I was traveling on vacation with a family of 4. 2 adults 2 teens . The large comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen and air conditioning were a welcome retreat after being in the heat of Key West. The host also left us a delicious key lime pie. We really enjoyed our stay. Close to everything but far enough away for some chill time.

The property is exactly how it looks in the pictures. It's really nice and I definitely recommend staying here. It's home away from home. Pros:*The kitchen is well-stocked. No need to worry about lil things like coffee, sugar, salt and pepper and the like; it's all in the cabinets along with everything you need to make a meal if you wanted to. *The complimentary key lime pie in the fridge upon arrival was a very nice touch and made us feel so welcomed. *They got you covered for a trip to the beach with beach chairs, a cooler, volleyball and beach towels. *The washer and dryer in the unit was clutch too along with a couple pods. *Loved the comfy beds and extra pillows and blankets. This condo overlooks one of the pools and the privacy on the fencing was perfect. My only suggestions would be to make a few repairs (furniture, hinges, door) since the place has some wear and tear, which would be expected for a place that gets rented out often. While the rental company isn't on site, they are extremely responsive, so it's not a problem at all.

We really enjoyed the clean quiet comfortable stay. Conveniently close to the pool and waterfront. Especially enjoyed coffee in the morning on the wrap around deck. Our concierge team from Last Key was great at communicating with us and making sure we had what we needed. We would recommend staying here and renting bikes or using the Key West Rides on Demand (2/ride or 8/month) for rides around the island, no need to rent a car.

The place was nice and the people were friendly and you could actually talk to them on the phone which made it personable. I didn't enjoy the mandatory extra lease documentation. I guess they need to protect themselves from bad guests. The automated texts were a little extra for me when I just want to be on vacation, but hey at least you know they are there for you. There was a key lime pie in the fridge. I guess it was a gift from the host. That is pretty thoughtful and fitting to the area. I prefer Kermit's, but that was nice. The washer/dryer, kitchen supplies, beach chairs and cooler and more added to feeling home. Overall everything went smoothly.

Nice spacious condo one flight up from the pool with a large outdoor balcony. Very clean with modern kitchen and full size washer/dryer. Management company very responsive to calls/texts but aren’t on site -wasn’t a problem though.

Big beautiful balcony could use a little more furniture. Kitchen was well appointed and had all the basics you needed.Primary bedroom was very nice with a wonderful bathroom. Both pools were fine just showing some age.It worked perfect for us 4 guys fishing everyday. Would stay again

If you are looking for a beautiful and quiet stay, this is it. We heard nothing from outside when we were inside. Rooster crowing under the master bedroom, nope heard nothing, people partying with loud music, nope heard none of it. The only reason why I know about the loudness outside was because I always wake up in the middle of the night and check on everything, just a habit. After the second night hearing that rooster outside and asking everyone about it, my spouse who is a soft sleeper said he heard nothing and was woken up by nothing. We really needed the quietness for our stay to help with the relaxation.

My family and I have stayed at other units on the property for YEARS when I stumbled upon Set Sail- last minute. This one was my favorite unit onsite! The kitchen was very well equipped and the unit was well kept. Plenty of space and privacy. Boat slip rental, trailer storage (for an additional fee) and private parking spots were great! Just far enough from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Check in/out was a breeze and the attentiveness of the guest services coordinator, Victor was greatly appreciated. My family and I for sure book this unit again!

Property was clean, Last Key Team was very responsive. Arrival and departure was easy. This property is on the quiet end of the Island, so was very peaceful, but an easy drive to Duval St or the Seaport. The balcony was large and was a nice spot to relax and get a cool breeze from the water.

My family and I stayed here while in town for a wedding. This is on the opposite side of the island from Old Town and Duval which made it very quiet. Rooms were comfortable. Pretty much has everything you need except beach chairs. Would definitely recommend it!

The property was fantastic. The master suite was very up to date and the unit had a wrap around deck. The pool area was spacious and well maintained! Our host, Victor was very accommodating and kept in touch with us at check in and departure. The only drawback was it is a 10-15 minute drive from Duval and many of the historic activities.

This is a very comfortable and quiet rental. We liked the location for its easy access to downtown and the beaches via car, bike or golf cart. The pool is great. Victor with Last Key Realty was very attentive and helpful. Highly recommend.

Lovely Airbnb. Very spacious - nice big kitchen with a pool for those lazy sunny days. The space is great for the price and the host is very receptive. This is not the closest location to Key West Old Town. You either have to Uber or drive over there (~10minutes) where all the restaurants and activities are at. Would definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for a quieter, spacious and affordable option in Key West!

A very nice, comfortable condo stay for a family of 4. Definitely must have transportation. Really nice to be able to take advantage of great but less crowded adjacent Stock Key restaurants and boat tours, while still being able to drive down to the rest of Key West. We were four active people in our seventies going to Key West for our first time. The condo was surprisingly large and quite comfortable. Other than a couple of housekeeping issues which were rectified quickly we had no problems. Loved it and will probably return next year.

We loved staying at the Set Sail at Coconut Mallory. The apartment was beautiful. We rented bikes so our trip to Duval street everyday was our work out and our enjoyment each day. I recommend this place to any Key West traveler

Very roomy and clean, comfortable beds and couches, and nicely stocked kitchen. Huge patio/ balcony with tables and chairs, overlooking one of the pools. Close to airport and groceries, but a 15 drive to most attractions. Cute bar on site, right on small marina with docks and boats. Communication was great. We had a few minor issues like the jacuzzi tub wasn’t working and the key pad was finicky, but the managers dealt with the problems quickly. The unit is on the second floor and the elector has a terrible odor of mildew so we never used it. Overall a great stay. I recommend for the price!

Nearby waterfront bar kept it quiet, closed early, and even opened up the pool tables and darts for everyone on Thanksgiving. 15 min ride from downtown with more than enough to keep us busy for the week. We enjoyed the property a lot and the location was great for us because it was a fishing trip. Its a short drive into town so its not ideal if you want to walk to bars/restaurants. Only issue was the check out time was early at 10am but maybe that normal for VRBOs. Would definitely stay here again.

A+ Accommodations

My family and I searched and searched for the right place for all of us and our boat. We settled on the Set Sail unit at Coconut Mallory Resort managed by Last Key Reality. Very Easy to book the trip through Last Key Reality. After the trip was booked on short notice, I was given the contact info for Victor Redd. Before i could reach out to him he called me and stayed in contact with me before my arrival. Victor was at my unit when we arrived to make sure we were all set for some relaxation. Victor shined because the locations he represented DID. We had the BEST TIME without any issues. The Set Sail Unit was very very very NICE, Super Clean, Spacious, Very Modern as if it were a new remodel and absolutely Quiet, Very affordable. The Marina where we kept our boat was on site, perfect and secure. GREAT JOB Last Key. Victor, your hospitality was over the Top. I will be back in a few months. Thank You

A+ Property

Our host was very communicative and made sure we had no problems locating the unit. I’m a picky person when it comes to where I stay. This property was clean, well stocked with towels, pool towels, kitchen items, places to sit, and had a lovely wrap around deck. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious as well as the entire unit. The location was perfect for us. It was close to stores and just a short drive to Duvall St. I highly recommend booking this property.

You will love it!

The location is great! It's a very nice for the 2 couples in our group. We loved the size of the covered patio too, we sat out there even in the rain. The saltwater pool was also a refreshing treat. While we loved the location, others may not as it's far from downtown Key West but still being in Key West. It's on the Atlantic side of the island, about 2 miles from Duval St. We did not find parking in Key West to be as bad as people had said! It's pricey to park but we always found places. We would for sure rent this place again. Enjoy!

Perfect Key West Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at Set Sail! The condo was spotless and very well-equipped and decorated. It is located away from the Old Historic district - which allowed for peace and quiet at all times - but was still on the water. the pool is great and the Marina (on property) has an open air bar for drinks and snacks. I can't say enough about our coordinator, Danny. He made everything easy! He even left us the best Key Lime pie I've ever eaten! Thanks, Danny!

Well worth it!

Took my wife, daughter and granddaughter to see Key West. Plenty of room, excellent AC, pool, parking, very updated and more.. This place has the whole package- close enough to everything in Key West.

Great key west get away with equally as great location

Great place to stay in Key West. One of my favorites. Father, cousin, and myself all visited for a 5day fishing and golfing trip. The condo is 7min from airport, 5min from hurricane hole, and 5minutes from the golf course. It’s also only 10min or less from Duval and all the nightlife locations. Highly satisfied.

Perfect place for the four adults and toddler we had. Nice, clean and well stocked condo. Just BYOB and you’re all set. We also brought our kayak, and the unit is so close to the marina. And we were able to leave it on the platform with their rental kayaks. You won’t be disappointed in this one.

THE LIVING AREA & KITCHEN...

The living area has an open concept that allows your whole crew to spend time together - whether it be gathering around the large flat screen TV on the plush sofas to watch your favorite show or coming together to prepare a home cooked meal using the fully equipped kitchen. The indoor dining table seats four with two extra seats at the kitchen bar. The outdoor dining table is located on the spacious wrap-around balcony with seating for four. There is a Queen-sized Murphy bed that folds out of the cabinet in the living room to accommodate two extra guests, and there’s a full bathroom just down the hall.

I was traveling on vacation with a family of 4. 2 adults 2 teens . The large comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen and air conditioning were a welcome retreat after being in the heat of Key West. The host also left us a delicious key lime pie. We really enjoyed our stay. Close to everything but far enough away for some chill time.

The property is exactly how it looks in the pictures. It's really nice and I definitely recommend staying here. It's home away from home. Pros:*The kitchen is well-stocked. No need to worry about lil things like coffee, sugar, salt and pepper and the like; it's all in the cabinets along with everything you need to make a meal if you wanted to. *The complimentary key lime pie in the fridge upon arrival was a very nice touch and made us feel so welcomed. *They got you covered for a trip to the beach with beach chairs, a cooler, volleyball and beach towels. *The washer and dryer in the unit was clutch too along with a couple pods. *Loved the comfy beds and extra pillows and blankets. This condo overlooks one of the pools and the privacy on the fencing was perfect. My only suggestions would be to make a few repairs (furniture, hinges, door) since the place has some wear and tear, which would be expected for a place that gets rented out often. While the rental company isn't on site, they are extremely responsive, so it's not a problem at all.

We really enjoyed the clean quiet comfortable stay. Conveniently close to the pool and waterfront. Especially enjoyed coffee in the morning on the wrap around deck. Our concierge team from Last Key was great at communicating with us and making sure we had what we needed. We would recommend staying here and renting bikes or using the Key West Rides on Demand (2/ride or 8/month) for rides around the island, no need to rent a car.

The place was nice and the people were friendly and you could actually talk to them on the phone which made it personable. I didn't enjoy the mandatory extra lease documentation. I guess they need to protect themselves from bad guests. The automated texts were a little extra for me when I just want to be on vacation, but hey at least you know they are there for you. There was a key lime pie in the fridge. I guess it was a gift from the host. That is pretty thoughtful and fitting to the area. I prefer Kermit's, but that was nice. The washer/dryer, kitchen supplies, beach chairs and cooler and more added to feeling home. Overall everything went smoothly.

Nice spacious condo one flight up from the pool with a large outdoor balcony. Very clean with modern kitchen and full size washer/dryer. Management company very responsive to calls/texts but aren’t on site -wasn’t a problem though.

Big beautiful balcony could use a little more furniture. Kitchen was well appointed and had all the basics you needed.Primary bedroom was very nice with a wonderful bathroom. Both pools were fine just showing some age.It worked perfect for us 4 guys fishing everyday. Would stay again

If you are looking for a beautiful and quiet stay, this is it. We heard nothing from outside when we were inside. Rooster crowing under the master bedroom, nope heard nothing, people partying with loud music, nope heard none of it. The only reason why I know about the loudness outside was because I always wake up in the middle of the night and check on everything, just a habit. After the second night hearing that rooster outside and asking everyone about it, my spouse who is a soft sleeper said he heard nothing and was woken up by nothing. We really needed the quietness for our stay to help with the relaxation.

My family and I have stayed at other units on the property for YEARS when I stumbled upon Set Sail- last minute. This one was my favorite unit onsite! The kitchen was very well equipped and the unit was well kept. Plenty of space and privacy. Boat slip rental, trailer storage (for an additional fee) and private parking spots were great! Just far enough from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Check in/out was a breeze and the attentiveness of the guest services coordinator, Victor was greatly appreciated. My family and I for sure book this unit again!

This place was perfect. It was quiet, clean and had everything we needed. The pools were clean and well maintained. Just a short drive to the all the activities on the south end of Key West and really close to great food options on Stock island. I'd definitely come here again.

Property was clean, Last Key Team was very responsive. Arrival and departure was easy. This property is on the quiet end of the Island, so was very peaceful, but an easy drive to Duval St or the Seaport. The balcony was large and was a nice spot to relax and get a cool breeze from the water.

My family and I stayed here while in town for a wedding. This is on the opposite side of the island from Old Town and Duval which made it very quiet. Rooms were comfortable. Pretty much has everything you need except beach chairs. Would definitely recommend it!

We loved our stay. It was nice to be a little away from all the business of old town Key West. We could easily get to everything super convenient. Was so nice and roomy just a lovely place to stay. The pool was great felt good to hang there after all the excursions. Highly recommended!

The property was fantastic. The master suite was very up to date and the unit had a wrap around deck. The pool area was spacious and well maintained! Our host, Victor was very accommodating and kept in touch with us at check in and departure. The only drawback was it is a 10-15 minute drive from Duval and many of the historic activities.

Lovely Airbnb. Very spacious - nice big kitchen with a pool for those lazy sunny days. The space is great for the price and the host is very receptive. This is not the closest location to Key West Old Town. You either have to Uber or drive over there (~10minutes) where all the restaurants and activities are at. Would definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for a quieter, spacious and affordable option in Key West!

A very nice, comfortable condo stay for a family of 4. Definitely must have transportation. Really nice to be able to take advantage of great but less crowded adjacent Stock Key restaurants and boat tours, while still being able to drive down to the rest of Key West. Strengths: very clean, great communication, comfortable apartment. Particularly appreciated extra towels for pool, welcome snacks, quiet surroundings, easy parking.

We were four active people in our seventies going to Key West for our first time. The condo was surprisingly large and quite comfortable. Other than a couple of housekeeping issues which were rectified quickly we had no problems. Loved it and will probably return next year.

We loved staying at the Set Sail at Coconut Mallory. The apartment was beautiful. We rented bikes so our trip to Duval street everyday was our work out and our enjoyment each day. I recommend this place to any Key West traveler

Very roomy and clean, comfortable beds and couches, and nicely stocked kitchen. Huge patio/ balcony with tables and chairs, overlooking one of the pools. Close to airport and groceries, but a 15 drive to most attractions. Cute bar on site, right on small marina with docks and boats. Communication was great. We had a few minor issues like the jacuzzi tub wasn’t working and the key pad was finicky, but the managers dealt with the problems quickly. The unit is on the second floor and the elector has a terrible odor of mildew so we never used it. Overall a great stay. I recommend for the price!

We enjoyed the property a lot and the location was great for us because it was a fishing trip. Its a short drive into town so its not ideal if you want to walk to bars/restaurants. Only issue was the check out time was early at 10am but maybe that normal for VRBOs. Would definitely stay here again.

Great property in a lovely quiet development. Very clean and great pools. Property was very clean, safe and there was plenty of space for 4 people. Could easily sleep more people if you needed. You do need a car or golf buggy as it’s about three miles in to where all the action is in town. Will definitely go back. Thanks so much.

My family and I searched and searched for the right place for all of us and our boat. We settled on the Set Sail unit at Coconut Mallory Resort managed by Last Key Reality. Very Easy to book the trip through Last Key Reality. After the trip was booked on short notice, I was given the contact info for Victor Redd. Before i could reach out to him he called me and stayed in contact with me before my arrival. Victor was at my unit when we arrived to make sure we were all set for some relaxation. Victor shined because the locations he represented DID. We had the BEST TIME without any issues. The Set Sail Unit was very very very NICE, Super Clean, Spacious, Very Modern as if it were a new remodel and absolutely Quiet, Very affordable. The Marina where we kept our boat was on site, perfect and secure. GREAT JOB Last Key. Victor, your hospitality was over the Top. I will be back in a few months. Thank You

Our host was very communicative and made sure we had no problems locating the unit. I’m a picky person when it comes to where I stay. This property was clean, well stocked with towels, pool towels, kitchen items, places to sit, and had a lovely wrap around deck. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious as well as the entire unit. The location was perfect for us. It was close to stores and just a short drive to Duvall St. I highly recommend booking this property.

The location is great! It's a very nice for the 2 couples in our group. We loved the size of the covered patio too, we sat out there even in the rain. The saltwater pool was also a refreshing treat. While we loved the location, others may not as it's far from downtown Key West but still being in Key West. It's on the Atlantic side of the island, about 2 miles from Duval St. We did not find parking in Key West to be as bad as people had said! It's pricey to park but we always found places. We would for sure rent this place again. Enjoy!

This rental completely exceeded our expectations. The pictures honestly don't do it justice. So spacious, beautifully decorated, comfy beds, amazing wrap around porch, and great location away from the hustle bustle yet just a quick 10-12 mins away from all the action on Duval. This property location was in a quiet, residential development. There was a fun bar in the marina adjacent to the unit. Duval Street was a short drive as was the beach. Customer service was spot on. Would definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at Set Sail! The condo was spotless and very well-equipped and decorated. It is located away from the Old Historic district - which allowed for peace and quiet at all times - but was still on the water. the pool is great and the Marina (on property) has an open air bar for drinks and snacks. I can't say enough about our coordinator, Danny. He made everything easy! He even left us the best Key Lime pie I've ever eaten! Thanks, Danny!

Took my wife, daughter and granddaughter to see Key West. Plenty of room, excellent AC, pool, parking, very updated and more.. This place has the whole package- close enough to everything in Key West.

Great place to stay in Key West. One of my favorites. Father, cousin, and myself all visited for a 5day fishing and golfing trip. The condo is 7min from airport, 5min from hurricane hole, and 5minutes from the golf course. It’s also only 10min or less from Duval and all the nightlife locations. Highly satisfied.

Perfect place for the four adults and toddler we had. Nice, clean and well stocked condo. Just BYOB and you’re all set. We also brought our kayak, and the unit is so close to the marina. And we were able to leave it on the platform with their rental kayaks. You won’t be disappointed in this one.
