We had a fantastic time at the Casa Victoria Historical House over St Patrick's weekend because of the location and multiple areas to hang out and relax. I recommend this spot if you are going with a group of people for a weekend getaway!!!

Great house lots of room for large group. Great laundry. Our contact person Alice was wonderful always available and helped us with anything we needed. The location was very convenient to walk to Duval and most locations even the Southernmost Point. Would definitely use this company and house again.

THE Reunion Home

Centrally Located without being on Duval!

Fabulous

Fantastic place for a group of family/friends in a historic building full of character. Easy to walk to restaurants/bars and other amenities. Has a driveway as parking seems sparse in KW. Last Key was very helpful and communicative and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there or recommend others do as well.

Our New Favorite!

I celebrated my 50th birthday in Key West with my husband, kids and family and this property was absolutely perfect for our stay! We had 8 people in the group. There was plenty of room for all including restrooms in all rooms. The property was immaculate. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals. We were also in town for the Super Bowl and used the outdoor grill which was plus as well! The pool and sauna were very nice to enjoy and relax. We vacation in Key West around 3 times a year and this was definitely our favorite property that we have stayed!

Beyond our expectations!

Perfect location to see Key West. Less than to blocks from Duval Street. We rode the free trolly everywhere. Easy to get around. Townhouse was perfect for our family of 4. Very quiet complex (only 12 other townhouses) and the pool was clean and warm. Spent many hours lounging and relaxing there. Townhouse had everything we needed. Nice to have a gas grill and we enjoyed the back patio while my husband grilled! Would definitely recommend to everyone. Host Tracie was wonderful! Thank you!

Perfection

This place was perfect for our group. We spent a good amount of time sitting outback, in the pool and playing games. About 6 or 7 blocks to Duval and you end up about in the middle of Duval. We had a group of 6 couples so the only drawback was the setup of the 3 beds upstairs. Other than that, I would highly reccommend!

Authentic Key West Charm

Great vacation property!

The large outdoor table as well as the large dining room table created a warm, cozy environment for our large family. Great location with plenty of sleeping areas. The outdoor cottage A/C left a bit to be desired at times due to the heat. Plenty of time was spent at the pool and spa!

All Good Things

This house is fantastic. Older, well-kept home with wonderful Key West charm. The rooms are all very comfortable and well-appointed. Back yard with dining area, pool and hot tub is to die for. Location —just a few blocks from Duval — was perfect. Not crazy but energizing and easy access to everything you want. Danny was also very responsive. All great.

Perfect Home

House was great! 10/10

We had 5 couples, two of the women (one being me) were super pregnant.  Everything was perfect, exactly as advertised, air worked great and the house was super chilly (which was a must for me in the Florida heat in July while pregnant). Everything was clean, house was very spacious, everything worked great, the host/housing agent was very kind and great during check in, and great communication if I needed anything throughout. We booked this through Last Key Realty and they were great. You get a complimentary concierge service and they Set up massages for some of us girls, booked our golf cart rentals, etc...and were very helpful. Perfect location but you’ll def want a golf cart to get to all the restaurants and bars. 10/10 would stay here again!

Well Worth the 2 Year Wait!

My husband and I planned our trip to Key West over two years ago to celebrate and renew our wedding vows for our 30th wedding anniversary. Unfortunately, we had to cancel due to the pandemic last year and the team at Last Key was extremely supportive and accommodating. We were happy to have rescheduled for this year and our family was able to travel safely to Key West.  We have to say that the entire team at Last Key Realty are nothing but professional from the first booking through the rescheduling to our arrival and finally our departure. Everyone was quick to respond to my numerous emails and questions!! Shel was incredibly warm and welcoming while explaining the various nuances of the Casa Victoria while helping me put away my groceries. Dealing with him felt like dealing with a close friend rather than a stranger. He was the type of person you'd want to sit and have a drink with. The Casa Victoria was everything we hoped it would be! It was perfect for the ten of us to stay comfortably and relax together with coffee in the morning and drinks during the evening. I would definitely recommend using Last Key Realty and I was happy to have found them!!

Perfect Key West Trip

Fabulous and Fun Family Vacation!

Great Experience!

Although this wasn't our first trip to Key West, it was our first time renting a house while visiting.  Rodney and Shel at Last Key Realty made it a great experience!  We stayed at Casa Victoria on Truman Avenue and couldn't have picked a better location or house.  The property had everything we needed for our large family.  From our arrival to departure, Shel made sure we had everything needed.  And we loved the welcoming Key Lime Pie!  The Concierge Staff at Last Key was so helpful planning our outside excursions including ordering our bikes which we rode everywhere.  We can't wait to return for another visit and are looking forward to working with Last Key and Shel again!

THE Place to Stay!

April 2021, we stayed at Casa Victoria with family and friends. Shel Segel, the property manager was outstanding!. He provided courteous and exceptional service. The concierge service was also outstanding, helping with arrangements of dinner reservations, Bicycle rentals and much more!.  The rooms at Casa were very accommodating, clean, plenty of towels with all essentials needed.   We all enjoyed the pool and spa after full days of touring (and drinking). Grill on premise for a outdoor cooking and full patio sets for outdoor sunning, sitting, eating and did I mention drinking..  No doubt about it, this is the place to stay!

Perfect Work Retreat

Loved our Key West vacation

A group of 5 of us rented Casa Victoria for a five day period and we loved it! It is centrally located, and has plenty of room. The house was well cleaned ready for us when we arrived. Nearly every room has a balcony and most overlook the pool, which is great to have to cool off. Others from our group booked in other house or hotels, but Casa Victoria became the natural gathering spot before group activities or going out. One night we all hit the grocery store and made dinner for the combined group of 12 and had plenty of room in the house for everyone to sit comfortably. The Last Key staff were very easy to work with. We made a last minute decision to extend our reservation, and despite the office being closed, Shel and Rodney got in contact with me very quickly and were able to secure the extension in a matter of minutes! I will definitely be looking at Last Key and Casa Victoria when we head back to Key West.

Loved it!

The Casa Victoria is a fantastic home for extended family to share while enjoying the Key West vibe together. It sleeps 5 couples privately, total 12 people, 5 1/2 baths! Beautiful Home
I have a large family and rented this house while we were in Key West for my son’s wedding. The house was spectacular and easily accommodated all of us. It was well equipped with everything we needed including the delicious pies Shel provided. He was wonderful to work with and went above and beyond to make sure our stay there was perfect. I would definitely rent this house again - it is in an ideal location and offers everything you want or need while on vacation. Paradise!!

From booking to check out this property exceeded expectations and fit our group PERFECTLY! However the true measure of this gem was the team of people we were lucky enough to have as hosts. Chris and Shel were simply amazing. Accommodating doesn’t begin to describe how they made everything we needed reality. All of the little things they did - hold bags on our arrival so we could grab lunch only to find the bags had been delivered to our property. The delicious key lime pie upon arrival. Fixing a broken WiFi router during our stay. Couldn’t rate this experience ANY higher. We miss the house AND the team!! Thank you for making our vacation one filled with memories to treasure.

The place was incredibly beautiful and was SO much better in person than the pictures on the website. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this place to anyone seeking an escape from reality. The character and charm of the place took you back over a 100 years and it was magical!! The outdoor space felt like a lush tropical & private oasis. The beds were comfortable, the place was clean and I don't have a single negative thing to say about the home or our trip. We had 12 guests and didn't feel crowded. Everything was available for large group cookouts including a bbq poolside. Our contact (Shel) with Last Key was such a pleasure to chat with and he went out of his way to make sure we were having a good time. The concierge service was such a bonus as well. They helped us book some adventure trips in the water. If you are looking for a place in Key West to stay at, I give highest stars as possible. MUST SEE and a MUST to stay at.

Highly Recommend

This was our first family trip to Key West and we had an amazing time!! The house was in a perfect location and was the perfect mix of old Key West style with modern comforts! All of the beds were very comfortable too, which sounds silly to add, but we have had trips ruined by old mattresses and grumpy children who did not sleep well. Shel was great, and gave us so many wonderful recommendations on great places to eat! I would definitely recommend this house...we have an amazing time!

Casa Victoria: Perfect Experience!
Our group of close family gathered to stay under one roof for the occasion of my daughter’s wedding in Key West in early December. Shel and everyone I spoke to at Last Key Realty was very accommodating and responsive. Wonderful place with a fantastic location

A wonderfully charming home for the whole family

We arrived at Casa Victoria shortly after Hurricane Irma struck the Keys and were so thankful that the team worked hard to have the house ready for us. We had 7 adults and 3 children staying in the house to celebrate a special family birthday and the accommodations were perfect. We were also referred to Chef Callie to cater our special birthday dinner at the house and it was phenomenal! We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Wonderful vacation!

Our whole family enjoyed themselves greatly down in Key West! The home we stayed in was tailored to our needs and we'll kept. Our guest coordinator Shel was wonderful. He greeted us on our arrival and went over everything we needed to know about the house and pool. Then he gave us his local knowledge on beaches and restaurants which was spot on! Outstanding home in the middle of Key West

806 Truman, Casa Victoria. This older Key West home is extremely well appointed with a very modern kitchen, living & dining rooms. There are very huge comfortable 5 bedrooms and multiple decks on the house. The star of the property is the private swimming pool and deck area just off the kitchen & living room. There is also a very clean and updated 1 BDRM / 1 BATHRM cottage on the pool deck. The house is very large and can comfortably accommodate a large group. The concierge staff is extremely resourceful and very helpful making reservations for lots of different activities. Shel Segal (the property manager who checked us in and helped us throughout our stay) was AWESOME. This is the place that you want to stay. It's right in the middle of town within 5 minutes of everything. What an outstanding vacation, we will definitely return!

The home was fantastic for our large group. The location is great, and you're a quick bike ride away from anything you'll want to do. Shel made our stay easy and enjoyable. Everything you could need!

Casa Victoria is a perfect home for a larger group. Whether you are traveling with friends or family - this beautiful home has something for everyone. Each bedroom has their own private full bathroom and plenty of space to feel at home. The pool area was perfect for gathering together for meals, games or just laying in the sun in the louger chairs. And who doesn't love to relax in a hot tub? The house is fully stocked with all your necessities and we were even surprised with Key Lime pies upon arrival from our wonderful Host Shel. The house is just 3 blocks from Duvall St and with-in walking distance to coffee shops & restaurants. Our group of 9 had an absolute blast at out home away for the week! Definitely recommend! Wonderful Space for a Family Get-Away

My family had a fantastic stay at Casa Victoria. There was plenty of space for our group of 7 adults and 5 children (ages 1-6). The children loved the pool and the adults loved the outdoor lounge space along with the property's close proximity to restaurants and other local attractions. 5 Star Experience

We booked a 4 night stay at the beautiful Casa Victoria for a small wedding ceremony. 8 of us slept comfortably in this perfect house. The house has all the amenities you need and location is perfect to walk to nightlife on Duval and all the cute shops and restaurants in Key West. Shel, the property manager kept in touch with us from the moment we booked our reservation to greeting us upon arrival. He was extremely helpful and gave us great recommendations for the best Cuban Coffee and fine dining in the area. Casa Victoria was the perfect house for our wedding celebration. Beautiful Top Notch Vacation Home

We had an amazing time at this fabulous home. Its in a great location, easy walk to Duval, CVS, and restaurants. We got married at Ft Zachary Taylor State Park and this house was great for the family that stayed with us. The hubby and I stayed out in the pool bungalow. There are several hotels and bed and breakfasts in very close proximity so that overflow guests were close to us and could easily walk to the house to join us for breakfast or to all walk together to go to dinner etc... The furnishings in this house are so beautiful I wish I could just pick it up like it is and move it to Texas! The kitchen was fully stocked with just about everything and more than you would have in your own home. The pool and hot tub were a great addition to have! We hope to be back soon!!! Shel with Last Key Realty was so nice and so accommodating with any questions we had. He also gave us great recommendations on places to eat. We enjoyed getting to meet him as he greets you at the house when you get there and comes by to say goobye. This is a grand property you won't be disappointed staying here.

Amazing house and vacation!!!

Booked Casa Victoria for our 50th bday celebration. Shel greeted us with Key lime pies and balloons! The beverages we had asked him to get ahead of time were cold and ready for us after our long trip from Philly. House is beautiful and had everything you could ask for and more. Gorgeous Property!

The property overall was wonderful! We were celebrating a wedding on the beach and the reception at the house. We had family staying at the hotel next door so it was super convenient! The house is also just a few short blocks to awesome restaurants and cafes as well as Duval street for the late night guests. We had great customer service from Shel and he came over to check on us frequently throughout the stay to make sure everything met and exceeded our expectations. We not only would highly recommend this property we would like to know if it ever came up for sale! :)

Great stay with friends

This was a charming Key West house with plenty of room for 4 couples to have a wonderful long weekend. It's walking distance to great restaurants and bars and is also well appointed for staying in a cooking. The rooms are very spacious and Shel was one call away in case we needed anything. Casa Victoria was the perfect get away!

A group of us stayed at Casa Victoria for an extended weekend while celebrating our 40th birthdays. The house was fantastic and in close proximity to all that Key West has to offer! The outside deck, patio and BBQ got plenty of use. All of the bedrooms are large and all have en suite bathrooms which was very nice. Shel with Last Key Realty great. He was very accommodating, recommended some great restaurants and willing willing to help with all. He went out of his way to make sure all was perfect during our stay and checked in regulary to see if we needed anything. We also used the Last Key concierge to book a fishing charter, which was extremely helpful. I'd highly recommend Casa Victoria and Last Key Realty when booking a trip to Key West.

Excellent location to go down memory lane

My college aged son, his three cousins, my sister-in-law, my sister and I had a wonderful week at Casa Victoria.My favorite place to hang out was near the pool, at the outdoor table, which is protected by rain with a roof. Almost all of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and are very comfortable with ceiling fans (note that the original windows don't open but the doors to the balconies do and there is street noise from Truman Ave that two of the bedrooms deal with) and the dining room table is conducive to gather around, if one is in the mood to cook. We took advantage of all of the fantastic restaurants within walking distance and highly recommend going to 915 Duval for lunch or dinner. The galley kitchen is suitable for easy meals, although it is not as easily set up for big dinners (but who wants to do elaborate dinners given all of the delicious food being served at a plethora of restaurants). We enjoyed watching some TV in the living room and the television worked well. The room itself does not have enough comfortable seating for more than four or five people. We loved all of the balconies and old world charm of the house and took advantage of not only the pool, but also the the huge hot tub. We rented mopeds and bikes from just a couple of blocks away, bought groceries from Fausto's, which is about five blocks away, got take out Cuban food three blocks away, and basically did not use our rental car except when going to the airport and taking a tour of the island and showing relatives where we lived when my sister and I lived in KW in the 70's. Everything is so easy and the food and services really are so close: Smathers and Higgs beaches are a bike ride or long walk away. I had taken my daughter with her cousins to KW 5 years ago and then our second oldest this time. He had no idea what to expect and loved going so much he asked if we could go back next year. Our 15 year old has something to look forward to when he gets to college. Shel from Last Key and I realized we moved to KW the same year and knew some of the same people, which made for a nice icebreaker and additional trips down memory lane. He was very friendly and cordial and attended to some maintenance items that came up in a very timely manner.

Really great home for a family event!

Casa Victoria is a beautiful historic home in old town Key West. We rented bikes and walked many places. There were 10 of us celebrating a birthday and family reunion and it was just perfect for us! We had plenty of room! The accommodations were great! Never a need to call Shel and ask for anything! And speaking of Shel...he met my niece upon arrival to check in to the home, and then when I flew in later that day he came back to introduce himself to me and was just the most accommodating host! The day we departed, he stopped by again to talk with us about our stay! He was above and beyond anything I have experienced staying in a rental-just the nicest man! (thanks again Shel!)

Now, that being said, honestly, it is an old home, and on a busy street, so it can be noisy at night! We were there the same weekend there was some sort of motorcycle event, and it was LOUD, 24/7. But I still give our stay 5 stars:) And highly recommend Last Key Realty.

Perfect Old Town Vacation

We stayed at Casa Victoria for a week for my sister's bachelorette party. It was perfectly situated within walking distance of Duval Street, but far enough away that it was quiet. The home is historic and charming, but updated with all the modern amenities.

Shel and the Last Key concierge team was so helpful throughout the week. I highly recommend this property for any sort of vacation.

Wonderful, upscale home!

House was large and beautiful in the historic, old town style. Exactly the look we were going for. Upscale appliances and furnishings. Very clean and beautifully decorated! Air conditioning system worked well all the way to 3rd floor. All the amenities you need including pool towels, umbrellas & mats for beach, hair dryers in all bathrooms, plenty of closet space with hangers, as well as separate laundry room out back with double washers/dryers. Second refrigerator out back great for beverages. Property Manager, Shel, is a gem! Very attentive to our needs.

House is located on Truman Ave (which is a little busy) and about a mile from the end of Duval where there night life is more lively. The fenced in front yard & landscaping makes it feel private. Private driveway a bonus. Rocking chairs on front porch a nice touch - would have liked a few more for our group of 10. Because windows and doors to balconies appear to be original to home, 2nd floor front bedroom could hear all the noise from Truman Ave. Backyard is quiet but pool is overlooked on one side by apartments/hotel, so not completely private. 

Our group really enjoyed Fort Zachary Beach, Dante's Pool, Green Parrot Bar, Blue Heaven, Raw Oyster Bar, B.O.'s Fish Wagon, Virgilli's off Duval, Sloppy Joe's, Hogfish Bar & Grill on Stock Island, and boat rental (for cruising aroung the island - reserve boats a week in advance). Would recommend this property!

Property was great, Cust service was exceptional

The property itself is an old historic home. With many touch ups and furnishings to help it look aesthetically proper, you can still tell the house had a lot of history. The amenities and features promised were all available and the property was well kept and cleaned. The customer service was phenomenal. Our liaison was incredibly helpful and personable. He answered all of our inquiries ranging from plumbing issues to trash collection schedules. He followed up with us constantly to assure we were enjoying our time and stay with them. His efforts were also backed by the management company's policies set in place. The price of rent certainly gets bloated to a higher price, however our party was at peace knowing accidental damages, cleaning services, and a concierge were provided. Our vacation was made successful and relaxing due in part to the management of this home.

Out of town with the guys

At 44 it is a long time coming for my first marriage so I want to go somewhere nice and have a place to relax with the guys after the days/nights activities. Casa Victoria was beautiful and a great place to unwind. The home is beautiful and a short walk to everything you need. Great house and location

Location was great and we were able to walk to everything for the most part. Shel at Last Key realty was awesome to work with. Key West Obsession

Amazing Key West getaway!!!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here!  The house was everything we expected and more. Great location only a few blocks from everything we wanted to do. The kitchen had everything we could possible need. All the beds and bedding were extremely comfortable. Living and dining areas were also very comfortable and elegantly decorated. We loved the outside pool area and spent most of our time at the house there. Loved the outside refrigerator and TV (we are college football fans). Shell the property manager was outstanding! He went above and beyond to welcome us and made sure that we had everything we could possibly need. We really cannot say enough about the excellent customer service he provided. We travel a lot and can't remember a time when we were treated with such gracious hospitality.  We would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone that is looking for an authentic Key West experience with every luxury and comfort you could ever need. Amazing vacation spot

We had a fabulous stay at Casa Victoria in Key West. We came for Thanksgiving vacation with 2 families. The guest house was perfect for grandma and the kids loved having the 3rd floor to themselves (with our nanny). It is a perfect location within walking distant to just about everything! And yet it is very quiet at the property to Chilax & kids loved swimming in the pool & hot tub. Super bonus was having Shel as a special host to introduce us to the property & best spots around town. Best Vacation, best location

We can't say enough good things about Casa Victoria. We are two sisters with our spouses and four adult children and everyone was accommodated with comfortable beds and baths. The outdoor area has a large dining table adjacent to the pool and hot tub. We walked and biked everywhere as the house is centrally located to all that Key West has to offer. Shel from Last Key Resort will take care of anything you need. This is the first time I have been on a vacation and said I can't wait for a return trip!

Casa Victoria was the near perfect house.

Casa Victoria was the near perfect house for the 5 couples in our group of old friends. We enjoyed the well-appointed kitchen and ample space around the dining table. Bedrooms were lovely though the 5th bedroom on the 3rd level lacked a bit of privacy and an adequate sink and it's own shower though there was a complete bath on the main level. The house was beautifully decorated, clean and well maintained. The manager was excellent and was prompt in addressing an inadvertent dishwasher malfunction. The group enjoyed their stay here and would recommend this property to others. We were well located to walk to restaurants and to other attractions.

I loved Casa Victoria!

Casa Victoria was the best house we ever rented.  The pictures don't do it justice. The pool, hot tub, outdoor lighting and large covered outdoor table was a great part of the house. All the bedrooms were comfy and the kitchen was fun to prepare meals while we listened to music on the Boise sound system. The grill served up some delicious steaks from Fausto's, which was within walking distance. Shel met us at the house and helped us navigate KW, since it was our first visit. Loved the huge dining room table and how the house was decorated. Bikes delivered to the house, parasailing, jet skis, sunset sail, Truman house & Hemmingway's house and butterfly conservatory were hits. Jazz clubs and Green Parrot were a big hit with the whole family.  Shel gave us great recommendations for restaurants and bars, which were outstanding.  I wish we could have stayed another week!  Very, very clean and so cozy and all the decks and porches were a bonus.  It was so close to Duval Street, which was a big plus.

The heated pool was a plus in February. When the heater didn't seem to be at the correct temperature, I called Shel and immediately someone was there to adjust it. Also, Shel said he would meet us at Casa Victoria at 9am to receive the keys and he was there way before 9am. Thank you Shel for helping us navigate KW. I gave your list of recommendations to a friend visiting KW after our stay and she relied on your list.

Great Property for Our Large Group

Our party of 9 adults rent a vacation home in Key West every year for the past 5 years. The property description is very accurate. This property was a perfect fit for our large group. Beautiful week at Casa Victoria, Historic Key West

The listing description for Casa Victoria was accurate. The location of the home as well as the layout of Casa Victoria was perfect for our group of 8! The home is beautiful, comfortable, functional, clean and well maintained.  The oasis in the backyard with the pool and hot tub was perfect for swims and relaxation any time of day or evening. We walked and biked all throughout Key West and visited the suggested sights and beaches in the area. In the home was a book regarding features of the home as well as concierge services and suggested restaurants. There were amazing and unique restaurants within walking and biking distance. Shel welcomed us and shared helpful information to make it a perfect week for our family and friends. Great Family Vacation Home

Casa Victoria is a beautiful historic home with great character in a terrific location. The house is well appointed, spacious, and clean. The second floor bedrooms (essentially two masters) were great for the adults and our three girls loved their space on the third level. Larger parties would take advantage of the great guest house by the pool. We spent many afternoons on the sun filled balconies and many evenings grilling out by the pool. The location provided easy access to all the Duval has to offer yet far enough off the main drag to enjoy peace and quiet. Can't say enough nice things about the property manager, Shel. With three young girls we had certain requirements which included bikes, child seats, high chairs, strollers, and of course a warm pool! Shel came through on all, treated us like family, and helped ensure that our stay was enjoyable. We have rented homes in Key West for the past ten years and Casa Victoria and Shel are as good as they come.

Great stay at the Casa Victoria

We came to KW to celebrate our 50th. wedding anniversary with our family of nine; couples plus three children ages 10, 12 and 13. The experience began and ended with a warm welcome from our very professional host, Shel Segel. He was attentive to our needs and prompt. The accommodations were perfect for our family, allowing privacy and comfort for all. The third floor bedrooms were charming for our young people but would be fine for an all adult group too, the area was not stuffy but efficiently ventilated. There is a perfect table for gathering outside by the pool, for coffee in the morning, for enjoying at home meals, plus a place for games or cards. We used every inch of the space including the charming KW outdoor porches with comfortable seating located on different levels of the house. The space is beautiful, VERY CLEAN and has every possible item one might need in the kitchen. The street noise comes and goes depending on the time of day. My husband and I were very pleased with this beautifully updated, yet simply decorated house. We highly recommend Casa Victoria.

5 Lovely Days at Casa Victoria

We were a family of 9 adults and the property was perfect for us: charming, spacious, clean, well-maintained, and well-located. House, grounds and proximity to Duval street- A++

The house was immaculate and ENORMOUS, I had booked the house for a 3 night getaway for some friends and their jaws hit the floor when we walked in. A few minutes walk to Duval street, although it was difficult to leave the plush back yard with pool and spa facilities! Combined with the outdoor TV for our sports watching, the house was paradise! Highly recommend and we will be booking again next year! Booking was a breeze and customer service was brilliant, with Shel making it clear he was on call at all times should we need him for anything.

Beautiful and Charming

Shel and his team are amazing. The house is bigger than it looks and the guesthouse is perfect for privacy. Pool and Hot Tub worked great along with the heater. You spend all of your time outside!!!

We Spent four nights at this house for a close friend's bachelor party and were even more impressed with the place when we arrived then the pictures showed. Also had stayed a few weeks prior at 719 Eisenhower and loved it.

Fantastic House with First Class Accommodations

The house was perfectly appointed and the outdoor space is great for families or couples looking for a relaxing getaway. The five bedrooms are all "master suites" of their own and the house comfortably sleeps 10-14 people. Walking to Duval gives you a great opportunity to stop at the local CVS, liquor store or to pick up supplies for your stay. Usually third floor air conditioning systems can be questionable, but not in this house. All HVAC systems and appliances are in perfect working order. You will not be disappointed with your stay at Casa Victoria or renting from Shel and Last Key Realty!

Beautiful

We stayed at Casa Victoria for 4 nights/5 day. It is a beautiful house. With three floors, it was like the beauty and excitement of the initial house tour was never going to end! Shel was phenomenal and we couldn't have been happier! We will most certainly be back to visit Casa Victoria and Key West!

Everything was great!

Everything was great! the house was just as described. Shel the property manager was sooo helpful-- whatever we needed or had questions about, he was there in a few minutes to help. Overall an excellent experience. Would definitely stay there again.

cousins weekend

The house was unbelievable! It was an older home that boasted the old Key West charm. The colors and decor were wonderful, and the house was in great shape and very clean, which was important to us all. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We rented the home for a cousins getaway. There were 9 cousins, all woman, that stayed in the house, and the only the ONLY complaint we had was that the house didn't have a full length mirror in it.  I would recommend this house to anyone. Shel, the property manager was terrific, and very helpful. If you have a large group looking for a place to stay you will not be disappointed in this property.

Great vacation in Key West!

Great house! Bigger than the pictures indicate - was nice to have so much space and so many bathrooms. Spent 4 nights with 10 friends and we had a fantastic time. Shel was very helpful and gave great suggestions. Would definitely stay here again. Very fun to rent bikes to get around time.

Awesome Property!!!

The house is wonderful! The location is perfect - very close to restaurants, bars & water!!! Shel took great care of us - checking in to make sure we were good and didn't need anything! Last Key Realty was very easy to work with and the concierge service helped us book several fun activities!!! We definitely recommend this property!!
