When you touch down at THE LARK’S LANDING, you will have your ideal island vacation easily within reach! The living area and its recent updates give your group a great space to unwind after exploring downtown Key West or island hopping. Relax and enjoy the flat-screen TV from the comfort of the living room sofa, which pulls out to a queen sleeper. The fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances and tools for the chef in your group to prepare a delicious, home cooked meal. Keep the chef company or grab a quick bite at the kitchen bar with seating for four. The private balcony offers an outdoor dining table with seating for four, and is the perfect space to start your day sipping coffee with the sunrise or toasting as a group to the sunset.
THE ACCOMMODATIONS...
** Primary Suite: King bed, flat screen TV, closet, and en suite bathroom.
** Second Suite: Two Twins OR One King bed, flat screen TV, closet, and en suite bathroom.
** Living room has a queen size sleeper sofa.
THE COMMUNITY POOL & GROUNDS...
Sunrise Suites is about 3 miles from Duval Street and provides a community pool and hot tub, as well as free parking. Smathers Beach, Key West's largest public beach just 2 miles away. Need to get to the airport for your flight home or to hop on the seaplane to the Dry Tortugas National Park? The Key West International Airport is only half a mile away!
When you’re ready to take a dip, Sunrise Suites offers a large community pool and a hot tub. Work on your tan using the chaise lounges that sit poolside. There’s also an outdoor shower and public restrooms next to the pool. Guests have access to the on-site gym and tennis court, as well as the charcoal grill and picnic tables if you are looking to BBQ. Conveniently, this unit has its own designated covered parking spot, plus first-come visitor parking in the lot.

** This property will accommodate up to 6 adults
** Last Key Realty vacation homes are rented to family groups and responsible adult groups only. Groups who expect they may cause after hours noise will not be a good fit for this home and should be aware they may incur additional penalties when in residence for violations. There will be a $500 charge for after-hours dispatch of our staff in response to calls resulting from verified noise complaints for violations by our guests in residence.

Beautiful Condo on Far Side of Island
Beautiful condo close to the airport, we had next day sea plane planned for the Dry Tortugas NP, however this place is a bit out of the way from Duval street and all the other attractions. We took Uber & Lyft and had no problem getting around.

This was a wonderful stay!
The host started communication with me right after we had just booked the place and they continued communication until we left. We were given a tour and had a great conversation on all the spots to go to in Key West- the binder was a hit. We would definitely come back here again.

We stayed at Larks Landing and it was wonderful
Beautifully renovated, spotless and had everything we needed for a great vacation. The cozy balcony faces the airport and it was fun to watch the planes come and go. The covered parking was a bonus and the pool was a nice size. There is even a small convenience store in the neighborhood. Absolutely loved Larks Landing and will definitely return.

The condo was perfect!

Just what we hoped for
Lark's Landing was well appointed and clean. No issues locating the unit or getting in. Last Key did a great job communicating with us and making sure we were accomodated. We had plenty of room and amenities for our stay. The pool and hot tub are nice and the people we met were friendly.
We chose to Uber back and forth to town since there isn't much to do within walking distance and parking downtown is impossible. Renting bikes was an alternative but I'm not sure it would have saved us money in the end to do so. You will want transportation such as a car, bike or Uber. Our Uber rides were never more than 2-5 mins away.
The deck has a view of the airport, but it didn't really bother us. Just know it is there. The island is so small, airplanes are seen and heard everywhere so no real getting away from that. I would recommend Lark's Landing if you have a family and want to be away from the bustle of Duval and the downtown party.

Great Vacation
Last Key was so helpful with anything needed, also had a sweet welcome gift waiting for us! We got in town a little early and they were able to accommodate, they walked us through check in and had so much useful information in a binder for us. The neighborhood is quiet (as long as you dont mind a few planes). We will definitely be back and hope to stay with them again.
