If you think the interior of SUNSET ON FOGARTY is fabulous, then you’ll appreciate the exterior just as much! The expansive outdoor living space features composite decking surrounding a private heated pool and hot tub. Picture yourself floating in the swimming pool or laying out in the sun using the chaise loungers on the pool deck. If shade is what you’re looking for, activate the remote powered sunsetter awning to convert a portion of the pool deck into a shaded outdoor living space. The hot tub is the perfect place to end your day with a relaxing soak. Enjoy a poolside BBQ using the propane grill and the outdoor dining set. There’s even an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

THE LIVING AREA & KITCHEN…

The fully renovated living area offers an inviting bright and airy space, decorated with a classic Key West aesthetic. The comfortable living room features a plush sectional sofa that sits in front of a large flat screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances will give the chef in your group an acceptable area to prepare home cooked meals. The large kitchen island provides indoor dining for four comfortably. Just off the living area is a covered patio that provides an outdoor dining space and couples as the laundry area.

Located on Fogarty Street in Midtown, hence the name SUNSET ON FOGARTY, this beautiful vacation home sits on a quiet residential street, less than a mile from Old Town. Higgs Beach, where you can lay on the beach, dine at Salute! or jog with your dog to the Dog Park, is located less than a mile away too. Plenty of parking is available for any number of vehicles, mopeds, and bicycles.

** Second Bedroom: Located in the Main House with a Queen bed, a flat-screen TV, direct access to the pool area, and access to the full bathroom in the hall with a walk-in shower.

** Third Bedroom: Located in the Pool House with a Queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Groups who expect they may cause after hours noise will not be a good fit for this home and should be aware they may incur additional penalties when in residence for violations. There will be a $500 charge for after-hours dispatch of our staff in response to calls resulting from verified noise complaints for violations by our guests in residence.
