Our host was very responsive if we had any questions or concerns. The beach is walking distance due to construction but was perfect and beautiful. Beds were comfortable and clean. Will definitely be staying again, highly recommend staying here!

Just Perfect!

Our family of five couldn't be happier with the location, the communication, accomodations, activities, all were great and were higher than expected. Victor was super at communicating and had a wonderful personality and was very helpful. Charlie the concierge was just as nice and helpful as Victor. We've used many rentals and this one takes the cake! I brought two totes as I've learned to to be sure I have everything we need and I didn't even need them. They even had seasonings in the cupboard and great beds!!! Thank you all so much we can't wait to come back again.

Everything was lovely!

Beautiful place. Wonderfully stocked with everything you need. Super comfortable and amazing shower. Secure parking a definite plus. The GARDEN is awesome. All the amenities needed. Uber was a blessing and so accessible, because parking downtown, forget about it.

Great family vacation!

Host was an outstanding communicator. Check-in process was fully remote and seamless! Thank you, Victor Redd! (Also the Key Lime pie was a hit!). The property itself was great and has its own little private oasis with the pool and private beach. Our place didn’t have the ocean view, but we didn’t need to pay all the extra money per night for that because we spent our time at 1800 Atlantic either at the pool, at Smathers Beach right next door, or Sleeping! The rest of the time we spent enjoying the sights and scenery of Key West!

We had another amazing trip to Key West with housing provided by LAST KEY REALTY. This time we enjoyed one of their condos in 1800 ATLANTIC which has a great pool and large spa pool. They really take great care of their properties and make sure you have everything you need.

New Year in Key West is the Best!

Rang in the New Year in Key West!!!! We had a fabulous visit. Condo was great. Nice location. Water in ocean was cold but we were in the beach everyday. Pool and hot tub, ping pong was fun. Family of teens and littles had a wonderful time.

Incredible Thanksgiving Holiday

Awesome Condo!

Victor was awesome! The unit had towels for the beach and we stored our bags at the office while we waited for our room to be ready. Highly recommend staying here. Smathers was walking distance but we preferred Higgs beach, which was only a 3 minute drive.

First of all, I can’t say enough about how Victor and his associates at Last Key Realty took care of all our needs and questions! Check-in was a breeze! Our two grown grandchildren were blown away by how nice the condo was! They scoped out the entire property as soon as we arrived and couldn’t wait to show us the tropical garden, the pool, and the rest of the facilities!! My wife and I have stayed in many places in Key West over the years but this was one of the best! Clean, roomy, well decorated and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great Place if you're looking for peace & quiet

Nicely furnished, comfortable condo in a secure complex and safe neighborhood. Victor from Last Key Realty did a great job coordinating our stay. Condo has plenty of room for two couples or family, and includes quality beach chairs, cooler and towels. This unit is on the first floor (one above street level) and faces South Roosevelt Blvd, so no ocean view and you will hear street traffic on the balcony. The complex has a salt water pool and hot tub with a great southern view of ocean. There is a tropical garden sitting area for chillin in the shade. Great location if you want a quiet setting away from all the excitement and crowds of historic downtown. Rental includes covered parking. It's a nice 2 - 3 mile walk along the beach and through neighborhoods to downtown/seaport areas. Most of the restaurants are downtown, however, nearby Salute! is excellent. We used Uber for downtown excurisons as parking is limited and relatively expensive.

We had a great stay!

Everything was very clean and we were able to drop bags at the office on Duval for those of us who arrived before check-in. The host was very communicative. We had to take an Uber to most places since we didn’t have a car but we never had an issue getting one.

Immaculate Condo

The cleanliness of this condo was immaculate. The linens were nice, nice washer and dryer to use, kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. Publix delivers to the Condo (via InstaCart) so we were able to get groceries super fast. It’s not in waking distance to Duval St but Duval is so load at all hours of the night so we were happy to not be close to it. All Ubers were always no more than two minutes away and they are average price. Victor the property manager was amazing and would periodically check on us throughout our stay to make sure everything was good at the condo. We would definitely stay again!

Gorgeous. Clean. Quiet.

Plenty of room. Wanted to bring the master shower home with us. Quiet. Utilized the laundry. Gorgeous. Clean. Wasn’t expecting there to be coffee or a Key Lime Pie, but enjoyed the extras. The property manager got us in a little early, which we appreciated. Was expecting there to be a usable beach to walk up & down/connected to the property, but that wasn’t the case. Definitely an older crowd at this local. We rented bikes/utilized Uber/Lyft to get around. Plenty to do. Weather couldn’t have been better. Didn’t utilize the balcony, since it overlooked the street. Bed was comfortable.

Don't be fooled, this condo is great!

Don’t let the unsuspecting outside or the long dull hallway turn you away. Inside the unit is perfect. Tons of room for everyone. Fully stocked kitchen. All the supplies you need for a week. Great Condo for your Key West Trip

The Conch in the Treetops is a great place to stay. It's extremely clean, very large, and the amenities (pool, hot tub, small workout room) are all very nice. It's also a 5-10 minute walk from one beach, and a little bit further to another. Victor, who's the coordinator, met us at the location and gave us the run down about the room and facilities. He was very helpful. This place is about a 5 or so minute drive to most of Duval street (where most of the restaurants and bars are). It's probably 10 by bike and 30 by walking.

A+ Stay

Honestly what a great experience from start to finish. Victor was such a good property manager. He kept constant communication so we always felt like if there was anything we needed we could reach out. The condo is literally 5 mins from the airport and everything site seeing wise is 10-15 minutes away. The property has a beautiful pool and beach access. It's has a very large master bath and master bed.

A very beautiful stay!

The place was clean and had all the basic amenities and very nicely decorated. The patio had a lovely view. Close to the Southernmost Point buoy and Duval street. Relaxing Beach Trip

We loved our stay here. It was clean, roomy and we loved the pool. Smathers beach was a very short walk away. Publix delivered food (and beer) without any problems. We traveled with 3 kids 7,9,14 and they all had a blast. If you are coming to key west for strictly Duval street I would definitely get a rental a little closer but Uber was always 2-3 minutes from us and the pricing was very reasonable.

Terrific Stay

Property is a well maintained and well equipped 2nd floor unit in a large building/complex. Building looks like it was constructed in the 1980s but this unit was clearly updated. Property has a pool, tennis courts and a hot tub. Unit came with everything you would need including beach towels, chairs and a cooler. Property manager was very helpful and contacted us in advance. Property was close to everything but 10 minutes from duval, which is a good thing. We hope to come back.

Even before we arrived the experience with renting this unit was fantastic. Our concierge kept in touch even before our arrival. The unit was great. Well decorated and clean. Outstanding Service & Beautiful Condo

Though this condo was a little pricey, it was spacious, beautiful and well-maintained and well worth it. It had everything we needed that we could not bring along in a suitcase (coffee makers, ice machine, etc.) The service was outstanding, with a representative waiting with keys and garage clicker when we arrived, quick response to phone inquiries on local tours, restaurants and stores, and follow-up calls to be sure we were happy. A note to future guests; take the 4:00 pm check in and 10:00 am check out times seriously, these can not be adjusted.

Great location and beautiful property!

The condo was about 1300 square feet so it gave us plenty of room to relax and spread out. The spacious balcony does not include a water view and faces the road with some landscaping blocking the road. The balcony was a little noisy, but still a nice place to relax. It had solid hurricane sliders, so there was no noise in the condo itself.

 

The decor was perfect for a tropical theme and having the twin beds in one room was great for my teenagers. The master had a king bed and was very roomy. It had an unusual tub in the master that looked like an old jacuzzi that could easily hold 6 people.

 

The condo was super clean and well equipped. Only thing we couldn't find was a wine opener.

 

One of the best features was the complimentary concierge service that came with the condo. They helped us find great places to eat, attractions to enjoy and coordinated our bike rentals for the long weekend. Definitely recommend getting around on bikes so that you don't have to worry about parking. We enjoyed being out of the action of Duval.

 

The pool was great, lots of chairs and places to hang out. They had a beach but you couldn't get to the water from the beach. Still a beautiful view to enjoy. Didn't use them, but the workout facilities look nice. Property also had tennis courts. Last Key allowed us to store our bags at their office on Duval street after we got off the Key West Express until we could check in - same for our return trip.

 

Thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend this property! We were well cared for!

Perfect location and great property

We had an amazing stay in key west with this Airbnb. The room was stocked with just about anything you could need on a beach vacation. The pool was wonderful with a lot of beach chairs and umbrellas. We spent a lot of time at the pool and met some wonderful people who lived there.

Great place to stay with the family...

Check in: I was a little confused with checking in because there was a parking garage and it’s a secure condo building so getting in and figuring out all the details was a challenge. If covid wasn’t present I feel this process would have been much cleaner and less confusing. Room: room was perfect for our stay. Everything kitchen and bath wise was included. Kitchen was large and housed everything from ice to Margherita glasses. Balcony was a great size and all rooms had a sliding door to access. Street was a little loud because we faced the A1A corner but wasn’t a big deal. Decor was wonderful and very key west. Amenities: Pool and hot tub were nice and large. Walk to the beach off property was much much closer then I thought. Parking garage was a huge plus and there was also outdoor parking as well. I was able to rent a golf cart and park it in the garage while I parked my car outside. The address seemed pretty notable because taxis, deliveries and ubers all knew how and where it was. Not in the thick of Duval walking wise, but easy to get to by bike, cart, or car. Loved the stay would definitely recommend to others.

It's such a pleasure to be able to continue to provide our guests with a positive vacation experience, even during the current pandemic. Family Vacation

Celebrated daughter's college graduation and husband's early retirement. Beautiful property. Danny, the concierge was very helpful in making this a celebration by providing cake, balloons, and wine. The property had a 3 ring binder with all the information about the town we needed. The hot tub was wonderful. We grilled out one night after hot tubbing. Very fun. I would highly recommend staying here and plan on coming back.

Great condo by Smathers beach!

We rented this great condo for a week with another couple. It’s clean & well equipped with things you need without shopping right away. The beach is .3mile away or a 2 minute bike ride. The pool area is fabulous & perfect for pool days. It is a short Uber to town but far enough it’s quiet. This is a street side view which the locals told us that was the “slums” for the condo area. Lol. It was nice however & we would stay here again.

First Trip to Key West
We had an amazing time in Key West and loved the Conch in The Tree Tops condo. It was very big and very nice. The folks at Last Key were really nice and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We also loved the pool at the complex. We highly recommend this condo if you’re planning a trip to key west.

Birthday Vacation

Beautiful and clean condo

 

My family loved our stay here. All of the rooms are updated and modern, clean and comfortable. Our coordinator was Laura and she personally met us and gave us the keys when we arrived. She was even kind enough to leave a binder with local restaurant and activity recommendations and a key lime pie in the fridge! Our only complaint is that the entire area outside had an unpleasant smell coming from the beach, but this was due to an overgrowth of a certain type of algae. It was beyond anyone’s control. We still really enjoyed the pool. The beach isn’t much, just offers pretty views. Overall, we loved our stay here and would recommend to large groups vacationing in key west.

The condo is exactly as the pictures

The spaces are very clean and there are many amenities like coffee maker and others in the kitchen. For the ones with kids there are sand toys. You don't have to worry also about beach chairs and towels. The condominium swimming pool and social area in the complex are amazing. The only issue I found was in the garage, the weather was really hot and the smell in the garage was really bad. We didn't identify the smell reason, but seems to come from the underground rain water galleries.

Great Quick Getaway!

 

We enjoyed using the pool and the beach, and it was a quick drive to get to the heart of Key West. Building management is very friendly and the whole process was easy! The apartment was clean and comfortable.

They vacation with Last Key Realty gets a big thumbs up from our family

Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at "Conch in the Treetops" Last Key Realty property. Laura Mayesing was an awesome host, welcoming us at the property upon arrival and adding a few thoughtful touches to get us started off relaxing on day 1! She was available via text or phone whenever we needed anything. We arrived Friday 3/22 and stayed 4 nights. The property was very very comfortable, secure and user friendly. Onsite parking, beautiful tropical grounds, pool, jacuzzi, sauna, panic area, sandy spots to sit and view the beautiful water. The concierge services were ready to assist with any questions and reservations.

Overall we were pleased with our Last Key Realty experience!

We arrived in Key West for the first time ever March 11th to stay at Conch in the Treetop. We were very pleased with both the condo and our property manager, Laura Mayesing. The accommodations were clean, upscale and felt like home. We had our own covered parking space and there were little extras like beach chairs and towels, spices and coffee, laundry detergent and Laura even had a birthday cake made for my son’s 21st! The property’s pool was fantastic and walking to the beach took just a couple minutes. Laura’s suggestions of restaurants and bars were very helpful and she solved a problem we had with an activity reservation within minutes. She was very accommodating with our check-in/out and even helped us bring up our groceries!

Condo was perfect!

Stayed at “Conch in Treetops” condo 2/3/2019 to 2/10/2019, Everything I expected and more. The property excellent, Beautiful pool,beach and surrounding landscapes. Rental service from Laura Mayesing was exceptional. Gave me a personal call 1 week prior to arrival setting up info for surrounding area and entire Key West. Also greeted us at arrival to show layout. Life was good here!!! Thank You Laura and Thank You Key West!

Wow is one of those three letter words that says it all

From our welcome to the day we left, myself and my two brothers were literally blown away with the hospitality and friendly attitude we were shown. This was our first visit to Key West. From the moment I booked our stay, Last Key Realty was super helpful. Our Guest Services Manager, Laura Mayesing was amazing! She offered lots of great advice regarding the island and all it had to offer. Her sunny personality and enthusiasm for Key West was infectious. Her main goal was to make sure we were 100 percent happy with our stay. Mission accomplished! We loved our condo at 1800 Atlantic. “Conch in the Treetops” was gorgeous and a perfect location. We will definitely plan a return trip!

Very clean nicely decorated unit with awesome bedding and towels galore. The only drawback is the distance from all of. T things to do in Key West, but an approximate $12 Uber ride wouldn’t hstwherwe we be. The heated pool was a nice thing to enjoy on one of our days too and Laura with the agency was great. Thanks! A great vacation!

Impressive level of customer service

Family of 5 - super happy with our stay - should've stayed longer! Shannon and James really provided over the top support and service (without being intrusive at all). The apartment is so well stocked (not only kitchen, but towels, bedding, first aid, beach toys, etc). Communication was great. Our only problem was we spent so much time out having fun that we spent little time in the apartment. The only thing I would point out is that the beach isn't water access - but that is very typical in the Keys and water access is super close with Higgs and Smathers both walkable.

To put it simply, we felt at home while away

The condo was nicely appointed, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything you needed to prepare and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning to full blown meal if we wanted to cook to a late night snack. The artwork throughout was tasteful and represented the Key vibe well. Took full advantage of the pool and enjoyed our interaction with residents, staff and other vacationers in the complex. It was nice having a reserved parking spot in the garage too. We can't say enough about Shannon and Alex from Last Key Realty. They were very accommodating, always a phone call or email away and provided us with the local knowledge that made our stay extra special. Extremely happy with our experience and would not hesitate to book with them again.

spring break keys

Complex is close to beach, while being an easy bike ride downtown. Place was clean, everything worked well. Information easily obtained from agents. I would stay there again.

Perfect holiday

Lovely condo that has everything you need for a great vacation. Perfect location beautiful pool area with lots of room and a very large pool. Also an assigned parking area in a gated garage. Shannon met us on arrival and was extremely helpful and addressed all our needs. She checked on us two days in and came to say good-bye when we left. Also, Shannon, the pies were delicious. Would go back the next time we go to Key West.

Superb

Our accommodations were excellent. The condo is beautifully equipped and exceptionally clean. Shannon and Caryn provided us with all the needed information to enable us to have a wonderfully relaxing trip. We were also provided an abundance of helpful literature to assist as we made our plans for our outings. Uber rides were readily available for the daily excursions for the area. We would highly recommend this extremely comfortable vacation stay!!

Nice Condo

The condo was a nice condo for a family of five. Well furnished, in a quiet area of Key West on the second level of the building. It is near Smather's beach which is nice. It is removed from the happenings of downtown, so if you want to be in the middle of things downtown it isn't a good location. However, we rented bikes, and enjoyed riding downtown as a family so it worked well for us. The staff is very helpful and nice, and helped us with all of our excursions which were fabulous.

Thank you Shannon Lewis at Last Key for being such a wonderful property manager! You were so helpful during our entire stay. The condo was just amazing - everything was brand new, so clean and had everything you could need on your vacation. We absolutely loved the pool - huge! Also the rec room for the kids was perfect. We were close enough to the "action" of Key West, yet still in a quiet area to really enjoy some relaxation. Thank you for the tour of the other properties prior to our departure --- we will be back!! And if this particular condo is not available (which we hope it is) we know you will help us find one just as nice! Thanks again for everything.

A beautiful condo in a great location!

Conch in the Treetops is spacious, beautifully decorated, and well stocked with extra touches in the kitchen. It is even prettier than the pictures on the website. The pool is surrounded by lush garden walkways and beautiful views out to the ocean. Smathers Beach is a short walk beside the property. The sand is white and soft. There were no waves, but the water was perfect for skim-boarding and paddle-boarding. Our property manager Shannon was wonderful, making recommendations for excursions and restaurants. We loved Clearly Unique For kayaking and snorkeling. The sidewalks are great for morning runs and bike-riding along the sea wall. This was the perfect getaway!

Great condo and Great location

Thank you Shannon for being a very good property manager. The place was awesome. Everything was new and very clean. I am excited to come back and enjoy the place again. The condo was impeccably clean and the pool was huge as so was the hot tub. Definitely recommend this place to anyone. Never had anyone make us feel so welcome as you Shannon.

Key West Treasure

From the minute we booked our trip, Shannon and her team could not have been more helpful or responsive to our inquires. The unit was the ideal set up for 2 couples traveling together. All the amenities of home in a clean, updated and safe environment. The complex has a beautiful tropical feel with stunning ocean views by the pool. Numerous charcoal grills are perfect for the night you want to stay in with a good bottle of wine and put your feet up and relax. Next time you head to Key West, make Conch in the Treetops your Home Away From Home. You'll be glad you did.

Fantastic Condo On The Beach!

We had an amazing experience at Conch in the Treetops! The condo was right on a private beach. It was a beautiful spot away from the hustle and bustle of Duval, but still convenient to all of the local attractions. Shannon from Last Key Realty really helped make our experience there wonderful!

Fabulous

Stayed in this apartment for 5 nights. Shannon from Lastkey Realty was superb waiting for us upon arrival to check in and give us a tour of the property and information about the complex and things to do in Key West. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything needed for your stay including foil wrap and cool boxes for the beach. Smathers beach is literally a 5-10 min walk from the property and is one of the best beaches on Key West. For an alternative the pool area is also very nice with a hot tub, sauna and BBQ areas. We found we needed the car to travel to the supermarket (Publix) and restaurants, although Duval street is a walkable 20-25 mins and better to walk to Old town as parking is a bit of a nightmare. Would recommend the property as in a quieter area away from the crowds of Duval but not too far to join in!!

Beauftiful property; tremendous property management

Conch in the Treetops was our Key West home for a wonderful, relaxing vacation week! The property is beautiful, clean, comfortable, well-appointed and nicely located - if you don't need or want to be in the midst of the Duvall St crowds (which was perfect for us). We also thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the proximity to Smathers Beach. Similar to other reviews, what really made our experience wonderful from start to finish, was Shannon! Friendly and extremely helpul, Shannon went above and beyond - from directing us to provisions (beer!) after our late arrival, to getting some documents printed for my son, and more! Tremendous customer care! Some other favorites from our visit -  Salute! restaurant for dinner (lasagne was amazing!) Island to Island tours (Capt. Ally and snorkelling/fishing are a great way to spend a day in the Keys), Jack's Flats Key Lime pie and Sombrero Beach in Marathon.
