A wonderful vacation rental!

Alena was amazing, so responsive and helpful starting in the weeks leading up to our stay. The unit was clean, very well stocked, organized, and completely bug free (considering we were in the Florida Keys that was remarkable)! Everything we needed to know was easy to find in the information binder and anything that wasn’t there they were happy to provide. The welcome Key Lime Pie was the perfect touch!

This condo is super clean, safe, and perfectly stocked!

Everything you’ll need for a relaxing trip to the keys. One of the best views with easy access to excursions, spas, restaurants, And all the excitement at Mallory Square. The only sidenote is that there is no access outside regular plug for an electric golf cart (talk to the concierge and rent a gas cart). Beautiful scenery, and history at this condo!

Can't be beat!

Our family of 4 had a great week at Gulfside Vistas. The condo was well-maintained, well-stocked, and perfectly located. We rented bikes for the week but we were also able to walk to most of our destinations. The pool was clean and the building quiet. Check-in and check-out were easy and efficient. We used the concierge service for some reservations, which was awesome as well. This location in Truman Annex can’t be beat. We look forward to our next trip.

Best View in Key West

Outstanding property with incredible panoramic views from all the rooms. We really enjoyed the very spacious and comfortable rooms and the two wonderful balconies. The area is private but still very close to Duval Street and Mallory Square. The kitchen is well equipped and the pool is great. Finding the location the first time using Uber was a little tricky, but it was easy once we became familiar with the area. Very highly recommended!

If you are looking for the best it's right here!

We had an amazing time in Key West and it made it even better with the condo we got to come back to every night and THE BEST hostess Monique Griffin!!!  She made everything so easy and was so accommodating!  She got back to us almost immediately every time we had a question and never acted like we were bothering her!  We actually feel like we made a great friend with her.

Now, for the condo!  Best view you could hope for that did not disappoint and location, location, location.  We had an easy walk to Mallory Square, Old Town, Duval.  We even walked to the Hemingway House and my parents are in there 70s!

 

This property is in a very quiet and beautiful part of town in the Truman Annex. Monique and everyone at Last Key Realty with the concierge service right at your finger tips puts your worries behind and let's you enjoy the keys!  We will be back!!!  Yes actual photos from the balcony and on property.

What a Great Week!

Can't Say Enough Good Things!

We’ve just spent three weeks at Gulfside Vistas in the Truman Annex. I can’t say enough about it! It was spacious, clean and the views were just amazing! The condo is so close to everything; completely away from busy Duval St. But if you want that scene, you’re only two blocks away!

 

Shel was just wonderful. I had a 70th birthday during our stay and he even hand delivered birthday cards from friends who sent them to the Last Key office! And he left a delicious key lime pie.  He came by the condo as we were leaving to make sure everything was ok.

 

This is the sixth time we’ve used Last Key Realty and they are the only company we use! Thanks Shel!! We will be back!

GREAT CONDO - FANTASTIC VIEW, GREAT LOCATION, EXCELLENT SUPPORT
My wife and I stayed in this condo in May 2021 and we loved it. It’s a penthouse unit with a great view all around. It has two outside decks - one overlooking the park and harbor and the other overlooking the pool and the Mallory Square Marina where there’s always entertaining activity. The location is fantastic –just a few steps from Mallory Square and Duval, and yet since it is in the gated Truman Annex , it is very private, tropical, and secluded. The inside of the unit is spacious and well equipped with everything needed for a weeks vacation. And the rental agency, Last Key Realty, was top notch. They were very efficient and flexible with the reservations - and the on-site property manager, Shel Segel, was excellent - he had everything set up for our arrival and supported us with anything we needed while we were there - and as a bonus, he was consistently responsive, competent, and friendly. And the Last Key concierge service was very helpful as we were assisted by both Beth and Chad to get info on various attractions in Key West. Bottom line - this is an impressive unit in a great location with a fantastic view and premium support by the rental agency.

Magical

Our trip to Key West was magical thanks to the wonderful folks at Last Key Realty. Shel Segal helped with every detail of our relaxing stay at Gulfside Vistas. Reservations, bike rentals, arrival details all taken care of by Shel. He even checked on us twice to make sure we had everything we needed.

 

Our condo was close enough to walk or bike to restaurants, beach, and beautiful Mallory Square--where we saw some spectacular sunsets. And viewing the Southern architecture and homes in the neighborhood was even more fun when accompanied by charming roosters along the way.

Super Service!

The unit was prepared impeccably, clean, comfortable, clearly it had received solid cleaning service prior to our arrival, and there was a wonderful Key Lime Pie in the refrigerator to welcome us.  Super service!

 

From our initial booking to the minute we headed for our departure, Last Key was excellent and super-responsive.  We never had a question that wasn't answered in full within a couple hours prior to our arrival, and the team (Shel, specifically) was always available to help us in any way we needed both prior to our arrival and literally up to the minute we departed.  100% happy with Last Key's service. 

 

We didn't use the concierge service at all, but it was there if we wanted / needed it.  Thank you to all, especially Shel!

Everything about our trip was incredible

My family stayed at Last Key Realty's Gulfside Vistas in November 2020. Last Key provided concierge-like service (remotely), was super communicative, and very helpful before and during the trip. It can't be beat!

Last Key Realty was wonderful to work with. We had some last-minute adjustments and they were very accommodating and understanding. Shel, their concierge, was lightning-fast with his responses to my questions. We had a GREAT time at Gulfside Vistas and plan to return in 2021. The views are amazing - worth every penny. You can look out the living room window and watch the boats go in and and out, and sit on your patio and enjoy the famous KW sunsets night after night.

First time to Key West... Won't be our last

Very private and quiet

Amazing oceanfront views!!

We enjoyed watching the sun set from our balcony. With it being so hot in the keys it was nice to have a pool at this location we spent time daily to enjoy this amenity. The facilities were very nice and the pictures of the unit were spot on. Very clean and spacious. Would highly recommend.

We have stayed in the Harbor Place condos for years this is a great condo in a very good complex. A safe gated community but well within walking distance of every thing you want in Key West. Shel with Last Key Reality met us at the unit and explained everything about the unit and the local area. Last Key Reality also arranged our old town transportation.

Wow, what a beautiful place

The location was absolutely perfect and the views were STUNNING. Close to Duval street and shopping and easy walking. We had a fantastic week at Gulfside Vistas

The condo was nice and spacious, great location and beautiful views, just as pictured. Although we arrived before check in, Shel had us bring our bags to the office, gave us suggestions for places to go and then gave us a ride to the property. He made sure our rental bikes were delivered directly to the property and followed up to make sure we had everything we needed. It truly made for a worry free vacation. We used the concierge service for groceries and also to get tickets to Dry Tortuga island. They were a big help in getting tickets that appeared to not be available directly online. For the groceries,, it may have been easier to go directly through Publix online when we arrived, but the convenience of having everything there upon arrival was nice. I would highly recommend Last Key Realty to our friends.

Great Experience!

 

Last Key were more than just accommodating, they went above and beyond to make sure we had every little thing we could possibly need. Shel was great and gave us a lot of helpful tips about the area, as well as a banana daquiri rum cake as a welcome gift. When we had last minute changes and had to move around dates as well as other planning faults on our end, Last key worked it out for us with no problems. Overall, this was an incredible place to stay, managed by an awesome company.

I have found my realty company in Key West and it is Last Key Realty! I had been using another company there but just this Feb 2018 used Last Key. Their attention to detail and customer service was wonderful. So much so I signed up while I was there for the same place, same time 2019. There was no hassle in both checking in and out. Amazing views and stay!

As you can see below, the views from this unit are unparalleled. We've been renting units in the Truman Annex for 20 years. This unit is the best one we've ever rented. You can hear the Navy's morning assembly music at 8 AM, watch the guys from Fury get ready for their day while eating your breakfast on the deck, there's a dinner table now (yay!) for little dinner parties (and everything you need in the kitchen to make delicious gourmet meals). During the afternoon, you can relax poolside or board a charter right in front of your building (Make It So Charters, Danger Charters and Fury are our favorites). If you're making dinner reservations, make them after you enjoy the beautiful sunset from your private balcony. It's quiet within the room so you get a restful sleep. If you need ANYTHING, Shel is a phone call away. He can handle everything from stocking your fridge before you arrive, to explaining how to use the remote to your TV loving husband. ;-) I love it here! It's our home away from home.

Gulf Vistas - a great festive family vacation
This was the perfect solution for our family vacation; after my Mom had a stroke we were looking for one accommodation where the family could stay together and the Gulf Vistas @ The Annex in Key West proved to be the place. It is very expensive but it was worth every penny to be able to have everyone in together for New Year's. Amazing location; just steps away from the historical 'Truman Little White House' (basically downstairs), and a short walk through 'the gardens' to Mallory Square. We had dinner reservations at Latitudes and the boat 'taxi' was super close to our condo too. I've given it 4 stars as the condo was dated in some places; the mirror wardrobe door was cracked, various power outlets didn't work and a few other minor decorative things were broken/faulty, however our lovely host Shel mentioned the property had just been sold and the new owner is doing a remodel so whoever books it next is in for a real treat!

Excellent Unit and Location
This condo is fitted to a high standard. The views from every window are spectacular. Truman Annex is a well maintained development with good security. You can walk to all of the old town restaurants and venues. It was a pleasure dealing with Shel Segal. He meet us at the entrance gate, directed us to the unit and provided a comprehensive list of recommend restaurants and shops. He checked in with us at mid-stay to inquire if everything was OK. We will definitely be back!

Key West, FL in October 2017

Nice condo with a scenic view. Property was well maintained. Great location to Duval Street where the happenings are. The property and location felt posh - not what we usually rent. Shel from Last Key Realty was helpful, thoughtful, pleasant, and kind. He actually ended up returning via Fed Ex 2 important cards my husband left behind. Shel handled the return quickly and efficiently. Shel also left us a wonderful Key Lime pie in the refrigerator upon our arrival. We experienced some of Fantasy Fest (interesting time to be in KW). Recommended: Dry Tortugas (National Park Service ferry) was great - small group due to recent hurricane though Fort Jefferson and Key West were in fine shape for tourism. We snorkeled around the fort and saw several types of fish. Recommended: We jet skied with Barefoot Billy's around Key West island - fun but a bit cold in October, suggest: wear a wet suit. We rented bikes for the 10 days from Island Safari Rentals - got a reduced rate deal and the pick of all the bikes they had in their rental inventory - recommend them as well. Again, Shel was a terrific manager for the property. He was always quick to respond to texted messages regarding questions and needs while at the property. Hope future renters enjoy their stay as we did - thanks!

Great property, superb location and amazing sunset

This property was a dream! Tucked inside Truman Annex, in a gated community sits this amazing vacation condo. The condo is roomy, decorated nicely and had a wall of windows in the living area looking out over the harbor. We had everything we needed in the condo, kitchen utensils, beach towels, chairs, plenty of pillows and blankets, and tourist info. The property manager, Shel, was amazing. He spent time showing us the property and going over restaurants and other local attractions. We did use the concierge service once, that was ok, but due to the chaos from the hurricane, they we difficult to get ahold of. We rented bikes and went everywhere on them. I would not hesitate to rent this property again!

Beautiful peaceful property

The condo overlooked the water and the dock and the pool. We could watch the cruise ships come in. Yet we were 4 blocks away from Duval. After Shel oriented us, we knew where to go and how to get there. One of our best vacations ever! We ate dinner one night at sunset key. It was so romantic.

Very nice & relaxing

Condo was nice, great views of the gulf (sunsets were the best). Clean and very well stocked. We have stayed in condos over the years and never had one so fully stocked with toilet paper, soap, paper towels, etc. Close proximity to restaurants and attractions but the neighborhood (Truman Annex) is quiet. We had never been to Key West and debated between a condo and the Hilton resort when choosing. We both felt like we made the right choice after seeing the location of the resort. When booking water excursions (we did snorkeling & jet ski tours), recommend asking that the check in place be at Mallory pier as its just a short walk away and you don't have to worry about parking. We rented a golf cart for the week and did not use the car at all. Only downside is golf cart still requires a full parking space. Seems most places have more spots for parking scooters.

Spacious and Breathtaking!!!

This unit was perfect for our family of 6. Unit was clean and well maintained. Shel was awesome, he met us upon arrival to greet/gave us a tour of accommodations. He was also there to help with an easy departure. The realty group that I worked with was painless as well. This unit has everything that it says that it has. For our family of 6, we could have used more bath towels and beach towels, I had do to a little more laundry than anticipated. Just not enough for family of 6. Grounds clean. Pool clean and very quiet pool area. Location was FANTASTIC!! I can't say enough about Key West, we've been 8 times, we Love Love KW. This unit has absolutely breathtaking views, we had sunset at this unit every night of our stay. I would absolutely recommend this unit and we will be back!!!!!

We’re thrilled to hear that these guests enjoyed their stay at Gulfside Vistas. However, it is discouraging to hear about issues like these because we work so hard to keep our homes in top of the line condition and well stocked so that our guests do not have to worry about little things like this during their stay. So as you can imagine, it is frustrating for us to hear that we did not do our jobs in giving these guests the complete experience they should have had! If we had known about the lack of towels in the condo, we would have brought extras over right away. Since these guests’ departure, extra bath and beach towels have been added to the condo. We are also in the process of building additional shelving in both bathroom closets to accommodate extra towels, linens, etc. Please contact us directly with any questions about what to expect during a stay at Gulfside Vistas.

Phenomenal Views!

It's easy to write a great review when you stay at a property with these views and furnishings at Harbor Place. However, when things go wrong (cable and internet were down due to a crimped internal wire in the wall), you're able to see how everything is handled by the rental company you chose. Last Key Realty is exceptional. From the ease of selecting and making the reservation with Rand to the greeting and follow-thru by Shel (including a tasty fruit and cheese platter upon arrival with a nice chardonnay!), Last Key Realty is truly top-notch. Shel even remembered my birthday during our stay. I've rented in Key West for 20 years and have never had the experience I've had with Last Key. I will most certainly use them next year for our Spring Break vacation!

Beautiful Waterfront Get-a-way in Key West

We stayed for a week in this Immaculate waterfront condo in the Truman Annex with our adult children. One of the best vacations I have been on!

The property was amazing, fancy but cozy! The beds were super comfortable. I loved that we felt like we were at home during the day and then go out and party hard at night :). Beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. I woke up to huge cruises ship coming in one morning. I would come back for sure!

Amazing!

This was our second stay at this beautiful condo. The amazing view is impressive from every room. All our favorite spots of Key West are within walking distance of this condo. We loved it!! New Favorite Place to Stay!

This condo is everything advertised and more. The property itself is beautiful and well maintained. Views are magnificent from every room in the condo. Close to Duval and Mallory Square for nightlife, but peaceful and quiet within the complex. Close to Fort Zachary for swimming every day in the Gulf. Close enough to walk to Blue Heaven and our favorite - Santiago's Bodega in Little Bahama. Condo was clean, beds were comfortable and amenities were great - we loved having a washer-dryer! Last Key Realty provided SUPERIOR customer service. Shel Segal is the BEST! Take advantage of the concierge service as we did and do a sunset cruise or 1/2 day Eco-Tour! We have already recommended the property to friends and relatives, and would love to stay again on our next trip!

Gulfside Vistas was fantastic!! The views were even better in than in the photo. We watched the sunset right from the living room and 2 balconies. The condo was very spacious and clean. The decor was beautiful. Fantastic kitchen for those who like to cook, we took advantage of the convenient location to area restaurants. Walking distance to all local area dining, entertainment, activities and shopping. Mallory Square is just outside the gate to the complex. The community was quiet, yet just 2 blocks from Duval Street. We plan on coming back next year!

The Best and Only Place to Stay in Key West!

We've been going to Key West for more than 25 years and have stayed in motels, hotels, condos, and houses. This is by far the best place we have ever stayed. You have unobstructed views of the ocean from almost every room in the condo. Both balconies are shaded in the morning; the larger balcony is shaded in the afternoon. There is plenty of seating, inside and out. The balconies look onto the Outer Mole and Pier B where cruise ships and sailboats come and go. At night, there are no cruise ships in port and all you see are buoy lights and stars. Since the condo is at the edge of Truman Annex, there is no stray light or noise from Duval or downtown, but you can walk to Duval in 7 minutes. The Guest Services Manager (Shel) met us at the condo to check us in and offered to help carry in the bags (which we accepted). When one of us had a mild health issue, Shel referred us to the right doctor in Key West. He came back to the condo upon our departure to thank us and see if we needed anything as we left. He was kind and invaluable. The property is clean and well maintained. Everything works. Because of a mild health issue, we ate at home every night (go visit Eaton Street Seafood Market). The kitchen was stocked with all the cookware and utensils we needed. They promote recycling and make it easy to cooperate. Since it is a top floor unit, there is no noise from above. We met the neighbors on both sides and they were friendly and pleasant. The pool is warm, clean, and quiet. Egrets and an iguana were frequent visitors to the grounds around the pool. The grounds are well kept (as is always the case in Truman Annex). There are secure bike racks on the garage level and Eaton Street Bikes will deliver your "ride" for free (along with a helmet and lock).

Great Views

We stayed in this wonderful unit for a week with our two year old son. It was perfect! The unit is clean, spacious & nicely furnished & in a fantastic location! The views were simply wonderful! It rained most of the week we were there, but with the views & ability to watch the cruise ships coming & going while sitting on the couch, made it hard to complain! One thing to be aware of is that the condo complex does not allow "individuals with diapers" in the pool---this made for interesting discussions poolside with the other tenants. No one in the pool cared if my two year son wanted to swim with a swimmy diaper on, so it was a relief for us, because the pool was a key part of our decision to stay there. Upon our early arrival into Key West on Saturday, Shel arranged access to a quiet house for us so my son could take a nap while the unit was being cleaned & prepped for our check in. It was such a wonderful way to start our visit. Shel is a gem & someone Last Key Realty should be incredibly grateful to have! He certainly "did us right" and ensured we were taken care of.

Great view

This was a very nice condo. Everything you see in the pictures is what you see there. The people at last key realty were very nice to deal with and very helpful when we arrived. We did have a few minor issues with the appliances (we understand the replacement fridge was ordered but had not arrived) within an hour we were greeted with a large bag of ice and a bottle of wine and a key lime pie for our inconvenience. I appreciated that last key took ownership for any inconvenience we had and made them right as best they could. This is a great location to everything good in key west and you can't beat the view.

Best View in Key West

The views from this Condo are truly the best on the island. I have stayed in several different units on both sides of Key West and this condo with its 2 balconies offers nearly non-stop entertainment.  It has a perfect view of Key West's famous sunsets.  Watching cruise boats and cruise boat passengers can be quite enjoyable as well. The condo itself had a number of issues but SHEL SEGAL, our contact with this unit, rose to the occasion each time! I cannot say enough about the service he provided. I will absolutely stay in this condo the next time I come to Key West. I believe that it is when things don't go perfectly that true customer service has the opportunity to be experienced. Shel did everything in his power to resolve each concern.  Last Key Reality should be very proud of him. He IS the reason I would stay in one of their units again. The furniture and TVs were great. The beds were very comfortable. The guest bedroom is a little small, but the master bedroom is awesome. Never could figure out how to get the CD player to work and the ice maker was broken. Shel brought us ice!) The location in Truman Annex is also great for restaurants, night life, fishing and it is a short walk to the beach at Fort Zac.

Wonderful property with great views

This property was beautifully furnished, very clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed the spectacular ocean views and the flat screen TV's in the bedrooms and living room. The location is wonderful- close to Mallory Square which is great for souvenir shopping and restaurants. It was also close to Fort Zachary Taylor State Park where we enjoyed the scenic beach and saw lots of tropical fish as we snorkeled around the rocks. Shel, our guest services manager, was very welcoming and helpful. He went out of his way to meet us for a very late check-in after our unexpected long day traveling. Shel made us feel right at home by going over the amenities in our condo, answering all our questions, and giving us good advice to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We would choose this property again and recommend it to friends and family. It was wonderful.

Absolutely Beautiful!

Gulfside Vistas is a beautiful condo. The views are fantastic...even better than the photos. We enjoyed watching the huge cruise ships arrive and depart. The master bedroom is large and has a beautiful view of the ocean. Although small, the spare bedroom is nice as well. The living area is quite large and has a nice flat screen display and a really nice stereo. The swimming pool is very nice and clean with great views of the ocean. The property is close to everything.  We will definitely be back in the future.

Gulfside Vistas

This apartment, in particular the living room, affords sweeping views of the gulf and of the busy activity of boats, small and large, going on just below the windows. The good daytime weather and the formation of large cumulus in the afternoons and evenings provided elaborately colorful sunsets. For us the view is clearly the best feature of the place, definitely not captured by the photos in the ad, moreover the neighborhood besides being historically interesting is quite beautiful. It should be noted that the apartment is very well appointed, perfectly clean and very spacious for a party of four. The kitchen is well equipped, more so than expected for vacation rentals. The pool is very pleasant and, in early August, was not crowded (except for the guest iguana driving the pool attendant crazy). The building provides covered parking and is centrally located so that driving is unnecessary We recommend this place to anyone and we would certainly rent it again. The manager, Mr. Segel, went well beyond his duties in providing prompt, professional and friendly assistance in more than one occasion.

Great Vacation

We were very pleased with our Gulfside Condo. We were warmly welcomed by Shel, our customer service manager, who was very attentive to our every need. He oriented us thoroughly to the condo, and gave us detailed information about the area, and the many interesting points if interest, and restaurants in Key West. The condo looked just like the pictures on-line, and was very clean and comfortable. We loved the balcony and watching the sunset each evening. The ice maker in the refrigerator was broken, and Shel arranged to have a new one installed. In the meantime, he brought ice for us. We found the restaurants excellent, and the seafood really terrific. We used the pool several times, and found it clean and inviting. We took a train ride from Mallory Square around the city, and were able to hear about the history of Key West, and saw many of the famous historical homes and other points of interest on the island. It was very educational and fun. One suggestion I would make about the condo would be to provide protective mats for the tub and shower, as they are very slippery, and there are no handrails. However, it amazed me how well furnished the condo was, with everything we needed, down to the laundry soap. It was very convenient. We would highly recommend it to others. We had a great time.

Amazing Stay

The condo was fantastic. Our visit started with Shel, our property manager. He went above and beyond to welcome us and get us situated. As is the Key West style, Shel and the staff at Last Key Realty were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The condo has fantastic views of Mallory Square and the ocean. The sunsets are breathtaking. After looking at the layout of the building, I believe this unit has the best views of all of them. It's situated on the third floor and juts out beyond the others providing a better that 180 degree view. While we were there a thunderstorm rolled through one morning and gave us a front row seat to nature's light show before clearing out to reveal the breathtaking tropical sky. If you are a family traveling with kids or a group of friends, this unit is perfect. It is centrally located in Truman Annex, It's safe, secure, clean and being walking distance from Duval Street and most other Key West attractions makes it the perfect spot. My sincere thanks again to Shel and Last Key Realty for making our stay a pleasure. We'll definitely be back soon!

Amazing View

I would definitely stay here again! We rented the condo for the week of the World Championship Offshore races and had the most amazing view of the course. On top of that, we had a beautiful sunset every night. The condo itself was comfortable, clean, roomy and fully stocked with everything we needed. The staff at Last Key Realty were so helpful. When the internet went down it ended up being the router, but within 24 hours it was replaced and they bought us breakfast for our trouble. They worked around our arrival and departure times and assisted us with anything else we needed. I felt like we were well taken care of.

Fabulous Location, Accomodations and Service

We just spent a week at Gulfside Vistas and it was beyond perfect. We stayed at this condo last summer for a week, so this was our second trip. The condo is immaculate, the location fantastic (just a few blocks to the Green Parrot, Hog's Breath, Santiago's Bodega and many other fantastic restaurants and live music venues). The views from the condo are some of the best on the island, and provide a perfect perch to take in the breathtaking sunsets each night. The condo is also very close to Mallory Square, in fact you can walk out the gate by the pool and be at Mallory Square in about a minute. Truman Annex is a lovely neighborhood, and we felt safe walking around at any and all hours. The owners of the condo were in town and were very gracious and charming and even took us out on a memorable sunset boat ride.  Shel, the property manager, is nothing short of delightful and went out of his way to be helpful. I could not recommend this condo more - it really has everything and it helped us have a truly lovely stay in Key West.

O'Leary/McCaffery Vacation

We have done many vacations over many years but this one tops the list! Location, location, location was absolutely perfect. The dazzling view was breathtaking! The condo was beautifully decorated with comfortable, lovely furniture and everything we needed for our wonderful week was right there. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool area every day (we were lucky the weather even cooperated) The service by Shel Segel was above and beyond the call of duty. Our only problem was figuring out the technological workings of the remote control for the living room TV. We called Shel to "talk us through it" and he was there in 10 minutes. We couldn't talk him out of coming! He was there to greet us as our taxi pulled into the parking lot and helped us out with our bags upon our sad departure. When we mentioned that a deck door was jammed, he had someone there to fix it in a flash. He gets as many stars as a property manager can earn, 10, 12 whatever. Beautiful Key West Visit

The beautiful 2BDRM condo was everything that was advertised and more. Steps to the beach, overlooking the pool, a quick stroll to Mallory Square, I could not have asked for more. We rented bikes for the week on a recommendation from our host "Shel" which proved a great way to get around town! We visited the Dry Tortugas National Park one day, as well as taking a 2 hour kayak tour with Lazy Dog outfitters, and both added to a fun week of sunshine.

We have visited Key West before, in various stages of our lives, and have stayed at all sorts of interesting places. This home is luxurious, convenient and an easy turnkey vacation spot.

Simply Perfect

We transferred here from a historic register house on White Street for two weeks to see what condo/penthouse life was really like. And what a wonderful experience it was. From morning coffee on one of the two balconies to cocktails in the evening watching the sunset and the cruise ships arriving and departing, everything was simply perfect. A beautiful and excellently maintained property

My parents and my sister and I stayed at this property for a week. Our point of contact, Shel, of provided us with excellent service and even though we arrived at different times on June 1, he made an effort to return to the property and meet and greet all of us. He not only reviewed all the materials with info about restaurants etc, but he also made his own personal recommendations. They were dead on...we ate very well all week. The Creperie, Blue Heaven, Latitudes were some of the restaurant highlights. Zachary Taylor State Park Beach was beautiful as well. He stocked the fridge per our requests and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the week. The property was clean and in good condition when we arrived. The kitchen was outfitted with full size fridge, dishwasher, microwave and stove/oven...just as the description said. Also there was a grill on one of the balconies, perfect!! The laundry room, kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and even doing laundry every day and three ladies in the house we didn't run out of any of the pre-stocked supplies to include toilet paper and laundry detergent. Really, everything about our stay was wonderful. The only reasons I didn't give it 5 stars were that the pool area was having construction done to it and was a little disheveled looking despite being open, and the Cruise Ships docked right out front, blocking our beautiful view of the horizon, sunset etc whenever they were in port. I think we would have simply liked to have known about these two things, and not be surprised. Having said that I would indeed go back, and I also recommend this property to friends and relatives.

Perfect Location

This was our first trip to Key West. Not being familiar with the area I wasn’t sure where to stay but I knew that I wanted to have a view of the water. We picked the right condo! What a fabulous view of the Gulf and of the sunsets. It was fun to watch the cruise ships come in too. Located in the beautiful Truman Annex, it was the perfect location for us being near to Mallory Square and not too far from the action on Duval Street. The condo was clean and well equipped with all of the essentials including plenty of towels and extra pillows. Shel Segal, the guest Services Coordinator, met us when we arrived to go over the amenities in the condo and to give us advice on restaurants and activities in Key West. If we had any questions or problems, we received an immediate response from Shel. We had a wonderful week and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Key West.

Best place to stay in Key West

We found this property on the Home Away website and loved the description and pictures. Upon arriving at the property we found it to be exactly as described and the pictures made us feel like we had been there before they were so accurate. Shel made contact with us early and made sure all was ready, gave us door to door directions, and made sure we were set for our relaxing vacation. We watched the sunsets every night from our living room. It’s perfectly located just 2 blocks from Duval St and/or Mallory Square. Gorgeous View

The condo was fabulous. Exactly like the photos. The view of the water was unbelievable. I will tell you though that if you're looking for great beaches, Key West may not be the place for you. I was familiar with Destin, FL and expected much of the same and Key West is not known for it's beaches. That does not take away from this condo being perfection though. If it's relaxation and fishing you're looking for...then Key West is the perfect destination. We had a great time and highly recommend you stay at this place.

Great Location and Beautiful Condo

This is a beautiful condo in one of the best locations in Key West. We were within walking distance from Duval and Mallory Square, couldn't ask for a better location. The condo was very nicely appointed with a well equipped kitchen. There was a slight drain problem, but Shel took care of it immediately. My husband and I will definitely rent this condo again when we return to Key West.

Wonderful!

We, 4 adults, just spent a wonderful week in this condo. Very comfortable accommodations.........clean, well-maintained property. We especially enjoyed the easy walk to shops and restaurants, hours by the pool, and sunsets from the decks! Earlier than expected, Shel greeted us, keys in hand. He knew we were anxious to enjoy the Key West sunshine! And he's just a phone call away, for anything that might come up. I know we'll be planning our return visit!

Absolutely loved vacationing at Gulf Side Vista-entertained everyday just sitting on the balcony and watching cruise ships. Beautiful. Enjoyed being right on the harbor

We had such a great time. It was everything we were hoping for. Great Condo, beautiful view, very relaxing. Was so nice to be close to Mallory square and Duvall Street. We were so lucky to have Shel's services. He was very helpful and a very sweet person. Shel recommended we rent bikes and we did. What a great way to get around on the island. We enjoyed our bike riding immensely.  We loved our catamaran trip as well. Captain John provided us with a lot of information about the island itself, the Mangrove trees etc. The Concierge service was also a great plus. They were very helpful with arranging our bike rentals and Catamaran trip. The only regret we had was that our time in Key West flew by!!! Can't wait to return and will recommend the property to anyone when the opportunity arises.

The property was exactly as pictured on the website.  The view was even better!! Last Key Realty was so helpful with everything, and Shel was always just a phone call away....... The concierge team set up all our excursions and dinners and it was effortless! Our only recommendation would be to update the master bath a bit - needs a new shower....it won't stop us from coming back!  :)

Beautiful view

First off, Shel is the best!! He is there for you whenever you need him. Call/text Shel, he will get back to you right away! Omgosh the condo is very, very nice! It is nice that there is a full kitchen if you decide to do some cooking. But if like us, just too many places to eat out at. The view of the ocean is very nice and peaceful. At first, you think great cruise ships blocking my view. But really after first day you really don't notice them. Just a great place to enjoy Key West and the sun!! I would recommend this condo to everyone!!

Beautiful condo in Truman Annex

Loved our stay at Gulfside Vistas. Condo is as advertised and I believe is the best location in Key West:  Loved Truman Annex. Shel from last key realty was very charming, helpful and accommodating. All recommendations were spot on. He welcomed us and was available for questions when we needed him. Travelled as family of 5 with 3 teens and grandfather/ family members staying in a different unit in the same complex. Our unit was the favorite gathering spot. Condo was spacious, accommodating, top of line and you can't beat the view! All necessities were provided which I haven't always found when renting. Loved the ample supply of towels and washer/dryer available in the unit. We are picky travelers and I would highly recommend this unit, Shel and last key realty.

Great Location and Accommodations

We are regulars to Key West. Of the condos we have rented Gulfside Vistas was very clean and well appointed. Having a dedicated parking spot in Key West is also a huge bonus. Very quiet location in Truman Annex and 10 mins in any direction on foot pretty much gets you everywhere you want to be. The views are also tremendous, panoramic of the sunset. I will absolutely return. Lastly Shel from Last Key Realty was a great Liaison for our stay and ensured our needs were satisfied.

Absolutely Perfect in Every Way!

Spectacular Views

This condo is very unique. The location is so close to the water, the windows are large and fill every wall, you never have to leave to have an island experience. Almost daily are you entertained with impressive ships docking right in front of the balcony. The rooms are generous and beautifully decorated. You can't beat the location being close to Mallory Square, Ft Zachary Beach, and the Southern Most End. The Truman Annex is a lovely area, shaded, beautiful houses, gardens, safe for biking. Shel, the property manager, is the best. He is so helpful and kind, and is always available to take care of your needs. Staying in this condo will make you feel like a V.I.P.

BEST VIEW AND QUIET LOCATION

This was our second stay at this property and we enjoyed it as much as the first time. The unit is well stocked, clean, and quiet. We had some cooler days (low 70s) and nights (60s), so we were able to turn off the air conditioner and open the windows (they work) and French doors. The television in the living room had a nice large screen for enjoying the Super Bowl. We used the grocery delivery service (arranged by Shel, the guest services coordinator) and it was worth every penny to have the refrigerator and pantry fully stocked when we walked in the door. Aside from the condo, we recommend Eaton Bikes who delivered my bicycle at the appointed time to the front door of the condominium. We hope to stay in this condominium again.

Awesome!

Beautifully furnished property, well equipped for vacationers, excellent Key West location. The reservation procedure, through Last Key, was uncomplicated. We were greeted by Shel, who made sure the accommodations were in order, and they were! He was readily available during the week also, for a minor malfunction. We enjoyed dinners at Bagatelle, Ambrosia, Two Cents, Half Shell Raw Bar, AB Lobster House, and Sarabeth's. And of course, Flamingo Crossing IceCream!

We will definitely be back!

Very Impressive

We had a wonderful week-long stay, and would highly recommend this property. It looked exactly as advertised, and Shel was incredibly helpful in both orienting us to our new home for the week, as well as purchasing groceries we had requested. The location is perfect, and literally within steps of the Truman White House. Highly recommended.

Fabulous Key West Property -- highly recommended

Fantastic, well-appointed property in the Truman Annex, just adjacent to the Little Truman White House. Great location, a short walk to Duval Street, Hemingway's house, and most sites in Key West. This west-facing property has terrific sunsets and very nice water views. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need to feel like home, especially the blender and other small appliances. The property also has a nice sized pool, for both swimming or simply cooling down.

Shel, the property manager, is extremely gracious and helpful -- in identifying can't miss sites, best restaurants, and favorite hangouts. He is also very responsive w.r.t. any property issues, large or small. We would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone seeking a great week here in Key West.

Highly recommended!

My boyfriend and I stayed during Fantasy Fest and the room was perfect. We were greeted by Shel, who was super accommodating and friendly. Everything was within walking distance. The view was our favorite part of the room. We highly recommend this room to anyone staying in Key West and we'll definitely be back!

Relaxation with amazing views

From the moment we walked into the front door we were in awe. The views of the harbor and Fort Zachary Taylor were available from every angle. As always we were greeted by Shel, who has always to take care of us and we look forward to seeing every year. The kitchen was well-stocked with large gathering areas for our party yet the condo provided privacy for each guest. Best location in Key West, quiet, private and within walking distance to restaurants and sightseeing. Looking forward to returning next year!

Wonderful location

We thoroughly enjoyed the condo's ocean view. It is located close to all the action at Mallory Square and yet private and quiet. Shell was the perfect host, making sure we were familiar with the property, amenities and things to do in Key West. Thanks for a great stay.

When I walked in I was amazed at the amount of sun

When I walked in I was amazed at the amount of sun light that filled the room. The windows were huge and the view was great. All week we watched the cruise ships come and go blowing their big horns. We even ordered a pizza one night and had the whole family over to watch the sun set, because that was the best part. Family and a great view of the sun going down. Best Family vacation in a long time.

Best place to stay in Key West!

We have states in Gulfside Vista before and love the condo. The space and views and fantastic and our kids cannot get enough of watching the cruise ships come and go or swimming in the pool. Last Key Realty is always super helpful and professional, and Shel, out contact there goes above and beyond. This year our flights were delayed and I sent a totally last minute request for some groceries, trying to avoid a late nights shopping run on arrival. Shel not only helped us out of our bind but even managed to find everything on my list. We love this place!

This property has amazing views and is close to the Weston marina for convenience if you come by boat. Shel the property manager is very helpful with anything you may need. I will definitely be staying here again.

Great condo. We had a fantastic time.

There was 5 of us staying at Gulf Vistas and we all thought it was great...much better than a hotel. The condo is perfectly located in the Truman Annex. It was a short walk to Mallory Square and Duval Street but the condo is so quiet. We loved waking up to those fabulous views. The decor is nice, the beds were pretty comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Thanks to Shel at Last Key Realty for his help (directions, tips and even groceries in the condo for our arrival). The next time we come to Key West, we'd definitely stay here again.
