THE LOCATION...

OFF THE GRID is located at Mile Marker 15 in the Bay Point neighborhood on Saddlebunch Key. You'll be only a 20 minute drive or Uber ride from downtown Key West, and the commute is beautiful: sapphire blue waters on either side of the road. Best of all, you won't even have to leave the island to find restaurant options within minutes of your front door. Take a short stroll up to Keys' favorite, Baby's Coffee for your morning joe or grab lunch at the Bay Point Market. Bay Point also has a Community Boat Launch, making it a breeze to get out and enjoy the water.

THE PRIVATE POOL, TIKI HUT, & GROUNDS...

The grounds of this home will take your breath away. This is a unique opportunity to experience the Keys with your own private beach, tiki hut, and fire pit right on the water. The backyard gets plenty of sun throughout the day and chaises line the pool's deck for ample lounging options. Launch paddleboards or kayaks right off your private dock. At sunset gather around the fire pit for a cocktail or serve up an outdoor meal under the tiki hut. The grounds also include an outdoor shower, a propane grill, and plenty of parking.

THE LIVING AREA & BALCONY...

This stilted home offers an interior set up to complement the sunny, beachy exterior. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen includes all of the tools and appliances needed to prepare a meal at home. The dining area inside has space for 6 with additional seating at the bar. The living room’s large sectional sofa and flat screen TV are ideal for stretching out on a rainy day, all placed in front of a gorgeous wrap-around balcony with vistas of the Bay beyond.

This home has a total of four bedrooms (one on the main living floor and three on the floor above), each with a flat screen TV and plenty of closet space.
