Great Condo and Incredible Service

Beautiful place, fantastic oceanfront view, great location. Christian, our Guest Coordinator, met us when we arrived to let us in, show us around the condo, answer questions and give us recommendations. He was available all week if we needed anything. We’ll definitely return and book with Last Key again!

Quiet, relaxing condo

This is a great unit -- very clean and well-appointed, with fabulous views of the water. The location is a 10-minute Uber ride from the craziness of Duval Street, but we actually preferred staying in a quiet, relaxing area. The management company was super easy to work with and very responsive.

Highly recommend!

This was our first time visiting KW and we will definitely be back. The condo was amazing with breath taking views from the living room and both bedrooms. The guest service coordinator was a big help upon our arrival and she made us feel at home. The location is a short 2-3 minute walk to a tropical beach with white sand and palm trees. Not within walking distance to shopping but we rented a golf cart and was everywhere within 5-10 minutes. Next time we plan to rent bicycles or scooters and make traveling on the island even easier.

Fantastic Rental

This unit is run by Last Key Realty. The person we worked with was Tracie. She was the best. Met us at the property and showed us around the unit, and made sure we had everything we needed. The unit was spotless, had a great view (pelicans were diving for fish daily). It was nice to wake up and sit on the porch with a coffee. The pool was also fantastic. It's about a mile from Duval street, just far enough away to be quiet. Note if you have a large pickup truck it might not fit in the (gated) parking garage, as it is rather low, I would guess about 6'5" - 7' height, and tight spaces)

Could not have been happier!

Could not have asked more from property managers. They greeted us and made sure to answer all of our questions. They communicated with us throughout our visit, just to let us know they were there if we needed anything. The property, while a bit dated, was extremely well maintained and run. Security was visible and proactive, without being intrusive. It was not walking distance to the action, but we enjoyed the quiet and parking was never a problem. Also cheap abundant rideshares. Beds were clean and comfortable. All amenities were there. Toilet paper, detergent, soap, fluffy towels, etc. great shower in the Master too. Highly recommended!!

Quiet, clean & comfortable

Our family really enjoyed our time at the Neptune Penthouse. It was very clean, spacious, and the shower was amazing. The bed was comfortable. The view and patio were great to have. The pool and sand was fantastic as well. We appreciated how close it was to everything, but how quiet it was as well.

The Perfect Respite

Away from the hustle and bustle but perfectly near the beach. The pool was lovely, the building was clean, and everyone was very nice. We felt safe in the neighborhood, and the Penthouse was well kept and clean. Highly recommend.

Loved the experience!

Staying at Neptune's Penthouse with Last Key Realty as concierge was a great experience.   The waterfront view, pool and beach are amazing.  Clean and secure.   Monique was my guest service coordinator and she is fantastic.  She was so attentive and available!  Had cold bottle of prosecco and snacks waiting in fridge and was always there when I needed her.

Incredible Views & Beautiful Penthouse

Beautiful, updated and very well equipped penthouse condo in a very nice complex. The views from the large, private deck are incredible. Everything was ready for our arrival and we had no problems. Very comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer! The pool and beach areas are fantastic as well.

Best Service Ever!

This condo is perfectly situated around plenty of activities but away from the hustle and loud duval street. Easy drive to get there for a visit. About 10 min max. Beautiful view, beach and swimming pool available. Private parking. Best part is it’s owned by last key realty and they do an amazing job. Our host, Monique started text contact with us day of arrival. Told us where to stop on drive, gave tons of recommendations, and even left a key lime pie and beverages in the fridge for us!

Outstanding!

My husband, our friends, and I stayed at the Neptune's Penthouse for a much to brief 3 nights. It was an outstanding unit. Beautifully decorated, plenty of towels, and a very well stocked kitchen. The grounds of the complex are very nicely maintained. There are plenty of chairs and shade around the pool area. We found the permanent residents of the complex to be very welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend this unit for a wonderful Key West getaway.

Peace & Quiet

Beautiful views of the Atlantic. Clean and quiet. Parking garage doesn't allow SUV's and Trucks though, so rent a car. Lol.

A Great Family Trip

We had a great trip in Key West and staying at Neptune's Penthouse. The unit is more modern and up to date with new finishing's than others with a great view of the water. The pool was great and we were close to some great restaurants around Key West. The kids rented mopeds and we were able to park them in our reserved parking spot which was nice. We would highly recommend this unit to anyone who is looking for a great family trip.

Very Pleasant Stay

Neptune's Penthouse is spacious, clean, cheerful and updated. It has a great view of the ocean. The pool was very nice and there were plenty of lounge chairs. We had a pleasant stay and highly recommend it.

Perfect for my Honeymoon

Our host Monique was great. This was my first time using an Air BNB, and I was nervous, especially since it was for our Wedding/Honeymoon. I wanted it to be perfect. The view was amazing and the location was close to beach, restaurants and shopping.  I couldn't have asked for anything better!

Wonderful return trip to Key West!

 

We stayed at Neptune’s Penthouse, 1800 Atlantic Condominiums. Beautiful view! Condo was perfect, well maintained, and very clean! Last Key Realty, specifically Laura Mayesing, was so helpful and professional! She helped a couple of times with questions and even came out to the condo twice! Really great spot to enjoy the town!

Generous 2 bedroom with huge master bath. Lovely views from every room, kitchen is highly functional and clean, easy check out and in. Be sure to use the complimentary concierge service to rent bikes and secure reservations. They suggested to have Public deliver groceries and it was so easy to kick off our vacation from day 1!

Clean renovated condo!

 

Would definitely come back again to this condo...had lots of extra supplies. (Cooler, beach towels, spices, etc) It had great amenities too! (Pool, workout room, grills) Beautiful penthouse view of the ocean. Walkout balcony in each room. Great sleeping for 4 people.

Better than I expected!

Updated super clean condo with amazing view!! Our host Shannon was amazing! She was there when we arrived , offered a lot of great tips/advice and places to see while we were there. This was one of the nicest condos I've ever stayed at. We will definitely be back soon!

Beautiful, clean property with great ocean views

The property is accurately described. It actually looks better in person. The pool area was clean and there were plenty of lounge chairs available. Security is taken seriously at the complex. Keys are needed to enter all areas and a friendly security guard was seen around the property. This is definitely one of the nicer units as it is on the top floor and has great ocean views. We left the car in the garage most of the time and called Uber. We did drive to Fort Zachery Beach which was beautiful. Smather’s Beach next to the complex has the worst smell, but fortunately it does not smell at the condo. The unit had just about everything you would need - plenty of linens, beach chairs, beach towels, and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoying morning coffee and evenings on the extended balcony was what I enjoyed most.

We could not of had a better time !!!!!

Property was very well kept, saw security several time so felt very safe,,, clean rooms,,, everything worked properly and the best was Shannon Maska!!! By far the best host/concierge service I have ever received ANYWHERE!!!!! She made our week there over the top! During our stay it was both my wife & daughter bday during the week, when we arrived there was Bday cake, candles, hats, and Flowers! The small personal touches made a huge impression,,, then she reached out on both bday not only to check on us but to wish each of them a HAPPY BIRTHDAY one both days! I can not say enough about Shannon and her whole team at Last Key Reality, we will be calling Shannon directly to plan our next visit, we entrust our vacation in her hands wholeheartedly....

Amazing, beautiful condo!

Our family had an amazing time! The condo was better than we even imagined. It was perfectly clean and updated with super nice furniture, a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and linens, and a wonderful ocean view. The building felt a bit dated, but the condo did not! If you want to stay on the ocean, we would highly recommend staying at this property. (Note: The name of the condo could be a bit deceiving. It is not a penthouse, but it is one of many rooms on the top floor of the building.) We will definitely stay here again!

It is such a pleasure to hear what an amazing time your group had in Neptune's Penthouse! Comfortable beds and linens is especially a wonderful compliment as that can be difficult to achieve! We are not quite sure why the name of the condo is deceiving - however - because this is a TOP floor unit in a 4-Story building. The ceilings are beautifully vaulted and much higher in this top floor unit than any other floor. The ocean views, as you said, are breathtaking and the setting from this high in a penthouse location is magnificent. We hope future guests will not be confused by this review as the definition of Penthouse in the dictionary is: "an apartment on the top floor of a tall building, typically luxuriously fitted and offering fine views" which is EXACTLY what this condo offers!

Was a perfect fit for our needs

We were in Key West for our daughters beach wedding and needed a place for us (parents) and our other adult children to stay. The place itself was extremely clean and tastefully decorated but what impressed me the most was how well furnished it was. It was a very small intimate wedding and I hosted several of the meals. The kitchen had everything I needed (and more) and was nice quality along with fresh comfortable furnishings and linens. Of course it didn’t hurt that it had a wonderful view of the ocean from our balcony. Highly recommend.

Exceptional Vacation Getaway

The condo met all our needs!

The condo is nicely decorated & the view is awesome of the ocean & the pool. It has all the comforts of home... from the kitchen which had spices, paper towels & dish soap to the bathrooms with towels & hand soap! (As you can tell I'm so used to buying those things) From the moment we met Shannon from Last Key Realty she made us feel welcome & was very helpful with suggestions... she even had a key lime pie in the fridge & sand toys for my grandson. We had a great week making our way around the island then coming back to a relaxing place to stay. We will be back!

Great view

The was a spectacular view and quiet space. We were traveling with little ones and it was the perfect place. Huge pool, walking distance (stone throw away) to Smathers Beach. This is the quiet side of Key West. Not a lot of restaurants to walk to (but it's July and simply too hot). The building itself is dated along with the hallways. I heard, "oh thank God it's nice" as soon as my husband opened the door. It was totally remodeled and very well appointed. Sometimes in a condo, houses, it is so skimpy but not this unit. There was toilet paper, paper towels, lots of beach towels and a FULL size washer and dryer. The master shower was amazing. It could hold 10 people. This unit was managed by Last Key Realty who truly provided amazing service. I worked with Shannon as a coordinator when I arrived who even picked me up some starter groceries. She checked in regularly and helped with little things like a dr for a sick little one. Rodney was great at booking process as well. They even arranged a high chair and it was waiting for us at the unit. The concierge was great especially Phillip who recommended a bunch of kid friendly places and he was super fast at email. Our trip was great and Last Key made it better.

What a view! We didn't want to leave!

Clean and updated condo that offers an amazing view, amenities, and a very short stroll to the beach! We loved renting this property - we felt welcomed and pampered and really enjoyed our time relaxing here. We highly recommend this condo to rent - spacious, clean and has everything you need! Amazing New Years !

My family and I had a VRBO property owner cancel on us with little notice for our New Years arrival in the Keys. Thank you so much to the property managers for Neptune's Penthouse to accommodate us at the last minute. The property was absolutely beautiful. It had a well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and it was immaculately cleaned for our short notice arrival. We would definitely stay here again AND would definitely refer this property.
