Thank you for an amazing family trip!

We stayed here with a party of 10, extended family ages 18-85 and everyone had the best time together. The property was perfect for us with plenty of space to be together but also for everyone to have their own beds. The kitchen was well stocked which made it easy to make most meals at home. We enjoyed dining on the porch outside. The pool was a hit and nicely heated. The boat dock was awesome and just steps away.

Our friendly and helpful Last Key realty contact person was there to welcome us and responsive to texts. The location was great for both boating and also for getting to Duval St. The main reason we selected this spot was for the boat dock, but we were so pleased with the property. The photos don’t even do it justice, especially the pool. The pool was much deeper than photos show and we enjoyed it being in the sun until early afternoon. We hope to return!

Highly Recommend!

Property was very nice, kids enjoyed the heated pool, plenty of room in the kitchen for all the cooks. Area was safe & good distance from the noise of Duval St. Management team very responsive with all inquiries & even made arrangements for pool side massages! Perfect for Fantasy Fest

Outstanding townhouse with first-class amenities. Views are incredible while drinking morning coffee and watching dolphins enjoying life. Rode bikes everywhere from this place. Stayed during  Fantasy Fest and this was the best place to be.

Exceeded Our Expectations!

My family (8 adults and 1 infant) recently stayed at this property, and it and the service we received exceeded our expectations in every way! We were contacted ahead of time to make sure everything we needed was in order, and upon arrival, we were greeted by Alice, who showed us the property and was a sheer pleasure to speak with. Our family had a wonderful time at the property… There was ample space and the patio/pool deck was perfectly setup for large groups. The unit was also super clean and conveniently located. We would 100% stay here again!!

Perfect size for our group of adults

The dock was a hit for our group. We saw so many fish, sharks, barracuda, dolphins and even a manatee came by to say hi! Perfect size for our group of adults.

10 Minutes from Duval

Nice property with all the kitchen amenities needed. Plenty of room to spread out for teens and adults. The property had a great outdoor space with private pool and dock where the kids went fishing.... they actually caught snapper and a shark... and released them back to the water. The property was super clean. Overall, a great location close to Duvall Street and Mallory Square... about 10 minutes or less.

We had A BLAST!

A large group of friends and I stayed here for my 30th birthday in the beginning of April. We loved everything about this place! Communicating with the property manager, Danny, was super easy- he texted/called back right away. Everything was super clean when we arrived. We had A BLAST. Can not say enough great things about this place. They even let us securely stash our luggage at their office prior to check in and after check out!

Large, Spacious & Comfortable

Plenty of space and great location on the water!

The townhome was fantastic. Backyard and back decks were private and great to sun and relax. We rented a boat and docked it behind townhome which made it very convenient. About a 25-30 minute walk to Duvall and Mallory Square area. We rented bikes which made it easy to get around during day and grabbed an Uber to get to a Duval after dark. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Home!

The home we rented was beautiful and in pristine condition. The communication with Last Key Realty was so responsive and proactive and friendly. They even offered a concierge service to help find activities and restaurants in the area. Shel in particular was very helpful and supportive. Amazing Service & Incredible Home!

Last Key Realty , especially Shel our property manager have created an incredible trip for us down to key west. When we arrived everything was so clean, updated home with incredible amenities such as the pool . master bedroom and bath were immaculate. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and updated. Shel greeted us upon arrival with a great sense of humor and a welcoming heart. we could not be more pleased with his service. when we had a question he always answered the phone immediately. Shel also met us at departure to thank us for picking last key and the home we rented. The waterfront property has breathtaking views on the balconies of the bedrooms and kitchen/living room . waking up to those sights of the water and sun was dream like. The sunsets while we barbequed and enjoyed the back yard set up and pool was just as incredible. The property was within minutes from local restaurants , bars, beach. we truly enjoyed every minute of our stay. thank you Shel and Last Key Realty. we will be back !

Huge House with Everything!

The Commodore's Manor was a perfect host for our 11 person bachelorette party in March of 2021. When we arrived, the house was spotless and had all the necessary items for a great weekend. Each bathroom was equipped with a blow dryer, every bedroom had extra blankets, the kitchen had every necessary cooking tool needed, etc.

 

Last Key Realty/Shel was very easy to work with throughout. They emailed throughout the process before we checked in, and were available throughout the weekend if we needed anything at all.

 

The house is huge, but the best features are the large kitchen/living room area and the spacious patio/backyard around the pool. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We also took a boat out one day and it picked us up right from the dock, which was so convenient. The house is a little far from Duval and the bars/restaurants, but only a 20 min walk/5 min Uber. Highly recommend this house for a large group!

One for the memory books

We were in the Commodore Unit 7. Fun. Well equipped. Scenic. Easy access to Duvall. Responsive staff. Good Dining Suggestions and Guest Book. Fast wireless. Good TV cable. Comfortable. Efficient elevator. Friendly neighbors. Everyone had a holiday blast. Excellent concierge. Good golf tee times. Mid-week cleaning wonderful. Our little dog loved it and had always wanted to go to Key West. She barked with pure joy on arrival. Steam cleaned nicely. A welcome key lime pie. First class all the way. Easy access to the airport. A nice day on a catamaran.

A Spectacular Week @ The Commodore's Manor

My family and I booked the Commodores Manor for a week in October 2020. The booking process was easy and straight forward. Last Key Realty kept me up to date in the months leading up to our stay and were very prompt with their responses and even sent over a list of things to do and see in Key West. Our coordinator was Shel and with covid we could not meet face to face but he was all over everything and made our stay very comfortable. Our flight was moved up a couple of hours and we did not have early check in. Upon us landing Shel had me call him which was 3 hours before check in and he said the house was ready and let us enter the house early! The house was clean and well kept and the pictures did not disappoint. The pool was clean and just the right size to jump in and cool off. There was a full tank of propane with the grill and a full back up in the garage. The house came with a complimentary key lime bread which was a nice touch too! Thank you so much Shel and Last Key Realty for making our stay enjoyable and relaxing.

Everything about this house and our trip was great

Boy did we ever find our new Keys rental home!

Wow, what a great place to spend a week in Key West. As an avid fisherman and boater, having your own private and sheltered slip and dock right in front of your home for the week is invaluable. We have stayed at another place right down the street for the past 10 years and needed to find better accommodations. The true luxury home is well appointed with every thing you need for comfort, cooking and entertainment. Shel our property manager was so pleasant to deal with. His goal was to make us comfortable in any way we requested. A true first class operation. We have already reserved the same unit for next year and are counting down the days already. Thanks Shel for the professionalism and outstanding customer service you provided.

Great Spot for 12 Guests

Booked a home on the water for my bachelor party through last key realty and it was just a great experience overall. Last key was in contact with me up to the date of stay. We rented the Commodores Manor and it was a beautiful property. Comfortably fit my 12 guests! The host (Shel) met us at the property at check in and was great and knowledgeable about the area. He gave us a tour of the house and gave many recommendations of where to eat, drink, etc. Will definitely recommend Last Key Realty to anyone.

1st class service

I booked this place for a bachelor party and got 1st class service the entire time. We arrived a little early thanks to a quick driver and fast flight but Shel was in contact with me form a few days out to our early touchdown. Thanks to him we were able to check-in earlier than expected. When we got there, we were met by Shel who showed us around the place, gave recs for food/coffee/drinks and even had a treat for us waiting, which was really appreciated. I set up a boat trip through Last Key for one of our days, which went seamless and without a hitch. Everyone was friendly yet professional and made us feel at home. Leaving was also very easy and we were again accommodated by Shel. Check out was simple, straightforward, and Shel dropped by to see us off. All around it was a great experience and I highly recommend using Last Key, if I return, I know I will be using them again.

We rented commodore's Manor for 4 days and I can tell you this is the best place to stay at while in Key West. The house was very clean and specious for two families. It is conveniently located close to attractions and activities. Our coordinator Shel communicated very efficiently with us for check in and check out process as well as giving us suggestions for things to do and places to eat. He was very helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

The house was super clean and very roomy and nice! The only thing was the close quarters for parking but, it is understandable considering the close quarters of the houses there. Exceptional Time in Key West!!!

 

Cannot say enough about working with Last Key Realty for our trip this past May (2019). A group of my girlfriends and I planned this trip for a bachelorette/girls weekend in the beautiful Key West and it could not have gone better. We stayed at the Commodore's Manor provided by Last Key Reality and felt like we were in paradise! Specifically, our realtor - Shel, was such a pleasure working with and extremely helpful. From restaurant suggestions, to the concierge service, to the extra help with our luggage upon arrival - we cannot thank him enough for all his help on this trip! Shel even gives your experience in Key West a personal touch, by providing the house with some island favorites like Key Lime Pie and some local pastries to enjoy. This was my first trip to Key West but I definitely will be back, was an absolute blast!!

This is definitely one of the nicest homes in Key West

Private pool, patio, BBQ, boat slip, and right on the water. There is more than enough room to accommodate a large number of guests. My friends and I had an amazing time and will definitely be staying here on our next visit.

Very professional!

I rented the Commodore's Manor from Last Key Realty in February, 2019. Every communication with Chris Santry and Shel Segal were nothing less than perfectly professional and prompt. Shel was our personal attendant to the home, and he made himself available for our arrival and departure, and for the several times that I requested restaurant recommendations. Great location and perfect for a group of a dozen

What an amazing trip down to Key West and a big reason for that was the Commodores Manor house we rented through VRBO. The house was gorgeous and was exactly what we needed for our mix of 11 extended family members for three nights. The house had a nice balcony area where we would hang out and converse and enjoy the beautiful view of the bay. The pool was great too and comfortably fit everyone. The interior of the house was setup nicely and we even got a key lime pie from the host. Highly recommend.

Loved the Commodore!

We stayed for 3 nights in mid-February and loved the house. It was in a great location with quick access to all parts of Key West! We enjoyed the heated pool and all of the other house amenities. Perfect Getaway for the Holiday!

This is a great house to accommodate our party of 10. Shel was there to greet us upon arrival and was available whenever we needed. This house is perfect for those who want to get out on the water. With a private boat dock, we rented a boat for the week and was able to enjoy the flexibility of parking the boat at the dock and heading out whenever we were ready. You will need to Uber or drive to town or the beaches, they are about 7 minutes away. The Concierge was great as well. They setup any activities we did through the week. We enjoyed the Catamaran which included jet skis and parasailing. And some of our group went Deep Sea fishing. They had a blast! It was a great trip, we were fortunate to find such an accommodating home to fit our needs.

We love Last Key Realty

The attention to detail is always there. It’s nice getting in late to a property and knowing that you don’t have to scramble to get coffee, filters, cream & sugar etc for in the morning. It’s already taken of! Shel & the team at Last Key have some of the nicest properties and best locations. Our last trip we booked Commodores Manor for a big group vacation and loved that property! Great view, great location and the welcome Key Lime Pie is my favorite! We will book again for next trip.

It was awesome!

Our chiropractic group stayed at the Commodore mansion on our recent trip to Key West. The accommodations were perfect. The house was beautiful and clean and met all of our needs. Shel was awesome and so nice in dealing with us. I highly recommend staying here if you have a large group. Not only will you save on hotels, and meals if you cook in the house, but you will also have better social time and camaraderie with the people you’re staying with.

Overwhelmed

The Commodore is amazing. The pictures don't do it justice, and you can't beat the location. We trailered a 34' center console down and were a little worried about dock space and there was plenty. Again, photos don't do this house justice. Not to mention theres an elevator in it! Would highly recommend. -Andrew

Beautiful, Comfortable Home for a family get away!

This home was everything we were expecting and more. Very much enjoyed making memories celebrating my husbands 60th Birthday with our family in this beautiful home. The house is very nicely decorated, clean and maintained. Our group of 12 was more than comfortable spending time together inside or out. Location can't be beat. Close to everything. Minutes away from fishing - my husband chartered a boat. Perfect fishing trip..we prepared the fish at least a dozen ways in the very spacious, well-equipped kitchen. Shel was a pleasure to work with. He greeted us at the house and gave us a tour. He made us feel welcome and provided very helpful information . We felt confident that should we need anything, he was just a phone call away. Only negative was that we had to leave. Our family is still talking about our wonderful trip and stay. Would do it all over in a heart beat and not change a thing.

Hurricane Irma Hit the Keys! Oooh, NO!

Four weeks before we were to travel to Key West for a long planned wedding for my niece and her fiancé, Hurricane Irma hit the Keys. After nearly a month of worrying and wondering about whether it would indeed happen as planned, the wedding happened and the beautiful young couple are happily married. And our group has great memories of staying at Commodore's Manor. There were 14 family members, who stayed at the property and we were all delighted with the lovely home and the amenities it provided us. The house was more than adequate in size. The pool is quite small but still was adequate to cool us off and for the "kids" both young and old to have some great fun. My grandsons loved being able to go out on the dock to catch "the big one," and they actually caught (and released) quite a few! We had a wonderful time after a month of worries about whether the trip would happen at all! Shel and his staff were terrific from the get go. Easy and very professional when I was looking for a property to rent for so many of us and very helpful when the office reopened after the hurricane went through in letting me know exactly what was going on and reassuring me that the house would be ready for us. And that the island was ready for tourists. Our group arrived from 4 states and Canada and Shel was right there to welcome us and to help with any need we had. We couldn't have been more pleased with the service. We were heartbroken for the people of Florida by the devastation as we drove down to Key West but fortunately Key West itself hadn't had nearly as hard a hit as several of the other keys. We had a wonderful vacation, the island was getting back to normal and the house was great! If we get back to Key West one day I would certainly go back to Shel for help with my house needs. And if we had a large group of us again we would love to stay at the Commodore's Manor. By the way having an elevator was awesome with luggage or when toting in groceries for a large group.

Amazing waterfront property for large groups!

This house was truly the nicest property, hospitality and key west experience that I have ever had! The icing on the cake is the guest services coordinator Shel. Coordinating arrival times for a large group is challenging in and of itself. Without a great person working with me from start to finish to ensure that every person had an amazing trip I would have been lost. Shel was the man for the job! The first part of the group arrived early and Shel was more than accommodating to meet us ahead of schedule to show us around the house............ As a result of way too much fun on Duval Street, that "ahead of schedule" quickly turned into behind schedule and Shel was so helpful and accommodating to meet us at the house later in the day. The house was way more than the pictures could express. An amazing home with private parking area, beautiful landscaping, huge rooms with elevator access to haul all of the bags up, big open living room and kitchen area for all of our group of 14 to gather and celebrate together, beautiful deck/balcony views, private patio and pool by the water side and even a dock slip! This place was the complete package! Thank you Shel for welcoming our group, checking in through out our stay to make sure we were all having a great time and for seeing us off on checkout day! You are a great person Shel and made our stay an amazing trip for the books!

Great place, great service!

Very nice on-the-water relaxing location

We arrived to find the property very clean and well cared for. Shell met us on arrival and was very helpful in getting situated and moved in. We trailered a 26 foot boat down and easily launched it at the local public Marina and docked in the slip. Our family spent a week enjoying time on the water, time in the pool, and fishing from the dock. My son caught snapper and spotted both tarpon and nurse sharks right nearby. There was a small issue with the electrical service at the dock which Shel dealt with right away, having an electrician out the next day...very impressive. We would definitely stay again, and can't say enough about Shel's service. Thanks so much!!

FANTASTIC!

This home is spectacular! Perfect for our large group, and Shel and his team were nothing short of Fantastic to deal with. The home was clean, organized, well stocked, and the service was simply the best I have ever had! This is house is in a great location, and only a short cab ride to Duval Street. We were fishing a Sailfish Tournament, and the set up was perfect! We will definitely be booking this property again next year! Very accommodating and comfortable for all of us. Having the elevator was awesome for getting up and down in the house with it being 4 stories, and the garage was nice to keep our tackle and fishing items out of the way. We loved it!

Amazing Stay at the Commodore's Manor

What a great place! We had 13 of us in town celebrating a 70th birthday and there was plenty of space to accommodate everyone. The layout of the house gives you space where you don't feel like you are on top of each other. We spent a lot of time out on the back deck and by the pool. We had 2 different chef's come in to make the week special and both chef's commented on how great the kitchen was. We rented bikes so that we could easily get back and forth from Duval Street and would absolutely do that again....it was easier than trying to park down by Duval. The 2 car garage was great as was the extra fridge in the garage. Shel was amazing and made sure our stay was top notch. I highly recommend this house and consider renting bikes (Eaton Bikes will drop off and pick up at the house) to explore the island.

Beautiful outside view and fabulous interior space

The Commodore's Manor was a perfect fit for our group. The layout of the house made everyone's stay comfortable. The whole house was very very clean and well appointed for a vacation stay in Key West. Just like the description online. The open modern and bright layout had plenty of bathrooms and made for a super easy rental. We rent houses a few times a year and this home was one of the best. We especially loved hanging out in the pool and having the boat slip so close. Shel and Last Key Realty both provided excellent insight into the best of Key West. We used the restaurant guide that Shel gave us for dinner reservations and had incredible meals each night. You will probably need a golf cart or bike to get back and forth to town. We felt that this only adds to the charm of Key West. Happily we are looking forward to our return to Commodore's Manor.

Five stars!!

Amazing, clean, spacious, beautiful, Immaculate HOME!! It was so perfect for my Husband 50th Birthday!! The home slept 15 with room to spare, and the location is wonderful! Duval Street was only a short mile away on a bike or a walk highly recommend renting bikes. Shel was such a gem ... he is so helpful in making your stay the best. I love seeing someone truly love what they do and Shel is that guy, he had a list of recommendations of great restaurants around the island!! Wonderful Thanksgiving Reunion

Over Thanksgiving, our large family of 21 stayed in this delightful compound, using both Numbers 6 and 7 for sleeping, but gathering almost exclusively in #7, the bigger unit. The home was very well appointed and exceptionally equipped, down to soaps, sponges, paper towels, baggies, etc. (We have rented vacation homes before and were prepared, having stopped at a Walmart before arrival. Absolutely not necessary in this case.) There was plenty of room on the ground floor of the house for 20 adults to gather and watch the antics of the one 2 year old grandchild. The pool was heated and, although the weather was bright and sunny, the temperature was cool enough that the heat was welcome, particularly in the evening. We were particularly attracted to the Compound because of the boat slips, which turned out to be a prime attraction. We were able to dock our Whaler and enjoy lots of excursions. We loved watching the traffic going in and out of the marina, which proved not to be too noisy or bothersome. Finally, and most importantly to our younger crowd, we were greeted on our arrival by a manatee, lounging under the dock. We didn't see her again, but the one sighting was enough to create plenty of lovely memories. Special thanks to Shel, who was most kind and helpful. We'd love to do this again in beautiful Key West!

Commodore's Manor- a perfect fit for our large team!

This house was a perfect for our large team. The property was neat and tidy upon arrival and the property manager, Shel couldn't be any nicer. Wonderful House!

The property was great. It is about a mile from Duval Street and the "action" but it is in a great location on the water. Our family was there for annual summer vacation and had a wonderful time. Garrison Bight Home

Our family of 8 (all adults) stayed at this lovely home with our little dog. It was beautiful and accommodated everyone and we could've had even more people! The pool was more of a lap pool but still large enough to swim and have fun. Everything was taken care of and up to date. The only thing I would tell the owner/rental company is that they need more cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc; in the kitchen.  The kitchen inventory needs to be evaluated and updated. That was the only thing lacking in this lovely home. We rented bikes for the week and biked everywhere! We rarely used our rental cars. We all had a great time, plenty of space for all of us! We would surely rent this beautiful home again! Thank You!

Great experience

I rented this house for a long weekend with a group of my friends. The house was exactly like it looked online (no surprises). The house was very clean, and everything we needed for the weekend (dishes, pots, pans, towels, etc) was provided.

Great place!

Our group of friends rented this house for a week. It was beautiful, great for hanging out together but also big enough for privacy. It had everything we needed and if we needed something else, we called and they brought it to us right away. The pool was not big enough to play around in but was great to catch sun and hang out. The marina was nice but not for swimming. The area was quiet and easy to get to. The master suite was beautiful- able to watch the sunrise over the marina every morning! I would definitely rent this house again!

Great Time in Key West

The place was great. It was spacious and well kept. There was a lot of us and we really enjoyed it very much. The walk to Duval was only 1.2 miles and the exercise was well welcomed. And if a cab was needed, they were readily available. The view off of the kitchen and the master suite was great. The breeze was wonderful. We did not want to leave!  It was also really cool to see the Tarpon sitting under the dock. We caught fish off the dock as well. The bay was jumping with fish and birds. It was very close to diving, snuba and fishing charters as well.

We did find the mattresses on the top floor in the room with 4 bedrooms to be very uncomfortable but we were only there for four days so it didn't really matter too much. And, during the period that we stayed there, the pool had way too much chlorine in it. Needless to say, we did not get to enjoy it very much which was unfortunate because it was one of the best parts and they were gracious enough to heat it! Yes, the pool was heated!  Awesome!

Other than that, we would definitely rent from this company again! They were upfront and honest and met us at the door when we arrived. Kudos to them for making it a positive environment for us to have a great experience!

We are always glad to hear that our guests have had a great time. We only wish we had known about the uncomfortable beds and the issue with too much chlorine in the pool while they were still here! We would have been happy to bring in memory foam toppers for the beds and the pool service company to neutralize the excess chlorine. We have since taken steps to improve the beds, and have spoken to the pool service company. Anyone thinking of renting one of our homes should be assured that we believe in complete satisfaction. No complaint is too minor to merit our immediate attention.

Fantastic

We stayed at the house during Key West Race Week with our race program of 16 people. The accommodations were fantastic. The house had plenty of sleeping room for our mainly male crew, which has been a challenge to find in the past. The living room was joined to the open kitchen which made a perfect community space, comfortable for everyone. The back deck was the main attraction to living room on the second floor. Not to mention the view from the deck and master sweet balcony over looking the boat basin between Route One and the Causeway. The sun came up over the water and shed light across the lagoon illuminating all the high-tech charter boats across the marina. Every morning I looked out at that view and there was no mistaking- I was in Key West. Aside from the property manager being an absolute sweetheart, other bonus features of the house included a fenced in back patio with a gas grill and a small heated pool. The house also came with a dock and a private slip making it a no brainer to rent a boat for the week next time we come down. One other huge benefit was the elevator. This feature made it almost effortless to bring in luggage and provisions for the crew. This rental is everything you would expect and more-modern, clean, and spacious. I would certainly recommend it.

Awesome house!

We could not have stayed in a nicer place! Located next door to Garrison Bight marina it was very convenient for fishing, our guide picked us up from our dock behind the house. The pool and back porch area were great as well as the house, everything was very clean and the owner and property manager were nice to deal with. Paradise @ Garrison Bight

We had three couples and three children in the party and the house provided both space and privacy for everyone - could have easily handled another couple. Not mentioned in the add are three separate balconies - another nice feature. Just across the street from the historic part of town, the house is an easy walk or bike ride to everything on the island.

I'll save the biggest compliment for Shel, the Guest Service Manager. He hooked us up with everything from babysitters to shopping. Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, having him available was a big perk to our visit.

Key West Condo 3BR/3BA, 719 Unit 5

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful Key West condo last week with 2 other couples. It was absolutely wonderful! The condo is spacious, decorated beautifully and full of all amenities. The beds were comfortable and the showers were very modern. The condo was very clean and in perfect condition. The private pool made our trip with friends very enjoyable. You could adjust the temperature to what ever you like in the pool. The kitchen was huge and full of everything so we were able to cook with no problem. The view from the condo faced the docks and the bay. It was just a short bike ride or 15 - 20 minute walk to Duval. 

Shel truly made our trip even more perfect with wonderful customer service, attentiveness and guidance. Our favorite thing to do was ride around the island on bikes and spend time on Duval Street. One day we rented a boat and it was a lot of fun. We would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone and we plan on returning ourselves. In our opinion, this is a much better option than renting three tiny hotel rooms. Truly a great place to stay in Key West!

Paradise discovered!

We truly enjoyed our stay at 719 Eisenhower! The location is perfect, for boating and visiting Key West. The house is spacious and well-appointed, with plenty of outside furnishings to sit and enjoy the views from the balconies and the pool area. The docks are ample, with water supplied to each, which is very important, and the reef-like areas in between provided after-hour fishing fun, especially for the young ones of our group. Everything was in proper working order, thank you for that!

Shel was extremely helpful and pro-active when any issues arose, personable as well! We will recommend to others and plan to return ourselves.

Deluxe home in a great location!

We rented this home with five families and not only did we have plenty of space and ammenities, the proximity to town was convienent. Our guest specialist, Shel, was there to meet us when we arrived. Not only did he give us a thorough tour of the house and how best to utilize all it's offerings, he also gave some excellent recommedations for things to do downtown. Throughout the week if we had any questions, no matter how minor, Shel answered my texts immediately. And any problems, for instance a clogged drain, were adressed within an hour. And that was on a Sunday! I hope to stay at this house in the future.

Fantastic week of fishing!

We had an extremely enjoyable week at Paradise @ Garrison Bight. This place was the perfect place for ten (10) old friends to stay while spending several days fishing in the keys. The house had all the amenities of a five star hotel. We all enjoyed our stay tremendously and would gladly stay here again.

Fantastic Stay in Paradise!!!

13 friends and I recently stayed at the Paradise at Garrison Bight and had an absolutey fantastic time! The house was absolutely beautiful, and exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff at Last Key Reality was a pleasure to work with leading up, and throughout our vacation. The large number of beds, and open living space was greatly appeciated by our large group; furthemore, the patios, pool area, and dock were great for entertaining. The house is perfectly located; short walk or cab ride away from Duval Street, and near stores for anything you would need. Not a single person in the group of 14 had a single complaint, or recommendation for improvement; the house was incredible!

What a View

What a place. From the moment we arrived, Shel was right there to greet us. He gave us the tour of the house and then went over the many attractions, places to eat, etc. Shel was awesome. I, being the one who needs to sleep with a fan, had requested one - and Shel hooked me up. Key West was awesome, the location of the house was great for me. You could walk to the restaurants and down to the main strip -- took about 20 minutes but if you like to walk, that's the way to go. Paradise @ Garrison Bight was a beautiful house -- you couldn't ask for more - the view at night, the view during the day, everything was right there -- and if you didn't have something, all you had to do was call Shel and he made it happen. I would definitely recommend the house, the location, and definitely the fine restaurants in Key West. Thanks Shel for everything -- oh, and I have to say that there were 9 of us staying at the house -- Shel came back to say goodbye the morning we were packing up -- and he remembered everyone's name. Keep up the good work Shel - you are amazing!!! Thanks for making our stay a truly wonderful  one.

Family had an incredible week

We had an extremely enjoyable week at Paradise @ Garrison Bight. Shel was very accomodating and helpful with his Key West Knowledge.

Other than a quick visit to the grocery store, we didn't use our car rental at all. Our rented bikes for the week were our prime method of transport. My kids loved it.

Perfect for 10+

Although we had some medical set backs we found  Paradise @Garrison Bight perfect for our party of 10.The house was well stocked and maintained. There were some fridge issues which were handled in a timely manner. All of the bedrooms have there own bathrooms and TV's in each bedroom plus a central TV ,so everyone can have their own space. The pool and outdoor space are inviting and functional with a handy BBQ The elevator is a plus as we had  elderly ladies with us,,it was  also a quick way to transport luggage and groceries.. Concerning our medical issues Shel was helpful and supportive. The staff of Last Key Realty went out of their way to accomadate us which we really appreciated. We will use this property in the future on our next visit to the Keys if we have a large party. Thanks again Norah

Large Home and Great Location

We enjoyed our stay very much! We were in Key West for our son's wedding and had a great week. The house had plenty of room for the 11 of us. Our 5 girls enjoyed staying together in the loft room on the top level. The elevator was nice for the grandparents. We had plenty of room in the kitchen and living room to host a small rehearsal dinner party. ( However, the kitchen was not very well equipped. We love to cook and had to be very creative with bowls and platters to accommodate all of our meals. The pots, pans, bowls, etc could use updating. Shel did buy us a new hand mixer as there was not one in the house.) Shel was a great host and answered all of our questions!  We went Scuba Diving in Duck Key and had an awesome time! (I would definitely recommend diving while in the Keys) The drive up the keys was beautiful! We enjoyed the house very much and would love to return to the same place if we ever visit Key West again!

Family Fun with Something for Everyone

Our family of nine with an age span from 6 to 87 years had a terrific stay in the perfect spot. We met the property manager, "Shel" at his office and he pointed out a great place for lunch and even transported us to the grocery store while we waited for our rental car to be arranged. Shel made sure the house was in tip-top condition and pointed out everything including the safety features of the elevator. The elevator was a big help for, not only the 87 year old great grandmom, but all of the family due to bringing in luggage and delivering bags to bedrooms on three floors, and all other tasks that require lifting and carrying. The views on all levels of the house were spectacular, whether sitting by the pool or reading a book on the balconies. The boat dock turned out to be a big plus, not only for being able to rent a boat and keep it where we stayed, but because the fishing was great right off the dock or in the waterways. Eleven fish were caught by the 9 year old off the dock which was particularly exciting because the water is so clear, every moment of pulling the fish in was visible. The second day we  took a tour of the Key West Area in an open air trolley which pointed out all of the points of interest. This gave us an overview of where things were and helped us make our choices of where to visit. Activities included snorkeling, going to Mallory Square for sunsets and entertainment, sightseeing to historic spots like Truman's Little Whitehouse and Hemingway's House, and shopping on Duval Street. Every spot was close to our location including good restaurants for lunch and dinner; although we enjoyed eating breakfasts and a few lunches and some dinners at home on the balcony enjoying the view. Our family would definitely recommend this sight to friends and other relatives.

Truly a week in PARADISE!

Beautiful home with modern interiors and stunning views. The spacious bedrooms, comfortable living areas and fully equipped kitchen were all clean and inviting. There were multiple covered decks and a pool area with a grill, all with a great view of the water.....wha'ts not to love? We spent July 4th grilling and relaxing in the pool and were able to enjoy several fireworks celebrations from the attached boat dock. The folks at Last Key Realty were attentive and truly treated us like a valued customer. Would definitely recommend this property!

Absolutely beautiful house, location and views

Shel was absolutely amazing to work with. He made sure that all of our needs were met with this property. We booked this property for our annual "girls trip". There were 13 of us from Kansas that decided to take our trip to Key West. The house worked perfectly for us! Shel made sure that the fridge was stocked with adult beverages for our arrival :) We chartered our own boat from Sebago - they took us out for 6 hours, served us breakfast and lunch and all the drinks we could drink. We snorkeled, floated and best of all got to see two pods of dolphins up close and personal. It was amazing!!!  We also went stand up paddle surfing - hey! if us 40 year olds could do it, anyone can! We loved it!!! We also enjoyed Duval street (probably too much - LOL!) with our favorite bar being Durty Harry's. We utilized a cab company for transportation - ususally $3-$4 each to get where we wanted to go. A couple of girls rented bikes and rode all over the island - got to see some great things. Overall, I would recommend this property to anyone in a heartbeat. Thanks, Shel!!!

September to Remember

Dear Friends,

From the moment we arrived, early that is...to the chaotic moment we left....the people at Last Key Realty were a blessing. The property was convenient to all attractions and and a beautiful place to have our daughter's wedding Gathering.

Shel Segal, the guest service coordinator, was extremely helpful when our son was hospitalized after a diving incident. Shel arranged someone to assist getting Tim to Miami to Amtrak because he couldn't fly...and made that stressful part of our stay easier. I would definitely recommend the property..but more than that...I would not rent from any reality company but Last Key Realty and Home Away. Thank you again for a very successful week...our family and friends were impressed with everything from start to finish.

SPECTACULAR ! AMAZING!

12 friends attending a wedding, couldn't have been more perfect. House was awesome, so much room, very clean & maintained. We spent most of our time on the decks enjoying the view, the patio pool and on the docks.

We were met by Shel, the caretaker, he gave us a tour(rundown) of the home, and tips for around town activities too. He couldn't have been more accommodating, he checked in with me numerous times to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. I was on crutches so elevator came in very handy. House is very close to downtown too which makes it very convenient. Last Key Realty staff were very nice and easy to deal with, this trip was a pleasure to plan, they were very helpful.

We even hosted a cocktail party for wedding party, kitchen was very large to work in and living room size and view were great too!

Can't wait to return with my kids next time!

Wonderful place for very large group.

Prior to our arrival, the property manager Shel was eager to accomodate any requests we had such as groceries or bed arrangements. On the day of our arrival, one member of our group arrived prior to the 3pm check in and Shel gladly opened the doors and even drove her to the store. As far as the condo, there are not many places in Key West that will sleep 12 comfortably mixed with couples and singles. Additionally there are even fewer located on the water so we could fish, swim, and sprawl out around the pool or the public pier. Do not let the map fool you. This place is private, secure, and within a 15 minute walk to the wharf. I have stayed in quite a few houses in the area previously, and we would definitely re-book at Paradise with a group that large.

Christmas Vacation

Commodores Manor was a nice roomy place for our family of 15. It was very clean and had plenty of everything. We gave Shel (great Guy) at Last Key a list of food and drink so everything was there when we got there which was a plus! The location was in a good place right on a bay where you could fish and watch huge Tarpon swim around the docks. Shel gave us a couple of fishing poles so the kids could fish on the dock That was very nice of him to do.

The pool was heated and perfect for the kids. It was a little noisy in the Mornings when the boat storage place next door starting moving boats out with a forklift to put them in the water.

The distance to Duvall St was about a 1-1/2 not bad really. We rented Mopeds and a four wheel cart. And we had a rented car. So moving around was easy for us. We would recommend this place to anyone.

Perfect home for a large group or family

Everything from the online booking process to being met by the home's manager Shel was great! Shel made sure everything was perfect and helped us navigate our stay with a smile!

The home itself is spacious and very comfortable. We were a party of 10 and everyone had plenty of room. The layout is open and the bedroom configuration is very accommodating to large groups.

The heated pool was divine and well maintained.

The home was well equipped for an enjoyable stay.

If we return to Key West we will definitely stay here again.

Spectacular sun rise views.

The unit is comfortable and accommodates a large group well. There are plenty of chairs available for the commons area, and the kitchen is well stocked. It would have been nice to have had additional blankets in each bedroom.

The view is beautiful, and my family enjoyed watching the pelicans soar and land all around the dock of the marina. The outside space is nice and has a outside grill that cooks well.

My precious 85 year old mother did not miss a thing thanks to the elevator. What a perk! Also, elevator is great for hauling all that heavy luggage.

Shel, our property manager, was very helpful!  He was accessible for our every need, greeting us and sending us off with a smile. His recommendations were just perfect for each of our guests. We especially enjoyed the Thai Restaurant next door within walking distance.

The concierge service was easy to work with in regard to bike and electric car rental. They were prompt and provided quality equipment.

The area is fairly quiet compared to the hustle and bustle of the middle of Old Town. We liked that! We would definitely recommend this house, and we would rent again on a future visit!

Amazing stay!!!

We had an incredible stay at this house. My family rented this house for my wedding weekend and we couldn't have asked for more. There were more than enough beds for all of us and the elevator was invaluable for my 97 year old grandmother. We hosted a rehearsal dinner BBQ as well as a brunch after the wedding and the place was perfect. We enjoyed the pool, wifi, and everything else this house had to offer. The manager, Shel, was available at any time to meet our needs and he was beyond helpful all weekend and even after with items we left in the house. I wouldn't hesitate renting this place again - it was beautiful, accessible, and conveniently located.

We had a wonderful time

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. This is our 2nd year visiting this property and we weren't disappointed.

Perfect for a large group

The property and property manager were great. We loved the location and rented bikes to access all Key West has to offer. It was perfect for a large group including children. Swimming, fishing and relaxing were top on our list and this property offered all that and more. Shel was very helpful finding great places to eat and things to do. There was plenty of room to escape the group and a large kitchen with a great dining area on the deck to have a meal. The pool was perfect for our 3 children to play and the adults to soak. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to get away from the hustle of Duval St. but have the option to get there just 5 blocks away. We loved it and would stay there again in the future.

Good Times in Key West

We had a large group of guys at the Commodore's Manor for a long weekend and had a great time. We could have used a little more outdoor space and the pool wasn't very big but it was definitely good enough. There was a lot of deck space and the inside of the house was great: we had tons of room, beds for everyone in the large group, and everything felt new and very clean. It wasn't as close to Duval Street and downtown as we had anticipated but that wasn't the end of the world. Overall we had a great time and would definitely recommend the house to other large groups.

Excellent Property!

The Commodore's Manor was great! We visited Key West with ten guys to fish and enjoy the night life. Booking was easy and the property manager Shel, was very helpful before we even arrived. He contacted me weeks in advance and multiple times the day of. Assisting in stocking the house with essential requests and providing excellent directions as well as tips on local hot spots and locals favorites.

The property it self was perfect. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked and we enjoyed grilling our fresh catch right on the deck while relaxing in the pool. Having the dock right out front was very convenient. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Key West and the Commodore's Manor to others!

Absolutely amazing house!

If you are looking for a great house for a larger party/family, The Commodore's Manor @ Paradise Harbor will not disappoint. The house was beautifully decorated and had everything we could have needed. We never felt that we were on top of one another, so everyone was happy. We walked everywhere even though we had a car. Great exercise and its Key West, what's not to love. Thanks to Shel who made us feel right at home and was more than accommodating. You feel like you have known him your entire life. We look forward to working with him again. You made our vacation exceptional. If you are considering this house, you will pleasantly surprised. We miss it already.

Fantastic stay!

We just returned from a family reunion in Key West with 13 people in this place was perfect. Everything was convenient, including bicycle, scooter, electric car, and boat rentals all a block away. The house was clean and bright with lots of glass and water views. There was a personal Boat dock right out back, so we rented a boat for the week which made the trip even more special for that true island experience. Jumping in the pool at the end of the day was very refreshing too. Biking downtown is easy. Everything is flat so a few peddles carries you with ease. Scooters are always fun in Key West too. Shel was the best concierge we ever had- always accessible and happy to help. We had family dinners in most nights and eggs for breakfast, which saved us all a lot of money and gave it a true family reunion feel. Kitchen was great. Family is already wanting to go back next year. Love Key West and love the Commodore's Manor!

Perfect for a big family!

We celebrated my mother's 90th birthday with three generations attending (14 people in all) and there were activities to make everyone happy! Spacious and clean, great views of the harbor off all three of the back balcony's, tarpon fishing at your doorstep, easy bike ride to delicious pastry bakery and a sandwich shop that is open 24/7 (amazing Cuban sandwich and more). The pool is larger than it looks in photos, we spent our evenings relaxing in it, enjoying the beautiful lights bouncing off the water in the harbor. Five stars!

This property was amazing!!

The property was everything we hoped it would be. We were there with 10 friends and also had our wedding at the house by the pool. The only improvement we all agreed on that needs to be made is an extra Fridge in the garage. Having a house that sleeps that many people needs an extra refrigerator. Besides that, we loved it and would recommend it to anyone looking to visit Key West. Being on the water was wonderful and there was a nice breeze at night. While you are in the Keys you will find taking cabs is the easiest way to get around. We thoroughly enjoyed this trip and the home! Last Key Realty was great!

Great Waterside Property

If you're looking for the ideal combination of adequate sleeping space (5br) and a luxury waterside vacation retreat, Commodore's Manor more than fits the bill. Shel with Last Key Realty couldn't have been more accommodating and helped a member of our group retrieve his wallet and credit card left at a nightspot the night before our departure for home. Without Shel's help, my friend would not have been able to fly home. Now that's 5 star service!

Great Property

Overall Awesome location, dock your boat in the backyard and walking distance to Duval st. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because the stove top was broken, but I'm sure it's fixed by now as the property manager Shel was on top of everything! The pictures don't lie, what you see is what you get!  the kitchen is fully stocked for the most part (pots,pans,utensils ect) and the house was very clean upon arrival. We enjoyed our stay very much and if you get to deal with Shel you won’t be disappointed.

I Highly Recommend This Property!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Commodore's Manor to celebrate my bachelor party with 10 close buddies.

The property itself was beautiful and spot on with the photos online. I was extremely happy upon arrival to see that everything was clean and spacious; I was not disappointed at all!

A quick 5 min cab ride is all it takes to be right in the middle of Duval St.

Shel was a great help to us in making sure that our stay was top notch!

Wow What a trip and Most Excellent House!

From the get go of selecting a house to accommodate 11 + people, Last Key Realty and Shel made everything seem so easy! The house was perfect for all of us to celebrate my 50th birthday, coming from all over the US, GREAT MEMORIES WERE MADE!!! All the bathrooms and all the bedrooms were so nice. We spent most of our time in the living room and Kitchen area and out on the deck as well as by the awesome pool. Mom said she loved the elevator! Shel gave us a lot of great recommendation of local restaurants but we ended up only eating one meal out. We enjoyed the kitchen and cooking so much, everything was there that we needed to cook with. All of us went Jet skiing as a group and had such a good time at Billys Watersports. The house was so clean and very well maintained, if we had to suggest anything it might be to add ceiling fans on the upper balconies off the living area. We are all still talking about the trip and how we all want to go back!!! The neighborhood was very nice and very quiet, we loved riding around in our rented electric cart, that was awesome. Shel, you were so friendly, it felt like we have known you for years and certainly hope that we really do!!! We will be back!!!!

Rest & Relaxation for a group of 12

I came down to Key West to enjoy my 30th which happened to be during Fantasy Fest. The management company, Last Key, was prompt in answering questions, and handling any requests we had. Shel even came to the house when we showed up and before we left to make sure we were well taken care of. The property, most importantly, was as impressive as advertised. Some in our group were single, while others were couples and everybody had a bed to sleep on because of the great layout of the property. The pool and outdoor grill were great features that we took advantage of several times. Location wise the property was close enough to the action that it allowed some in our group to enjoy a nice walk, while others took a short cab 5 minute ride to get to Duval. The entire group is looking forward to our next trip to the Keys and I'm sure we are going to want to stay at the Commodore again!

Fiftieth Anniversary Family Celebration

Our entire family of nine enjoyed every minute at the Commodore's Manor. It was exactly as pictured and described in the on line site. The location was perfect for kayaking, walking to nearby shopping and amusements and enjoying the pool and large deck. We walked the length of Duval St. for shopping and people watching, enjoyed the Sunset Celebration, toured Fort Zachary Taylor, took the trolley tour, and did some snorkeling and kayaking. The restaurants had wonderful dishes, especially fresh seafood. We walked over to the nearby Thai Island restaurant one evening and drove out to the Hogfish Bar and Grill on Stock Island for a great local experience. Everything was clean and neat; however the living room furniture could have been a little more comfortable. It looked nice, but the cushions or springs were shot. Our agent, Shel Segal, couldn't have been more pleasant and accommodating. He's a real assett to LastKey Realty. We also used the concierge service a few times to answer some questions we had; they were very knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend this property and LasKey Realty to others.

It was a wonderful, memorable reunion for our family.

A great week

We, 7 adults and 4 small children, thoroughly our stay. The listing was accurate in all aspects but the location. We understood that we would be even closer to Mallory Square. A small issue, really only for me with limited mobility. The property was very well-maintained.  Yes, we would recommend this property to others.

Great Family Vacation Home

The house was clean and well organized.  We used the elevator with two sr. citizens. It was relatively quite and even though the weather was a little cool we used the pool. Close to stores and even walking distance to Duval for those who enjoy a stroll. Shel with the management company was very receptive to any requests/concerns. Shel provided a list for dining and activities and his suggestions were great - you have to go over to Stock Island to the Mexican Restaurant...fantastic. Also, the concierge service was great too - I used it to have a surprise for family with a gift bag and they did a great job. We did have one maintenance issue that was addressed immediately and to our satisfaction. Photos do the place justice....we are saving our pennies for the next trip.

Key West's Best

We had a large family group of three generations stay a week in both units 6 and 7. From the start, Shel and his team were in contact with us prior to arrival and met us at arrival and the next day. We only had one maintenance request concerning the elevator in unit 6 and Shel had a technician on scene right away and the problem was fixed. We had previously stayed at a property in Tybee Island, GA that also had an elevator problem with several promises from the property manager to get someone there. They never showed. Shel and his team are very customer service oriented, which made our stay outstanding. The location of this property with its own docks was great for the fisher people in our group. They rented a boat from the marina nearby and had two great days of fishing. Others were able to walk or bike into Old Key West without problems daily. The sightseers in our group loved the old forts and museums in the area. There is an excellent Thai restaurant a short walk to the corner with amazing fresh sushi and other fare. The pools on site were great for all of the group as well as Higgs beach a short road trip away. There was ample parking for the five vehicles we had with two garages for the smaller ones. The kitchen and dining facilities was excellent for our large fish and other entrees dinner we cooked one night. We used the BBQ grill too. This property is outstanding for large groups and we would definitely stay here again.

Simply FANTASTIC! Seriously it is.

This place was perfect for the bachelor party I planned. I had 16 guys attending and it fit us all with lots of room to spare. The kitchen is huge so if you're looking to cook some nights, this is the place. There is also is a large gill too down stairs. One thing that I was worried about was the location of the house. It turns out that the location was great. It is a walk to Duval but it's not bad at all.  The group rented bikes and scooters, as you can use the agency to get you all your rentals. That a huge plus! You can cab it for $8-$10 to anywhere on the key. It was a awesome time and everyone else loved the place. I'm definitely going to use Shel and is Last Key Realty for my next trip to the Keys! Thanks Shel and team again for everything!

Fantastic House for Family Getaway

This was a memorable first visit to Key West and certainly has us thinking about our next. We arrived at the house to find it exactly as advertised. The private pool was very nice. The place was clean and stocked for the most part. We had several adult couples with our party and one drawback was the presence of only one true master bedroom. The others were nice, but no match. The main reason this review did not receive a fifth star is due to the distance from where we found ourselves spending most of our time during the week. There was a lot of commuting to the action. This of course is not the fault of the house and its amenities. I highly recommend bike rentals to keep in the private garage during your stay. Shel, our guest services coordinator, was very helpful and easy to get in contact with. We look forward to our return to the island.

Shel was great as a resource as well as friendly business professional to work with. The house was perfect for what we were looking for, and provided plenty of room. I would recommend the owners replace the oven which was far below expectations.

Big beautiful 5BR/4BTH house with pool near Duval

We were fortunate to find a 5 bedroom home as we were travelling with 4 other couples. A lot of the homes we saw were set up for families with children so all the kids could share a room. We wanted privacy. The house was new, clean, well-equipped and very close to downtown Key West near Duval Street. Shel was our go-to-guy from Last Key Realty. He met us at the house on our arrival, gave us the names of places to eat and visit. He helped with us renting 10 bikes and also helped with our trip to the Dry Tortugas and the rental of 4 wave runners.  Shel made sure our trip was exceptional and between him and the house, it was! Breathtaking stay

For my brothers bachelor party, I rented this house for 3 nights and 4 days. This home was everything we were looking for to celebrate with friends and family. The house was spotless, right on the water, and comfortably accommodated 13 of us. The bedrooms were all well maintained and large. The kitchen, pool, and location were amazing. The representative of the house, Shel, kindly greeted us upon our arrival and gave us a tour of the house and premises. Great stay for our large group

The listing was highly accurate in all aspects. Very clean, nicely maintained. The manager pre-stocked our grocery list, met us at the property show us details about the space, then returned as we were departing. We would readily recommend the property to friends. Our large group was in town for a wedding so we did little touring. We did, however, really enjoy the 3-hour snorkeling outing to the coral reef.

Best of All Worlds

The Commodore Manor was truly the best of all worlds for this Conch Family! Since leaving Key West, we have returned once or twice each year and have stayed in variety of condos and homes. Commodore Manor was perfect. Our boaters were thrilled, young adults a bicycle ride away from downtown activity, and a pool for all provided us a week of memories that will be treasured. The home is spacious and comfortable. Shel is a wonderful host and has been added to my favorite contact list for future visits.

We held a family reunion for 14 people at the Admiral's Compound (9 bedrooms total). The home was very spacious and had many amenities. The property manager's service level was awesome and the concierge service helped us book several outings. I would highly recommend the property!

Had a blast in Key West at the Commodore's Manor

Amazing house, everything we wanted/needed in a rental property for a bachelor party. Had 12 guys, and comfortably fit in the house. I would recommend getting bikes to rent to get around Key West, it's an easy ride to Duvall and all the restaurants/bars. House is right on the water with amazing views, great back deck and pool area to spend time outside. Shel was extremely helpful with anything we needed, would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property for anyone looking to get away to Key West.

Great House, Wonderful Service, Well Maintained!

Me and 11 other guys came to celebrate and get together. We had such an amazing time here! The staff and the guest service coordinator, Shel, were amazing. The house was in excellent condition upon arrival, and we were informed of all the great bars, restaurants, and shops to go to. The rooms were large and comfortably fit everyone. The kitchen was huge, outdoor space was plenty, and the pool and BBQ was a nice bonus. There was also an elevator! The house is a bit far from the town, but you can walk it in 15 min or take a 2 min cab. I highly recommend this place.

Perfect house on the water

This is a beautiful, well supplied house with all the amenities. Having the private slip was an amazing perk as I was able to bring my boat down and the kids were able to catch lots of fish right off the dock. The pool was super clean and provided a great place to cool off or lounge and read. We all spent most of our time out on the beautiful, shaded porch with great views of the harbor. The Guest Services Coordinator was great - attentive but not intrusive. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

Excellent property

Beautiful house and great location. Right on the water with its own boat dock. Twenty minute walk to Duval Street which we loved for the exercise.

Amazing home!! Everything you want and more!

Even before our stay started Shel & Alex were absolutely amazing to work with. When me and my friends got to the property we were absolutely blown away!! To say it exceeded everyone's expectations is an understatement. We made full use of the large porch and balconies, spent some afternoons relaxing (and recovering!) in the spacious pool, even grilled out some steaks one night before another night on the town. It's a huge, beautiful house and you can really tell that Shel truly cares about. Next time my friends come down into town we know where we are staying!!

Key West Race Week

This was one of the nicest houses we have stayed at. Shel was extradinarily helpful with checking in and during our stay. He checked in often to see if we needed anything. Great Property

We stayed at this property for a long weekend with 7 other couples to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday. The houses, pools, and outdoor spaces were very clean and well-maintained. The houses were definitely spacious enough to accommodate our group. We hosted a brunch at the house with several other couples as well. Shel was very attentive and helpful. Hope to be back again soon!

Well appointed and upscale

We rented both condos for a long weekend. It slept 17 very comfortably with room to spare. The condo had everything we needed to relax after a full day of exploring Key West. Duval Street was a short cab ride away. The staff was friendly and flexible with our arrival time.

Beautiful and relaxing home.

This was our first trip to Key West and had a great time. The house was perfect for my family and friends. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. It was centerally located between everything happening in Old Key West and other points of interest, ie airport, marinas, etc. We will definitely be back.

Outstanding Stay at a Top Notch Property

Our large family stayed at the Admiral's Compound (which included Commodore's Manor) for the week of our wedding in Key West. The property was absolutely fantastic!  The description and photos of the houses are spot on. They are immaculate. Very clean, very spacious, wonderful location. The property manager, Shel, may well be my favorite property manager of all time. He was always available, always had advice if we needed it, and always righted any wrong (although there was really nothing to fix). We'd highly recommend this property. It's perfect for a large group heading to Key West. Thanks Shel for making the week a memorable one!

Amazing location and space!

We went down for a group weekend getaway. The place was perfect - walking distance to everything, but far away from the tourists that we could enjoy our vacation in isolation. The property management team is top notch as well. Listen to Shel - he gives the best tips on where to eat and what to do!

This home rivals any 5 star Hotel

Clean and professionally decorated, a fully stocked kitchen, beautiful bedrooms and baths, the master is a perfect retreat, the layout gave four adult couples complete privacy. Take the wide easy stairwells or the convenient elevator. Very quiet location yet close to everything. Watching the boats come and go gave fun entertainment while on the spacious balconies. The pool was an added plus.  A pleasure working with Shel who welcomed us warmly, will attend to any needs and satisfied our requests immediately. He is a gem. We will be back. Dealing with professionals that provide great customer service and hospitality is a rare treat.

Amazing property, great location

I absolutely loved this property, its beautifully finished and furnished with plenty of comfortable seating and beds as well as a full kitchen with everything you could need. The rooms are spacious, clean and perfect for a large group. The location is wonderful and includes a dock slip for boats, being right at the marina is very convenient and the balconies of the house look out on the water. Shel was wonderful to deal with and very accommodating to our large group. He was friendly and even offered to drive several of us to the airport. I would absolutely recommend staying at this property and we will definitely be back next year.

Great 50th birthday Celebration

We had 11 guys that got together to celebrate a bunch of us turning 50. You can imagine we had a number of different wants from a 4 day vacation. Key West offered it all at a high level; boat rental right there, mile to Duval, pool on premises, everyone got there own bed, and large gathering areas if everyone wanted to party together. This place was great and Shel was more than helpful.

I highly recommend renting bikes because the island is small enough to get around with a bike, but can be a pain with a car. If beaches are your thing, Key West is not your location though. Not too impressive of beach access, but there are some you can go to.

I would say for our purposes fishing, boating, night life, dining, and accommodations this is a home run city and location.

Perfect for our family

This was the perfect place for our family of 11 (all adults). Plenty of room for everyone. Very quiet in every room. We heard no outside noise whatsoever while inside the house. The kitchen is great. We didn't use it much, but it was nice to have when the tropical storm brought a lot of rain for one day. If you must be stuck indoors for awhile, this is a wonderful place to be stuck. The private pool was heavily used by everyone to unwind and relax after doing one of the endless choices of Key West activities. I loved the property. I did have some difficulties with their "concierge service", but Shel was there to save the day for most of the problems. He couldn't fix the tarpon fishing trip reserved by the concierge service with an inexperienced (in tarpon fishing) guide. It ended up being a $1000 boat ride. Six hours, no fish, no bites. The in-house amenities they offer (gift baskets and snacks) are nice but overpriced, and I suggest saving the money and actually buying things you pick out personally. The whole family had a great time. We love Key West and Commodore's Manor was perfect for us.
