Loved the Palms!

The home was clean and well-stocked with paper products as well as the much-needed coffee, teas, and a wonderful key lime pie! There was an issue with the internet provider which the property manager (Samantha) quickly resolved. It's a lovely home and was very comfortable for our family of 5.

Very Comfortable & Convenient

Very comfortable place that accommodates 4 people with each bedroom having its own bathroom. Kendra was very helpful and nice to work with. Great location to everything, well within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

Close to all the good stuff

Property is just as nice as pictures show online. Very clean, and communication with rental company was great. Very walkable to restaurants, many within 10-15 minute walk. Located on beautiful street. Also very close to Mallory Square and just a short walk to Truman’s Little White House. I would suggest driving or biking to the beach - it’s a bit farther, but there’s plenty of parking available. Would definitely stay here again, highly recommended.

Close & convenient condo

Awesome property convenient to Old Town and restaurants/bars but surprisingly quiet. Condo was stocked nicely, was clean and beds were comfortable. Concierge service was unexpected benefit and realty company was gracious host and easily accessible. Would rent again.

Would Absolutely Stay Again!

Property was located in the beautiful Truman Annex which was quiet and beautifully manicured. Just a two minute walk from the property was the bustling Duval St. and the heart of Old Key West, inclusive of the Conch Tour Train, Aquarium, Mallory Square, etc. We arrived late in the evening and our guest host ensured a seamless arrival. Property met all of our needs and we would absolutely stay here again!

A Truly Great Trip

Fabulous 1st Trip

Our family's first trip to Key West and we had the great pleasure of booking with Last Key Realty. Our villa was one in the Truman Annex apartments and a beautiful place. Conveniently located 5 minutes from Fort Zachary Taylor and 2 buildings from the Little White House. Last Key Realty was very helpful and responsive about any questions we had and provided an outstanding hosting experience. I would recommend any of my family and friends to use Last Key Realty and we will be contacting them again for our next trip to Key West.

All You Want And More!

Excellent property! Close to everything. Duval St. and Mallory Square are 2-3 blocks from Truman Annex. Makes it convenient to plan your days out. The property has everything you could want and more. Will definitely stay here again. Exceeds expectations!!

Everything You Need

The house was amazing, had everything you need.  Greg was a great host, so willing to help us even though we didn’t need anything. We had our 2 adult children and it was perfect. The concierge service booked all our trips, they’re recommended tours were excellent. Would definitely come again.

Great experience with Last Key

We rented an Airbnb through Last Key, and they were nothing short of amazing. From recommendations, to the check-in process, to just overall kindness. I mainly worked with Greg and he was awesome. Excellent location

We enjoyed being in old town, but also enjoyed the quiet aspect of the Truman Annex neighborhood just outside of the hustle and bustle. We parked our car for the entire week and rode our rented bicycles everywhere!

Absolutely amazing!

Ugh, we are so sad to leave. I am incredibly picky when it comes to cleanliness, and this property was perfect. Loved the separation of space on each floor so kids and parents could be independent. Kids loved the warm pool (note that there are tons of pool/beach towels, so no need to bring your own) and we loved getting up and walking to get coffee and take-out food. Couldn’t imagine a better vacation stay!

Last Key Realty managed the property we stayed at at the Foundry/ Truman Annex in Key West. The property was outstanding and the service/ attention to detail was appreciated. Was a great place, especially since some things we were not able to do due to weather cancelling an excursion and covid restricting some things meant we spent a bit more time in the condo than maybe we would've otherwise. Glad we had such a nice place.

Great location and property

By far the best community and space we have stayed in at Key West. Lovely community close to the busy Duval street but reclusive enough to quietly relax. The community is walking distance to Mallory Square and many more. The townhouse has everything you need and was sparkling clean. The host was very attentive and quick to respond. Would definitely stay again!

Love Truman Annex

We had a wonderful three week stay at Southernmost Palms. The location of this townhouse in the Truman Annex was ideal. Other than a trip to Publix for major groceries on the day we arrived, we rode our bikes everywhere. The Annex is very quiet at night and away from hustle and bustle of Duval, yet close enough to walk or bike to all our favorite restaurants.

Great location, great unit, clean and well appointed!

 

Greg and his staff was fantastic. Had a slight problem with the washing machine and they were quick to address it. We had an early flight in and unit was ready ahead of schedule. Wine and Key Lime pie were a nice touch.

Location location location!

Southernmost Palms is amazing. A short walk to the heart of the action; Sloppy Joe's on Duval, Mallory Square, and great restaurants but you walk back through the gate and it is quite and peaceful. It has everything you will need. You can walk to Fort Zachary State Park but rent bikes with the heat & humidity you will be glad you did. Last Key takes care of all your needs. They meet you when you arrive, are only a call or text away throughout your stay & meet you again as you depart.

Great Home

Our family of four stayed here over New Years, the property was imculate and just as the pictures show. On future trips I would not stay anywhere else except the Truman Annex, it’s convenient, quiet, close to everything, but away from the crowds.

Greg from Last Key was a wonderful host

The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The condo made great use of the space with high ceilings and patios. We were able to walk to everything and liked the ability to sneak back behind the locked gates when things got rowdy out on Duval!

It was exactly as described on the website and the home looked exactly like the pictures. It was a lovely place to stay and an easy, close walk to Duval Street! I would recommend it to my friends and family. We also like that it was in a gated community, it made us feel safe.

Quiet relaxation, minutes from Duval St. excitement!

We were the first people to rent 101 Front St #24 in the Truman annex. We were met by Greg of Last Key Realty at the house. He was there getting the property ready. Not only was the place amazing when we walked in, he had key lime pie and Mimosas waiting for us! (Nice touch Greg). The house is very up to date and high end (granite counters, stainless appliances and tile floors). The condo was well equipped and stocked with everything from dish detergent, Tide Pods and fabric softener and every pot, pan, dish, cup, and silverware! They even had sandwich bags in the drawers! The location is perfect, five min walk to everything, but secluded enough for us to never hear any neighbors or much less even see anyone! Great property!
