WINDWARD PARK COMMUNITY...

The gated community of Windward Park is tucked away a block off Duval Street, and requires a key for access to this small compound. The resort-style community pool is shared with only a handful of homes and is surrounded by chaise lounges that get both sun and shade throughout the day. Designated parking is provided for one vehicle in the private parking lot.

THE LIVING AREA & KITCHEN...

Upon entering WINDWARD WAVES, you'll step into the spacious living area with soaring ceilings, plenty of natural light, bright colors, and comfortable furnishings. There’s plenty of seating in the living room surrounding the flat screen TV. Next to the living room is the open kitchen, which is fully equipped with all the tools and appliances you'll need to prepare home cooked meals. A dining table sits off the kitchen, with seating for 4. Additional seating for 2 can be found at the kitchen bar.

THE ACCOMMODATIONS...

** First Bedroom: Located on the First Floor with Two Twins OR One King bed, closet, flat screen TV, direct access to the back patio, and direct access to the second bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

** Master Bedroom: Located on the Second Floor with a King bed, closet, flat screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

** Last Key Realty vacation homes are rented to family groups and responsible adult groups only. Groups who expect they may cause after hours noise will not be a good fit for this home and should be aware they may incur additional penalties when in residence for violations. There will be a $500 charge for after-hours dispatch of our staff in response to calls resulting from verified noise complaints for violations by our guests in residence.
