Imagine your vacation home being just steps in either direction from all of the shops, restaurants, and sites of Duval Street and the Historic Seaport. Take a stroll or ride your bike down to the best of Key West, three blocks down Olivia St to hit local favorites like Croissants de France, Martins, and Nine-One-Five. Just a few blocks down Windsor Lane and you'll be at BO's Fish Wagon or Schooner Wharf.

THE LIVING AREA & KITCHEN...

"The Contented Crane" welcomes you with bright, tropical colors, tall ceilings, and luxurious modern furnishings. Floor to ceiling windows allow natural light to pour into the first floor all day. The living area boasts a gigantic 60-inch flat screen Smart HDTV, which you can watch from the comfort of the plush living room furniture or the kitchen/dining areas thanks to the open living plan of the first floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with state of the art appliances and all of the tools and utensils you will need to prepare a meal at home when taking a break from the decadent restaurant options of Key West. There is also a wet bar complete with the full bar set up for happy hour your way. The dining area has seating for 6, with 3 additional seats at the kitchen bar.

THE PRIVATE POOL...

Through the sliding glass doors of the living area is one of the highlights of this home: the private pool area. Fully fenced for privacy and surrounded by lush tropical greenery, this will undoubtedly be a primary gathering place for your group. The comfortable chaise lounges can be pulled into the sun or the shade, and they sit right beside the heat-optional pool that is great for a dip on a hot day. A full outdoor dining set can comfortably sit 6. The backyard is complete with a large propane grill for an outdoor barbeque by the pool.
