THE LOCATION...
Truman Annex is a private, gated community right in Old Town, Key West. You'll be just a few blocks from Mallory Square, Duval Street and all the restaurants, shopping, and attractions of Old Town, yet you'll benefit from the peace and quiet that Truman Annex is known for. Although you won't need a car to get around from this excellent location, there is a reserved off-street parking space.
THE COMMUNITY POOL & FORT ZACHARY TAYLOR STATE PARK...
The landscaped community pool is located just around the corner and across the street, with chaises and a cabana with restrooms. Or you can walk to Fort Zachary Taylor State Park, with the prettiest beach in Key West, just a half mile away from your front door.
Compliance with Truman Annex Community Rules & Regulations is expected of all Last Key guests. This includes “Quiet Time” in all outdoor areas, public and private, after 10PM.
THE LIVING AREA...
CARIBBEAN CHARM has been furnished and decorated in a classic island style that can be found throughout the home. The living area is the entire first floor and has an open plan, with 11-foot ceilings and double French doors that provide plenty of natural light to enter. The living room features a large flat screen TV and comfortable seating options, including a plush sleeper sofa to accommodate extra guests. There's also a convenient powder room located on the first floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the tools and appliances you’ll need to prepare a meal from home. The indoor dining table seats four and there’s additional seating at the kitchen bar. Enjoy an outdoor meal at your own private courtyard out front, with an outdoor dining set and a gas BBQ grill.
THE ACCOMMODATIONS...
** Master Suite: Located on the Second Floor with a King bed, a large flat screen TV, a private balcony, a large closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and tub combination.
** Second Bedroom: Located on the Third Floor with Two Twins OR One King bed, a flat screen TV, a closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and tub combination.
Each floor closes off with its own separate door as well for extra privacy.
Smoking is not permitted in any Last Key Realty home. In addition, the Foundry does not permit smoking in the front garden patio areas or balconies. Therefore, this home is not a good fit for vacationers needing smoking accommodations.

** Interim housekeeping provided upon request
** This property will accommodate up to 6 adults
** No Pets Allowed
** Last Key Realty vacation homes are rented to family groups and responsible adult groups only. Groups who expect they may cause after hours noise will not be a good fit for this home and should be aware they may incur additional penalties when in residence for violations. There will be a $500 charge for after-hours dispatch of our staff in response to calls resulting from verified noise complaints for violations by our guests in residence.

Perfect Quiet Retreat
If you are looking to concentrate your Key West vacation in the downtown area then this quiet retreat is the perfect place for you and your family. Away from the hustle and bustle but just a short walk away when you are ready to experience the many shops, bars and restaurants in the downtown area. Also close to Mallory Square.

Perfect Vacation
The property was wonderful and the communication was outstanding. On the 2nd day we found the dishwasher wouldn't start, called the property manager, and it was working that afternoon. One person in our group had a sore ankle so we called the concierge for a golf cart recommendation. Not only did he recommend one but put through a reservation so all we had to do was show up. We had a perfect vacation.

Central Location
This place has everything you need and plenty of space for 4-6 people. We basically walked or biked everywhere we needed to get to. 2 blocks from duval.

High End Trip
The concierge and high touch approach they use made me feel like they really wanted us there. Having excursions booked before we showed up made it totally worth it! Call the concierge team before you get into town, you'll be glad you did!

Best Key West Stay Yet
Wonderful, clean, updated historic property in Old Town Key West. I have stayed in Key West about 18 times and this was the nicest place. The location is excellent being in the Truman Annex, just a short walk to most anything in the Old Town area. Well appointed with a full kitchen, and guests leave unused coffee pods and such for the next guests. Very nice.

Very clean. Second time staying in Truman Annex. Feel that it is the best place to stay. Close to old town, beaches, and activities. Biked everywhere from this location. Very quiet. Check-in and out was easy. Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful, tranquil & historic
This townhouse was perfect for our family of five, which includes two teenaged sons and a toddler girl. The boys had their own level and bathroom upstairs, and Last Key rented us a pack and play which was perfect for our toddler to sleep in our room with its own bathroom (and a third half bathroom downstairs). There's a TV in every room, but we really didn't watch much. Full kitchen, but breakfast was the only meal we made as there's so many great places to check out!
The location could not be better -- everything is in walking distance, and close enough to the action, but just far enough that you don't hear the noise once you're inside the Truman Annex. The splash park was a hit with our toddler, and we enjoyed walking to Mallory Square to catch the sunset a few times, and found endless good places to eat every night. We also visited the Butterfly Conservatory (beautiful), Hemingway's House, Truman's Little White House (literally 2 mins. walking distance), Casa Marina Hotel (for the fourth of July), took the Conch Train tour to get a lay of the land the first day, swam in the little community pool, just the right size for a quick dip and walked up and down Duval numerous times. We took a day trip to swim with the dolphins in Grassy Key at the Dolphin Conservation Center (about an hour and a half each way).
A very beautiful, tranquil -- and historic place to stay, I highly recommend for a family or two couples.

Amazing!
Place was amazing! House was beautiful, clean, and spacious. Perfect location to have quiet nights if you wanted or just a short walk, or scooter ride, to all the nightlife. Bed's were comfortable and pool was great. Will definitely stay again!!!

Really is the Perfect Place
Really happy with this rental. It really was the perfect place to stay. We had rented a car, but ended up walking or biking everywhere except back to the airport. The unit was clean and comfortable. Last Key realty also did an amazing job as hosts.

Great for a group
This townhome was perfect for our group. It had everything you could ever need and it was super easy to check in. The location was probably the best part. The neighborhood was safe and you could walk anywhere from there. I would definitely come back to this place again.
