Sunset Marina offers plenty of off-street parking, with one covered space in the ground-level garage and a visitor space. Boat slip rentals are available in the marina right outside your balcony. THE LIVING AREA...

PAINTED SKY has been meticulously designed and furnished to a level you will seldom see in a vacation home. You'll have plenty of room to spread out, with a large main balcony and open living area with comfortable seating options, including a Queen sleeper sofa, a large flat screen TV, and even a wet bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with every appliance and tool a good chef would need to prepare meals from home. The kitchen bar seating is perfect for a quick bite or keeping the cooks company. Take your pick of dining indoors or out, with two dining tables that seat four.

THE ACCOMMODATIONS...

** First Master Suite: King bed, flat screen TV, direct access to the main balcony, a large walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with double sinks, an oversized shower and a separate Jacuzzi tub.
