Should you decide to venture off the island, you do have two off-street parking spaces available.

Each home features a living and dining space, complete with a dining table and a flat screen TV. Each living area features a comfortable couch to lounge on. The kitchens feature modern appliances and all of the tools you'll need to prepare meals at home.

The property really shines when you get out to the private pool behind the units. Plenty of space to lay out and soak up some sun. Groups who expect they may cause after hours noise will not be a good fit for this home and should be aware they may incur additional penalties when in residence for violations. There will be a $500 charge for after-hours dispatch of our staff in response to calls resulting from verified noise complaints for violations by our guests in residence.
