Felt really lucky to find this great space to explore Key West with our group of friends. The balcony is tough to beat, and you're not too far from anything. Can't wait to return!

Great Condo & Customer Service

Great place to stay and great customer service. Place was huge with lots of storage and amenities! Kids loved the huge living room tv at night for movies. Location was great for hopping in a taxi to go to city or a short drive to public beaches….pool was perfect and work out area. Would stay again! Thx so much!

The place to stay in Key West

The condo was a wonderful retreat. We lounged by the pool during the day, did some excursions and had wonderful views to return to in the evening. If you are looking for a place to stay, this condo unit is it.

Nicest Condo we've stayed at in Key West

Incredible View and Great Location

The location is nice if you want to be near beach and town. The drive into town was quick. The view from balcony was amazing. The pool area was awesome. Would definitely stay there again

Perfect Condo in the Perfect Location

We loved staying at this property, it was clean and well stocked. We had a rental car so it was nice to have a dedicated parking space, key west is less than 10 minutes away so it’s in a perfect location but still quiet and peaceful for a good night's rest. The view from the balcony was wonderful and we enjoyed having coffee out there. The bed was super comfortable, plenty of blankets and pillows. Everything was great, we would definitely stay here again!

Everything you need for a great vacation

1st Trip was a hit!

We stayed at Walking on Sunshine and absolutely loved it.  Great place for us - two couples visiting Key West for the first time.  Very comfortable, clean, well-stocked, and had all the amenities we could ask for.  Brian was a great host and was very attentive to our needs.

What a Wonderful Stay!

Fantastic Views & Quiet Condo

The condo was nice, very spacious, and well equipped. Although we didn't take advantage of the kitchen by cooking, nor did we use the washer/dryer, both were there and would have been great if we had stayed longer. There are great views both from the master bedroom and the main living room. The location is not near the bustling tourist area, but that is easily accessible. And in cooler times than when we were there would be walkable, although perhaps not the most inspiring walk. There's a great restaurant, Salute On the Beach, just .4 of a mile from the condo with a great view and great atmosphere.

Loved the condo!

Met some friends and stayed in this beautiful condo. Loved the decor and enjoyed the beautiful kitchen. The neighborhood was not what I expected, much more residential than I'd thought it would be.

Stunning Views!

Loved this condo!

The best rental I’ve had!

In the past I've had AirBnB rentals that don't look anything like the photos - Not this one!!  This condo is absolutely gorgeous, just like the pictures show it. 

 

Sean and all of the staff was accommodating, easy to speak with, they make reservations AND they fulfilled my request for a Bill Murray picture on my nightstand.

 

Walking On Sunshine was even better than we expected and will plan my future trip here around this specific penthouse. Don’t hesitate if you find this location open. It was perfectly located between Duval and everything else you may want to experience. Thanks for hosting our girls trip! We will see you again.

Loved it!!

Beautifully appointed property. We could not have asked for a more attentive host. Sean made sure our check in went well and was responsive with any questions. The condo was beautiful and clean, stocked with linens and beach towels, chairs and cooler. A welcome package was a nice touch! The location was perfect, with waterfront pool and guest beach and connected to Smathers beach. We loved it!

Great Vacation!

Great space and Sean (guest service coordinator) was great!  Quick bike ride to almost anywhere you could want to go on Key West!  Pool and “beach” area also great for hanging out.

Fantastic Stay!

I rented a condo for four days, Last Key provided top notch service.  My host Sean was incredibly responsive, meet me at check-in with a welcome gift, and also at check-out to say goodbye.  Excellent trip!

Can't beat the view!

The unit has a great view. I'd recommend getting some Uber Eats and sitting at that table on the deck for coffee in the morning and sunsets at night.

Property is Awesome. Greg our property manager was great!  Kitchen has everything you could possibly need to cook meals with. Loved that they had more than just 4 towels in the bathroom. The closet was full of towels, hand towels and wash cloths. We were there for 5 days and had enough start up of toilet paper and other amenities that we did not have to buy those things. The shower in the master bedroom is amazing! Want one of those at my house! Duval street is a short ride in a Uber and if you like to ride bikes rent those and you can easily ride everywhere. We will definitely be staying again.

Perfect & Easy!

This was the most seamless vacation rental experience I have ever had. Our group tasked me with booking all reservations so the pressure was on. There wasn’t as many two king bedroom with ocean view as I thought there would be, so when I found “WALKING ON SUNSHINE” it immediately caught my eye. After first making contact with the property management, and then finding out they also book reservations at restaurants, tours or adventure events, my decision was a no brainer. Danny (property manager) was the best. Constant contact before we left and even checked up on us while we were there. My wife and I stopped in the office right off of Duval and met Cecilly who was awesome. She found and booked a very hard to come by boat rental that we were after. Not an easy thing to do but she went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Really Amazing customer service ALL AROUND. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone traveling to Key West!!! Thanks again guys.

Loved it!

Loved the property and the service was AMAZING! Close to a beautiful garden club and Salute’ restaurant (sister to Blue Heaven). Rent a scooter or golf cart for trips to downtown.

Definitely a “luxury” rental and has some amazing amenities, pool, and beach!  Group Favorites- giant porch with ocean views, pool area, large bathrooms, comfortable beds and linens, TV in each room!

Great from start to finish

Great experience - condo was exactly as represented online - upscale furnishings/finishes. Pool area very large & nicely landscaped, plenty of loungers by pool. Duval/restaurants easily accessible by golf cart. No need to rent car. Property mgmt made check-in/concierge services a breeze.

Amazing Views, Close to Beach, Absolutely Gorgeous

Absolutely gorgeous and immaculately clean property! The views were amazing from both the bedrooms and the family room/kitchen. If you like to cook the kitchen is stocked with about every gadget imaginable. Convenient to beach and tourist areas yet quiet and peaceful! You won’t be disappointed here!?

Very Impressed

My family and I were very impressed with this condo. The location is perfect! We had a very nice view of the ocean and it is located on the top floor which in my opinion is the best. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated, and equipped with everything needed plus more.

 

The shower in the master bathroom is amazing!!! Love it!

 

Dan from Last Key Reality was so helpful and got back to us right away with suggestions on things to do during our vacation in Key West. The key lime pie he left for us was a nice surprise and delicious! I highly recommend renting this condo.

Great Stay

Stayed at the 1800 Blvd properties in Key West. The room was great with excellent A/C. We stayed in room 406. Great views of the water, lots of towels, clean, pool was great and access to the ocean. Garage parking to keep the car out of the sun. Daniel assisted us when needed. I’d easily recommend and would stay again.

Exceeded expectations

Condo was beautiful and clean and exceeded expectations from online pics. Danny our coordinator was helpful and always available. He even left a bottle of champagne and sweets to enjoy our New Year. I highly recommend this place and would love to come back.

Relaxing family getaway

The property is very nice and well appointed. Great views from balcony. Pool area was perfect with a little sandy "beach" area (doesn't walk directly into water) for additional space if pool is too crowded. Located close enough to bike to downtown area for great meals and shopping. Location also close to public beach to enjoy water and sand. Garage to park cars and store bikes was an added plus. All around a great location and would highly recommend.

Last Key is top notch

We visited Key West in October 2020. Last Key's staff was very responsive and helpful. Their concierge service set up some great activities and chef services for us. The home was very clean and well stocked. My son broke his foot on the last day of our trip, which caused his departure to be a little later on check out day. The cleaning staff was very helpful in "cleaning around his room" until he could get to the airport on a later flight. I will definitely use Last Key rentals in the future!

Excellent place to stay

We stayed here for our wedding and had my brother in law and his wife stay with us as well. My mother in law also stayed in this complex but exactly two floors down. Their condo was same floor plan but looked like it was from the 70s Our condo was updated and extremely nice. The shower is HUGE and was great to have. We would 100% stay here again. Communication was easy and stress free.

Escape from Reality

Absolutely amazing property with a beautiful view. Very nice upscale room, and the property has everything you might need, including an espresso machine. ;-) It was so nice to be able to escape our everyday lives and just be able to relax and enjoy ourselves.

I decided rather last minute to run away to Key West from Miami for a week. I found Last Key Realty online and from the start, they were excellent to work with. They gave me great advice and perspective on location and property to rent. They provided excellent service to ensure a safe, contactless check in. My favorite coffee and ample cold water was stocked prior to my arrival and I had excellent support throughout my stay. The nicest and unexpected surprise was the concierge service! They helped me to plan and reserve fun activities throughout the week and were always lovely to deal with. And a special thank you to Danny Parker, who was the individual responsible for managing my stay. He organized everything beautifully, was very responsive during the week there, and made a special trip to the condo after I left to help me locate one item I thought I might have left behind. I will most definitely use their service again and would recommend them without hesitation.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving!

If you’re looking for a great family vacation, this is the place! Beautiful balcony to enjoy your breakfast or dinner while enjoying the sunset, heated pool, you’re steps to the beach, they have everything you need for cooking and if they don’t Danny will get it for you!! Amazing time. We will be back!

The condo was perfect for our family of four. It was very quiet with the longer term/permanent residents being very friendly and helpful. Check-in and out very convenient as Last Key met us with a Key Lime pie and some welcoming drinks. Location was perfect to watch the morning sunrise every day. Easy Uber ride to Old Town and the attractions.
