We had a perfect vacation in Key West!

Everything about our condo was great. It was very comfortable, had a beautiful view of the ocean and nice breeze out on the balcony. The unit had everything we needed. The pool was fantastic.The property managers at Last Key Realty were so helpful and made the process very smooth. My family had such a great time we plan to come again and I would definitely recommend staying at Riviera Americana.

Dream Vacation!

We recently stayed at the breathtaking Riviera Americana and it was nothing short of a dream come true! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that made us feel right at home.

The property itself was an absolute gem - impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with every amenity imaginable. Whether we were lounging by the pool, enjoying a sunset cocktail on the balcony overlooking the ocean, or whipping up a meal in the fully stocked kitchen, every moment was pure bliss.

The location couldn't have been more perfect. Being able to easily explore all that Key West has to offer while having a luxurious and comfortable home to return to each day was truly priceless. 

What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional service provided by Victor and Company. Their attention to detail, responsiveness, and genuine care for their guests' comfort and satisfaction were unmatched. Upon our arrival, we were delighted to find birthday balloons adorning the living room, a decadent birthday cake waiting in the kitchen, and a mouthwatering Key Lime pie chilling in the fridge.

In short, our stay at this VRBO property was everything we could have hoped for and more. We are already counting down the days until we can return to this little slice of paradise in Key West! This place was so relaxing and peaceful

The home is bright and airy. The balcony wraps around and is so peaceful to have breakfast, read a book, or just watch the sunrise/sunset. The beds are comfy and this place has all the necessities. Smathers beach is walking distance! We were greeted upon arrival and made felt right at home! Very kid friendly! There’s also a swimming pool, hot tub, and gym available for use! The kids had a blast!

Unit was perfect for our group

Loved the balcony and peacefulness of the property. Unit is located farthest from elevator but the view made up for it. To go to restaurants and shopping we used ride shares since was a good walk to get to downtown. Ride shares were readily available. For our group this unit was perfect.

Excellent Customer Care

This property was very nice. The property manager Victor took good care of us. We did have a problem with construction right outside our unit that occurred from 10pm to 4am the first night, but Patrick was understanding and issued us a partial credit. The property was nice, and the property management quite responsive.

Great property!

Beautiful property within walking distance of a market and pub. We were able to rent a golf cart, which was needed (call their concierge! he's wonderful!). The luggage storage was a huge bonus for us since our flight didn’t leave until late afternoon. Overall great property!

Off the beaten path

Since it’s off the beaten path of Key West you are able to relax and enjoy. Not many places to eat nearby so bring your own stuff, the kitchen was stocked with essentials. Host thought of everything. Loved it

Quiet & Peaceful

Perfect!

Condo was perfect. End unit with Balcony overlooking the water. Pool was amazing! Heated, clean, and overlooking a small private beach and ocean view. We had a group of teens and it was very safe and secure to let them go on their own to the game room & pool area. You needed a key to get in and out. Would rent this condo again.

Just what the doctor ordered!

Loved our Girls Trip!

Loved it!

We absolutely loved our stay on this property. It was extremely clean, spacious and had all the amenities you could ask for. We had three couples in our group and there was plenty of room and with two full bathrooms, we had no problems with getting ready. When we visit Key West in the future, we will definitely be back!

Throughly Enjoyed Our Trip

Anyone fortunate enough to stay here is a very lucky person. My family of 7 loved every minute, the condo is so beautiful you think your in a magazine and the pool and beach are beautiful. There isn’t anything we would have changed!  Laura was very good with all information and even though we had a small delay due to Elsa, everything was handled perfectly. We had a great visit!

We were there to celebrate our daughter’s 21st birthday! The property was perfect for our stay. It was a well stocked kitchen and very considerately supplied unit, with Beach bags, coolers, insulated cups, etc. The owners clearly care about their renters and have the most thoughtful property managers to ensure everything is handled perfectly.

Best VRBO Experience Yet!

We had never been to Key West and this property fit our group perfectly, Grandparents, mom and 3 college age kids. First off, Last Key Realty was phenomenal with the entire process the instant I booked this property! Our assigned person was Laura and she kept me informed every step of the way, upon our arrival she was in contact and available when or if needed. Check in and check out were easy! We did not need a single thing on this trip. The condo was gorgeous!! Decorated exceptionally. We had EVERY single thing we needed. We made several meals and spices were even available. Things like laundry detergent, pump hand soap, plenty of towels, Tervis tumblers for the pool or beach, aluminum foil, baggies, coffee, sugar and creamer were available and many more things I'm sure I am forgetting! Drawers were neatly organized with every utensil needed. Box fans were a MAJOR bonus. We use them at home so that was awesome. These little things made our stay :) We enjoyed the balcony and the pool area. It is 1 min from Smathers beach and my kids enjoyed playing frisbee in the water. Beach chairs were available for our use too. We rented bikes and could get around very easily and quickly. Not one thing negative to say except that I wish we had stayed longer. Don't hesitate to book this location!! It was a very enjoyable stay! Thank you :)

Perfection

This property was nothing short of perfect for our girls trip for my 30th birthday. 5 of us fit comfortably in the condo with plenty of space in the common areas. The pool and beach were right in our backyard and close enough to the busier downtown area near duval street by a short bike ride. Danny the property manager was always very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

A Great Value

Beautiful property with an amazing view. Nicely located away from the crowds but easily within walking distance of Duval st. We walked everywhere but if you are not much of walker, recommend getting a golf cart. FYI: the garage has a height of 6’4” so make sure your car will fit. Hosts were excellent, very responsive. I really can’t think of any negatives with this property... it’s expensive but I think a very good value.

Beautiful condo and location

Beautiful, clean, nice and quiet condo located in a perfect spot in the middle and south side of Key West. Was able to see gorgeous sunrises and sunsets from the balcony every day. The property manager was awesome help, when we needed it, left us alone unless we needed help with reservations. Easy to get downtown and all over the island. Spring Break... during Coronavirus

Vacation went on and we had a great time. Excellent location and previous reviews are spot on. Balcony is awesome, only downside is pictures don’t show how close you are to corner of Atlantic and Roosevelt. Pool is plenty big but a little too chill for our liking. Walking distance to beaches and fully stocked kitchen. Danny was a great host and made sure we had what we needed any time. Recommend for small group of 6-8.

Fabulous condo

If I come back to Key West, I would absolutely rent through Last Key

We rented this unit (1800 Atlantic C141) through VRBO and it was managed by Last Key Realty. We didn't know we were booking through a management company, and overall the experience was WONDERFUL.

The Unit: This was an excellent unit, the pictures actually don’t do it justice. There are 3 bedrooms, one has a full ocean view, one is partial. The unit has many extras for convenience - lots of towels, can openers, laundry detergent, sound machines in every room, first aid kit, beach bag etc. Unit is quiet and we didn’t hear neighbors. The wrap around porch is where we spent a lot of time, and it has a lot of seating in a variety of configurations.

Location: Unit is by the airport, about a $20 Lyft to Duval St. Not really walkable to most of “downtown”.

Service: This unit is managed by a rental company. Each rental is assigned a concierge to help make their stay better. Danny, our concierge was excellent. We talked before our trip and he had drinks and snacks ready for us at the unit. The chocolate cake he got us was personalized and AMAZING. He was always available for questions and was incredibly easy to work with. Our flight didn’t leave for a few hours after checkout and Danny held our luggage at the office so that we didn’t have to schlep it all over the place. Excellent service, makes you feel like a movie star.

Nit picky Areas for Improvement: since we had to meet someone for check-in and check-out it created a bit more pressure to be somewhere at a certain time. We drove from Miami and wanted to take our time. Knowing someone was waiting for us wasn’t ideal. With that said, the custom walk through and check in process were incredibly useful.

Couldn't have asked for a better stay!

It was a great experience staying at this place. I was surprised to get a text from Laura who was our guest coordinator, even before I landed. Amazing place, fantastic views, everything you need to see is within 10 minutes driving distance. Parasailing, kayaking etc. can be down with Sunset Tours, 2 minutes walk from the residence. The concierge service is a great plus to help you during your stay. We had an amazing time and didn’t feel like leaving :) The property manager, Laura, is extremely sweet and helpful and will make everything extra special for you.

Absolutely perfect

Excess supplies, extra pillows and sheets, extra towels, beach towels and chairs. Short walk to a great beach, and a view that included sunrise and sunset. We cannot recommend this place and Last Key enough!

Highly recommended as a place to stay in Key West

We arrived at the Riviera Americana on Monday, March 4th and were a bit underwhelmed by the appearance of the exterior and common areas at the Riviera Americana. Laura Mayesing from Last Key Realty met us as soon as we drove up and she was so friendly and made us feel welcomed and comfortable. She was very informative and detail oriented. When we walked into the unit we were impressed. It was spacious and quite beautiful. The pool area was nice and there were plenty of chairs (but they could use a few more umbrellas). We were a bit surprised by the road noise from the large balcony as the road runs right next to the unit, but the interior was quiet and cool and the people watching was great! The beach was really nice and the unit was well stocked for beach fun. I would recommend bringing or purchasing snorkel equipment (we bought some at Ron Jon) as the reef is teeming with fish.

My arrival at the Riviera Americana began last Saturday December 8 2018. What can I say? From the moment we got there Laura Mayesing treated us like royalty! Helped us take all our luggage and goodies up to elevator and then showed us the beautiful property. The condo was absolutely gorgeous and the views were out of this world. It was decorated so cute for a beach getaway and had everything we needed. The security was also very good I must say with every door coming into the property having a lock. The pool area was also beautiful with a small area of Sand you can watch the beautiful sunsets at. Overall it was absolutely perfect and Laura took care of our every need!! We will definitely be back!!

Perfect Accommodations
This apartment is absolutely stunning. The wraparound balcony is just steps from the Atlantic, with sweeping views from every room. The spacious common area is well appointed and thoughtfully comfortable. The pool and common areas were well kept and peaceful. The building generally very quiet, and the neighbors helpful. Wonderful Condo! Perfect for our stay and this condo had everything and more!

We loved the condo! It was so spacious and accommodating. Everything was stocked to use in the kitchen, laundry and bathrooms. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of linens were provided. Wonderful escape at the Riviera Americana

My sisters and I along with 2 hubbies enjoyed a fabulous week at the lovely and tastefully furnished 3-bedroom, 2 bath condo on the beach. All of our expectations were met with wonderful interaction from Shannon at Last Key Realty. The home is elegant but comfortable, close to town but far enough out to not feel the impact of Duvall Street, and the outdoor pool and jacuzzi were nearby and in excellent condition. We could not have been more pleased, and proof of that is that one sister will be returning soon with more of her own family. The outdoor wrap around balcony is a big plus since this is an end unit and the ocean front is truly ocean front !!

Beautiful Island Getaway

This is the first experience we have had using HomeAway. I now have high expectations for the next time we book a getaway through them. The listing of this property in Key West was exactly as it was shown on the website. No surprises. My husband and I planned a getaway to include our two adult children and their significant others. The open concept was fabulous for the six of us. Light and airy and decorated so pretty. We felt like we were on a five star resort. Shannon was a pleasure to work with. She was readily available through texting if we had any questions. Our getaway to Key West could not have been any more perfect! We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Key West without paying the resort prices for a place to stay!

Beautiful Condo, Convenient Location

The condo was beautiful, clean and well stocked with all you need to enjoy time in Key West! Large deck to enjoy the view of the ocean and watch the sea gulls. Easy access to the beach and boardwalk. Lots to do in Key West.

This Condo made our vacation and absolute dream!

If you're contemplating a vacation, let me help you out- Key West, Last Key Realities, Shannon Lewis.

First, let me say that the condo that we stayed at in the 1800 Atlantic building was the most beautiful, clean, and functional home away from home. We had a stunning views of the ocean from nearly every room of the condo. I'm a bit of a clean-freak, but didn't lose a wink of sleep in the gorgeous space. We felt right at home, had everything we could have needed in the condo, and were centrally located to many fun activities and restaurants. And again- that view! The balcony nearly hanging right over the ocean made it hard to want to leave!

Now, as for Shannon- what a gem! Absolutely welcoming, sweet, and bent over backwards from the time she met us on arrival to the time we checked out to make sure we were making the most of our time there. She gave us great recommendations for restaurants, jet ski rentals, private charters, parasailing, shopping, beaches, everything! (Including a detailed map!) Shannon also made sure we weren't left with a single question about the condo, and knew every advantage of the rental. She made us feel right at home and made the entire process of booking this condo easy and effortless.

If you're considering a trip to Key West, do yourself a favor and look into Last Key Realities, and have Shannon find you the perfect rental. And of you have the opportunity to stay at this condo, by all means do it! We can't wait until our next trip to Key West and look forward to giving Last Key Realities our business again!

Stunning 3 BR condo with gorgeous oceanfront views

Our family of 5 stayed here for a week in August, 2016 (my husband and I, son and his girlfriend who are 26 and our 14 year old). We loved every room in the place the minute we arrived. It is impeccably clean, beautifully furnished, and has everything you need including beach towels for the beach or pool. One of the best features is the huge wrap around deck which can be accessed from each bedroom and the living room/dining/kitchen open living space. We drank coffee, wine, read books, played cards and relaxed frequently on this deck. We saw a huge school of dolphins swim by one afternoon! The property is right on the corner and an easy walk (2 minutes) to lovely Smathers beach (there is no true swimming beach directly in front of the condo). You can rent any beach "toys" or book a parasailing or boating adventure right there. The unit is close to the road but the sound of cars was not problematic. The pool and hot tub associated with the property are large, clean and beautiful and very close to this unit. There were plenty of lounge chairs and tables and it was amazingly quiet when we were there. There are beautiful gardens surrounding the pool area and in the center of entire complex. 

Shannon from LastKeyRealty was wonderful to us and a true gem. She allowed us to leave our bags at the property in town until the unit was cleaned and available. Then she brought our bags to the unit and met us there while we lunched and purchased groceries. She did the same at the end of our stay because our flight was not until 5 pm. What fantastic service!  She suggested several of her favorite restaurants. We would definitely go back to this beautiful place again. (Note: Do not be taken aback by the entrance in the back when you arrive which looks a bit industrial!)

We loved walking to Salute's right on the beach for a lovely dinner one evening.The Turquoise Restaurant in town is also superb with great service (wine and beer only here but excellent selections). The Porch is a cool bar where you can sit inside or outside on the pretty patio and people watch. Mallory Square at sunset was fun one night- seeing the street performers and having great Mojitos (outside the Hilton; generous portions) while walking on the promenade. We walked several blocks from our unit to a little outdoor stand place called Amy's for delicious coffee and paninis. There is a liquor store right next door if you don't want to taxi into town. Love Key West!!
