Your own private oasis

This is an amazing home with a tranquil yard that is just perfect to hang out in the sun, swim in the pool and BBQ. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which makes your stay even more accommodating. The home has every amenity you can think of including several ice machines for drinks. Plenty of hot water, AC and comfortable living space. The property manager is very responsive and helpful with suggestions to do in the area. I HIGHLY recommend ( just don’t go the same week that I want to rebook LOL)

What a beautiful property

Amazing Property and Service

We traveled from Michigan celebrating my mother’s 75th birthday. The guest services coordinator, Victor was an awesome person and awesome man very knowledgeable. Very pleasant made me and my family feel right at home. Victor went above and beyond to answer any questions and to make everyone feel as comfortable and was very supportive and knowledgeable of the community and surrounding areas.

Plantation Tropicale was truly a magical get away!

Our family of 12, from 12 year old twins to grandparents, LOVED this property. The home was spacious, and the garden, porches and pool gave everyone space to enjoy together--and in quiet moments on their own. The indoor and outdoor kitchens were very well equipped. Stone crabs were in season--and we enjoyed cooking in and eating on the patio under the fairy lights. Everything Key West has to offer is so close, by bicycles or Uber; it was fun to go out after dinner for drinks and live music, or stay in for movie night by the pool. We highly recommend seeing River and Tiger at La Te Da! The grandkids loved that Higgs Beach and the DQ were in walking distance. The highlight was a Seaplane adventure to Dry Tortugas National Park for a day trip. The house and bedrooms were clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable and quiet--until the roosters crow of course! 2 sets of washers and dryers were welcome by our large family. The property manager, Victor, was outstanding! He welcomed us to the home and answered questions during the week. Thank you for the delicious Key Lime Pie.

Loved our garden paradise!

We stayed with two families that included 7 kids/teens ages 10-16. It was perfect! We had a ball using the outdoor kitchen and walked and rode bikes everywhere. Double laundry units were so helpful, and the fully stocked kitchen and grill area great. Management and concierge also super helpful. Thank you for the great stay!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

It exceeded our expectations!

Our group of 8 stayed at Plantation Tropicale and it exceeded our expectations! Besides providing a beautiful rental home, the Last Key staff was incredibly helpful. The little things, like a key lime in the fridge and plenty of coffee in the pantry when we arrived left a lasting impression on us. Our concierge, Charlie was incredible! He made reservations for us at Blue Heaven, booked a private chef to come to our rental and cook us dinner, and reserved a private boat charter for us. We highly recommend Last Key and will book through them again for our next trip to Key West!

Highly Recommend

We were a group of 3 couples and 4 children. The house accommodated us perfectly. The layout gave everyone private space with great indoor and outdoor areas to gather. The kitchen layout was a little odd, but all appliances and kitchen utensils were in good order. The house is located slightly away from the busy tourist area which we appreciated. A small grocery store was within golf cart distance. Everything was bike-able or walkable. The pool and pool area were very nice. The BBQ was good. We lucked out with the weather and we’re able to leave the French doors which surrounded every room open the entire time. The property is surrounded by a wall and lush plants that give it complete privacy behind a gate that locks. We can highly recommend this property.

Terrific Getaway

Shared this house with 4 other couples and was as nice as we expected.  The house is set in a lot of lush foliage making it private.  The house was clean and supplied with necessary equipment.  We were all happy to find this for our getaway.

Absolutely Amazing Pool

We rented the property to house two families during a spring break vacation. The pool and beautiful landscaping were our favorite parts. The neighborhood was great for low-key evening strolls.

Plantation Tropicale was everything we had hoped it would be!

Our stay in Key West this week was fantastic.  Great atmosphere, the accommodations were just as photos showed and the property concierge Kendra was great and quick to all our responses.  I would recommend this property as the location to downtown is nice and close yet far enough away from all the ruckus.

Gorgeous

Felt like we were living in a jungle! When we were at the house, we spent most of our time outside on the veranda because it was so beautiful. The house was well appointed. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Better Than Expected

Our Private Paradise!

We couldn’t have been happier with Plantation Tropicale. I felt like I was in a tropical paradise. There were six adults, and a 12, 6 and 3 year old. The location was good, and not far from everything. The beds were comfortable and it was such a nice place to unwind. The pool was great and provided much entertainment. Supplies were provided and there was even wine and goodies to welcome us. Kendra was very friendly and accommodating. Would love to return someday.

Such a great time!

We absolutely loved our stay at Plantation Tropicale! The house and guest house are beautiful and extremely comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with anything you might need. We spent many hours around the lovely pool. Kendra from Last Key Realty was a great host, very responsive and willing to help us with anything we asked. She even made an early morning delivery of coffee to the house. We had a great time!

We rented out this property for my bachelorette party - it could not have been any nicer!  Plenty of room for 10 of us girls, we felt safe, and we had the best time. Kendra was the greatest and so attentive and accommodating. 10/10!

Beyond Amazing

This house was beyond amazing!  Hosted by Last Key, not only were the grounds spacious and beautiful but the house was everything we were looking for and more. We celebrated our wedding on Smather’s Beach and the guest cottage was the perfect place for us to get ready on the day of and have our own private place away from the house. Each bedroom has its own bathroom so all of our guests were comfortable. We enjoyed the pool everyday we were there. The neighborhood is quiet but is still within waking distance to downtown Duval street and the southernmost point.

An Amazing Spring Break

We had an amazing stay with family and friends over Spring Break. The property is beautiful and beautifully decorated. There were two floats in the pool along with two beach balls which we enjoyed using during our stay. We rode bikes everywhere and it was an easy ride just about anywhere- beaches, Duval St, restaurants. Went to Fausto’s for nearby groceries and used Instacart delivery for bigger items from Publix. Highly recommend and will definitely book this place again!
