THE LOCATION…

Tucked into a quiet pocket of Old Town near the Southernmost Point, MEMOIR MANOR puts you within easy reach of Duval Street, Mallory Square, and all of the shops, restaurants, and live music that make Key West famous — while letting you retreat to a peaceful, private setting at the end of the day. One dedicated parking space is included, though most everything you'll want to see is just a short stroll or bike ride away.

THE LIVING AREA & KITCHEN…

Inside the main house, an open, light-filled living area offers comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV, ideal for winding down after a day in the sun. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a home-style meal or a quick bite before heading out to explore. The indoor dining table seats six comfortably, and the kitchen island provides seating for three. A convenient half bathroom is located downstairs for guests and visitors.

THE POOL AREA…

Step out of the sliding glass doors to the true heart of MEMOIR MANOR: a big, sunny pool with a built-in hot tub, surrounded by chaise lounges that are perfect for soaking up the island sun by day and unwinding under the stars by night. There is a Big Green Egg grill for the chef of your group to cook the day’s fresh catch to perfection, and outdoor dining to truly immerse yourself in the tropical climate.

Guest House
** Primary Suite: King bed, flat screen TV, closet, private covered outdoor space, and an en-suite bathroom with a glass walk-in shower.

Main House
** Bedroom One: Located on the Second Floor with a Queen bed, flat screen TV, closet, and access to the shared hall bathroom.

** Bedroom Two: Located on the Second Floor with a King bed, flat screen TV, closet, private balcony, and access to the shared hall bathroom.

** Last Key Realty vacation homes are rented to family groups and responsible adult groups only. Groups who expect they may cause after hours noise will not be a good fit for this home and should be aware they may incur additional penalties when in residence for violations. There will be a $500 charge for after-hours dispatch of our staff in response to calls resulting from verified noise complaints for violations by our guests in residence.
