We had an amazing time

The house was immaculate, the pool was refreshing, and the outdoor lounge was so cozy. We had a couple of issues during our stay which were promptly rectified at every hour and on weekends. The guest cottage is quite spacious and lovely. Closet space was ample.

 

We have been coming to KW and renting for the winter months for years, and this company is far and above any other rental agency we have worked with. We have already reserved for 2024 with Last Key and don’t envision ever using any other rental agency, they are THAT GOOD!

Kudos to all staff especially Patrick in sales who was (is) always on top of the latest rentals, especially for my 84 year old mom.  A huge thank you to Tracie and Dan our House Managers who literally went above and beyond for us, anything we needed was never a problem.

Fabulous Home & Customer Service

We loved the place it had everything we wanted and a quiet location. But we we liked the most was Last Key Realty. They provide you with you an individual contact person who takes care of any need or problem you might have during your stay, ours was Danny Parker. He was amazing; met every request and arrived with his dog Rudy, who was well behaved and beautiful. Rent from these people!

I loved every minute of this house

I’ve been renting in Key West for five years now. This was by far my favorite house that I’ve rented. Plenty of room for everyone and a great layout and location. I would love to stay there again and I highly recommend it to anyone.

Great Work from Home option

Beautifully decorated. Well supplied. Open concept for gathering. Lovely pool area. Shaded and relaxed seating by the pool. Wonderful Internet that supported the full-time remote workers online non-stop. Danny provides quick response and wonderful support when needed. Rodney handled rental questions, for the future, with speed and knowledge. Would highly recommend and hope to find it available in the future.

Review of Midtown Mosaic

We have been renting single family homes in the Florida Keys for about 15 years. We recently spent a month at the home called Midtown Mosaic. We feel it was one of the best homes we have ever rented. It is structurally well laid out, a nice flow between the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The outside, covered setting area immediately adjacent to the pool is in fact the best arrangement of these two features we have had at any other home. The kitchen is well stocked with all the essential items. The grounds are well kept, attractive, and accommodated our two dogs. Individuals we dealt with through the rental agency, Rodney, Danny, and Chad of the concierge service, were all very helpful and responsive to any needs that arose. Definitely a house we would not hesitate to return to.

Best Holiday Ever!!!

Midtown Mosaic made our Thanksgiving the best holiday ever. Eight of us slept comfortably and were able enjoy a tropical oasis, complete with swimming pool. The large sliding glass doors when opened onto the patio enabled us to watch TV outdoors while sitting by the pool. The separate cottage gave us privacy from the Grandchildren. There are three separate private seating areas outside for everyone to find “space”. The property is walled, so we could park our bikes inside. It was apparently just renovated, so everything is new and clean!

Wow!
Wow! Five stars for sure for the Midtown Mosaic at 1322 Thompson Street! The main house and guest cottage were fresh and modern, both newly renovated. There was plenty of space inside the fence for our bikes, all 10 of them. The heated pool was wonderful. We had the pool-side accordion French doors all the way open pretty much the entire time we were there. New, wall-mounted TV's in every bedroom and a huge TV in the living room. The landscaping was lush. Plenty of private outdoor spaces (and brand new outdoor furniture to boot). This property is 100% Key West – a little piece of paradise. We all loved it and will be coming back for sure.
