Tidewater Views

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for exploring the Lower Keys and Key West, and we especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. Brian was friendly, responsive, and made the entire process easy from check-in to check-out. We truly appreciated his hospitality and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We liked the house. The kitchen was very well equipped. There were a few basic seasonings, plenty of paper products, and a tea kettle. The neighbor was very respectful of our privacy. We used the bikes, kayaks and the cooler. The bedding was good quality and comfortable.

Home was everything we needed. 2 BR 2 BA, fully stocked kitchen, bicycles, kayaks, dock, pool towels, and great assistance by the concierge if needed. Would not hesitate to stay here again if in the area. Plenty of great restaurants in the immediate area.

In the lower keys for a work conference. We stayed with Last Key Realty in Cujoe Key - Venture out. Our host Victor was excellent! He provided property information and communication before, during and after our visit. The property in Venture out was as described in listing. It was very clean and had all we needed for our (4) visit. Venture out has many amenities for outdoor recreation and is close to many local attractions in the lower keys. We really enjoyed our visit. The house was great: super location, dynamite view, well-stocked kitchen, working AC, comfortable beds. It was fun to sit on the patio and look at the water. It was easy to make meals in the house. We didn’t hear any neighbors. The pool area was nice. We loved our stay and would happily stay here again! That said, the management company that runs Venture Out overwhelmed me with texts from different people, relentless emails about rules, and conflicting info about check-in time. Their “no walking dogs inside the property” policy is absurd. I’d consider renting there again, but I wish I didn’t have to deal with Venture Out.

Very nice place and clean. Parking was a pain in that we had a boat and an extra vehicle. We had to park the boat off property! The house was very convenient to everything.

Great location, and a very practical and cute little house. The neighbor who resides on the ocean side was wonderful and inviting, which made the stay so much better. Well stocked kitchen. Lots of clean towels and name brand starter essentials. The down side, there was a bag of (assumed??) dirty bedding left by the door, which I contacted our concierge about when we arrived, and it went ignored until I brought it up at check out again. It worked out fine though, my kids brought their own blankets and used them instead. Everything else was great though!

We had a great time staying here. House was perfect for us and the location was perfect to explore many of the keys! The bikes and kayaks that were provided were a great treat for the kids. My family stayed here for 4 nights and couldn’t be happier. Hurricane Helene threw a wrench in our plans but we made the most of it. The location of this home could not be more perfect. The dock is large with a wonderful location to get out on the water with beautiful views. The home was adorable and well stocked with everything you could need! I also must point out that the ice maker is wonderful and makes a good amount of ice. We enjoyed having bikes to scoot around. Lots of yummy restaurants nearby and friendly neighbors. Charity was super communicative and friendly. We will be back for sure !

We enjoyed having the boat dock right next to the house as we were able to rent a boat for one of the days we were there. We did not get a chance to ride on the kayaks, but my husband was able to take one of the Bikes for a spin. Also, we’ve fished every night off the dock, never caught anything but we enjoyed our time.  Clean and fully stocked kitchen.  Thanks

This booking is managed by a realty company which charges an additional $125 resort fee. No big deal, but a bit annoying to deal with. You have to stop upon entry to the resort, fill out even more paperwork, pay the fee, and then you are free to checkin. Again, no big deal, but annoying after a long drive. After AirBnB booking, they require you to fill out a separate agreement to confirm the booking and opt in to texts. I received almost 20 texts before checkin from three different numbers, and a handful during our three day stay. Although helpful, it was a bit much. In one text, they instructed me to download the app which required more information input, and I never used it for anything at all. Overall, great place, great stay, well managed, etc., but it was a lot of communication and paperwork for a three night visit. All that said, I would probably book again....good value.

We had a wonderful get-away. Beds were clean and comfy, couch and LR Seating was super nice and comfortable for watching movies. Well stocked with the basic necessities and plenty of clean new bath towels! Location with a boat slip was exceptional. We rented a boat for 3 days from Big Pine Key Boat Rentals which has a location across the bridge a mile away. The boat was perfect for five of us and yes, we had a great time fishing! The big one's got away but we all caught a lot of fish! Thank you!

We loved our stay! It was clean, well appointed, and had everything you could need to cook a meal and entertain. They even supplied us a Keylime pie! The host was amazing with great communication. There were some ants on the property seem like there was quite a few definitely could use pest control. The master bath shower could use a little adjustment with a new showerhead. Perhaps a detachable seeing as though shower is very very small. The guest bedroom does not have an AC vent so it gets very warm if the door is closed overall, I would stay here again. Property is an a beautiful place .

The home was lovely and situated in a safe and gated community. Although we took advantage of the great pool area and visited the on-site convenience store a few times, we wished that the bikes were all in working order as one had a flat tire that could not be fixed. This was a small issue along with the fact there were no dishcloths. Otherwise the home was perfect for our purposes and we felt extremely comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The home was immaculate and comfortable. We dined outside every night overlooking the canal. It was a quiet neighborhood and people were friendly. The only information we would have liked before we arrived is the fact they dogs are not allowed to be walked in the neighborhood. This is in no way a reflection on the property or owners. It is a rule of the neighborhood. However, had we known that we would have to drive our dog out of the neighborhood for walks, we would not have brought him. However, the property itself is highly recommended. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

Can’t say enough good things about this place and the host-Last Key!!! Everything was spotless, fresh and clean! Exactly as pictured and advertised. Very welcoming and comfortable from the minute we walked in the door. The basket of beach towels was so nice. The kitchen had everything we needed and breakfast on the deck was a great way to start the day!! Be on the lookout for iguanas sunning on the branches across the canal! Beds were comfy and bath towels were nice and thick! Wish we had a couple more days to enjoy the kayaks…. We would definitely book this place again!!

This home was perfect for us.  There were special goodies waiting for us on the counter, which was a nice touch!  This home was extremely clean, which I loved!!  All the kitchen amenities were more than anyone could ask for.  I love to cook, so having all the utensils, cookware, serving dishes were a bonus for me!!  We loved being on the canal and even took advantage of the kayak - paddling from the gulf side to the Atlantic side!!  It was very quiet, which was another bonus.  We will definitely book this home again!  Thank you Laura for your hospitality!!

We had a great time at the property. From the moment we arrived everything was setup for us. Everything was clean and organized. There were instructions for everything including what to do in the area. The house had bikes and kayaks plus the dock which made getting around and enjoying the keys so simple. They even had a bbq which really came in handy. Anytime we had any questions we would text our point of contact and immediately get a response. We really have no complaints and would love to come back another time.

Tidewater views was perfect. The staff at last key reality was super accommodating. Every question was answered and they went out of their way to make sure everything was up to par. The front gate staff at venture out were super friendly and explained everything well. Our home was perfectly clean and everything the pictures showed. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. We had a beautiful view and there were activities for our teenagers to do (swim, bike, play pickleball). The management company prepared us for our trip ahead of time and check in to make sure everything was going well. Highly recommend!

We arrived to an array of thoughtful snacks. The place is beautiful all around. The view and waterfront were lovely and interior newly remodeled. Clean, orderly, and thoroughly stocked. The house manager, Laura, was fantastic and helpful. Eager to please and accommodate any and all requests that we may have. Take note of dog policy: you cannot walk or potty your dog inside the premises, they have to be walked outside of the community. Luckily, there are convenient walking paths.

My family of four really enjoyed ourselves in this cottage on the canal. The open concept unit was clean with ample storage, equipped with 4 bikes, 3 kayaks and a paddle board. The outside deck was perfect for outside dining since it was shaded from the hot afternoon sun. The grounds were cute and well maintained with friendly locals and vacationers. Pool and bathrooms were clean and refreshing after long days touring the islands. Laura, our property manager, reached out serval times to confirm that we were comfortable and if we needed anything. I highly recommend renting this cottage.

We spent a week here and loved everything about it. We liked that we were away from the hustle and bustle of Key West but not too far that we could be down for the day. The house is right on the canal and only two or three houses down from the open ocean. We used the kayaks and paddle boards several times and really enjoyed it. My husband and son fished right from the back patio into the canal and caught several fish. It was a truly relaxing week.

Beautiful and peaceful location! Such a great time watching boats go by and watching pelicans gracefully fly everyday. Perfect spot for coffee in the mornings and a glass of wine in the evenings. They had bikes accessible to ride, coffee for us to drink and fantastic communication!    Please do note:  It's about 30 minutes away from the heart of Key West, so keep that in mind. We had to uber several times.  It wasn't a problem, just be sure you're aware of that :)

We arrived after dark on a Tuesday evening. Security was very friendly, checked us in and gave us directions to the property. The property manager (Laura) had the lights on for us which was a welcoming sight. She also had some treats for too. Very good! We walked in and were very impressed with the house The place was clean and very nicely decorated. We did not lack for a single thing. We were able to ride the bicycles around the area and enjoy the views. We stopped at the onsite grocery store and were impressed how well the store was stocked. The morning we left we got up and were able to view the sunrise. It was a morning to remember!

The house was beautiful, clean, updated and spacious for 5 people. Loved that there were bikes, a paddle board, son loungers and kayaks available. We really utilized the back porch to look out at the sea and relax. Close to Key West, peaceful and quiet. Great getaway for a family.

This place was great! Super clean and had everything you needed. Communication was quick and smooth, and checking in with the Venture Out resort was simple, as well as getting into our individual house! Location was great, about 30 minutes from downtown Key West but quiet and relaxing where you are located in Cudjoe. Just a heads up for anyone planing to bring a dog, there’s an additional $200 pet fee and the Venture Out resort doesn’t allow you to walk your dog around the facilities, they’re confined to your individual lot. Our lab did pretty good, and we found him a dog park about 15 minutes away in Big Pine to give him some activity when we weren’t able to take him out or when we weren’t on the boat! Would definitely recommend using Last Key and staying at this place!

This house is amazing!!! Exactly as listed, super clean and perfect location. Waterfront boat slip made our boating easy around the Keys. Our guest service coordinator had music and fans on when we arrived and a sweet welcome gift. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Cudjoe.

My husband and I along with another couple stayed in Cudjoe Key. The property was exactly what we needed! It was a great price and clean. Complimentary snacks were left for us from small businesses in the area. I called a week before our visit with a concern and Laura M. (Our concierge) answered right away plus a couple times throughout the week to check and see if we needed anything. They were awesome!

We had such a wonderful time and would definitely choose to stay here again. The community and house are lovely and we felt right at home. The listing is very accurate and there is no need to clarify or correct anything. The amenities at the house and within the community were fantastic. My husband and I took our two teen girls and we all enjoyed ourselves. Key West is a pleasant drive down the road. Laura did an excellent job communicating from booking to checkout and everything in between! The decor and furnishings were very tasteful made for a relaxing experience. The unit was extremely well-equipped and they thought of everything down to aluminum foil and K-cups! Having the awesome boat slip and amazing deck made for wonderful sunrises and sunsets and direct access to the water. We enjoyed this lovely property so much and would rent it again.

My wife I have been in the Keys 4 times now and this place was by far the best we have stayed at!  Clean and lots of space for everyone.  Fishing off the back deck was awesome!  All in all it was a great place.

This property was everything my group hoped it would be and more! It is very spacious and clean inside and the location is perfect. My friends and I enjoyed the bikes and kayaks as well as the pool at the property. If I ever want to visit Key West again, I'd love to stay at Tidewaters. Also, Laura, the property manager was fantastic and very responsive. I can't say enough great things!

Not far from key west and had great amenities. Perfect for someone who has a boat. There is great local fishing areas by boat. The lagoon area and swimming pool are lovely with a great view. The house was cute and clean with lovely complimentary snacks when we arrived. Space had everything that was advertised and the property manager was very responsive and welcoming. Can’t beat the views!

This cottage totally exceeded our expectations for our 9 days of sunny Florida key vacation.  It was very clean, had everything you could possible need. Wonderful location! Saw parrot fish, angel fish, needle-nose fish right from the dock in the canal along with the egrets, pelicans, and iguanas. Even watch a huge sawfish having a feeding frenzy on a nearby sandbar. The bikes were very comfortable and useful. Kayaks, fishing rods, SUP, and a daily sunrise along with friendly neighbors made this place exceptional. Lots of towels (bathing and beach), comfortable beds and furnishings, nice bathrooms, well stocked kitchen and new-like appliances including the washer/dryer really made our vacation easy.   Laura was wonderful and very helpful on all her recommendations, advise, and instructions...thank you Laura!! We really appreciate the goodies that were waiting for us to sample as well.  We hope to return and definitely would stay here again.

This place is exactly as described. Very clean, and perfect location. The houses are very close together but the neighbors were very friendly. Location is perfect for sightseeing from Islamorada all the way down to Key West. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in the Keys. Fully equipped kitchen, if you just want to stay in and relax.

I’ve stayed in many vacation rentals before but none better than this place! It was the most clean, had the best stocked kitchen, included several personal touches never experienced before, and had more amenities than any other property I’ve visited. We are making it a point to stay at THIS EXACT LOCATION again in the summer, as it was just that amazing!! We didn’t need a thing but our concierge was in constant communication beforehand with the few questions I did have. Seventeen stars!!!

This property had everything we were looking for in our trip to the Keys. Venture Out Resort offered wonderful amenities. We were able to access the boat ramp and dock the boat in front of this rental. Plenty of pots, pans, spices, and cooking utensils to do some cooking. It was clean and neat. We were grateful to have the washer and dryer. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms was perfect for our couples trip. The guest service as great.

We will definitely be back! We loved the unit- enjoyed fishing right off the canal, bike riding and tennis. The pool was beautiful as well. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. Location was convenient to Key West too. Fabulous place indeed!

Everything was provided. It was very clean and sanitized. Bikes, Kayaks and everything from water vest to an air pump was provided. Great room was nice size for four adults. Bedrooms were completely separate from each other with enough closet space for storage. Brand new appliances just added to a wonderful trip.

The property is beautifully furnished, with a split floor plan, roomy kitchen and living area and being pet friendly was a plus! It is situated near the end of the canal with easy access to the open water. We enjoyed our stay so much, and Laura with Last Key rental was always available, reaching out to make sure we had everything we needed. The layout of the living space is perfect with plenty of seating at the big kitchen island. We had neighbors that came down too and stayed in another property and we all had dinner together at this property. I would definitely recommend and would stay there again!

Thoroughly enjoyed this property. Nicely updated house on a private canal surrounded by great neighbors. It had every convenience I needed. Modern kitchen, comfortable beds, and a beautiful washer and dryer. Kayaks were awesome and we ended up using them for one entire day plus a couple of evenings. House is very close to clear grass flats for fishing. Laura was outstanding and really went above and beyond. Always available by text or phone and very fast to respond to the few questions we had. Hope to come back in the fall!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. The property was very clean, freshly renovated, comfortable and had everything we needed and then some! We would’ve loved to have booked a few more days so that we could’ve enjoyed the kayak as and bikes. We spent much of our time boating and snorkeling.
