The community it’s in is very safe and well maintained with beautiful views. The home itself was beautiful and well maintained. We enjoyed fishing in the canal and swimming in the community pool. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We appreciated the home being opened up for us before our arrival.

All around great stay!

Great view, cozy space and love the convenience of the golf cart. Charity from Last Key Realty was really responsive and answered my questions right away. Would recommend to a friend or family and definitely stay there again!

Beyond Expectations!

We used Last Key to rent a beautiful home in Venture Out Resort in Cudjoe Key. It exceeded our expectations! We loved all the amenities (especially the golf cart) and how close it was to everything there is to do in the Keys. We can’t wait to use them again (and maybe try a different property)! Even though the weather was not on our side it was literally perfect.

Great!

My husband and I and our 2 adult children really enjoyed our stay. It was quick and easy to get to Key West. It was also easy to get to Marathon and the beaches. Very convenient if you have a boat. Dock right in front of the unit. Great stay!

This was the perfect family getaway

The beds were really comfy. I loved relaxing on the deck in the morning to drink my coffee in the sun, the pool area was great and having the golf cart was icing on the cake. If your looking for a nice comfortable getaway check out the mermaid condo

AMAZING!

This is one of the most beautiful rentals I have stayed in.  The team at Last Key Realty is awesome!  Laura met us at our property to make sure everything was in order and they made sure we had everything we needed to make our time at Mermaid Magic absolutely fabulous.

 

This property is in the Venture Out community and has several amenities that we enjoyed while we were there including a large pool, hot tub, gym and pickleball courts.  There are strict rules within the resort, but we didn't mind at all as it kept the noise down at night the resort is very well maintained.

 

The property was perfect and very comfortable.   We have already booked our next stay and are so excited!

We had an amazing time at this property

The sunrise every morning got more & more beautiful. Peaceful area. The property was perfect from the stellar communication from Nadia, the guest services coordinator. She left no stone unturned. I had to ask zero questions as she addressed everything on her own with exact details. The key lime pie for the family was an exciting surprise as well!! We would most definitely stay here again. The quaint property has everything you need to feel at home.. picnic table, Grill, bikes, Golf cart, outside furniture, and the home inside has a HUGE TV and was beautiful and cozy and modern down to the smallest details. This was a lovely trip. And one we hope to duplicate. Thank you so much !!!!

Worth the money!

First and foremost, our host Nadia was great! The property was very clean, and having the golf cart was a HUGE bonus. We have been to Venture Out about 15 times over the past 20 years, and this property was our favorite. I will say that Mermaid Magic was on the higher end of the cost spectrum. As I do wish that the rent was cheaper, I must say that I did feel the vacation was a pretty good value, mainly because of location/views, golf cart and "concierge type" hosting by Nadia. We booked last minute, so we had few cheaper options. We are bargain hunters when vacationing, however, I will still consider this property even when lower price options are available.

Had a wonderful time

We stayed at Mermaid Magic and the house and park was amazing. The pictures and descriptions of the area were 100% spot on.  House was beautiful and clean. Nadia contacted me and explained all procedures and everything went very smooth. Highly recommend Last Key and Nadia and Laura. Thanks ladies for a wonderful time.

Definitely Recommend!

Lovely homely apartment with a great small deck overlooking the water. Family loved the barbe and golf buggy, also very well stocked, coffee pod machine, laundry/ kitchen cleaning products etc. Communication was great and the complimentary Famous Kermit Key Lime pie is a lovely touch. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing laidback break!

The location is absolute perfect!

Plenty of seawall space to park your boat. Location is right at the mouth of the canal and around the corner from the marina. The community store is just a few hundred feet down the road, which makes running over there easy. We always love staying at Venture Out. Nadia with Last Key Realty made everything seamless with our stay.

Exactly what you're hoping for!

This property is exactly as it appears online. It’s clean, well stocked, and in a great location. Cudjoe Key is right between Key West and Marathon - and we like to spend time in both when we visit the Keys. We didn’t use the pool or other facilities in the community, but we did take the golf cart for a spin to check things out. It looked like a great place. Everyone was friendly and it wasn’t overly crowded. I’d stay again!

A Perfect Getaway

We visited the Keys for an extended weekend getaway yet we didn’t want to stay in right the mix. This house was perfect in between both Key West and Key Largo while also being a pristine house to stay in and the area was excellent as well.

 

All the little touches and finer details you'd expect from a house at this price point are there - well-designed interior, furnishings and other accessories. Towels were fluffy and smelled nice, not cheap and industrial. The sheets and the bedding were very comforting as well. Plenty of beach towels which was an added bonus along with a true fully stocked kitchen to include coffee supplies!

 

The views on the deck were awesome and comfortable furnishings to read a book or grab a chair and layout, fish off the pier below or tie up your boat. It was highly windy during our stay yet nothing outside the house blew away. 

 

Laura was a highly engaged property manager / liaison and the services provided to make check-in easy truly made this a perfect getaway. We will be back for sure, the spas and boat excursions we went on in Key West were so enjoyable because we had a peaceful place to return to vs staying in that area. If bar hopping and walking to touristy restaurants and stores is your thing then stay in Key West. If first class relaxation and close to a few good restaurants and about 20 minutes away from Key West is more appealing then stay here!
