We really enjoyed our condo

This was a quiet location with an ocean view. Brian met us when we arrived and showed us everything. He also had a Key Lime pie waiting for us which we loved! Beds were comfortable. The living room furniture could be updated as it wasn’t very comfortable. Otherwise we had a great stay there and enjoyed Key West.

10/10 place to stay in Key West

I will definitely be back to stay with Last Key Resorts. I am glad to know that we can book directly through their website the next time I visit. The Host was friendly and met us on the property at check in. Very responsive. He was very knowledgeable about the island. The condo was perfect for the three of us. We loved eating breakfast on the balcony with that great ocean view. We spent a lot of time at the pool and natural beach in front of the condo. You also can’t beat its proximity to Smathers and Higgs beach when you want to enjoy a more commercialized feeling beach.

Amazing location and amazing apartment!

What a treat!

1800 Atlantic is such a great spot for a stay in KW especially with younger kids. This condo in particular had a wonderful spot for the kids to have their own room and space. Along with a great balcony view and everything needed to make it feel like home during our stay. Christan was the kindest to have a Key Lime pie waiting for us upon arrival. Needless to say we enjoyed it for breakfast! A must stay if you want to enjoy the island with a little distance from all the busyness of Duval/downtown.

Totally Worth It!

Worth the $ to have a full kitchen and private balcony! Every room is very spacious. There was only 2 of us and we liked having the extra bedroom for our clothes. Can easily accommodate a family of 4!! Felt very safe and was a quiet place to relax. Restaurants and shopping are not far. No issues at all and we will be back!!

(We are quite particular and usually can list a few things to improve accommodations, but we were pleased with everything!!)

We loved it!

We loved our stay at Last Key. The unit we were in was absolutely spotless and beautiful. The staff was helpful and accommodating. The only downside was that we were not informed ahead of time that requesting a late check out had to be done 72 hours in advance, so we were unable to do that. Otherwise we loved the place!!

The apartment is very pleasant!

The apartment is very pleasant. Great furniture, fully equipped with quality equipments. Nice and peaceful sea view from all the rooms. Swimming pool outside with a front sea is just great. Also a ping-pong table to play for the kids which was a plus. Christian is reactive and very clear. All was great!

AMAZING place to stay!

The balcony is very private, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is STOCKED with everything you can imagine and then some. We felt very safe at the location and the security staff is very nice. The pool area is perfect and water was comfortable. The shower was amazing and our daughters loved the jets in the bathtub . The condo is on the less populated side of the island which is really valuable to us. Christian went above and beyond for us and he even left us a gift in the fridge to enjoy. Key West is an expensive island to stay on and considering the cost of real estate and the location, the price was one of the best I had found.

Cozy Key West Condo

It’s perfect for lounging around, very cozy. The nature trail is right next to the building. Pool and hot tub are great, beautiful walk to get to it. The kitchen was so well stocked. It was a lovely kitchen. We loved the dimmable lighting. The views were great. We walked to the beach .4 miles away, it was rocky and hard to walk through to get in in some places, but it was still pleasant.

Miss it already

We come to the keys about three times a year. This condo was the most equipped for my family. The other people in the complex were very polite and the noise level was low. The condo was very spacious, the rooms and beds were very comfortable. Great stay we will definitely rebook here with our family again. Thanks for a great place!

This condo was as beautiful in person as the pictures online!

The view from the balcony is stunning! The best part of renting this unit is that you are taken care of by Last Key Realty. I have never had a representative meet me at a VRBO upon arrival like Last Key Realty did! They took care of us from start to finish! Christian was awesome to work with! He met us outside the condo and showed us how to enter, how to use door key pad and answer ed all our questions. He even had a Key Lime Pie waiting for us in the refrigerator! This kitchen was the best stocked VRBO kitchen I have ever seen! I honestly would choose this place again! I highly recommend Shang-Ri-La in Key West! It will not disappoint!! Thank you, Christian and Last Key Reality for making this a memorable vacation for our family! We had a blast!

Thank you for a terrific girl's week!!

This was a wonderful condo to stay in during our girl's week in Key West. The condo was clean and comfortable with a fantastic view. The heated pool was large with a great view of the beach. It was nice to be able to take walks on Smathers beach and walk to downtown from the condo. We rented bikes through the concierge which was convenient and easy to use. We also went kayaking and had so many fabulous meals on the island. This truly was the most relaxing vacation I have had in years. Tracie made a truly turnkey experience for us.

Really enjoyed the condo and everything they had there for us. The pool area was very nice and we were glad to use it before hurricane Ian came through. Do know this is a residential condo and not a resort. We fully respected the rules but there were a lot of them. We are looking forward to booking again in the future.

Highly recommend for a stress-free, smooth trip!!

My husband and I visited Key West for the first time to get married :) We stayed at Shangri-La at 1800 Atlantic.  Everyone I had the pleasure of interacting with was wonderful.  The condo was absolutely perfect, just as described and pictured.  We walked into a clean, modern, cool (temp), and welcoming environment.  Last Key communicated with us from start to finish.  I always felt like I had resources should I need any assistance.  Very friendly and informative!

 

Our guest coordinator was excellent! He greeted us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the place.  There were complimentary waters and key lime pie left for us.  The concierge service was great.  They made arrangements for our bicycle rentals and jet ski excursion.  Everything was seamless and easy, as it should be on vacation!

 

I will absolutely be coming back to wonderful Key West and will absolutely be working with Last Key upon my return.

Everything about the property was spot on and as expected!

The interior decor was modern and clean, the patio was fabulous and gave a nice view of ocean with privacy from neighbors. We were welcomed with a key lime pie and bottled waters, plus enough supplies to last the trip (TP, soaps, etc). All around enjoyable, though the hall carpets were worn and we had no idea where to put our trash when we left!

Our stay couldn’t have been better

A wonderful condo in a great location close to everything. The apartment was clean and very comfortable for our family of 4. The balcony opens up to a nature preserve and an ocean view and it has lounge chairs and a table. The kitchen was upgraded and well stocked. Loved the large master bedroom shower. The check-in and check-out process was easy and Greg, our guest service coordinator was great in accommodating our late arrival and early check out. The condo has a great garden and a very nice pool with a view of the ocean. It was a truly wonderful stay.

Everything was Fantastic

Beautiful condo that was clean and had a nice view from the patio. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals. Loved the pool area and it was an easy walk to the public beach. We brought our own volleyball since there are nets at the beach. About a 10 min walk to the pier and a 30 min walk to Duval st.

Great Condo made for a Great Trip

Monique did a wonderful job welcoming us to Key West.  We arrived at the condo in the middle of the night and she made sure all the lights were on and had music playing.  The key lime pie she left in the fridge for us was AMAZING!  The condo was beautiful, clean, spacious and had a great view of the Gulf.  Kitchen had all the amenities that we needed.  The pool was large, well kept with plenty of lounge chairs.  It never felt crowded.  We brought a volleyball with us and walked to the local beach - 5 min walk.  Loved the dedicated parking spot in the parking garage which kept our car cool.  Be sure to check out the local farms market by the pier about a 10 min walk.  It was about a 30 min walk to Duval St. - We loved this location.

Was a great location close to everything

The main bedroom shower was huge, great patio also. We had 4 adults- 2 in the main room, and 2 in each twin bed- there was a couch also so plenty of room for more than 4. Got groceries and did our own breakfast and late night meals to save $. Overall a really good location!

Wonderful Condo!

We loved our stay with last key! The condo was easy to get to and the instructions for check in were very thorough. The view from the condo was amazing! We also were walking distance from the beach and several food options. Just a short Uber ride to Duval street. My family and I had a wonderful time.

Hands Down Best Vacation Ever!

We walked in and were amazed by the pure cleanliness and beautiful views!  Our host Monique was the most amazing person ever! She was in contact the entire time and made sure we had an amazing time!

 

I cannot thank Monique for her 5 star service while we were down in the Keys! We saw the entire island with great suggestions from her and I know I will be back!  This was the absolute best vacation my group has ever had!

Great Stay in a Beautiful Condo with a Picture Perfect View of the Ocean

Our concierge, Monique, took care of us from the start. Perfect ocean view entire length of condo with triple sliding glass doors in all three rooms. Everything is set up for you to enjoy Key West. Such a Special Stay!

Unwind and Relax at Shang-Ri-La

I speak for my wife and our dear friends that vacationed for the first time in Key West. And while everything we did off-site was amazing, it wouldn't have been the same without being able to unwind and relax at Shang-Ri-La. Our New Go To Place in Key West!

Stunning

Great property and wonderful pool

The property was beautiful with an island feel, walking out to the pool that overlooks the ocean. The pool area closes at 10 pm, FYI for those that are late swimmers. The interior of the unit was clean and inviting. The property managers ensured there was plenty of information available for the vacationer to plan activities. Amazing & Comfortable

What a great place for our first visit to Key West. The condo was beautiful and met all our expectations. It was fully loaded with everything we needed in the kitchen, beach towels, chairs, cooler and laundry. The master bed and bath was amazing. Both beds were very comfortable. The balcony and view was our favorite spot but the gardens, pool and spa area were beautiful as well. Monique, our property manager was so friendly and helpful. Beautiful view, comfy bed, cute condo

It had everything we needed, including kitchen appliances, giant walk in shower. But also, the gorgeous ocean view. We spent the extra cash for a view and were not disappointed. Just like it showed in the pictures. A nice touch also was labeling all the light switches. Quiet, clean, modern. Great communication with the property manager Monique also. 30th birthday bash

We stayed at Shang-Ri-La for mine and my best friends 30th birthday. The condo was exactly as pictured. It was very clean and well maintained. It has everything you could possibly need for an island get away. The view from the balcony is priceless. The pool and beach area are perfect. Walking distance to the public beach next door. Close enough to historic district and restaurants! Monique was wonderful to work with. Very responsive and professional. We cannot wait to go back!

A piece of paradise!

Excellent choice of stay in Key West

We were so happy with our stay at the Shang Ri-La at the Beach! 1st Class Operation

Went to Key West via Key West Express Boat for Labor Day Wkend. Stayed at a condo called Shang-ri-la. The unit looked exactly like the pics on the website - Just Beautiful. Worked with Last Key Realty, Monique Murphy, and she did a fabulous job. From the very start stayed in touch with us. She was very professional, efficient, helpful and very friendly. She certainly made our trip that much better. The owners of that unit did an amazing job with the décor. The pool, jacuzzi and tropical grounds was awesome. The only bad part of our trip was it was cut in half due to the impending weather from Hurricane Dorian forcing the port to have the boat go back 2 days early. Alex O'Donnell at Last Key has been most helpful in any paperwork/info we may need for the trip interruption. We plan to go back and again and finish what we started. Will definitely use Last Key Realty in the future.

Relaxing Getaway!

Great Experience

 

From when Monique with Last Key met us at check-in to when she met us at check-out it was a great experience. We had a small issue with the Wi-Fi which was handled promptly and professionally. Kitchen was very nicely equipped also. We will definitely come back.

Really nice place to stay

I have nothing but good to say about the condo and the management company. The condo was better than you can see from the photos and was without a doubt the best VRBO/HomeAway I have rented. The unit was very well decorated, comfortable, stocked and organized like no other. Monique was on site to greet us, and left us a very nice welcome culinary treat. Last Key was a pleasure to work with. While any honest review will include negatives, the only one we had was beyond the control of the company...hydrogen sulfide. We did pick a time that the ocean decided to inundate us with the infamous Key West odor, but that is just part of being on Smathers Beach. Was not a problem inside the condo. Overall, very pleased.

Beautiful place!
My husband and I stayed at Shang-Ri-La for 4 nights. The place is beautiful. It was also very clean which is extremely important to me. We loved the privacy on the balcony. We would sit out there every morning and have our coffee. This place has all the conveniences of home. It is also close to everything; just a short drive. Also a shout out to Rodney for an easy booking process and to Monique for everything else. She was awesome! We loved the pie she left for us! Just one comment, we think the living room furniture could me more comfortable. The bed was very comfortable though, we both slept great!

We spent 3 amazing nights at Shang Ri La and will definitely return

No need to look anywhere else since Last Key won me over completely. I've already sent recommendations on the property and Last Key Realty to friends and colleagues, I was so impressed with EVERYTHING! The property was in great condition, had literally any and everything we needed to enjoy our time, and we were so fortunate to have Monique Griffin help us throughout our stay, and she even took the time to have awesome birthday treats waiting for us (I think I mentioned it was the end of a birthday trip for me ONCE and she was all over it!). The concierge service is awesome and helped us book some adventures on the island--can't say enough great things about it!

First Time in Keys
We have rented in FLA, but never in Keys or with Last Key. Our family enjoyed the rental and the experience. Monique from Last Key was great. She made sure we were welcomed and took time to ensure a smooth start- she was super helpful. The unit is very nice, roomy and well appointed. The pool area and location were very good for us. We loved being able to go out on the balcony at various times to enjoy the beautiful views. Our trip was excellent!

I would absolutely stay here again!

Stayed in Last Key's "Shang-Ri-La" property 2/8 through 2/14 to celebrate my 50th birthday with a couple of friends from Germany. I've stayed in many vacation condos before, but "Shang-Ri-La" is BY FAR the best equipped and stocked and best managed I've ever been to. It literally has everything. The sunset view from the terrace is spectacular! The building's pool is large and heated. The beach is a few steps across the street. The concierge service is fast and easy to use. Last Key Realty's service is impeccable. Monique Griffin is any vacationer's dream to work with: she's welcoming, warm & friendly, and incredibly attentive! I had a balloon, a bottle of prosecco and the BEST key lime birthday pie waiting for me upon arrival! Communicating with her was fast and easy, and she will have a solution for any potential problem before you know you even have one.

She was there to meet us upon arrival and provided some excellent information about the condo as well as some great referrals to use during our stay. We had a great post-Thanksgiving stay at Shang-Ri-La. Monique was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any requests. We wished there were two lounge chairs in the balcony (as shown in the picture) but everything else was as described and lovely. Location was quiet, but close enough to the action. We actually preferred being walking distance to the beach rather than Duval. Pool amenities were nice as well.

Last Key Realty, through its’ agent Monique, sets a standard by which all rental management companies should operate. They set the bar for the five star rating. All communications, their automated and personal follow up messages and personal interactions were exemplary. The property was exactly as advertised, it was complete with an abundance of supplies. We were greeted with a text welcoming us - we arrived on the Key West Express from Fort Myers. Monique met us at the door and offered to get us a baggage cart rather than pointing out that there WERE baggage carts. She had a Key Lime pie waiting as a welcoming gift along with a bottle of champagne. I could go on and on but let me say the only complaint we could register was the suggestion that the maintenance man spray some WD40 on a squeaking bathroom door. If you’re thinking of renting here, do it. You’ll be very happy.

4 days at Shang Ri La

The Concierge service was convenient and easy- we had no trouble setting up our bike and kayak rentals. The view from the balcony was beautiful with an amazing sunset and ocean view. Quick Uber ride into downtown Key West. Would recommend to families looking for a relaxing vacation site!

Awesome space and warm reception!

Perfect Fit!

This condo was the perfect fit for my family of 4. There was plenty of room to spread out. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, fully supplied kitchen, sitting area, dining area and a large balcony. The ac worked great. The washer and dryer worked well. There were plenty of towels and pool/beach towels. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The pool was very large and there are two reserved lap lanes where I swam laps each day. The tennis courts were in great shape, 2 hard and one clay, where my husband and daughter played each day. The tennis pro provided clinics and private lessons which we took advantage of each day. The location is quiet and safe with gated under building parking. The location is about a mile from Duval, so we rented bikes and used them everyday to navigate the island. Shannon was friendly and very helpful. She checked up on us several times during our stay and made us feel very well taken care of during our vacation. I would definitely book this again. I feel that it was a good value for all the extras that were provided. The pictures are very accurate. The view was dreamy! We are missing Key West and talking about next Spring Break already!

Very nice, clean, well-appointed condo

Very nicely renovated unit. Location and view were great! Condo grounds and pool were very nice. Shannon, the rental agent, was very helpful, and quickly remedied the one problem we had- she came right out on a Sunday morning. Highly recommended.

You won't be disappointed!

This condo is nothing short of amazing! It is exactly as the pictures describe it. The views are even better in person than the pictures as well! We recently stayed here for our wedding/honeymoon and loved every minute. Last Key Rental does an amazing job cleaning and giving you absolutely everything that you would need. It's quiet. The pool and hot tub are awesome. You are a bit far from down town so you would need to rent bikes, a car, taxi etc. It is not within walking distance. The full kitchen is key and the huge walk in shower in the master makes this feel like you're at a fancy resort. Rent this. You won't be disappointed!

An awesome stay in Key West at Shang-ri-la @ The Beach

Shang-ri-la was everything we had hoped for AND MORE! A very well appointed condo in every way. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need for snacking or a gourmet meal. We enjoyed watching the birds and seeing all of the boats on the water every morning as we ate breakfast on the balcony. TV's were very nice for watching the Super Bowl. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub everyday. Late afternoon on the balcony is perfect for watching the beautiful sunsets that are so breathtaking in Key West. Shannon met us at the gate upon arrival and came by to bid us farewell and safe travels upon departure. No worries if you need anything, Shannon communicated with us several times during our visit and offered great info on sites to see, restaurants and bars. Having never been to Key West, we were delighted with our choice of Shang-ri-la and are already planning a return trip in the not too distant future. Shannon and Last Key are definitely top notch!!

WOW!

Our family of 4 stayed at Shang-Ri-La for the 4th of July holiday. This unit is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities you could possibly need. The location is right on the ocean with amazing views. The grounds and pool area were beautifully landscaped and very well maintained. I really liked the security the building offered us. The local management company made every effort to help us too! Thanks again Last Key Realty.

Key West has so much to do, but I recommend renting a moped or bicycles. Parking is limited around Duval Street. Caroline's was a great place to eat too. 

I would definitely stay here again, and I would also recommend Shang-Ri-La to a friend. I always read reviews, but I hardly every write one. But this place is exceptional!
