THE LOCATION…

CASA AVILA is located a few blocks from the Historic Seaport and only a couple blocks from World-Famous Duval Street. Situated on a popular two-lane street, this private home is a short stroll from everything Old Town has to offer. Whether you’re looking to spend the day on Duval Street or watch the boats come and go at the seaport, you’ll be there in a few minutes. This home does include off-street parking around the corner from the home, about a 2-minute walk.

THE KITCHEN & LIVING AREA…

The living area is plucked straight from the early twentieth century; from the beautiful Dade County pine walls to the French doors that fill the space with natural light. This living area features comfortable seating for visiting and creating new memories. There is a large flat-screen TV to gather around for the big game or to binge-watch your favorite show. There’s a full bathroom on the first floor with a walk-in shower.

The kitchen has been lovingly crafted and is the perfect blend of historic feel with modern touches. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and every cooking tool needed to prepare meals at home. The indoor dining table comfortably seats eight, and there’s additional seating at the kitchen bar.
