THE PRIVATE GATED COMMUNITY...

Sunset Marina is a gated community located on Stock Island, right off the entrance to Key West. The location is a great balance between a secluded private community only a short drive or Uber ride into the best of Old Town Key West. Sunset Marina offers plenty of off-street parking, with one covered space in the ground-level garage and a visitor space. Boat slip rentals are available in the marina right outside your balcony. THE LIVING AREA...

BACKCOUNTRY VIEWS has the tropical vibe guests hope to find in the Keys. Located on the second floor, this condo features a large balcony overlooking the bay, an open floor plan, and island decor that helps you embrace the laid-back Key West lifestyle. The living area has a large flat screen TV, comfortable seating options, and a wet bar to whip up your favorite tropical cocktail. The kitchen is equipped with all of the appliances and tools you may need to prepare a meal on the nights you decide to stay in. There's even a deep freezer to store your fresh catch until it's ready to throw on the grill. The kitchen bar offers extra seating and is great for grabbing a quick bite or keeping the chef company. You can dine inside using the table for four or head out to the impressive balcony to enjoy a meal while taking in an incredible sunset.

THE ACCOMMODATIONS...

** First Master Suite: King bed, flat screen TV, direct access to the main balcony and an en-suite bathroom with double sinks, an oversized shower and a separate Jacuzzi tub.

** Second Master Suite: Two Twin Beds or One King, flat screen TV, plenty of closet space, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

THE COMMUNITY POOL & JACUZZI...

The community pool area is a beautiful place to spend the day, with its setting right on the waterfront facing the marina and Florida Bay beyond. You can swim in the pool or soak in the oversized Jacuzzi. There are plenty of chaise lounges, sitting areas, and a cabana for your convenience.

** Last Key Realty vacation homes are rented to family groups and responsible adult groups only. Groups who expect they may cause after hours noise will not be a good fit for this home and should be aware they may incur additional penalties when in residence for violations. There will be a $500 charge for after-hours dispatch of our staff in response to calls resulting from verified noise complaints for violations by our guests in residence.
