Terrific Stay

Wonderful facility with all the amenities. I never met the staff face to face, but they were very responsive via text and answered every question we had. They even text me the address so I could quickly and easily click on it to map our way back while out and about. Would definitely stay again.

Great Condo and Fun Property

Very spacious, well-equipped, and clean condo with a nice wrap-around porch with ceiling fans and seating. There is a beer and wine bar on the property at the marina with darts, pool table and friendly service. There was also a good-sized pool and hot tub. The property is a short moped or Uber ride to Duval Street and beaches (2 to 3 miles). Check-in and checkout was easy. This was our first time in Key West so we used Last Key’s concierge service. They arranged jet-ski tour, bikes, mopeds, private fishing charter, snorkel and swim boat for us, and all went as planned and effortless. We had a great time here and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo in a very peaceful area of Key West

It was very clean and had everything needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable. It is located right at the entrance of Key West, but is only about a 15 minute drive to Duval Street and the surrounding areas.

We enjoyed our stay!

They provided everything we needed. Lots of towels, toilet paper, soap, extra pillows and blankets. Very clean and very attentive. East check in and out. Close to everything (supermarkets and Duval). Would definitely stay here again.

We are so happy with the whole experience!

Coconut Malory was family-friendly, clean, organized, and every detail was included and well thought out. Victor was amazing and he always communicated with me and made our stay perfect. The pool was so clean and perfect! The apartment was spotless and had everything you would need for an amazing vacation. I would highly recommend Coconut Malory!

Couldn't have asked for more!

Wonderful place to stay. The unit was extremely clean and was equipped with everything we needed. The pools were nice and clean as well. Communication was great and all questions were answered immediately. We couldn’t have asked for anything better.

Great Place! My family loved it!

Great Place! Was very clean & the kitchen is well stocked. The bathrooms seemed very new & the showers were great. Great location just a short drive from all of the attractions. We will come back.

A Really Great Trip

The condo was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. Beautiful balcony surrounding the property. Comfortable stay for 6 of us. Reserved parking and swimming pool were a plus! Danny with Last Key Realty was amazing, loved the key lime pie he left us for our arrival!!! The complimentary concierge were amazing, they helped us book all the activities and took time to find alternatives when we couldn’t do some of the planned activities due to inclement weather. We enjoyed our stay!

Would definitely stay here again!

Arrived to a welcoming that made us feel “at home” immediately. And at the end of each day of our stay we enjoyed returning to this quiet community after spending the day with the crowds. Wrap around balcony partially overlooks the nicely kept pool, but is very large and situated to provide privacy. Well stocked with helpful “extras”, well furnished and maintained, with an elegant Key West feel. Great, regular communication from Danny and Last Key Realty. We loved our stay!

Above and Beyond

We loved this property and will stay here again. It is a ways away from all the activities which we did not mind. If you're up for a walk you can walk to Smathers Beach. It has a nice pool and bar on the property. Also, a key lime pie waiting in our fridge!

Fantastic Vacation Rental

This property is beautiful! The place is nicely decorated, there were small amenities that we didn’t have to buy, the towels provided were plentiful & spa quality, the beds were ready for us, and it was exceptionally clean. We had a rental car & getting around was quite easy.

Awesome Accommodations!

Our host, Danny Parker was great and very hospitable. The unit was extremely clean and comfy. The balcony surrounds the entire unit on the sides and it is covered to boot! It helped us enjoy the outside on the rainy Sunday we spent in Key West.

 

There is a bar on the property called the Boathouse Bar. Beer and wine were reasonably priced and the bar had a dart board, foosball table and pool table. On the rainy Sunday I mentioned it was a great place to spend a few hours with friends from our group. The unit also comes with a boat slip if you happen to have a boat which we didn’t and it’s located right next to the Boathouse Bar.

 

The other couple that shared the unit with us did not expect such clean and inviting accommodations and were also very pleased about the unit.

 

Thanks again to Danny for the delicious Key Lime pie, Prosecco and beer that was placed in the unit for our special occasion which helped us unwind after the drive from Orlando once we arrived. We would highly recommend these accommodations to all and would for sure stay there in the future. Thanks for everything, Last Key!

A top notch property that is well worth it!

A beautiful condo. Spotless with all amenities. Our property manager from Last Key Realty Danny Parker was outstanding. He even went above and beyond by stocking our refrigerator with beverages and a tasty key lime pie! He was in touch daily if we needed anything during the stay which was totally enjoyed. My sister and brother-in-law from Oregon are interested in visiting Key West and already have all the info.

Great, Secluded Condo

Very nice secluded condo on the water, away from the busy section of town. Super clean, Super easy to get to, with lots of parking. If you are looking to be out of the hustle and bustle of downtown this is the place.

Stress-Free Rental

The rental was very clean and the property managers were very communicative. They made the whole process from booking, to arrival, to checkout stress-free. The property is in a quiet area and only a 10 minute drive to downtown Duval Street & Mallory Square giving it the best of both worlds. We went during rainy season and the wraparound porch was the perfect spot to sit and enjoy a coffee while we waited for the brief rain to pass. I would recommend this property to anyone looking in Key West!

Definitely Recommend!

We loved our stay here. The condo was beautiful and clean. There was even a delicious key lime pie in the fridge waiting for us when we arrived. There's a lovely Marina with a restaurant. We were 15 minutes away from Old Town. The pool was clean and refreshing. I look forward to another visit and would definitely recommend this condo to my friends and family.

Just book it!

It was my first trip to the Keys, so I was nervous about the location and proximity to the airport. Just book this property... that’s my best advice! Spacious bedrooms, large kitchen and dining room for socializing, awesome wrap around porch for time outside, two easy to access pools along with a little restaurant at the marina. Usually I want to spend more time outside exploring, but we totally enjoyed every minute at this impeccably clean and cozy property. Highly recommend!

Great stay!

I would highly recommend this spot. It is a quick Uber ride to the busy downtown area, and for true relaxation this apartment was spacious and spotless. We enjoyed the pool after a day of cycling, touring and visiting beaches. The bike rental was on site though the boat house , which is a small bar overlooking a little marina. The communication was great, and Danny our representative was there for us if we needed him.

Very Comfortable

This property is in a great location. Very conveniently located. We used the dock for our boat, the bar for a drink and the 2 pools to relax. Condo itself is clean, roomy and very comfortable with everything we needed including bbq down stairs. Check in and check out process very simple.

Terrific from Start to Finish

Easy lease process from start to finish! Excellent Concierge Guest Service Coordinator!  Private condo and patio deck, full kitchen, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, security code entrance, 2 pools, jacuzzi, and area to cook out.... very pleased with cleanliness and amenities!! Beautiful

The property is beautiful and was very clean. I appreciated that they had extra towels and other things we needed. Check in and check out was very easy. We did have a couple of small challenges but the property management was very responsive and helpful. Overall our family was very impressed and would stay at another property owned and managed by Last Key.

Gorgeous unit, lots of fun and fantastic rental agency!

Last Key Realty, Inc. Has the most down to earth and professional staff. They accommodated us in every step of the vacation. The booking was done over the phone within 5 minutes and sent to us online so we could sign the contract and send back through email. We could keep up with our payments and travel for the condo we rented for the month of Feb. online with a very nice layout. We vacationed at the Coconut Mallory in suite 201 and it was gorgeous!!!  Everything was included and it was fully stocked.They had everything for the old school as well as the newer generations equipped in the unit. Dave has no work cut out for him & lots of time to play in the keys. His units are up to date and well taken care of.  He chose a great choice in management for his rentals.  Dan cannot be beat!! He absolutely without a doubt makes sure all of his guests are taken care of. Made us feel like we had known him forever. It was a two bedroom two bathroom suite equipped with a washer and dryer and oversized living room. You can enjoy the deck that  had 3 different entrances to go out and enjoy a nice evening breeze or a morning sunrise. Last Key Realty never disappoints if you want a reputable company I would suggest using them.Want to thank Dave the owner of the condo for sending Dan to us with a gift card and for also coming to see us off on our checkout day.  And also want to extend a Thank you to Dan also for his time and hospitality.  We will see you again next year!

So perfect!

The location is so perfect that you get any amenities you may need but are tucked out of the busyness. The deck is huge and both the pool and deck have the options for sun and shade. If you see that they have a murphy bed for extra guests, I'll tell ya that is the most comfortable bed ever. All of the appliances are new and clean, lots of spices pots n pans there are so many kitchen tools ,even both kurig and regular coffee pot. All of my group felt spoiled as each one of us thought we had the best space. I felt like the manager Danny was sitting by his phone waiting for us to call for anything we may have needed. He checked up on us via text to make sure we were having a great time. Hands down the best vrbo we have rented and we have been to a lot of places. We are going back to this one in March!

So well equipped!!

We really loved staying at this property. Large master shower & tub, beach towels, great new tvs with options to use our apps, large wrap around deck. Close to Cow key marina where we rented kayaks and did a jet ski tour. The best part was the well equipped kitchen. Thanks for taking such good care to have everything we needed!

Everything about coconut mallory was great!

Nice touch of having a concierge and someone via text at your disposal was great. We have never been to Key West before and they made our trip excellent. We had great tips on where to go. The condo is clean and it was really nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. We love ld the two swimming pools and hot tub. It was so much to do down there we will definitely come back! That location was great as we did have a car and everything was within 10 or 15 minutes to a beach or a restaurant or anywhere.

Perfect Key West Vacation
We enjoyed our stay in this clean, well maintained, beautiful condo. It was very convenient for a morning run to the beach and nice to keep the boat on site. The tiki bar was a welcome sight when returning from a day of fishing and we enjoyed relaxing with a cocktail while watching other boaters drive by. We saw a manatee at the docks a couple days during our stay. Parking on the island is always an issue, but here we were happy to find covered and assigned parking. It was nice to have a full kitchen for preparing the fish we caught each day and enjoyed eating our catch on the large porch. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were large. It was the perfect location for our Key West vacation. I have recommend this condo to friends visiting this winter. I’m sure they will enjoy their stay as much as we did!
