Terrific Place!

The property was adorable, spacious and extremely clean.....better than we expected! It is also a great location, close to most everything. Since we had parking, we did rent a golf cart which was perfect for trips to all areas including grocery runs. We would definitely rent this property again!

Extremely clean! Great location - half block off Duval Street allowed for easy walking to restaurants, bars, shopping, attractions, etc. This was the second time we have stayed at this condo and we can’t wait to stay again in the future. We had the best time in Ket West!

This home was in the perfect location- walking distance to Duvall St. & we felt very safe walking to and from the home at night. The home was updated and very clean. The agent was always quick to respond to any questions we had prior and during our trip. Would definitely book this home again!

Great location!
My friends and I stayed at this property March 8-11. The location was great! We were one block from Duval St. but did not have any trouble with noise. Ft. Zachary Beach was less than a mile walk - very do-able. The beach is clean and the concession stand with food and drinks was a bonus. The house was clean and comfortable. There were six of us so having two bathrooms was necessary. We enjoyed our coffee on the patio. Alena met us at the property upon check-in and was available to answer all of our questions before and during our stay. We appreciated the personal attention and tips. We will definitely rent through Last Key Resorts again!

Looks exactly as pictured!

Casita Angelita is situated perfectly in Key West. It's close to Duval and Mallory Square and I loved that Kaya was right next door. Casita Angelita was super comfortable and extremely clean! What you see on the site is exactly what it looks like. Our concierge was incredible. Ask any question and within minutes, there was an answer or a suggestion. Highly recommend and hopefully will be back sooner rather than later!

Fantastic location one block off of the center of Duval

Walkable distance to everything. Property was well stocked, easy to access and had private parking. There was even a local treat…rum cake waiting. The only thing to be aware of is that you are beside a bar and restaurant…with marvelous food. You may want to bring a reasonable pair of noise, blocking ear protection for nighttime if you want to sleep early. You are in Key West….stay up late and have fun. We would definitely stay here again.

Very Pleased!

The hosts were attentive and helpful and the property was clean and tastefully done. It’s is in a location where you can walk to a lot of great shoppes, restaurants and attractions. The 4 restaurants we went to for dinner were great: Santiago’s, Blue Heaven, Onlywood and Louies. Overall, we were very pleased!

 

Last Key is a good company. I suggested a new master bedroom mattress, and I bet they’ll follow through. I would not recommend a large suv for this particular property. The tight driveway has the backside wall of a restaurant on one side, and an elevated patio of the house on the other. Getting in and out a RAV 4 was not always easy. And the aforementioned restaurant along with another that is diagonally across the street means that food purveyors’ tractor trailers are sometimes blocking half the road making for a challenging exit. On Friday night a band at the one restaurant was pretty loud until midnight.

Great property in the heart of Old Town Key West

Awesome communication prior to arrival and during our stay. Easy keyless access to the unit. Home was updated, very clean, everything you need in the kitchen. Bathrooms were great. We accommodated 6 people comfortably. Walked everywhere! Right around the corner from Hemingway's, Southern Most Point, Lighthouse. Easy walk past The Green Parrot to Mallory Square for sunset. Highly recommend.

Perfect Central Location

The booking process was very easy and professional. Our coordinator was very responsive and helpful. The house itself was in good condition and had virtually everything we needed. It’s in a perfect location right off the middle part of Duval Street, but noise was not an issue. Would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyable Stay

We (2 adults; 2 teenagers) spent 3 nights. As others have said, the restaurant exhaust fans could be heard. However, with the doors closed it was like a noise machine during the day. We really weren't around that much during the day so it wasn't a huge nuisance. The noise didn't bother us at night, perhaps because we walked everywhere and were so tired by the end of the day, nothing was going to keep us awake. Parking was a little tight for it SUV, but as long as the doors cleared the columns and porches, it worked. You could hear the people staying upstairs when they came downstairs, but again it was minimal. We'd definitely stay great again.

Perfect!

My Brother just moved from California and has always wanted to go to Key West. We drove down from Sarasota area for a couple days. The property was perfect. Also brought my dog. The restaurant next door has awesome food. I used earplugs as I am a light sleeper and had absolutely no problem with noise. The house has just about anything in the kitchen you would need. We would definitely recommend staying here.

This is a very nice property

It’s nicely decorated, the kitchen has everything you need and more, new and modern appliance, comfortable beds, quality towels, etc. It is centrally located and walking distance to many restaurants, bars and tourist sites. Communication with property manager was excellent and check-in was easy. We would stay there again.

Excellent Stay

Process was very simple from check in to check out. Property is steps off Duval st and pretty convenient for everything you need. Clean house, clean bathrooms and a very large open layout for the kitchen and living room. Also, private parking for a golf cart rental was an added bonus with how parking is in Key West.

A+ service and accommodations

Excellent experience from booking to check out.  Working in the real estate industry, as well as traveling multiple times a year, I have come across many property management companies that are scattered and unorganized.  Last Key Realty is definitely not one of them. Their email alerts and communication about even the finest detail made the trip extremely smooth. Alena was our point of contact and was stellar from start to finish.  She met us at the property, explained everything needed and told us to text her for anything else. A+ service and accommodations, would highly recommend any property they have under management.

Very comfortable for 4 adults

Great Experience start to finish: Alena of Last Key Realty goes above and beyond! The house is in a great location and well stocked with ALL that was needed for our 4 day stay. This place had everything we needed and more. It is right off Duval, in the center of everything going on. The place was beautifully decorated, very clean, had a parking spot and had everything we needed. The property management was very responsive and helpful. It is a bit noisy but that is to be expected in the center of town. We would stay here again!

Fantastic Weekend

We had a great time staying at Casita Angelita. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. Easily walkable to both ends of Duval (Mallory square and Southernmost point). Our host, Tracie, was very pleasant and was very prompt in her communication. She made sure we had everything we needed. As a nice little surprise there was even a Key Lime Pie waiting for us at check in. A nice little touch to kick off a fabulous weekend.

Great for our family!

We enjoyed staying at the Casita Angelita! The place was perfect for our son to crawl around. The location was ideal right off Duval. There’s a restaurant next door who’s exhaust vent makes noise pretty consistently however it did not bother us and their food is excellent. We enjoyed the porch. We hope to return!

The location was absolutely perfect!

The property was just as pictured. It was very clean and just the right amount of space. We were within walking distance for almost everything we did. The property has private parking and is fine for a car, but a little tight for an SUV. We made it work though. Our visit was to celebrate ours and our friends anniversary, and they were thoughtful enough to leave us a bottle of wine and a key lime pie to help us celebrate! I can't say enough good things about our stay here....would definitely stay here again, and recommend to others!

What a great place!

1st VRBO was a success!

This was my first VRBO experience and was very positive.  My husband I and another couple (in our early 50's) stayed 3 nights at Casita Angelita.  The house was very clean with modern amenities. We loved the wine fridge.  Maybe not a great location for little kids due to noise/live music on Duval, but we were in Key West to have fun, so we did. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck and listening to the music across the street in the evening.  Everything was within easy walking distance.  The concierge was helpful & check in process went very smooth.

Great Girls Trip!

Stayed for a girls' trip! Perfect location for walking anywhere. Walked to each end of Duvall. Close to restaurants. Nice to have two bathrooms. Showers were great. Manager was in frequent contact. Offered to meet us upon arrival (but we did not need). Notified us that we were able to check in early, which was a nice surprise. They also offered storage for our luggage at the office two blocks away after check-out. Great kitchen. Very clean. Loved also sitting on the front porch in the morning to drink coffee. Gave us extra towels upon request and beach towels were provided. Would stay here again!

I booked this place for a friend's bachelorette weekend and we had a blast. The location allowed us to walk everywhere both during the day and night without a need of a cab or uber. We'll Definitely Rent Again

Really enjoyed the house and the location. Kendra was very responsive and met us at the property to show us how things worked. Kitchen had all updated appliances including a wine fridge. Loved the outside back patio, we had our dinners out there. Front patio was nice to sit in early evenings to watch people go by with a glass of wine. The beds were super comfortable and driveway was great to have. We were able to park our oversized SUV, it was tight but it fit which was better than being on the street. We would definitely rent this unit again, thoroughly enjoyed it. Keyless entry was really convenient and easy to keep door locked.

Great Downtown Location

We stayed in Casita Angelita for 3 nights with another couple. The property has, obviously, been updated recently. It was clean, comfortable and conveniently located. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially the ability to walk to most of our destinations, including restaurants, on Duval Street. We were here in September and it was very warm. We definitely enjoyed the cocktails and reggae music at Kaya Island Eats, which is right next door.

Modern, clean and a few steps from Duval

The house is only a few steps away from Duval Street so it is within walking distance to restaurants, shops, Mallory Square and even the beach.  We had a parking spot which was very convenient. Such a great rental

We loved loved loved this place!

Every detail was fabulous! Top of the line finishes, comfortable beds and sparkling clean! Our host Greg was very gracious right from the beginning leaving us a welcome note and goodies from a local bakery Key West Cakes! They were so delicious we stopped in and made additional purchases before our departure! The condo location was just a half a block from Duval St. We loved having our evening glass of wine on the porch and watching other tourist walk by. We will remember such a wonderful place to stay in Key West. I will definitely recommend Last Key Realty and Greg to friends traveling to the Keys!

Very clean and centrally located.

Would stay here again. Right off of Duval St. Nice size kitchen with everything you need. Comfortable beds. We like having a washer and dryer and going home with clean clothes! Mexican Restaurant right beside that was very good. Only a couple blocks from Blue Heaven, which has great breakfast’s and atmosphere. Around the corner was famous Green Parrott. Nice reasonable walk to Mallory Square.

Book it!

This place is nice, clean and spacious. It is centrally located 1/2 block off Duval in the heart of all the action. The included parking spot is nice to have in an area where parking is scarce. Our host, Greg, actually met us upon arrival and at our departure. He was personable, knowledgeable and attentive, making for a great vacation. A wonderful, comfortable and clean place to stay

The home was immaculate and really well stocked. Everything was in excellent working order and the location was perfect. I know I will be staying here again. It was so comfortable, a real home away from home. The wifi was really fast and worked well. We were also happy to have a parking space right outside our door, which is something really valuable in this area. We were met at the home when we arrived and got a detailed explanation on how everything worked. Elizabeth was very friendly and welcoming.

This property is a Wow! From the furnishings to the equipped kitchen everything was top-notch

We really enjoyed our stay and found everything perfect for our group. Comfortable beds and furniture and well-equipped kitchen made the stay wonderful. The location right off Duval St. is perfect. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Casita Angelita.

Simply Perfect!

The entire experience was more than we expected. We called Last Key Realty from our cab as we left the airport and Caryn met us at the house with the keys and showed us around. So much nicer than finding a realty office to pick up keys! A binder was provided with all the details you could possibly need, including things to do during your stay. The home is just as you see it in the pictures and the quality of the workmanship is exactly as I would do it in my own home. Yes, we did hear the bar when we went to bed but we all agreed, it didn't cost us any sleep. The house is just off Duval so we knew it wouldn't be a completely peaceful location. We loved the short walk from the action and if you turned on the tv at a low volume, it was enough to eliminate the music. We'd just set the sleep timer and fall asleep. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to family and friends!

Perfect Experience. From initial contact, pre-check in communication, arriving at property, orientation around the unit and checking out. Our Experience with Caryn and Chris at Last Key Reality was second to none. The Location and quality of the Apartment was just perfect. Other reviews have commented on noise from neighboring bars to be a concern ... We experienced NO problems. Yes it is NOT a secluded tranquil island resort with just the waves crashing ashore, but this is Old Town Key West ! If we wanted to stay in a nature reserve ...Key West would not have been our destination anyway. Anything we needed from morning coffee to motion activated night lights was provided. The owners of the unit and the rental agency thought of everything needed for a care free vacation stay. We would recommend this to all my Friends !

Immaculately Clean & Professional Staff

My family & I stayed 7 nights in this home over the Christmas Holiday. I cannot say more of how immaculately clean this home was maintained. The overall professionalism & attentive help of the staff by far exceeded any expectations. It is located right downtown which was perfect for us, making everything accessible. We drove a huge Yukon Denali XL, extended body, which fit perfectly in the driveway with our 6 seater golf cart we rented while staying. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook, small or large. Everything worked perfectly inside the unit, and we loved having a washer & dryer in the unit. We were able to wash all our clothing & bedding during our stay. They even supply you with detergents! They supply a huge inventory of towels, both bath & beach towels. There's a wrap around porch with seating on the side and front of this home, which allows you to sit and enjoy the passerby's and soak up the warm weather. There's also a private patio located in the back of the property, with two access points from inside the home. Literally they didn't miss out on anything. The night we arrived when we entered the home, they even had presents and cards addressed to both our kids. I rarely give a full 5 star rating because I'm beyond scrupulous and picky, but I'm telling you, I would most certainty recommend this property and we will stay here again. They also have a conceierge service that will be at your beck and call for anything! Truly exceptional service provided by this company.

Great stay!

My group very much enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described in the ad. Beyond that, the location was great and the rental company was very easy to deal with. Could not have had a better experience overall with this rental.

This is a beautiful, well appointed home conveniently located

This is a beautiful apartment that takes up the first floor of a Keys style house. The kitchen is top rate and is equipped with the latest appliances and all the service items you would need. The apartment easily accommodated two couples. The only small drawback was the morning deliveries to the restaurant across the street that were sometimes fairly noisy.

Great property - Noisy neighbors.

The property is brand new and perfect for two or three couples. Everything in the property is high-end. The beds are very comfortable. The location is also very good which is one of the main reasons we choose this property. The parking space was adequate for one car, however if the upstairs had also been rented out I am not sure if two cars would have fit in the driveway. The two down-sides are no pool or even much of an area to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful Key west weather, and the VERY NOISY NEIGHBORS who started after 2 am and didn't stop until 7 am every single night we stayed. Since we stayed over a long weekend and were out late on Friday and Saturday it wasn't so bad, but Sunday night got to be too much. We did not call management because we left on Monday morning.
