THE LIVING AREA…

Upon entering through the front door, you’ll be greeted by tropical colors and island inspired décor. The living room features two leather recliners and a plush sofa, which pulls out to a queen sleeper to accommodate extra guests. Everyone will have a comfortable seat to watch the large flat screen TV. Just beyond the living room is the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. In the cupboards, you’ll find everything needed to prepare meals at home. The large kitchen bar serves as your indoor dining space. Step down from the kitchen into the billiard room, complete with a custom pool table and flat screen TV. Just off the billiard room is a home office in case you must get some work done during your vacation.

THE BACKYARD & POOL…

Step out the sliding glass doors of the billiard room to be transported to your very own tropical oasis. Keep cool on those hot South Florida days by floating in the private pool, which can also be heated to your liking in the cooler months. There are chaise lounges and armchairs positioned on the pool deck that gets plenty of sun throughout the day. The outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after a dip or a day at the beach. Under the covered patio is a lounge area, outdoor TV, and dining table with seating for four. Cold beverages and good times await you at the poolside bar, which is equipped with a fridge and margarita machine. Treat your group to a poolside BBQ using the propane grill. The entire backyard is fully fenced and surrounded by lush tropical landscaping.

THE LOCATION…

BONE ISLAND BUNGALOW is situated in a centralized mid-island location, on a quiet residential street. Away from the hustle & bustle of Duval St, you can find your own peace and quiet, while still being a short 10 minute drive or Uber ride down to the heart of the action. You’ll find covered off-street parking under the carport, as well as plenty of on-street parking in front of the home.
