THE LOCATION...

DREAMSICLE BY DUVAL is nestled in Old Town, just north of Truman Avenue, in one of those neighborhoods that makes you want to ride your bike with no particular destination in mind. Duval Street is literally a few steps away, as are the Ernest Hemingway House, the Key West Lighthouse, the Butterfly and Nature Conservatory, and the famous Southernmost Point. Shops, restaurants, and galleries are all within easy walking distance — though once you find your groove on the front porch, you may not want to leave. There is designated off-street parking for one mid-size car, right out front.

THE LIVING AREA & KITCHEN...

The backyard at DREAMSICLE BY DUVAL is what summer dreams are made of. The private pool — complete with a waterfall feature — is the centerpiece. A gas grill is on hand for outdoor dinners under the stars, because everything tastes better eaten outside. When you need a break from the sun, the furnished covered cabana with ceiling fan is the perfect place to retreat — cool, shady, and just right for an afternoon nap or a lazy afternoon read. The pool can be heated seasonally from November through April if need be.
