THE LOCATION...

The Beachside neighborhood of Old Town Key West is a quiet, mostly residential neighborhood on the southern side of the island. Just a couple blocks from the west end of Smathers Beach off Atlantic Blvd, and just down the street from Higgs Beach, BANYAN ROSE is a dream for beach-lovers who prefer to pack their coolers and towels and walk the few steps down to the sand and water. Watch the sunset from Smathers beach or the White Street Pier just around the corner. Take the short stroll to Salute for a beachside meal, or bike ride down to Duval Street or the Historic Seaport for the most popular Key West attractions. There’s off-street parking available in the driveway, as well as additional on-street parking for extra vehicles, mopeds, and bicycles in front of the house.

THE LIVING AREA & KITCHEN...

The living area of BANYAN ROSE has an open layout, with vaulted ceilings and a set of French Doors that open to the backyard. The cozy living room has a large flat screen TV and is furnished in a style that reflects its modern architectural roots. Just next to the living room is the fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances and all of the tools you will need to create a gourmet meal. The dining area is just across from the kitchen, with space for up to eight diners at the elegant dining table. There are two stools at the kitchen bar for extra guests or a casual bite. A full bathroom is located off the living room, which also has direct access to the pool area.

THE HEATED POOL & GROUNDS...

The private backyard is ideal for enjoying Key West's beautiful weather, year-round. The pool is perfect for cooling off in the warmer months and can be conveniently heated in the cooler months. Work on your suntan while relaxing poolside in the chaise lounges or enjoy a BBQ in the shade of the Banyan tree, using the propane grill and outdoor dining set. The backyard is fully fenced, providing plenty of privacy and there's even an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a swim in the pool.
