Smoking is not permitted in any Last Key Realty home. In addition, the Foundry does not permit smoking in the front garden patio areas or balconies. Therefore, this home is not a good fit for vacationers needing smoking accommodations.
THE LOCATION...
Truman Annex is a private, gated community right in Old Town, Key West. You'll be just a few blocks from Mallory Square, Duval Street and all the restaurants, shopping, and attractions of Old Town, yet you'll benefit from the peace and quiet that Truman Annex is known for. Although you won't need a car to get around from this excellent location, there is a reserved off-street parking space.
Compliance with Truman Annex Community Rules & Regulations is expected of all Last Key guests. This includes “Quiet Time” in all outdoor areas, public and private, after 10PM.
THE COMMUNITY POOL & FORT ZACHARY TAYLOR STATE PARK...
The landscaped community pool is located just across the street, with chaises and a cabana with restrooms. Or you can walk to Fort Zachary Taylor State Park, with the prettiest beach in Key West, just a half mile away from your front door.
THE LIVING AREA...
Upon entering COLORS OF THE KEYS, you’ll immediately see where this home gets its name. The open living area, with tasteful accents of coral and aqua, boasts 11-foot ceilings and double French doors that allow plenty of natural light to flood through. The living room features a large flat screen TV and comfortable seating, including a plush sofa that pulls out to a Queen sleeper to accommodate extra guests. There's also a convenient powder room located on the first floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and all of the tools you’ll need to prepare a meal from home. The indoor dining table seats six comfortably. The private courtyard out front is the perfect place to experience the island breezes, and is complete with a gas BBQ grill and patio furniture.
THE ACCOMMODATIONS...
** Master Suite: Located on the Second Floor with a King bed, a large flat screen TV, a private balcony, a large closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and tub combo.
** Second Bedroom: Located on the Third Floor with Two Twins OR One King bed, a flat screen TV, a closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Each floor closes off with its own separate door as well for extra privacy.

** This property will accommodate up to 6 adults
** No Pets Allowed
** Last Key Realty vacation homes are rented to family groups and responsible adult groups only. Groups who expect they may cause after hours noise will not be a good fit for this home and should be aware they may incur additional penalties when in residence for violations. There will be a $500 charge for after-hours dispatch of our staff in response to calls resulting from verified noise complaints for violations by our guests in residence.

Quality Stay
This was our tenth trip but first stay with Last Key at Truman Annex. Check-in was easily and communication was great. Place was super clean, most convenient to Mallory Square, Zackary Taylor Park and, our favorite restaurants. The Key lime pie waiting in the frig on our arrival was Nice touch. In sum a quality operation. My only caution would be if you have difficulty with stairs this would not be a good choice.

We definitely would stay here again
Perfect location, walkable to most everything, a few doors away from the "little white house." The property managers were amazing, it was our first time to key west and they came over, filled us in on everything to see and do and made recommendations! They were very flexible when our (and everyone else's) flight out of key west got cancelled and allowed us to extend our stay since all flights were full for a number of days.

Ideal Location
The townhouse could not be in a better location. Walking distance to Duval Street, the historic seaport and the beach at Zachary Taylor State Park but quiet and peaceful in Truman Annex. Townhouse was clean, well provisioned and very comforatble.

Perfect Unit in an Ideal Location
The unit was perfect and what an ideal location. It was well stocked, although we were out and about most of our stay. We enjoyed the short walk to all of the sites, a relaxing pool day, a beautiful day at the beach, and spending time with our friends. Thought Key West would be a one and done vacation spot for us, but I am already thinking about when to go there next. Last Key Realty was great to work with!

Nice Property, Good Location
The arrangement was good for us with me, my brother and my niece. The kitchen came with some basics that were appreciated (coffee, sugar, creamer). It was quiet and peaceful, but not too far from the party on Duval. The recommendation from the concierge for Hogfish Bar was wonderful.

Perfect Stay
Color of the Keys worked well for our family. It was clean, quiet, convenient and had amenities for us to get started with. Brian was an excellent coordinator. His recommendation of Hogfish Bar for seafood was a winner! Because of the high ceilings (which made it feel bigger than it was), the stairs were twice what we expected! But after eating good food every day, we needed the exercise (LOL).

Relaxing Retreat
Colors of the Keys was a relaxing retreat for this busy family. Excellent walking location to Duval street. The home is well-appointed and comfortable for four adults. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful for sleep. Highly recommend!

Best Place in Key West
The property was all but perfect. The vertical nature was a little challenging with the stairs to the bedrooms, but certainly not a deal breaker. Very clean and attractively decorated. The concierge staff was great to work with. The location could not be better and the neighborhood is the most attractive in Key West.

The folks to stay with in Key West!
Last Key was infinitely better and a much smoother experience than the national company we rented through last time! We didn't want for anything and Monique (our hostess) was always full of info. The cab company she recommended was ALWAYS right on time. We used Uber too but the cab company was the best. Last Key does it right and I would highly recommend booking a property through them - also you can't really beat the beautiful Truman Annex. It's walkable to pretty much everything. It is very clean and quiet at night. They do need a bigger pool but that is about the only minor ding we could think of. Key West old town is less than 2 miles wide so walking and or bikes work well. You can also rent a golf cart for a day or so if walking isn't your thing.

Best Place for Families
Amazing vacation with family / two teenagers in Key West. Enjoyed unplugging and enjoying Duval and all Key West has to offer. Monique with Last Key was informative and allowed us to settle right in with all the comforts of home. Can not recommend enough. Truman Annex is the best family location and walking distance to all Key West has to offer.

Still Our Favorite
The Foundry building is our favorite place to stay at Key West. Although more expensive, it is quieter and safe. This unit was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped, though a bit awkward for more than one person.

What a wonderful experience—from the time of booking all the way through checkout. Sean, our personal guest service coordinator was AWESOME! Thanks for a memorable week in Key West!
My family had a fabulous week at this property! It was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The location is perfect…so close to everything and in a nice, quiet, well cared for community. The pool is so very close, and the farmers market on Thursdays is a short walk within the Truman Annex. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Communication with the wonderful people at Last Key was awesome, check in and check out was very easy.

Took my friends and myself to key west on a dive trip. The home was conveniently located close to everything we needed to get to. Greg the property manager was amazing. The house was so nice and clean. I will be coming back!

Tranquil, Relaxing, Perfect
Very easy and convenient booking. The decor of this newly renovated townhome screams relaxation from the moment you walk in. Greg was on point from check in through checkout checking in to make sure our stay was perfect. The grab one replace one wine collection was also a great touch. Perfect location just 3 blocks from the heart of Duval in on direction or the restaurants, shops and water sports in Mallory Square. You really only need a car to get to Smathers Beach which is our favorite or you are walking distance to Ft. Zach beach. It truly is a peaceful oasis in the middle of everything Key West has to offer.
