Upon entering through the front door, you’ll immediately know you’ve stepped foot in a special home. The cool island tones and coastal modern furnishings provide a sense of comfort. Swing open the back doors to let the tropical breezes to flow in. The plush sofa and loveseat provide plenty of comfortable seating options for your group to gather in front of the large flat screen HD Smart TV. The dining room has a large dining table with seating for six and two extra seats at the kitchen bar. The kitchen offers brand new Samsung stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with all of the tools you'll need to prepare meals at home. There is a half bathroom on the main floor for convenience.
THE BACKYARD...
Fully fenced and surrounded by lush landscaping, the backyard of SALTWATER SAPPHIRE is completely private and will surely be a primary gathering place for your group. Soak up the sun or escape to the shaded patio, both of which offer comfortable seating. Fire up the propane grill for an outdoor meal using the outdoor dining set with seating for four. There’s even an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the pool or beach.
THE ACCOMMODATIONS...
** Master Suite: Queen bed, a full closet, flat screen HD TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower.
** Second Bedroom: King bed, a full closet, flat screen HD TV, private balcony, and access to the hall bathroom with a shower.
THE GATED COMMUNITY & POOL...
Truman Annex is the most exclusive private residence community in Old Town Key West. Located just off the main drag of Duval Street, Truman Annex is an oasis of calm, quiet streets lined with palm trees and beautiful Floridian homes. Within Truman Annex, this home is one of a handful tucked away off Fleming Street. The entrance to Truman Annex is secured by a 24-hour staffed guard gate and you can use the residential entry gate keys to come and go on foot at night. The community pool is just down the street, with plenty of chaises and restrooms for convenience.
Compliance with Truman Annex Community Rules & Regulations is expected of all Last Key guests. This includes “Quiet Time” in all outdoor areas, public and private, after 10PM.

** This property will accommodate up to 6 adults
** Pets allowed only for stays of one month or longer
** Last Key Realty vacation homes are rented to family groups and responsible adult groups only. Groups who expect they may cause after hours noise will not be a good fit for this home and should be aware they may incur additional penalties when in residence for violations. There will be a $500 charge for after-hours dispatch of our staff in response to calls resulting from verified noise complaints for violations by our guests in residence.

What a beautiful, well kept guest home. The house was perfect; I felt at home as soon as I walked through the door. The location makes it easy to get around town no matter which direction you are heading. Will definitely book through Last Key again…very professional with an eye for detail.

Cheeseburger in Paradise!
This place was absolutely FANTASTIC and even more beautiful than the pictures! Beautifully decorated and absolutely everything you need. Comfy beds, luxurious showers, awesome kitchen, and outdoor grill space! Close proximity to town, secure neighborhood and walking distance to so many great restaurants and things to do! We would highly recommend this place. Brian was an awesome host that went above our expectations. This place definitely made for one of the best getaway trips we’ve had to Key West! Lovely & Private
Great property, extremely clean and well located within proximity to many activities. The unit was not connected to other buildings, so very private. Pool is a few steps away, but provides a nice walk and many beautiful plants along the way.

Best Neighborhood in Key West
Two story stand alone house in adorable gated Truman Annex community. It was extremely clean and upon arriving, there was a Key Lime Pie in the fridge. The community pool is a 2 minute walk away and after quickly learning to avoid the party scene on Duval street with our family, we thoroughly enjoyed the rest of the island.

Perfect Location
We (husband and I) and our 19 y/o daughter and her best friend spent a wonderful week at Saltwater Sapphire. The location is perfect. It is two short blocks from Duval and one block from Whitehead which runs right down to Mallory Square and the shops/restaurants near the water. The property was private, quiet, sparkling clean and very comfortable. The pool for the complex is close by but a little small so we didn't use it often. We rented bikes and were able to bike to Fort Zachary Taylor Beach which was very convenient. The concierge service was able to make reservations for us to attend a ghost tour and a sandbar charter. Great place, great location, great perks!

Everything about our stay at this property was 5 stars! It was loaded with all the necessities and located in a part of Key West where we felt close to all the right places. The property is very well maintained with all the added Key West charm and beauty. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean, Comfortable & Well-Appointed
The property was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The location was perfect for all the attractions in Key West. We enjoyed having access to the grill and community pool. The kitchen had spices to cook with and sufficient cleaning supplies to clean up during our stay. We were happy to have access to a washer and dryer and returned home with very little dirty laundry. The only issue we had was with a towel rack in the master bath and it was resolved very quickly and efficiently.

Great Unit - You'll Walk Everywhere
The location was perfectly situated within comfortable walking distance of all tourist attractions. It was close enough to walk to more populated areas, but secluded enough to be a very private and quiet stay. It is just a few blocks away from bars, restaurants, Duval St, Mallory square, and the pier to watch the sunset. There is a private parking spot in a lot, not on the street (major plus). Would definitely stay again!

Salt Water Sapphire what a Gem!
Salt Water Sapphire is a beautiful home tucked away in Truman Annex, you can enjoy the quiet at home, or join in the excitement of DuVall Street. The added bonus of the elevator to get your bags upstairs was awesome. Both bedrooms have beautiful walk in showers. The kitchen was beautiful with all the appliances and cookware needed. The back deck has plenty of seating and a grill, so you can grill your fresh catch. The pool was a short walk from the house, well maintained with plenty of chairs. Island Hideaway
We absolutely love the peaceful, secure setting in the Truman Annex. This meticulously kept and maintained two story home makes you feel welcome at 1st glance. The elevator is a wonderful convenience for transporting luggage up or down. Every room is clean and beautiful, furnished with comfort in mind. The location is positively perfect for walking convenience to Duval street attractions and Mallory square, etc. This is a perfect retreat from the many activities you are sure to enjoy in Key West. Saltwater Sapphire is a gem
The central location of this beautiful home makes it the perfect getaway. As peaceful and quiet as the home is, Duval St. is just one block away.
