I stayed here for a few nights on a recent weekend in Santa Barbara. The property is clean, updated, and has a good feeling to it. I appreciated the covered parking, which made entry and exit quite seamless. The unit itself was small, but well appointed. Comfortable bed, quiet space, and high quality finishes. It was raining during most of my trip, however, when the sun came out on the last day - I spent some time on the roof. This is a beautiful part of the property, and I hope to enjoy it again on future trips. All in all a great option when visiting Santa Barbara.

I wanted for nothing. We could see both the luxurious pool, or the beautiful Atlantic Ocean from this condo. I forgot nice jewelry when we left. Cleaning crew found them and gave them to the manager. He contacted me and mailed my jewelry to me. They have more rentals in the area too. Already planning our next trip!

This property is in a great location. Only 2 blocks from lower State Street where all the action is and less than a 15 minute walk to the furthest places you might want to visit such as the Santa Barbara Courthouse or the beach / Stearn's Wharf The rooftop deck and covered parking (limited but there were like 6 spaces) were bonuses and there's plenty of additional parking in the lot or the street. This is a newly renovated property as of 2024 and it shows. There are very modern features and everything is new. Questions and help are just a text away and the remote concierges are very responsive and friendly. Highly recommended!!!

The unit is absolutely beautiful, the view is incredible, and the amenities were a nice welcome surprise. Very secure property with the gates and keys needed, private beach area was a nice bonus. The unit itself was gorgeous and we could not hear any neighbors around above or below us. The balcony was amazing and we used it often. The host was extremely attentive and kept checking on us. Would 100% recommend staying here, it was fantastic!!

The pool is great. It’s an older population in the complex but was great with our family. One of the good beaches is steps away. We rented a golf cart and had a car and there was no problem parking both. Condo has everything you can need and is super roomy. Rental agency was great. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at Key West. Once we saw our condo on the inside and the view from our balcony, we didn’t care about the ugly carpet in the building corridor. The pool was fantastic, never crowded, and the view of the ocean was wonderful. The condo was modern decor with all the amenities you will need. The beds were amazing, the master shower was huge and the instant hot water heater was wonderful! Christian took care of us from Last Key Realty! He was helpful and gave us many suggestions for dining. They even offered to store our luggage after we checked out since our flight did not leave until evening. Overall this was a 6 star review, and we would love to go and stay at Smooth Sailing again!

Beautiful place to spend quality time with family or friends. The reality host were friendly and responsive. There’s a beach next to the location and can always rent a bike or take a quick Uber ride to Duval street or sunset pier. Overall, we had an amazing time.

The pool was large and always well maintained. The unit was even larger than expected and had two pull out couches in the living room with comfortable mattresses! The only negative is that it is a few miles from most restaurants so if you don’t like longer walks (which we didn’t mind) you would want to have a vehicle or grab a Uber. Even the Uber was convenient. We never had to wait more than 3 minutes to get picked up! We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was amazing. It was clean and had a beautiful view. Everything was really close by. I just wished we could have done more research. We didn't realize the beaches were man-made. I was disappointed to find out that although we did have our own private entrance to the beach, we went at the wrong time of year (May). The beach or whole town had a very bad sewage smell, along with the algies and the rocks along the shore, unlike the sandy beaches that I'm used to. Other than that, the condo was a 5 out of 5.

This condo was beautiful and extremely clean. The kitchen had everything you needed to be able to cook. We ended up renting bikes for our stay and left our car in the parking garage. Most of the restaurants were about 2 miles away—biking was a fun and easy way to get around without having to try to find a parking spot, would highly recommend! Only downfall was the beach that was the closest to us had a ton of seaweed currently, so we biked to one that was a little further away and had no issue there! We loved our stay and would absolutely recommend staying. Both beds were very comfortable. The host even left us a key lime pie in the fridge as a welcome gift.

My group of four (2 adults and 2 older teenagers) had a wonderful 5-day stay at this property. The unit has a beautiful ocean view, and is conveniently located within walking distance of swimmable beaches. The pool at the condo association is very well maintained and suitable for lap swimming as well as playing around. The layout of the unit is comfortable and it is well appointed with everything you need for cooking and doing laundry. The condo property houses a mix of owners and short-term renters, and everyone we encountered was very friendly. The management company, Last Key, is efficient and accurate with their communication.

Started with great communication with the property manager. They were waiting at the front door of the complex when we arrived. Very informative about the complex and neighborhood. Great tips for food and entertainment. The unit is absolutely beautiful. The view from the patio is amazing. Everything that you needed for cooking is provided. The owner had beach chairs and towels available for use. Would definitely stay here again.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo was amazing, large and spacious. The kitchen was large and well supplied. The view from the living room, balcony and both bedrooms were amazing. We watched shrimping boats at work as well as other water craft.

We’ve had hits and misses with online bookings but this property exceeded our expectations! The description doesn’t do it justice. The property is gorgeous, the pool is huge, the sandy beach is great and we walked down along the natural beach several days to collect shells and look under rocks with my youngest. Also the gym and sauna were a nice surprise. We arrived late with no issues and there were cupcakes waiting for the kiddos-the sweetest gesture. Location is off the beaten path but I wasn’t wanting to stay on busy ducal, much quieter and more relaxing here and a short drive to anywhere you want to go. Condo is updated, fully stocked with towels, dishes, even spices. Views are perfect and we loved the birds and lizards in the mornings and all the plants and wildlife. We’ve stayed in key west many times but this was our favorite spot so far.  We will return for sure!

We thoroughly enjoyed 1800 Atlantic. Quiet and well maintained. Having a parking spot was fantastic. Beautiful pool area as well. The condo itself was fabulous with everything we needed. Our host Monique was there to meet us and even had a nice birthday surprise for my husband. We will definitely rent from Last Key again.

Condo was very clean. Kitchen had everything you needed. We absolutely loved it here. Shower was huge and so nice. The pool was large and landscaping was beautiful. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful 2 bedroom condo that is close to everything but tucked far enough away for some peace and quiet. Comfortable furnishings, great amenities, immaculate pool and views - what more do you need in a place?  Monique, our contact at Last Key Realty, was awesome too. First time in the Keys and what a great time. We stayed at the property "SMOOTH SAILING, #334". Beautiful property and adequately furnished. Very clean and extremely comfortable. But the best part was our contact person, Monique Griffin. To sum her up, OUTSTANDING!!! This trip was a surprise for my wife's 50th birthday. Monique went above and beyond. So many little touches to add to this great property.  My wife was super impressed and the trip was one to remember. Thank you Last Key Realty for this great property and a HUGE THANKS TO MONIQUE!!! If you go to Key West, I gladly recommend Last Key Realty for your property but ESPECIALLY Monique!! She's the best!!!

Very nice condo unit with beautiful ocean views from family room and both bedrooms. Well stocked kitchen and nearby grocery store. Nice large pool and hot tub right near the beach. Communication with the realty company was fantastic. Monique stayed in regular touch in the couple of days before our stay as we watched the forecast for Tropical Storm Elsa. She also gave us great recommendations for places to stop along the way, and restaurants when we got there. A nice welcome package was much appreciated upon our arrival. Would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed "Smooth Sailing" (aka Unit 334)! The condo is in excellent condition with all new appliances including a FULL-SIZE washer and dryer in the unit which we've never seen before. The kitchen is very well stocked with almost anything you could need (including spices). Most light switches are labeled which is a nice touch, too. 1800 Atlantic is a well-maintained, quiet property with a mix of retirees, families with adult children, and young families. The property is convenient to both Smathers and Higgs Beaches. Note that the property is on the opposite side of the island from Old Town (near the airport) - while it was easy to get to Duval Street by car or bike, you won't have the convenience of being in the heart of the action if that's important to you. If you bring a car, parking is in a dedicated space in a garage that is extremely convenient to both the elevator and the unit. All-in-all, our stay in Smooth Sailing was just that - extremely smooth!

We stayed at 1800 Atlantic Ave. in Key West Florida this last week. We cannot say enough good things about the condo we stayed in “Smooth Sailing”. Very very nice with a great view! But to top it all off Monique was our host through Last Reality & she was EXCELLENT!! We would recommend this property any day & defiantly would request to have Monique as your host through Last Reality! It truly was perfect!

Smooth Sailing is an appropriate name for the condo. The whole process was smooth and any questions I had were answered in a timely manner. The condo was super clean and provided basic kitchen items one might use but not pack for vacation. We loved the gardens and the "beach" by the pool. I would recommend staying at this condo.

I've stayed in the Keys dozens of times, many in KW. Came down for a trip with friends. "Smooth Sailing" was by far the best location, most affordable and beautiful of them all! Monique Griffith (personal customer service rep) was the icing on the cake! Love her!

This was a fantastic property and location. Pictures are accurate. The building itself is a little dates but the minute you get into your room, it wont even matter. Love the view (ocean, hot tub and pool view), the kitchen (full stocked with coffee pot, blender, Keurig, spices, pots and pans, cups and plates etc), the washer and dryer (with complimentary detergent and dryer sheets), local menues and adventure suggestions as well as a winderful surprise: Key Lime Poppyseed bread and Key Lime Nuts. Wonderful. Takes a little exploring to find your way to the pool area but once you do, there is a beautiful walkway with plants and orchids, as well as just a short walk beyond the pool is the beach.

This property sits right on the beach with amazing sunsets. The property has an excellent location for both relaxing quietly or just a five minute ride to downtown on Duval street for the night time activities. The Smooth Sailing condo was absolutely beautiful with everything we needed for our stay. There was two bathrooms and two bedrooms which were excellent, also two fold out couches with comfortable beds. The pool area is also excellent with a large pool and hot tub which was relaxing throughout the day. The property is under lock and key which was very comforting knowing you were safe from people coming on the property. There is nice places to go walking right outside of the property which my wife and sister enjoyed every day. The condo is also close to some great restaurants with great food. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to Key West.

Very impressive condo with updated fixtures and furnishings. Living Room and both bedrooms have views of the Florida Straight. Pool was very large and the outdoor areas were very clean. About 5-10 mins from Mallory Square area. Secure parking. Definitely a place we would like to stay at again.

The condo is beautiful - large, spacious, with wonderful decor. It was immaculately clean and well maintained. Checking in was a breeze - we arrived later in the evening and Laura arranged a lock box for us with the keys since she could not be there. James was working security and helped us check in, find our parking spot (there is one covered garage spot included,) our condo, and showed us around the complex. The amenities included are basically everything you could need. They have fresh linens for the beds (in addition to already being made up with fresh linens,) plenty of towels, beach towels, iron and ironing board. They also provide beach chairs, pool noodles, a hair dryer, Tide pods for the washer and dryer (which are in the unit), dishwasher soap, a small cooler, and much more. The kitchen is stocked with plates, bowls, cups, silverware, plastic dinnerware to use on the patio, as well as pots, pans, Tupperware, plenty of spatulas and utensils. Also included charcoal and grilling tools for the outdoor community grills. There is a wine fridge and plenty of wine and champagne glasses. There is a regular coffee maker as well as a Keurig, a toaster, hand blender, waffle maker, full blender. We cooked our Thanksgiving dinner here and only had to bring a roasting pan and a few casserole dishes from home to be able to cook a full turkey dinner! The beds were very comfortable, the showers were large and spacious and worked well - the master shower is complete heaven with all 5+ shower jets! There is access to the balcony from the living room as well as off of both bedrooms. You can’t see the complete sunset from the patio due to the trees, but you still get a beautiful view of the sun setting, the pool, and the ocean. Laura was available throughout our stay to answer any questions and make recommendations for restaurants and local activities. There is a complimentary concierge. The pool is wonderful, large and heated. There is a small beach area but no access to the ocean water directly. The condo complex is secure, locked doors from every entrance. In summary, this place was everything we expected and more. We thoroughly enjoyed our week here and the condo was well worth the price. We enjoyed staying on the ‘quieter’ side of the island as well - Duval Street is only a $12-14 Uber ride away and very easy to get to. If we ever return, we will without a doubt stay here again! There was a beautiful view outside of each bedroom and living room. This was a great location to many of the different areas on the island. Small beach just a 5 minute walk away and about 2 miles away from all the other beach areas, Duval street, fishing, etc. The staff provided our family with everything we needed from beach chairs, to sunscreen, bug spray, beach towels and much more. They were always prompt in responding when we needed them, and had great recommendations on where to eat and anything we wanted to do. The people are so nice, welcoming, and it is overall a beautiful island to discover and coming back home was great after a long day. Can’t wait to come back and would do it all over again.

The building looks old on the outside, and the common areas are dated, but the apartment is updated, very comfortable. During our stay there was a pungent smell in the whole area, so we did not use the large, private balcony overlooking the ocean. Laura the host was very helpful, explained everything upon our arrival.

  The property is so well kept. Everything is high end. We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend it. Communication was very efficient and prompt. Shannon was awesome, instructions were very clear. Check in and out was easy and smooth. We were welcome to the property with a delicious Key Lime Pie and a lovely welcome card in the fridge. What else can you ask for?

Our condo through Last Key was the perfect place to crash after a long day of sightseeing. We were so impressed with the service and especially our host, Laura, who made us feel right at home. That key lime pie hit the spot! We would absolutely stay with them again.

Everything is new and sparkling clean. All amenities you would need are there and if you need anything extra, it is delivered immediately. We found all the beds, including the fold-out sofa, to be very comfortable and convenient. The building is pretty quiet and very secure. We enjoyed the hot tub and close access to the beach. The building is about a 15 minute bike ride from downtown Key West and the concierge arranged both our bikes to be delivered and a sunset boat ride.

We used Last Key Reality to rent a condo (Smooth Sailing) for a long weekend from 11/8/18-11/11/18. I can't say enough about how awesome the condo was, and how great and accommodating the staff was. Our contact Laura met us at the condo for check-in (they gave us early check in and late check out!), brought mimosas to celebrate a birthday in our group, and gave us a full rundown of the place. 2 couples stayed in an 1800 Atlantic Boulevard condo. The entire experience was fantastic. The condo was beautiful, and the pool was perfect for both our lap swimmer and noodle floaters. Great view from the third floor unit and Last Key made us feel welcome and informed. Highly recommend both.

This condo was perfect! We stayed for a week in August with 3 teenage boys and I could not have asked for anything better. Last Key Reality was top notch. I was celebrating my 50th birthday and they had flowers in our unit when we arrived. The rental agent was in constant touch with us and helped with anything we needed. The unit was very spacious and clean with ample towels and amenities. The pool was amazing and location was perfect, right on the water away from the crowds, yet close enough to bike to all of the action. I would stay in this unit again and book with Last Key Reality anytime. I highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.

Location was perfect for our interests, Smathers Beach is just a very short walk from the Condo and offered us sand and a great location to do some easy snorkeling with the kids! If the beach isn't what your looking for the pool and spa were really great and made for a great place to relax. Anywhere you wish to go is just a short ride away and if you don't feel up to venturing out to eat, many places deliver, or even better stay in and utilize the awesome kitchen like we did on multiple occasions. It was a miracle I was able to convince my wife to leave, she fell in love with the place! Will definitely plan on future visits in the future!

Our family of 5 stayed at La Bonnie Vie June 24 - July 1. This was our first visit to Key West and it definitely won't be our last! Shannon from Last Key Realty, Inc. was fabulous!!! She reached out to us ahead of our visit and answered all of our questions. She met us at the condo on check-in day, told us all about the condo/pool and provided a TON of great info on restaurants, sight-seeing, etc. She even touched base with us throughout the week to make sure we were enjoying our vacation. The condo itself was absolutely gorgeous. Beautifully updated (LOVED the kitchen and the Master Bathroom had a fabulous spa shower!). It was very clean and well taken care of! Ocean views from every room, convenient parking spot and a short walk to the pool. This condo is also a short 5 minute walk to Smather's Beach which gives you the best of both worlds. Some of favorite restaurants included: El Siboney Restaurant (authentic Cuban food), Santiago's Bodega (tapas), Louie's Backyard (sit outside on the patio) and Salute (Italian). Shannon recommended Salute as did a local woman we met in the pool and it was one of favorites! Cuban Coffee Queen is a must for coffee lovers! Other suggestions: Hemingway's House, The Conch Train, Southernmost Point, paddle boarding at Smather's Beach, a sunset snorkeling cruise, Sloppy Joe's, Mile 0 Marker, Mallory's Square and of course, Duval Street. We would highly recommend Key West and would definitely look to book again with Last Key Reality, Inc.!!!

Just got back home from 4 nights/5 days at La Bonne Vie. We were in town both for a few days of scuba diving but also to celebrate Independence Day in a beach environment. Everything at La Bonne Vie is top notch! This is the rare case where the pics really do not do it justice. Ocean view from all rooms. Very comfortable, all details taken care of and a very nice location, close enough to all the action but far enough to escape a bit. The property management company and their representatives (including concierge service) take care of any need you have. We will definitely be back.

This condo was extremely well appointed and the view is actually better than the pictures portray. As it was our first trip to Key West we were pretty active while we were there, but La Bonne Vie was a peaceful and relaxing landing point for starting and ending the day. Could not have found a better accommodation.

Found a bike rental place in the extensive booklet provided that delivered and picked up. A public beach is adjacent to the property and less than a 5 minute walk. A 15 minute walk in the other direction leads to a pier to watch the sunrise, walk in a beautiful public garden or eat at a nice seaside restaurant. Shannon, our Realtor host, gave us a thorough intro to Key West, answered all our questions and took care of our every request. She was terrific. Thanks Shannon!

La Bonne Vie is a great spot. The condo we stayed was practically new. Very clean unit and the building and grounds are spotless. Big beautiful kitchen, big living room, two full baths, a big balcony with sweeping views of the ocean. The balcony has three ways to enter it, which is nice. The unit has full washer and dryer. The pool area is very nice. Big warm pool and a big outdoor Jacuzzi. It also has a nice beach area. You cant access the ocean directly but Smather's Beach is a 2 minute walk and Higgs beach is about a 10 minute walk away. The one drawback is that it is a 10-15 minute drive to Mallory Square but other than that, it is a great spot. Also, Shannon, the representative from Last Key is very good and helpful. She helped with restaurant recommendations and tips around the island. You can also book tours, etc through Last Key, which is very helpful. Definitely go to Hogfish and Conch Republic restaurants.

This condo was very clean and updated, spacious, decorated very tastefully, the beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen space is incredible! The property managers, Last Key Realty, were extremely accommodating and offer great tips on places to eat, things to see, and activities to enjoy during your stay. We rented scooters to go around the island, and that worked out perfectly. We came with another couple, and we all highly recommend this property!

The property was amazing. Right on the water, great view, and wonderful pool and hot tub facilities. All Gated and secure. The condo unit was fantastically decorated and all updated with all brand new appliances. Great time in Key West!! Last Key Realty was wonderful!!!
