Highly Recommend for Large Groups

The rental we just returned from - - Southernmost Hospitality V in Key West - - was perfect in every way for our group of nine. Separate bedrooms and bathrooms for each couple are such a positive. Great outdoor entertaining area out back with pool and fantastic people watching from your front porch right on Duval St. On the opposite end of the raucous part of Duval St but be prepared from some loud noise from the street at certain times. Would highly recommend to any large groups wishing to stay together in the heart of Key West.

This house was perfect for our group of 4 couples!

The location was great! We could walk or ride the golf cart anywhere we wanted to go in just a few minutes. The pool was perfect for an afternoon of hanging out. And we enjoyed drinking coffee on the porch! It was very clean and smelled great! Overall a great place!

We had a wonderful time exploring Key West!

This location was perfect for our group. We enjoyed hanging out in the pool everyday, and on the porch the day it rained (due to Idalia). It was nice to be within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Thank you for providing a great place for us to be together!

Perfect Big Home

Highly Recommended for your Key West Vacation!

We loved this home. It was easy check-in and check-out and it was nice to be greeted by Danny who went over the house amenities. We were delighted to be welcomed with the key lime pies and rum cake, which everyone enjoyed!

 

The home is clean and decor is tasteful throughout. Roomy and comfortable bedrooms, several with attached bathrooms. The bathrooms have been updated and are modern. The primary suite is conveniently located on the first floor next to the kitchen making it easy to grab our coffee and sit out by the pool as the sun rose. The wraparound porch and the balcony were extras that we were unaware of but enjoyed. The outside areas were perfect for all ages —especially the saltwater pool which provided hours of fun!

 

The location is convenient to all things Key West and we didn't find being on Duval too loud at all. An occasional loud motorcycle or reveler blasting music could be heard, but that is to be expected. We appreciated the supplied coffee pods a lot! I would highly recommend staying here for anyone vacationing in Key West. We had a good vacation and being able to stay here contributed to the enjoyable time we had! Thank you for your hospitality.

Perfect for Families

We spent our yearly family vacation here. We couldn't have picked a better location nor better accommodations. Everything is as pictured and described. The Property Manager, Danny, was very friendly and helpful. The pool was a big hit and is where we spent most of our time when we were not out exploring. I would definitely recommend this property.

This house is amazing!

It is everything that is described and more. We have been renting via VRBO for over 10 years and often the property is more 'tired' than the pictures indicate. Not so with this beautiful house!  The interior was freshly painted, up to date, and plenty of room for a large group. The location is incredible. The check-in process, including the communication prior to check-in, was smooth and easy. There is corn-hole, horseshoes and a little putting green and plenty of room for spectators on the grand wrap-around porch. The porch on the second floor was incredible for people watching. We did not cook, but the kitchen did appear to have everything you would need. There was even a full size refrigerator out by the pool. We were a group of adults, no children. But this property would be great for people of all ages. We will definitely be back.

Perfect for our family

We stayed at this wonderful house for 5 nights. Check-in went well and check-out was a breeze. The rest is a little fuzzy, but we had a great time and the house worked for the 12 of us. The kids loved playing mini-golf and corn hole in the front yard.  The location is amazing. The roosters are noisy. We'll be back.

Great location!

We had a family trip to the Keys, 8 adults, one toddler, one infant. The amenities of Southernmost Point were perfect for our trip. Our needs were met quickly and we had no problems. Looking forward to returning one day soon.

A Truly Unforgettable Experience

Our group booked the Southernmost Point V home on Duval Street for a birthday trip to Key West. The home was very clean, which is important during this pandemic, and had plenty space for our group. Greg with Last Key met us at the house upon our arrival and gave us a tour of the home. He even had birthday cupcakes in the fridge for us! Thanks Greg! We ate every last one of them.

Everything was well thought out with this home: fully stocked kitchen including margarita glasses, pool towel n' sunscreen basket for use at the pool, 2 wrap around balconies which included a hammock on the top level, outdoor entertainment including putt putt, bean bag toss and horse shoe. The list goes on. We enjoyed every feature of the house, especially spending evenings people watching from the front porch and upper balcony.

The house is in the perfect location on Duval street that allowed walking to everything that we were interested in. We also had a chef come in and cater a birthday dinner and brunch. She was able to make good use of all the space in the kitchen and dining area for food and drink setup. We have already decided to book the same home with Last Key on our next trip to Key West.

Communication with Greg was easy, the personal touches on arrival and the concierge service offered made for an unforgettable birthday experience. It's a no brainier that we will be back! FYI we used the concierge service to stock the home with groceries and alcohol prior to our arrival so we wouldn't have to be bothered with it ourselves. Definitely saved us some time, which allowed us to drop our luggage and hit the streets asap!

Loved It!

The location was ideal and the house itself was very suitable or trip with teenage kids. The pool and generous space gave everyone time with groups or alone as desired and the surprise extras like horseshoes and bags off the side veranda was great. Parking in the driveways was much valued and the fenced property with shrubs gave just enough privacy for the busy foot traffic on this corner to make us very comfortable.

 

The electronic and personal communication related to this entire team was spectacular. We had as much or as little information and contact as we wanted/needed.

Better than Advertised

This property is better than advertised. It is in the perfect spot on Duval Street...you can walk to everything. Last Key Realty was so accommodating. They knew we were on an adults only trip and provided local beer and key lime pie.

Exceptional stay
My leadership team and I rented Southernmost Hospitality this week and we couldn’t have selected a better house and location. Although we booked it primarily for a business meeting, it was ideally situated on Duval street for dining and entertainment. The rooms and congregating areas around the house were ideal for our group. Monique with Last Key was always responsive and easy to work with. We will be back!

February Stay

Had a wonderful time with 4 kids and six adults. Pool was great, location was excellent right on Duval but the quieter end. Kitchen had everything we needed, could walk everywhere we wanted to go. Already thinking about booking again for next year.

Birthday/Bachelorette

 

What a great house to host a group of five girls for a 40th birthday party/bachelorette party! The location is fantastic, the swimming pool was superb, and working with the house management was as easy as it gets. I would highly recommend this house for any group who is looking for a spacious home in a great setting in which to enjoy Key West.

Lovely and comfortable home in great location

We are a group of friends- 5 couples- that stayed at the home over New Year’s Eve. It was great because it was far enough away from the party so it was quiet at night. But close enough to walk to all the sights and events. Beds were super comfortable. House was clean. Everything worked. Very happy with the home and would stay there again!

Beautiful home on Duval street

WE rented this house for a family reunion to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary and vow renewal with our adult kids and had a wonderful time. The house is gorgeous and private even though it is on Upper Duval street-close to fantastic restaurants and walk to the beach for the beautiful sunsets. Keith from Last Key realty was responsive to our every call during our stay in Key West. We will definitely return to beautiful Key west again and would surely look to Last Key Realty in the future.

Absolutely Perfect!

I can't describe how perfect this house was for our vacation! Pictures do not do this property justice. This house has plenty of space, from the over sized living room/kitchen, bedrooms and out door entertaining area. It was so nice to have private bathrooms for each guest! We could all be together (living room or large lower and upper porches) when we wanted but also has ample space for private time. The kitchen is fully equipped for any meal that you might want to prepare. There were plenty of towels, beach towels and full laundry capabilities. Outdoor spaces were wonderful, beautiful foliage provided tons of privacy.Last key did an amazing job for use and had all of our request ready for us upon our arrival. They even put up Birthday decorations for us! We could not have been any more happy with our stay! This property and property manager made this trip effortless! We will be back!

BEST VACA EVER - Southernmost Hospitality House

This was ABSOLUTELY the most INCREDIBLE vacation of our lives!!! The Southernmost Hospitality house is seriously HEAVEN! BOOK IT NOW. CALL LORI AT LAST KEY REALTY! Here is our experience: 

It all started with Lori Bailey, the property Manager at Last Key Realty. She seriously was a blessing! She was the BEST ever! She helped us with our decisions on where to stay and led us in the right direction. She stayed in touch, answered her phone 24/7 (to this day still) welcomed us, made everything MORE than convenient and the entire stay was absolutely seamless!!!!

Next was the house!!!!  WOW, the pictures do NOT do it ENOUGH justice. Usually when you see pictures online, we can be tricked as consumers and it happens more than is right BUT that is not the case with the SOUTHERNMOST Hospitality home! It was better than we ever expected!!! Everyone was so happy and it was THE PERFECT LOCATION! Right on Duval. GORGEOUS rooms and immaculate private backyard!! Everything is extremely close yet perfectly quiet since it's a few blocks from the crazy bars.

We are making this a yearly tradition because our trip was that wonderful!!!

Book it now! The price is awesome and you won't regret it!!! You'll be doing a review just like this because you are overly ecstatic.

The name says it all!

This home and Lori gave us true hospitality, Key West style! We were all very happy with everything about this house, especially the spacious layout of the rooms, since we had a large group. Best of all, we were able to walk to all of the fun downtown places we love!!! The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals for inside or outside dining. We had plenty of private parking for our cars, which is a luxury in Key West, believe me. The home itself was clean and so pretty. It immediately gave us the Key West vibe we enjoy so much. We used the pool and BBQ constantly and there was plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. Service from both the manager Lori and the concierge was excellent. We are look forward to returning again sometime soon!

The most perfect Key West vacation!

This home had everything we wanted and much, much more! Large, comfy bedrooms and beautifully decorated baths. The living room area was spacious and gave us all plenty of room to relax. Everything that we had requested before our arrival, was taken care of for us by the house manager, Lori. Her service and warm, friendly personality was amazing and appreciated! The house was absolutely perfect for our group. We enjoyed using the very private, pool, outdoor dining table and BBQ everyday. The location was wonderful!  Close enough to walk to everything on Duval Street. We had a wonderful experience with Lori at Last Key Realty and LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this house!

Great vacation house

We arrived after Christmas for a week stay. The house was perfect for a big family. We were 10 adults and 5 children. right in the heart of town, but a secluded feeling. We had bikes for everyone delivered to our door and we biked everywhere. Highly recommend.
