THE LOCATION...
THE PIRATE’S PENTHOUSE sits at the legendary corner of Petronia & Thomas, right across the street from the beloved Blue Heaven restaurant and atop the incredible La Creperie French Cafe making it a foodies dream come true! From THE PIRATE’S PENTHOUSE you’re only a short walk to the heart of Old Town Key West, and an easy walk or bike ride to the best beaches and sunset views at Fort Zachary Taylor State Park and the newly constructed Truman Waterfront Park.
No visit to Key West would be complete without a selfie at the iconic Southernmost Point Buoy, which is located just a few blocks away. You’ll also be within walking distance to a number of Key West's best and most unique restaurants, including Santiago's Bodega, Moondog Cafe and 915. While you won't need a car to get around, this home does have off-street parking available in the driveway, able to fit up to a mid-size SUV, should you bring a vehicle or rent a golf cart.
THE LIVING AREA...
Upon entering THE PIRATE’S PENTHOUSE you’ll immediately notice the vaulted ceilings and surprising amount of space for a 2 bedroom condo. The living area features a love seat, a sleeper sofa that pulls out to a queen-sized bed, and a large flat-screen TV for those moments between meals. One of two entrances to the incredible, private wrap-around porch sits off the living area, giving you access to one of the best places in Key West to people-watch and enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening cocktail.
THE KITCHEN...
The fully-outfitted country-style kitchen sits off the living area with luxury appliances and tools, equipped with everything you'll need to prepare a meal at home in between enjoying the fantastic array of Old Town restaurant options located just steps away.
THE ACCOMMODATIONS...
** Master Bedroom aka the Flamingo Room - Located on the first floor of the unit (second floor of the building) features a King bed, flat-screen TV, full closet, balcony access and the bathroom across the hall.
** Guest Bedroom - Located on the second floor of the unit (third floor of the building) features a Queen bed, flat-screen TV, full closet, and access to the bathroom across the hall.
** The Living Area Sofa pulls out to a Queen-size bed

** No Smoking Allowed - not even on the porch
** Last Key Realty vacation homes are rented to family groups and responsible adult groups only. Groups who expect they may cause after hours noise will not be a good fit for this home and should be aware they may incur additional penalties when in residence for violations. There will be a $500 charge for after-hours dispatch of our staff in response to calls resulting from verified noise complaints for violations by our guests in residence.

the pirates penthouse is located in a great part of town, super walkable and accessible to everything. the condo was spacious and perfect for our group with one bedroom upstairs giving everyone privacy and space!

The stay was excellent!
This was the cleanest spot we have ever stayed in and everything was well communicated and ship shape! The location is fantastic for walking to tons of amazing restaurants and getting to Duval and the Hemingway House. The home is extremely well appointed and the AC works fantastically. There is noise from the surrounding restaurants but it shuts down around 8 pm, so it didn't bother us really at all. The chickens, however, are not so concerned with with the hour, but we got used to them. And did I mention how clean it was? Great communication from the concierge too!

Pirate's Penthouse was phenomenal!
The location was suberb and the interior was clean and modern. My daughter absolutely loved the loft! We would definitely stay there again!

The place was pristine!
The Key Lime Pie waiting in the refrigerator was a nice surprise! It is in a very walkable area, so you are close to a lot. The wrap-around porch on the second floor was a great feature for people-watching below and having your morning cup of coffee. The only thing to be aware of is the noise in the morning with garbage trucks coming around so early. Last Key provides sound machines to block some of that, but if you're someone that likes to sleep with windows open, you may want to bring your own ear plugs as well. We had a great time
Used the free bus line to get around if we were not walking. Great places to eat near by. Next time we will bring a car cover. The roosters sit in trees over your parking spot at night. They do have a hose right there if needed. They have everything you need to cook available even though we did no cooking. Great place to stay. We look forward to visiting again.

The house was perfect
We absolutely loved our stay. Last Key's were amazing with giving instructions on check -in and check-out. The concierge book all the activities we decided to do at the last minute.

Loved It
Family of five, stayed three days at Pirate's Penthouse in Key West. Home was very clean and well maintained. Last Key Rep. Alena was great. We had no issues while there but I was confident Alena would have taken care of anything that would have come up. We will definitely go to Last Key again when we go back.

Double Thumbs Up!
We are hesitant to do a review because once everyone discovers how amazing this spot is, we may not get a chance to book again.
Fantastic location - close enough to the fun but far enough away from the noise. Located directly above a gourmet French restaurant so no need to make cappuccinos and breakfast because you literally just climb down the stairs.
Clean - This place was spotless when we arrived. A/C was strong and working well and the wrap around lanais allowed for a cool evening breeze when the winds were blowing.
Well Appointed - Fully furnished and all appliances and equipment were new and working perfectly. There is nothing we were in need which we could not find there.
Airy and Spacious - Plenty of room for everyone including one bedroom in a loft style setting with its own bathroom (besides the Master downstairs with its bathroom).
Since we are the first review (an truly an honest review ) we hope we will be able to get bookings after. We give this place:
