Sloppy Joe's, Hog's Breath Saloon and Two Friends plus we added in a sunset sail.  A trip to Key West is never complete without breakfast at Blue Heaven!  The home was very clean and comfortable.  Perfect for 4 couples.  Lori Bailey is the manager for this home. She was really sweet and helpful. We will use the services of Last Key again for our next Key West adventure!

Americana Tropicale is the place to be!

Americana Tropicale is a slice of heaven in a perfect location just off of Duval Street.  Although close to everything, the pool area is remarkably quiet, secluded, and gives you the feeling that you're in your own, tropical paradise.  We cannot wait to return!
