Perfect from start to finish!

Our stay was perfect from beginning to end. We like to cook and the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed! The kitchen, bathrooms and appliances all have been recently updated. This property is located just steps from the Coast Guard ship and waterfront and a short walk to Mallory Square and Duvall Street. The house was comfortable and quiet with nice beds. The Master Suite has a walkout balcony overlooking the pool, perfect to have morning coffee and read.

This was the best vacation ever!

Last Key had everything done and ready for our arrival. They checked on you during visit as well at check out. They even had a fresh Key Lime Pie waiting on us!

Perfect vacation!

The house was clean and beautiful. The pool was enjoyed by all. Rented the beautiful Brisa Fresca for July

Simply a wonderful experience - gorgeous home in the best location on the island (Truman Annex), with unparalleled service from Samantha and the Last Key team.  The home was even better equipped and more beautiful than the web site indicates.  The Last Key concierge team was wonderful.  They helped us with everything from booking airport transport, renting bicycles, and fully stocking our kitchen with food and drink before arrived.  We will absolutely come back and can’t recommend the Last Key team highly enough.  Thanks so much!

Absolutely perfect choice for a birthday week!

By Far Our Favorite!!

I cannot say enough good things about our recent stay at Brisa Fresca! We’ve rented several homes over the years and this is by far our favorite. The home is clean, wonderfully appointed, nothing overlooked. The pool and outdoor space are beautiful and where we spent the majority of our time. The property management company was fantastic - contacted us the week before and met us at the property at check in to be sure everything was just as we requested. They were available for questions throughout the week. The 6 of us ranging in age from 11-82 were very comfortable. Location cannot be beat - short walking distance to the beach, Duval street and a grocery store. We loved our stay and recommend this property without hesitation!!!

Perfect Rental

Everything you need - Great house, great location, great times!

100% would stay here again. We came with a family of 8 and had plenty of room. The house was very clean and was supplied with everything (beach towels, cooler, sun screen, bug spray, cups dishes etc) very close to key west’s nicest beach and duval st. Would definitely recommend!

Our 2nd Stay - Can't Wait for Our 3rd!

This was our second stay at Brisa Fresca and it did not disappoint!  The house is beautiful, comfortable and clean. We love the brightly decorated interior and the tropical landscaped pool area. The beds are comfy and there’s enough space for our entire family of 5. Our favorite part though has to be the location: close enough to everything but super quiet and calm enough for kids to skate around in the streets!

Our Favorite Vacation Rental - by far!!

Vacation of a lifetime!! We rented "Brisa Fresca @ The Annex" and cannot say enough good things about our experience. Our host was outstanding. She made contact before our trip, met us at the property upon arrival, made sure everything was ready as requested, and gave a list of restaurant recommendations - all fabulous. Even welcomed us with a Key Lime Pie!! She was available for questions throughout our stay and took time to stop by the day of checkout to see us off. Truly top notch.

 

We've rented several homes over the years and this, by far, was our favorite. Beautiful, impeccably clean, and better appointed than my own home - nothing was overlooked. Our party of 6 (including grandpa and great-grandma) were very comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. Dream kitchen. The pool / outdoor space were the highlight - we spent all of our time not sightseeing drinking coffee by the pool in the mornings, grilling and swimming in the evenings. The home is easy walking distance to everything including Fort Zachary beach and Duval Street. This home, Last Key Realty, and our host come with our highest recommendations. Would stay again without hesitation! Thank you!!

Ideal for Families

Great home with plenty of room for my wife, kids and I. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, the pool was very nice. The balcony was very nice for my wife and I to have morning coffee :) The location was perfect, quiet neighborhood and a close walk to all the shops, restaurants, bars, etc. Shel at Last Key Realty and his concierge service was very helpful with questions we had about the keys and with booking some excursions. I would highly recommend this home for families!!

Without a doubt the best place in Key West!

Our stay at Brisa Fresca was everything we had hoped.

GREAT choice!

If you are interested in having a truly relaxing, gorgeous, fun vacation....book with Shel at Last Key Realty! Four of us (two couples) wanted to schedule a vacation to celebrate two 50th birthdays. We wanted a beach/pool, perfect weather, & great restaurants. In light of the current COVID-19 crisis, we were having a difficult time finding such a location that would honor the mandates of social distancing, face coverings, etc. That's when we decided on renting a PRIVATE RESIDENCE that had all the amenities that we were wanting. We found Brisa Fresca in Key West!!! The property is gorgeous, well-maintained, & possesses everything you would need for your stay. It is stunning! The pool is beautiful and can be overlooked from the balcony of one of the master suites, which is perfect for early morning coffee or late night cocktails. An outdoor dining area with a huge grill is adjacent to the pool which makes lunches fun & easy. The kitchen is definitely fit for a chef! We had every utensil, cookware, & flatware that we could ever have needed for our week stay. The ergonomics allowed the four of us to have a great time socializing while making meals. We really enjoyed using the more formal dining room table one night when we decided to stay in for dinner. The two master suites are spacious & beautiful, providing a lot of privacy as they are at opposite ends of the house (they EACH have their own private bathroom!). Having the washer/dryer set available was priceless and allowed us to pack more lightly. The third bedroom/office on the main level would have made a great room for a third couple, but ended up serving as the ideal respite for snoring episodes. And the location of the house is PERFECT! Everything is within walking distance if you so choose and we did so for sightseeing and for lunches. There is a mask mandate in Key West which did not have an impact on us at all. In fact, it made us feel safe when we were around others for short periods of time. For dinners, we usually used an Uber which was so convenient. I highly recommend being ABSOLUTELY READY TO GO when you send for the Uber because they show up within 1-2 minutes of the order! All bars are closed which was fine with the four of us (not our scene much anymore). All servers/employees/Uber drivers wore masks AT ALL TIMES which made us feel very comfortable. When you get to the property, Shel has a booklet on the coffee table in the family room listing suggestions for things to do and places to see. That list is comprehensive & accurate! Mallory Square should definitely be on your list including Fogarty's for cold drinks (get the extra floater), Prime for great steak, and A & B Lobster for the seafood. When we first arrived, we ordered groceries from Publix and had them delivered which might have been the BEST decision we made. It was convenient, fast (delivered within 2 hours of ordering), and had very little contact involved. The four of us realized that we encountered far fewer people on this trip than we would have in our regular, day-to-day living (about 2/3 less). Renting a private residence versus a resort/hotel made ALL THE DIFFERENCE! We had everything we could have possibly needed (privacy, amenities, relaxation) while experiencing all that you want on a vacation (sights, food, fun) and doing so SAFELY. Shel checked in with us several times during our stay to assure that we had everything we needed and to answer any questions we may have had. He goes to great lengths to make sure your experience is ideal! Thanks again Shel for accommodating us when our flights and ultimate arrival times changed! Overall, Key West is the way to go for that perfect vacation during these crazy times! And Shel is the man who will make it happen. We are already planning our next trip to Key West and simply cannot wait!

Very Pleased!

Our family stayed at one of the houses in the Truman Annex. It was a very nice, clean house with all the added kitchen extras that you would need while vacationing. Shel did an excellent job of making sure we were comfortable and informed of any issues should they arise. When we needed suggestions of what to do or what restaurants were opened during this time (check out Moondogs's restaurant ), we were emailed all kinds of excellent info. We rented bikes, which I highly suggest to get around. Last Key Realty arranged for the bikes to be be dropped off and picked up which was quite nice. All in all, we were very pleased with the accommodations and attention from Last Key Realty.

Fantastic experience! We had a group of 3 couples who stayed at "Brisa Fresca" in February 2020. The accommodations were comfortable bordering on luxurious. Everything was clean and appeared brand new. Shel was most helpful with suggestions on things to do, placed to eat, and where to shop for everything from fresh fish to groceries. Shel was also instantly available and quick to help make one adjustment for the pool temperature during our stay. New favorite vacation spot!

 

Just returning home after spending a great family vacation week in Key West. We stayed in a home managed by Last Key Realty, it was great! The house was wonderful, impeccably clean, up to date and in a great location. Shel, our guest service coordinator, greeted us when we arrived, gave us a brief tour of the house and introduced us to Key Lime pie(Yum!) along with a list of his favorite places to eat around town (we tried at least five of them, his pics were spot on). We made a few meals at the house as well. The concierge service was also great. Jeremy was able to get bikes delivered and a shuttle to come to the house and take my husband and I to rent motor scooters. Many things to see and do here or do nothing at all. I would definitely call them again when visiting Key West.

Christmas with grandparents in Brisa Fresca

Complete relaxation and lifeling memories for all of us. We’ve all traveled the world to exotic vacation destinations but none have ever felt this easy for all of us. Having different likes/dislikes, expectations and ideas of entertainment, our trip ticked all the boxes for a 16 year old through a 74 year old....the house was a comfortable gathering place inside and out. Shel was available at a moment’s notice to drop off any items we were looking for. He provided a binder with restaurant recommendations, sightseeing, car/scooter rental info all at our fingertips. The Truman annex is a gem for any multigenerational trip....it provides all the privacy, seclusion and walking-historical sites beyond the “bar scene”.... Last Key also paid particular attention to my in-laws who are marginally disabled with special consideration making restaurant reservations. Can’t thank Shel enough, except, we’ve booked a larger home for next year. Comfort beyond description from someone who’s as picky as they get - a 5 star hotel is a must - the Truman annex homes qualify. Thank you Shel! See you in December!

This was our 3rd time renting with Last Key but first time renting Brisa Fresca. The pool is very large and the grounds are very well kept. Inside did not disappoint in fact it is even better than the pictures. All of the places we have rented with Last Key have been well stocked with everything you need. The new Truman Waterfront Park and Fort Zachary Taylor beach is within walking distance. What topped it off was working with Shel. Shel is very knowledgeably and is was always available if we had any questions.

Beautiful inside and out !!

This home was a true Floridian beauty. Bright happy decor, with the utmost convenient location. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Shel from Last Key rental provided us with all the information we needed, including a fantastic restaurant list and he responded to us immediately when we had questions. We loved Blue Heaven, for breakfast, and Eaton Fish had a great lobster roll and other fresh fish. We were there for the World Championship Offshore race and we could walk to the race from the house. Completely Awesome Property

We had a great time at this property! We comfortably slept 6 people (3 bedrooms and a pull out couch). Primary purpose of our trip was to go fishing for an entire week in Key West, FL. Coming back to this house from long days on the water was awesome. Great open kitchen, grill, and pool setup. We were easily able to cook our catch each day. Washer and Dryer also enabled us to pack lighter and wash our clothes through out the trip. Quiet and nice neighborhood. 3 bathrooms with great water pressure.

Beautiful House in the Perfect Location

This house met & exceeded all of our expectations! Everything from the furniture to the kitchen to the pool was just wonderful! And it was all very easy to use & find. For the few food items we needed, the local market was a short walk, or even better, bike ride away. And Duval Street & the Ft. Zachary Taylor Park/Beach were just a few blocks away. Also, our liason with the rental agency, Shel, was Fantastic! He met us at the house, even though we were 2 hours late do due crazy traffic on Key Largo, interupting his dinner plans to show us the house! You can be sure I will return to Key West and this house, in the near future!!!

Beautiful Key West Oasis

Brisa Fresca is the perfect spot to get away from the hustle and bustle of Key West but have it all there close by! The house is well maintained and very clean. The kitchen is large, well appointed and has a great flow which made it easy to cook for a crowd! The private pool is right off the house making it very easy to go for a dip whenever the mood struck! Happy Holidays in Key West

This was our third year staying at Brisa Fresca for the holidays and it was amazing as always. The house is in an amazing location walking distance to everything in Key West, and the layout of the home is great. We are a group of 7 ranging in ages form 5-70 and the house is a perfect fit. The living area opens directly to the pool, its a nice quiet little oasis in the heart of crazy Key West. As always Shel was very helpful and accommodating. He received packages for us and delivered them to the home before we arrived and was away just a phone call away for anything we needed or any questions we had. We have already booked the property again for the holidays next year. The house we rented was terrific!

The house was perfect. It had a very well equipped kitchen (we prepared a full Thanksgiving dinner for 5) . It was beautifully decorated and had very comfortable beds. We absolutely loved the balcony off of the upstairs bedroom. The manager provided excellent materials and recommendations for meals and shopping. Shel was extremely helpful in all ways. He went out of his way to be sure everything about our vacation was perfect. The pool was stunning too. Very private and quiet. Easy walking distance to everything. WOW!

This home took our breath away. It was perfect for our family which included my wife and I; my 2 grown children and spouses. Everything about the home and pool and grill and furniture was outstanding and we will come back! Our only problem was the TV's and remotes were so complicate we had some difficulty. I was down in the Keys for 10 days with my boss and his team, I have to say we all enjoyed our stay, the house was impeccable, all the appliance in working condition, and a back up propane to boot, Shel the guest coordinator, and broker was the best available at all times to answer any questions regarding the propoerty, gave suggestions for places to shop and if there was a problem with something within minutes he was offering a solution Truly a great time we'll be back..

We absolutely loved the property.

We absolutely loved the property. Shel was very helpful. The property was clean and very comfortable. The property was very centrally located to lots of fun spots. I would recommend this property to anyone. We went to Salute, The Blue Macaw, and Latitudes. They all had great food!!! We have stayed at 3 properties in Key West and this is our favorite. We can't wait to go back next year.

KEYWEST vacation

We spent a wonderful week in Key West at the Brisa Fresca property in the Truman Annex! Shel was our guest relations manager and Took extra good care of us. The house was beautiful and fully appointed to suit all of our needs. The pool area was a much needed hang out space during a very hot week in Key West. The location of the house was in walking distance of everything we needed to see on the island. Thank you Shel for a wonderful week! Lovely house, Great location, Great service

We loved the Brisa Fresca house! It is gorgeous and the Truman Annex is a great location. It was very spacious and the rooms are nicely decorated and very clean. The house was well equipped with everything we needed in all rooms, especially the kitchen! The pool, patio and grill area is also great!

We really enjoyed our stay. We'll definitely be back!

Great house in perfect location

Beautiful historic house and neighborhood in Key West. The location is perfect, close to the beach, Duval street, historical sites, Mallory Square and many great restaurants.

Our family felt right at home in this comfortable spacious house. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pool area was fabulous, with lush vegetation, covered sitting areas, large gas grill. Even though houses are close together we had complete privacy and tranquility. It was wonderful to be able to relax and enjoy some family time without worrying about other people like we would in a condo with shared pool and outdoor space.

The master bedroom was large, had a great on suite bathroom and a balcony overlooking the pool area. The 2nd bedroom upstairs had 2 twin beds and its own bath. We had 2 teens sharing it and they had plenty of space and loved having their own TV.

The 3rd bedroom was downstairs and pretty small but still large enough for a queen sized Murphy bed. The mattress was very comfortable and my husband and I appreciated not having to climb stairs. If you don't need the 3rd bedroom the bed can be put up and the room used as an office which gives it a lot of flexibility.

We would all love to stay here again. The guest services director, Shel made sure that everything went smoothly on check in, was available in case of problems (but we didn't have any) and check out was a breeze. They also have concierge service that was very helpful booking tours and stocking groceries ahead of our visit.

Great family space

The house is in a great location. Close to the beach, Duval street, Mallory Square, shopping and wonderful restaurants. The house itself was spacious and comfortable. The pool area is secluded and very nice with plenty of places to lounge, a wonderful grill and the pool is fabulous. The master bedroom is large with an on suite bath and balcony facing the backyard. The 2nd bedroom is large also with 2 twin beds and its own bath. We had 2 teens in it and they loved it. The 3rd bedroom is downstairs. It was much smaller with a queen size Murphy bed but the mattress was very comfortable so it worked for us. There is a full size bath downstairs also so it was very convenient for the 6 of us. I would love to stay there again.

Splendor in the Keys

Vacationing in Key West is special in its self, but to do so in a historical setting in this masterful home is icing on the cake. Entering the front door of the house is like entering a tropical paradise; gardens to the left and right of the porch with brilliant colors and sweet smells of the Keys. Rockers line the porch, welcoming you to relax, sit back, and enjoy letting time go by. As you enter the newly renovated house, to your left is a sitting room with tall windows that bring the outside garden to the inside. Just outside of this room is a breakfast nook, which invites you for morning coffee or tea, breakfast, lunch and dinner. As you walk through, the kitchen flows to the right with elegant granite counter tops, beautiful cabinets, and appliances with enough space for entertaining with family or friends. For the chef, the new layout offers a secluded area for cooking, as well as allows guest to enjoy hors d'oeuvres and access to the refrigerator without disturbance. The kitchen exhibits the owner’s great attention to detail. Strolling to the back of the house, the family area invites you to large sofas and chairs, and then opens up to French doors that take you out to a beautiful porch and gorgeous pool. The heated pool is privately secluded and tranquil, especially at night as it lights up, allowing you to enjoy the sky above you with stars shining bright. While you would think that the first floor was breath taking enough, the second floor holds two lovely bedrooms colorfully decorated with on suites, large closets, and hard wood floors. The second floor balcony is a great place to retire after a full day of activities. Our morning and evening walks on the street the home is located on allows you to enjoy beautiful homes with each yard landscaped and beautifully manicured. Even though staying at this home is quite exciting and relaxing, it has an extra bonus of close proximity to some of our favorite activities, all within biking or walking distance:

Famous Duval Street, right in the mix of our favorite restaurant, Grand Vin. Visiting the Mel Fisher Museum to explore the 1622 Atocha ship wreck was another favorite of ours. Tropical Paradise found!

What a wonderfully appointed home we found here. Brisa Fresca is truly a tropical paradise found without leaving the country. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The beds are the most comfortable I have ever slept in in a rental property. They are lush and the sheets were so crisp and clean. The kitchen has everything you could need for an elegant meal at home or just the basics. The pool area is as nice as any spa wishes it could be and with the lush trees and flowers, it is completely private. The swing on the back patio was my favorite spot to relax with a good book. The location is perfect for an adventure to the beach at Fort Zachary Taylor or a pleasant stroll down Duval Street for all of the shopping and scenery for which Key West is famous. You can watch the most beautiful sunsets from Mallory Square and then take a leisurely walk back to the house amid beautiful tree lined streets. It was a joy to be close enough to walk anywhere we wanted. I hope I have the opportunity to visit Brisa Fresca soon!

A little bit of heaven on earth!

We visited for a girl’s getaway and had a wonderful, fun and relaxing time. The house is just beautiful, perfectly decorated with tropical hues and lovely artwork. We each had our own room and bathroom, a real treat when traveling with women!  The pool area is gorgeous, surrounded by lush palms and delicate orchids making it totally private. There are plenty of shady and sunny areas so everyone was happy. The back lanai with its comfy furniture and ceiling fans is the perfect place to spend the afternoon with a good book and a cool crisp glass of wine. The beach at Fort Zachary Taylor is just around the corner if you can drag yourself away from the perfection of the pool. It’s a short delightful walk to Mallory Square for the famous Sunset Celebration or just a few blocks to Duval for all the Key West delights. We really loved being able to walk everywhere and staying in the Annex neighborhood we felt completely safe even late at night. The boring but important basics, everything is just done right here. It is immaculate; the beds are super comfortable the bathrooms are well laid out with plenty of room for your toiletries. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook in or just have a quick cup of coffee before heading out to one of the many nearby restaurants - Blue Heaven is a must do for breakfast. We loved this place and can’t wait to go back soon.

The house is beautiful the location is perfect.

My wife and I loved this house!!! We spoke with Shel the property manager and he walked us through the process, as this was our first time renting a vacation house. It couldn't of been easier. We met Shel at the property and he gave us complete walk through and then spent another 15 minuets going over the best places to eat, sites to see... he even called during our stay to be sure all was well, he was great! The location is prime; the Truman Annex is close to all the action Key West has to offer but far enough away for VERY quiet relaxing by the private pool. The house is well equipped, only thing we needed was food for the grill & drinks to relax. The only knock I have on the place is, the mattress in the master was a bit hard for our taste, but that would not deter us from renting the house again. The neighborhood is beautiful, the home is perfectly landscaped to give you nice tropical seclusion, the beach at Zachery Taylor is a short bike ride away and Duval is a couple blocks. Can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful setting with nice accommodations

Sheree and I really enjoyed our stay! Our family had a great time for our inaugural trip to Key West Florida! What a wonderful place to visit and share these rare opportunities with such a large family and our friends from Birmingham Alabama...

Weather was suspect at times but much better than we had back home @ 15degrees! Shel did a wonderful job making sure we were in and satisfied with our rentals and made sure all things were taken care of and working properly! Thanks Shel! Great job! Hopefully we will return next as an annual event!

Another great stay in Key West!

My wife and I, along with my wife's brother and one of her sisters, spent two wonderful weeks this January at a 3 BR home in the Truman Annex. This was the third winter in a row that we've rented a home in the Truman Annex, and the guest services manager was warm, personable and on top of all the details at all times. The property was perfect and we had absolutely no problems whatsoever. We love the Annex and it proximity to Old Town. We'll be going back for many years to come.

A perfect vacation house!!!

The house is nicely furnished with every amenity and perfectly located. The house is on a pretty, quiet street but within walking distance to the beach, Mallory Square, Duval Street and all the activities and restaurants. The pool is great and outdoor living very nice. Our concierges, both for the house and for activities, were always available to answer questions and provide any service. Their recommendations for everything from fishing to a spa were spot on. I would enthusiastically recommend this house. The house is a ten minute walk to Yoga on the Beach and just minutes from restaurants and music. The Truman Little White House is just down the Street and Audubon and Hemingway Houses close by. The Butterfly Conservatory is another favorite attraction.

A fabulous stay

We had a fabulous stay at Brisa Fresca. We consistently rent homes when we travel and rate this one of our favorites. The house itself was spotlessly clean, well laid out with plenty of different places to gather or get away from it all. It was located within walkable distance to Duval Street and far enough away to be a little oasis of calm when you needed it. What impressed us the most was how well prepared the property was...the agency thought of absolutely everything, from dish detergent to extra rolls of paper towels. It sounds minor, but it's really frustrating to check into a "villa" and scramble around for the basics. The binders of information and restaurant recommendations were really helpful (especially the restaurant recs....Key West can be hit or miss for meals). We had bikes delivered to the house so we could ride and watch the sunset every night at the State Park around the corner and ride to the grocery store.

Shel, the agency rep contacted us the moment we booked, emailed back and forth before we arrived and made our settling in process at the house a dream. His personal introduction to the house, neighborhood and Key West relieved so much of the stress of having a holiday in an unknown place. He is a great ambassador for the house, the agency and Key West.  We're looking for an excuse to come back and stay longer.

Perfect house, perfect vacation!

Can't say enough wonderful things about this house, our concierge Shel, and the great time we had in Key West. House was in perfect condition when we arrived. Shel had arranged for all of our groceries and other "necessities" to be at the house so we were able to start our vacation right away. We vacationed with two other couples and the house was the perfect size for the six of us. We all commented that this was the best stocked vacation rental we had ever seen. We spent hours by the pool, taking advantage of the gas grill for lunches and cooking up all the fresh fish we caught on our fishing trips. (On the Premium Time out of A&B Marina!). The house is within walking distance to just about everywhere, but far enough off the beaten path to be quiet and peaceful. Recommend eating breakfast at Blue Heaven, which is only a few blocks away. We ate in most nights but enjoyed a fabulous meal at La Te Da on Duval. Only Wood has great pizza and they deliver! The Boathouse at A&B Marina has a great happy hour with delicious appetizers - make sure you try the Boathouse Bread!  We truly did not want to leave once our week was up. We highly recommend this wonderful house for your Key West vacation. In fact, we've already begun to plan a two week rental for next year! Thank you, Shel and Last Key Realty!

Truly a Breath of Fresh Air

I cannot say enough good things about our stay at Brisa Fresca. The name says it all. The property was beautiful, clean, well stocked, and situated in the perfect location - close to the beach and Duval, but very private and quiet. You can walk or bike to everything. We enjoyed cooling off in the pool and dining on the patio.  In addition, the property manager Shel took great care of us and made us feel very welcome. He pre-stocked the kitchen with items we requested, took time to introduce us to the property and all of its features, and even recommended some fabulous restaurants and activities. He is a wealth of information and his service and genial demeanor certainly set this property apart. Even the booking experience was a piece of cake. Last Key Realty was a pleasure to do business with. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had such an amazing holiday in Brisa Fresca!

What an amazing holiday! We had a friendly welcome to the property from Shel who also gave us many good hints on where to eat and what to see while we were in Key West. The house itself is beautiful with a perfect sized pool for kids to play in, the finish inside is top notch with all the mod cons, everything has been thought of for a comfortable stay. The property is in the perfect location, minutes from the sea and a short walk into the centre of town and Malory Square. There is not one thing we could fault with our stay in Key West.

Classic Key West - "Grand Floridian" Style

The home in the Truman Annex "Brisa Fresca" provided a truly exceptional getaway. It was a beautiful property in tip-top condition - luxury accommodations for an extended family (3 generations with small children). The rental was made through Last Key Realty and met (quite often exceeded) our highest expectations. No hidden costs, no fine print or any sort of unpleasant surprise that can turn a fun vacation into something far less. The rental reservation, deposit and confirmation process was very straightforward and simple. Reservation personnel at Last Key were courteous and responsive. Prior to our arrival, Shel (the property concierge) took on our lengthy shopping list, requiring numerous stops at miscellaneous shops, grocery stores and pharmacies. All our provisions were neatly put away in pantries, drawers, cabinets and refrigerator on the day we arrived. Upon our arrival, Shel met us curbside and provided a comprehensive orientation to the property. This, in itself, is quite a service given the many high tech and convenience devices and appliances (read the property description carefully - it's ALL there and it works!).

Check-out was a similarly easy and pain-free experience. Once home, NO surprises on our credit card statement (not always the case with other rentals). All in all, we LOVE the people at Last Key and, most of all – SHEL!

Key West Heaven!

Absolutely wonderful property! Centrally located, but private and quiet. We had bikes delivered to us and used them to go everywhere. Come home, and dive into your own private swimming pool!  We had six guests and all slept comfortably with their own bathrooms.  Shel was a great concierge giving us all sorts of dining tips. The concierge service was great in getting us reservations to attractions and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again! Don't think twice and make a reservation today!

Incredible, immaculate home close to EVERYTHING

The house was amazing. It was a short drive to the beach and 2 blocks from duval. The pool was clean, the house was decorated to a tee and everything was just what we expected and more. The manager Shel was extremely helpful, getting a body pillow for me (pregnant) and buying our groceries for a small surcharge before we got there. We relied heavily on the food recommendations given by Shel and we were extremely pleased. I recently told my husband that every time we go back I would like to stay there again. The upstairs balcony was a warm, dry and beautiful place to watch a passing storm, and the beach was a short ride on the electric car. There is parking close if you have a rental car as well and want to plug in your electric car under the carport. The blankets and bedding were better than any hotel, soft and comforting and there is also the convenience of using the washer and dryer. Extra keys and the layout of the town was easily accessible in a binder for us to look at. The concierge service was extremely helpful as well setting up a Haunted Tour as well as our electric car rental. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience in Key West. Just flat out paradise in a house in an awesome eclectic little island town. LOVED IT.

Beautiful house in a perfect location

This house was perfect for our family of four in a very quiet, residential location but close to everything.  It has every possible amenity you could think of and many many more.  The pool and garden areas are beautiful and the house is well maintained and very clean. Great location and excellent service!

Coming to Key West was a real treat. We were amazed by the location of this home. It was so close to downtown and the beach, yet still quiet and relaxing for us to enjoy. Our family had a wonderful time exploring the island and waters of Key West.  We were provided with excellent service by the property manager. Great Vacation!

The Brisa Fresca house was beautiful and the pool was great. This house did not disappoint in fact it is even better than the pictures on the site. Booking through Last Key Realty was so easy and they offer concierge services for your bicycle rentals, etc. Shel was so awesome to work with and made our stay very worry free. Shel took our grocery list and when we arrived everything we needed was waiting for us and that was one of the best parts of our trip - no grocery store trips. On arrival Shel met us at the house and gave us a list of the best places to eat in Key West. The only down side would be the noise restrictions in this neighborhood in the evenings. Overall this was a great place to stay and we thoroughly enjoyed our week of relaxation. Thank you Shel!!!!!

Great House, Great Location

This house was perfect for us, we were a group of 6 and this house was the perfect size. The home is even better than in the photos, clean, perfectly decorated for Key West and the kitchen is stocked with anything you would need to cook. The heated pool was amazing and we spent most of our time outside. Shel was great helping us arrange shipping items down before our arrival, and checking in on us throughout the stay to make sure everything was going well. We go down every year for Christmas and this was our favorite home of all, and Shel and everyone at Last Key Realty are just great.

An amazing way to spend Winter Break!

Just perfect! I really can't say much more to sum it up. House and location - perfect!  Pool - absolutely amazing! Comfortably slept 4 adults and 2 kids. So much to see and do in Key West but the house just made you want to stay by the pool and relax.  Everything in the house was in great shape. Last Key Realty and Shel were great as well and made the whole process very easy. Would rent again in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone who is interested.

Perfect Vacation Home

When our group of six arrived at this beautiful home we were very pleased. The spacious house, landscape and pool were beautifully maintained, up to date and very clean! The location was ideal for walking or biking to everything Key West had to offer. Shel was there to greet us and show us around, he had even delivered our grocery requests and put them away. All of the equipment necessary for a gourmet to cook, serve and cleanup from a meal was present. We enjoyed the location very much. We rented bikes for our two week stay and rode all over Key West daily. We fished on charters recommended by the concierge in the daytime, swam and lounged by the heated pool in the afternoons. Shel's detailed recommendations for restaurants and live music venues were excellent and most evenings we stayed out late listening to music and enjoying the tropical weather. An all-around perfect vacation in a perfect property!

The perfect place to stay in Key West!

We absolutely loved staying here. The house is gorgeous, spotless, and had everything we needed for the week. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning was great, the pool was amazing. Six Days Was Not Nearly Enough

We could not have had a better experience on our first visit to Key West. Brisa Fresca is a beautiful and comfortable house, in a quiet neighborhood, close to everything. It was impeccably maintained, perfectly clean, and well-supplied. The kitchen is sufficiently outfitted for even the most expert cook (although we couldn't resist the restaurants and ate out every night.) The pool and deck area are so spectacular that you could easily spend all your time there. Our house manager, Shel, met us at the house and not only showed us around the house, but also gave us a detailed introduction to Key West, its restaurants, and many activities. Thanks to him, we didn't need to waste any time of our short visit just getting our bearings. It was also reassuring as first timers in Key West to know that if anything had gone wrong with the house or us, Shel was only a phone call away 24/7. We also made use of the concierge service to book restaurant reservations and a awaking/snorkeling tour and to rent bicycles, which was a wonderful timesaver.

Wonderful 35th Wedding Anniversary trip

Shel met us at the property upon our arrival and showed us the entire home. He gave us great recommendations for restaurants which we used the entire week with 100% satisfaction at each location. The home was extremely clean, beautifully decorated, and very well stocked with kitchen essentials. We had asked for the pool to be heated and it was so comfortable. The location of this home in Key West was perfect for us. It was quiet and peaceful and yet close to everything in Key West. We also rented bikes through the concierge and they were delivered on time, in great condition, and picked up at the exact time we arranged for as well. We had a fabulous time and will definitely put this on our list of return destinations.

The only one thing I would point out for future renters. The two upstairs rooms were very large and very comfortable as were the attached bathrooms. The downstairs bedroom is actually a study area with a murphy bed. It has built in cabinets that allow for storing your things and was very comfortable for the other couple that joined us on the trip. It was not an issue for us at all but if you are splitting the cost among 3 couples, you may want to make sure the others know that one bedroom is considerably smaller than the other two and shares the full downstairs bath with 1st floor people. We were 3 couples and just each tried to use our own bathrooms to allow privacy for the first floor couple. Again, it had a very comfortable murphy bed and was not an issue for our group at all but I could see it being an issue for some -- especially if it were a 3 way split for costs.

Cozy Stay in Old Town Key West

This Home is conveniently located 3 blocks away from Duval St. Has a perfect size pool and comfortably hosts a party of 6. The property manager (Shel) was very friendly and willing to accommodate arrival time. Please note this is a very residential area if you have a noisy group might not be the best bet. We loved the house and we had an amazing time. Recommend and would return as well.

Serenity

First we need to note Shel, the property manager, who went well above and beyond ensuring we had his latest intel on where to eat.. where to entertain.. where to shop for food.. how to navigate the Annex, etc. Our vacation was extra special due to his study. 

So Brisa Fresca is an ultra-clean home with fantastic finishes and decor.  We loved the well designed and functional kitchen whose open layout not only allows "the cook" to keep in touch with family in the living room, but also the adjacent dining room and den are within view and an easy conversation. Having the pool in view from the kitchen was also a real bonus, especially with kids. The family room has ample seating, all very comfortable, with an impressive entertainment system that is wired throughout the home.  Just can't say enough about how the lower level is designed.  It looks great, fully functional, and just feels good.

The upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms won't disappoint. They are very clean, quiet, and spacious. There is a deck from which you can look over the pool or just star gaze in the evening from. A washer and drying are located in the hallway and they work great. The ensuite bedrooms are the way to go. The backyard pool was plenty big to enjoy a few games of marco polo and refresh from the heat. The grill and outside dining tables along with sitting area on the deck make it easy for everyone to grab some space and enjoy the warm breeze. This was our 3rd year renting in Key West, 5 years renting in the Keys.  Can't wait to get back to Brisa Fresca.

The property is immaculate brilliantly situated

We stayed at the property for two weeks. It was our first vacation to Key West, having stayed previously in Sanibel and Captiva for our vacations in Florida in the past. The house location is perfect. Walking distance to all the attractions, restaurants and bars in Old Town Key West. We received a great orientation on arrival which really helped find good locations to eat and drink. The property is immaculate and has all you need to just relax. We would recommend this property to anyone who just wants a vacation to relax and enjoy. We certainly did.

Immaculate, large pool, close to everything

Brisa Fresca was the perfect house for our week vacation in Old Town. My wife and I traveled with a 7, 9 and 14-year-old. The highlights of this property are the location, cleanliness and amenities, the large heated pool and renting with Last Key Realty (and Shel in particular).

The house has a great layout with open kitchen and living area, one-bedroom downstairs and the master and third bedroom upstairs (with twin beds - perfect for the smaller children). The house is in immaculate condition and the listing description and pictures are absolutely accurate. Their kitchen is fully stocked to meet all your cooking needs and there are plenty of towels and bed linens.

If you plan to spend much of your time at the property outside, this home is a great choice. The heated pool, by Key West standards, is very large (we looked at three other homes within the Truman Annex and this home had the largest pool by far.)  The outdoor living space is well appointed, nicely landscaped and serene.

I can't think of a better location if you are looking to explore all that Old Town has to offer (restaurants, shopping, nightlife). The heart of Duval street is a few short blocks away and Mallory Square is a 5 to 10 minute walk. The beach at Fort Zachary, a coral beach that our family felt was the prettiest of the Key West beaches with the clearest water, is very close as well.

Finally, our experience would not have been complete without the stellar customer service of Last Key Realty and Shel in particular. Shel spent a lot of time with our family sharing a dozen or two great restaurant and nightlife recommendations. His suggestions were accurate and the food was exceptional (We found the dining scene in Key West to be creative, high quality and lacking pretension.)  

We would highly recommend this property, Shel and renting with Last Key. We will be returning soon!

Fantastic Property with plenty to offer!!!

The property and experience was amazing! Our contact Shel was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. We go to Key West once or twice a year but this was our best trip yet. Anything and everything was within a couple minutes’ walk or scooter ride. I would highly recommend Shel and Last Key Realty for your next stay in Key West!!

Well kept house in great location

This house is Breathtaking

We have stayed at this property for the last 7 years and are never disappointed. The management company was a pleasure to deal with. As soon as we arrived, Shel Segel from Last Key Realty, Inc. met us at the property to make sure everything was to our liking. He could not do enough to make sure our stay was perfect. And it was. We would HIGHLY recommend this property and Last Key Realty.

Amazing house in great location

This was our second year renting this home and it was amazing as usual. The home itself is beautiful with a comfortable layout, and amazing pool and outdoor area. Shel, from Last Key Realty, was there to meet us, and accommodate anything we needed during our 10-day stay. The location of this property cannot be beat... we will definitely be back.

Comfortable and cozy with plenty of privacy

Subject property is clean, well-maintained and appointed, with every amenity needed for a relaxing vacation. It is also located close to "the action" on Duval Street, but maintains an aura of privacy and seclusion. The property manager was very helpful and always available, but was never intrusive during our stay.

Perfect house for a family of 7

Our stay at Brisa Fresca was perfect.  Shel was so accommodating and the house was exactly as expected and big enough for a family of 7. The pool was warm and inviting.... even in the rain!  Any questions or concerns were quickly addressed by Shel. He couldn't have been more helpful. The location is within walking distance to all the action. What a great place. We will be back!!

We love the Brisa Fresca!!

We recently stayed in the Brisa Fresca for the third time. It is a delightful house in the Truman Annex. The house is nicely furnished with a backyard pool. The location is perfect for walking everywhere:  restaurants, movies, theatre, shops, etc.  Shel Segel, the Guest Services Coordinator for the property, is terrific. He promptly sees to every concern and cheerfully sees to any problem. We highly recommend the property!

Awesome property and location

I brought my family of 6 to Key West for a family vacation and stayed at the Brisa Fresca. The home was fully equipped and in very good condition. The pool in the backyard was a big hit with my daughter and the location could not be better. Close to Duvall and the beach, yet in a private and quiet area. Shel greeted us upon arrival and provided recommendations for dining in Key West. We also had Shel stock the home with groceries ahead of our arrival which was exactly as requested. Great home and outstanding service from Shel.  I would highly recommend this home.
