THE LIVING AREA & KITCHEN…

The living room of THE POETIC PARROTFISH has a large flat screen TV and comfortable seating. The open floor plan allows you to see the front door to the back yard, perfect for entertaining. You’ll find the kitchen is furnished with high-end appliances and every tool you might need to cook up some home-cooked meals. There is bar seating for four, with a dining table right out the back door.

THE BACKYARD...

Open the large glass sliders to your very own private dip pool. Cool off on those hot South Florida days or crank on the pool heat during the cooler months. Back here you’ll also find a propane BBQ grill, outdoor dining set for four with an additional 2 chairs for those surprise guests. This fully-fenced yard gives you privacy while still allowing those tropical breezes to roll on through.

The guest house is just beyond the pool, featuring the third bedroom with a king size bed, an attached half bath and an outdoor shower.

This vacation home is located in the heart of Old Town, steps from all of the shops, restaurants, and sites of Duval Street and the Historic Seaport. Take a short stroll or ride your bike down to Duval and experience the best of Key West, such as local favorites like 22 & Co, DJ’s Clam Shack, and Kaya Island Eats. Just a few blocks down Margaret Street and you’ll find yourself at The Waterfront Brewery, Schooner Wharf, and all the local favorites of the Seaport.
