THE LOCATION…
If you decide to pull yourself away from this beautiful home, you’ll realize that the best Key West restaurants, live entertainment, and attractions are all within a few blocks of your front door. While you won’t need a car to get around from this fabulous location, there is off-street parking in the driveway for one vehicle if you decide to bring one. If you don’t have a vehicle but want to explore the island in a fun way, Last Key Realty’s concierge service can assist with a golf cart, scooters or bike rentals.
THE LIVING AREA & KITCHEN…
DUKE OF CATHERINE was built to be the ideal vacation rental. The living area is open and spacious, feeling light and airy. There is a large flat-screen Samsung Frame TV hanging in the living room in front of the large sofa, which pulls out to a queen sleeper for extra guests, and two tropical chairs. A full bathroom is located down the hall.
The open floor plan seamlessly flows between the living area and the kitchen, creating even more open space and making the home feel even larger. This home features a dining table with eight seats so there’s room for the entire royal court. The kitchen is fully equipped with every appliance and tool your chef will need.
THE BACK PATIO…
The backyard is fully fenced and landscaped for privacy. There’s a propane grill and seating for six at the outdoor dining set, allowing you to enjoy an afternoon BBQ or a dinner under the stars. Take a soak and relax in the spacious hot tub, with room for everyone.
Looking for more space? The backyard connects to both the DUCHESS OF CATHERINE or the QUEEN OF LOUISA. And if you’re bringing a big group, you can rent all 3!

** Sunset Suite: Located on the First Floor with a King bed, a flat-screen TV, a built-in armoire, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
** Ocean Suite: Located on the Second Floor with Two Twin beds OR One King bed, a flat-screen TV, a built-in armoire, a trundle bed with two twin mattresses, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

** Last Key Realty vacation homes are rented to family groups and responsible adult groups only. Groups who expect they may cause after hours noise will not be a good fit for this home and should be aware they may incur additional penalties when in residence for violations. There will be a $500 charge for after-hours dispatch of our staff in response to calls resulting from verified noise complaints for violations by our guests in residence.

Nice Home on the Calmer Side
Enjoyed our stay at Duke of Catherine. So happy to be on the calmer side of town. The house was clean and well taken care of. The pool/spa was hot for the first day or so (we were hoping for it to be cool) but the last 2 days it was cooler. Not having to worry about parking was super nice.

Great Place!
The house was in great location just off the quieter end of Duval Street and near Dog Beach. Lots of Key West activities were walkable! The house was as described and Last Key was helpful and responsive throughout the stay.

We really loved our stay here and would definitely return!
This property was perfectly located on the quieter side of upper Duval yet still close to everything. The home is brand new and tastefully decorated. Check-in was easy and Dan was so informative and helpful. The kitchen was well-stocked and many convenient items were included as a starter, like coffee and tea, laundry pods, etc. There was even a complimentary Key Lime Pie to welcome us! The soaking tub was great in the evenings.

We loved this property!
It was clean, nicely decorated, has a beautiful kitchen with all the amenities and had a very beachy feel. It is steps away from Duvall Street but far enough away so noise at night was not an issue. The beds upstairs were too firm for our liking but everything else was amazing! Communication from the property manager was great. We would definitely book again.

Our stay at the Duke of Catherine at Duval Street was the perfect place
When we arrived Dan from Last Key Realty met us there, very friendly easy to talk to kind of guy. Dan was very quick to respond to any question we had through out our stay.
The house was beautiful and felt very comfortable when we entered. There is one bedroom downstairs and one upstairs which gave you that private feeling. The hot tub out back gave that relaxed space to enjoy. Front porch is great from morning coffee and enjoying all the foot traffic that goes by.
Location is excellent as it is only about 3 houses down from Duval Street. Easy location for walking to all the attractions around Duval Street. Perfect spot if I was to visit again.

100% would book again
This property was FANTASTIC and exactly what we needed for a long weekend getaway. This is a very new property and I feel certain the house was professionally decorated. The decor gives off soothing (and a touch of bright) island vibes. We loved the open living room/kitchen area and the space it gave us. 3rd full bathroom on the main level was a big plus. The master bedroom downstairs faces the street, yet we never heard any cars passing by. It has a vaulted ceiling that makes the bedroom appear much larger, but the overall size of the room is good to begin with. The master bathroom is a touch small, but the shower is amazing! Upstairs consists of a very large bedroom and a bathroom. With 3 separate beds and a trundle, the large bedroom would be great for any group traveling together. Our group chose the option of configuring 2 twin beds into a king bed and there were no complaints. The bathroom is a decent size, and like the master bathroom, the shower is amazing. VRBO pictures don't show this, but the back deck is now surrounded by privacy fences that separates the house from the one next to it (which is also a Last Key Realty property). There's a privacy gate between the two houses. If you have a very large group, you should consider renting both houses and can go back and forth between the two. Overall thoughts: Loved this property! Location is perfect. Walking distance to everything on Duval, etc., but far away enough not to hear it.

Great Stay!
There was plenty to do and see both ways down Duvall. From Mallory square to the southern most point, we had a great location and the house was perfect for our group. The hot tub and swimming really helped my aching joints after walking all day.

The rental was amazing

Highly Recommend
The Duke of Catherine is an almost new, quaint two-story property with all the amenities you could ever need or want. Dan, the property manager, was an excellent host, meeting us upon arrival and maintaining constant communication before and during our stay. The location was perfect…just off of Duval by less than a block, and one block from CVS. I highly recommend booking this place if you plan to visit. Cheers!
