Blue Heron's Cove

5 star experience!

Unit was clean and well appointed with all the necessary kitchen appliances along with a single serve Keurig.  Bedrooms had plenty of room and closet space.  Very nice deck area out the back of the unit that we often took advantage of as extended living space (grill, table and chairs as well as 4 other deck chairs.

 

Location is great in Truman Annex within blocks of Duval and other attractions while very private at night (gated with key only access after 6 PM).  Pool was nice size, never overcrowded and just a few steps away from the unit.

 

Can’t say enough about the property manager Brian B.  He was very responsive and informative during check-in.  We had an issue with the AC right when we arrived, but Brian had maintenance there within a short time, and when they couldn’t fix it he had an HVAC company there within the hour on a Saturday.  AC was fixed by the time we returned from picking up the rest of our party from the airport, so fixed quickly and no problems the rest of the way.  Last Key concierge services were also very helpful and saved us quite a bit on our jet ski rentals.  Overall great experience with Last Key management and would recommend to others.

Great Service & Property

Communication with Brian of Last Key was amazing- he was friendly and welcoming. The place itself is comfortable, cozy, quiet, very clean and had some great features like 2.5 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, washer/dryer upstairs in unit and a lovely heated community pool right outside. We like that it was not far from many of the activities a family would normally want to do (museums, Duval st, etc). If we came back to key west, we would definitely rent again from last key.

We really liked this property!

I have to say, it was wonderful. The house is in a great location and we loved it. We rented a couple of bikes for places that were a little long to walk in the heat. This worked out well. We were close to so many attractions and waterfronts. The neighborhood is lovely.

Last Key Realty Rocks!!!

Our rental property, Blue Heron's Cove, in the beautiful Truman Annex, was perfect for our family of four. We arrived to an immaculate and well-appointed home with several Key Lime treats from Kermits as an extra bonus!!! Kendra, our hostess, was pleasant, personable and accessible. The concierge service is also extremely helpful. Cannot wait to revisit Key West:)

Amazing!

We stayed at the Blue Heron's Cove the last week of April and it was amazing! Very clean, house had all the basics in the kitchen (spices, coffee, appliances and cutlery) and the bathroom (towels, blow dryers, hand soap). Our young family of 4 had the perfect amount of space and thoroughly enjoyed our easy-breezy vacation! We will definitely rent through Last Key the next time we are in Key West!!

Happy Return Customers

Last Key Realty is by far the best rental agency I have ever encountered in many years of domestic and international travel.  They are honest, dependable, friendly and extremely professional.  The take great care of the property and the renter.  I would not rent from any other agency in Key West.  I have booked this property for next year and will continue to do so each year.  Kendra Haines was my contact this time and her work was outstanding.  Great visit!

This was our second year staying in this condo and could not have been happier. Such a great location! The back porch is idea for relaxing and enjoying the glorious weather. Very comfortable furnishings. Last Key Realty takes very good care of the renters and the property. We will be back next year and can't wait!

The Best in Truman Annex

We have rented in the Truman Annex numerous times and this property was by far the best. We loved the outdoor space. Not many have such a large outdoor area. We also loved the privacy of the pool area. Would definitely rent here again.

Great, Quiet Location

A very nice place in the Truman Annex, the best area to stay in Key West. Walking distance to everything, but quiet and peaceful at the same time -- unlike staying on Duval Street.  Pool and hot tub were fantastic.

Perfect Place to Stay!

I had a wonderful 50th birthday week in Truman Annex (Blue Heron Cove) this year. Myself and 5 other adults had the best time!! We picked the perfect place to stay. Within walking distance to the grocery, restaurants, bars, shopping...everything!! The neighborhood is beautiful? It's very quiet. Very private. Rather affluent. Lyft driver's readily available at anytime of day. Our host Kendra was perfect. Her timeliness on return communication was very professional. She picked out a beautiful bottle of wine as a gift for my birthday. And really did an excellent job overall. 5 stars to Last Key! They really know what they're doing, how to make people happy, and provide high quality service. Thanks so much for a much needed vacation...

Wish I could give 10 stars

We just stayed in Truman Annex gated community. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. The neighbors were nice. The house was just like the pictures, beautiful, clean & bright. It was so close to all the sights, we rode bicycles everywhere.  I would give Last key and Greg 10 stars if I could.

Loved the house

 

Loved the property! Pictures do not provide full beauty of the property. We loved out stay st this property. It has everything a family needs on vacation and moore. The pool is just few steps from the door. On the picture pool looked much smaller than it really was. And most of the time there was no one but our family enjoying the pool time. We rented bikes to ride around and to the beach. Location is perfect and is in walking distance from restaurants and food store. There were 5 of us staying and it was perfect. Loved it and would come again. Property manager greeted us and explained everything around the house and area. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

The place was spotless

The Blue Heron Property in Key West was a perfect place to stay for our needs. Amanda was in touch with us from the moment we rented the house, the moment we landed and until we left. Great customer service. The place was just two blocks from all the restaurants and bars and shops. Great location. Overall we wanted for nothing staying at this property and would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend it.

Perfect!

The property was immaculate. It was completely stocked with everything you could possibly need. The location was perfect. The grocery store, the beach and all the activities of Duvall Street are walkable while being private and quiet.

Perfect location!!

May husband and I stayed at Blue Heron with our adult children. It is the ideal vacation home - clean, quiet, private, well stocked and maintained. We did not rent a car. Everything Old Town has to offer is in walking distance and cabs are abundant if you want to travel to other areas. Amanda Anderson met us at the house when we arrived and all of our questions were answered. A detailed binder was in the home with recommendations and suggestions for activities and entertainment in the area. We actually missed two days of our vacation due to weather and Delta canceling our flight, so I would recommend taking out the insurance offered by Last Key. Fortunately, we were able to relax and de-stress immediately upon arrival because everything in this home was perfect.

Key West Thanksgiving Week

Five Stars A Fantastic Thanksgiving Week Experience from start to finish! Rodney Culiver from Last Key Realty took care of our reservation and made the entire process extremely simple. He then had the company’s “Guest Services Coordinator” Amanda Anderson contact me to make final preparations for our stay. Amanda reached out several times and gathered some information about each of the arriving guests (ages and any special requests) and arranged to meet us at the property upon our arrival. When we arrived, Amanda had the home completely open / ready, to include some very special individual welcome gifts for each of the family members; and she even had a fresh Key West Key Lime Pie waiting for us in the fridge (which we all thoroughly enjoyed)! Amanda provided us an orientation / walk through of the house and all its amenities, and then she stayed in contact with us throughout the week during our stay to see if we needed anything, or if she could make any special arrangements to make our stay more enjoyable. Upon checkout, Amanda personally came to the house to assist us with our departure, and made the entire process extremely simple. Definitely will rent a vacation property from Last Key Realty again, as the house was perfect and the attention to detail and the rapport that Amanda Anderson establishes with her guests is nothing short of First Class!

Couldn't imagine any better

Perfect location, quiet, clean and well appointed. Felt very at home. Easy walking distance to everything I wanted to do. Enjoyed the back deck immensely.
