The location is a great balance between a secluded private community only a short drive or Uber ride into the best of Old Town Key West. Sunset Marina offers plenty of off-street parking, with one covered space in the ground-level garage and a visitor space. Boat slip rentals are available in the marina right outside your balcony. THE LIVING AREA...

A TOAST TO SUNSET is a beautiful condo on the second floor with expansive views of the Florida Bay. You''ll have plenty of room to spread out, with a large main balcony, an open living area with comfortable seating options, including a Queen sleeper sofa, a large flat screen TV, and even a wet bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with every appliance and tool needed to prepare a home cooked meal. The kitchen bar seating is perfect for a quick bite or keeping the cooks company. Take your pick of dining indoors or out, with a full indoor dining table that seats six and an outdoor dining set for four.

THE ACCOMMODATIONS...

Groups who expect they may cause after hours noise will not be a good fit for this home and should be aware they may incur additional penalties when in residence for violations. There will be a $500 charge for after-hours dispatch of our staff in response to calls resulting from verified noise complaints for violations by our guests in residence.
