THE LIVING AREA & KITCHEN…

The kitchen and living room are beautifully furnished with touches from the Orient. A wall of glass doors provide a lovely view of your backyard oasis from both rooms. The living room has a large sofa, chairs, and a Balinese daybed for your group or family to gather, with a flat screen TV. The updated eat-in kitchen has all the tools and equipment you will need to create a gourmet meal or your favourite cocktail. There is bar seating for a casual bite, and a full dining area just off the kitchen. The powder room is conveniently located in the hall.

THE PAVILION & POOL AREA…

The south-facing back yard is simply stunning, with gorgeous tropical landscaping and plenty of space to enjoy both the sunshine and the shade. There is a covered dining area on the lanai along with an outdoor lounge area. The perfect spot to relax, take in the views, and let the subtle fragrances of the surrounding flora soothe your senses. The large private heated pool and spa area is a serene retreat, with waterfall features adding the perfect touch. Sit back in one of the chaise lounges by the pool at night, look up at the evening sky, and enjoy the majesty of a Key West starry night. The bbq area has a propane grill for enjoying a poolside cookout.

THE ACCOMMODATIONS…

All of the bedrooms of this upscale home are on the second floor.

** First Master Suite: King bed with an elegant canopy, a large flat screen TV, an antique wooden desk, and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. This master suite has garden and pool views.

** Second Master Suite: King bed, en-suite bathroom, plus its own living area complete with TV, sofas, and kitchenette for morning coffee in privacy. This very large, 700 square feet master suite, also has a private balcony overlooking historic Fleming street.

** Third Bedroom: Queen-sized bed with a flat screen TV.

** Fourth Bedroom: Two Twin beds that convert to a King bed upon request and a flat screen TV.

The third and fourth bedrooms share a full bathroom in the hallway.
